It's very messy and you lose a lot of the product... the oil runs down the sides of the bottle. I've since switched to Green Pastured FCLO and was shocked with a noticeable difference within 2 days,which have only gotten better over the past few weeks. I don't even want to try taking these pills because 1) they're not the right product and 2) I'm suspicious that they've been tampered with.
