Side by Side Comparison of: Farberware vs OXO vs Bialetti

This has become my go to cookie sheet. Good size, multiple uses

I bought these on one of the lightning deals. I had never looked at them before but the holidays got me in the mood. I paid like 40% of the normal price. I love the brand. We always try to buy certain brands that we know will last a long time. I was right, these are made very well. They are very easy to wash and keep nice. They are perfect size for the frozen pizzas that we buy. Even if we burn the cheese to the pan (which we seem to do every single time) it is still easy to clean. It wipes right off. It has not rusted or had any grime. I hate it when baking sheets come out a different color or have sections that are different color. These are top notch!!

This Farberware nonstick bakeware cookie pan from Meyer Corporation is 11 X 17. It is heavy duty and resists warping, heats evenly and is easy to clean. It is oven safe up to 450 degrees and is a nonstick pan. I have really enjoyed using this pan. Farberware is a brand that I have high expectations of and trust.

I went ahead and bought 4 of these cookie trays to bake my Christmas cookies, despite some of the reviews. I'm glad I did. They are heavy, well made cookie trays. I baked 6 batches of cookies and they never buckled. When finished the trays look the same as the day I got them. Some of the directions for care of these may have been ignored in other reviews and were things I wasn't aware of. Directions say not to soak them for a long period of time, and to dry them immediately. It also says not to use a spray (Pam) on the trays. I never used to dry my cookie trays, but did with these and was rewarded with brand new looking trays. Highly recommend them.

I got these pans (I purchased two) as an add-on item at a great price, so imagine my surprise to find these are well-made, quality pans! I've only used them a couple of times, so I can't speak to how they hold up long-term, but at $5 each, I feel like however long they last will be well worth it! They clean up super easy (just a quick pass with the dishcloth hand-washing them - I don't recommend washing them in the dishwasher, as the soap is super hard on non-stick finishes.) Really pleasantly surprised with the quality!

Bought this pan for my mom to replace the one I gunked up by making teriyaki jerky in her oven without putting foil under the dripping meat (oops, sorry mom). Less than an hour after she noticed and yelled at me, I'd placed the order.Two days later (thanks, prime!), here comes a nice nonstick aluminum pan, pretty and shiny and slick. I'm off the hook!Seriously, it's a great pan. All you need.

Slightly too long to place two trays side by side in my oven (door won't close). Nice surface and spacious though

Great baking sheet. So far the non-stick has been very effective. Only annoying thing is that the pan can sometimes warp when heated up, but it goes back to normal after it cools

I guess I should have read the reviews. Currently, the description says 11-by-17-inch, and they are closer to 20 inches long, so if your oven isn't that big, then don't buy these. Other than the poor description, they look like decent cheap pans. I've had this brand before. You get what you pay for, They'll last a few months on their own, or much longer if you line them with parchment.

It's okay for the price but it warps when it heats up and tends to get a bit uneven. The warping disappears once the tray cools.

While these appear like they would otherwise be nice cookie sheets, they are NOT 17" long! The cookie space is 17" but because of the built in handles, they are 20" long. This means I can't slide 2 sheets in side by side because the oven is not deep enough for a 20" sheet. They will be going back.

This is a gift not opened yet. I would use them.

I bought this as I just needed a second pan with a rim for baking batches of bacon in my oven. It warped shortly after going into the oven at 425 degrees, but returned to its normal state after a couple minutes out. It works for what I'm using it for, but those that are baking things that need to remain flat, you might want to try a different pan.It's also a bit on the thin side. I have a Baker's Secret that's several years old (the other pan I use) that doesn't warp and is a fair amount sturdier. I'd suggest a different pan than this Farberware if you need one that doesn't warp in the heat.

I don't use this pan for making cookie, rather, I use it for baking and roasting (i.e., breaded chicken breasts, fish fillets, butternut squash, etc.). I bought this pan because I already have two Farberware non-stick frying pans and they both clean-up easily; unfortunately, this baking sheet does not. I wash the pan by hand, not the dishwasher. Being a non-stick pan, I don't use any metal utensils, so I end up having to soak the pan for a hour or two and then use a soft scrub sponge. To minimize my cleaning efforts, I now line the pan with parchment paper if the temperature is 400 degrees or less.As far as warping, the pan has warped only a few times while baking, but re-flattened after cooling.

These are extremely non-stick and have worked well, but there are a few drawbacks that make me question their longevity.First time I used them my pot holders (red and blue) stained them. Not sure what that means about the coating holding up in the long run.One of them has a crease/kink/bend forming on the right edge that gets worse with each use. The sheet is starting to crown in the middle as a result and anything that can roll, will. Not a problem for cookie dough as I just push down a bit when placing the glob, but it tends to be an issue with egg rolls/mozz sticks and other rounded items.Also, these are handwash only and will not fit in most double bowl kitchen sinks. Maybe that's a no brainer, but definitely something to consider. I have Airbake cookie sheets that are dishwasher safe and have held up for 10 years now. Bought these so I could stop buying parchment paper, but I might have to stick with what I know works.

These are a good size pan, but they have warped everytime we've used them with oven temps of 325 degrees & higher.

Haven't had much success with this item. Wouldn't purchase again.

Unless you have a large oven - do not order.

It arrived with a small dent in it. Which was disappointing as I had bought it to replace a dented cookie sheet.

It claims to be resistant to warping upto 450F but mine warped in just 325F.

Tray warped while baking...I guess that's the level of quality for this price. Otherwise fine.

The product claims "The cookie pan’s heavy-duty construction resists warping". On its first day of use while baking chicken at 350 degrees, it warped horribly in less than 3 minutes. On cooling the warping reduced, but it is still very lopsided. I threw out the box otherwise I'd have returned it.

The cookie sheet is longer than the specs say and doesn't fit in my oven

I really don't like these pans. They are very cheap. The worst part is they hold water inside the handles, which then rusts and drips down the pan with this really nasty brown color. I cannot put them in the dishwasher because that just makes water get in the handles, which will then run out when I remove the pan and stain the inside of the dishwasher. I only wash these by hand, and have to be careful not to spray too much water on the underside of the handles. Annoying. Should have bought better pans. My other pans are Wilson brand and they don't do this. Never again.

Used it once for cookies and it wouldn't come clean so stuck it in the dishwasher and it rusted immediately.

I purchased this baking sheet in the late Fall of 2010. It's already due for the garbage can. I've never owned a stickier "non-stick" baking pan. It performed well for about 4 weeks and then things started to get progressively worse. By now, I must literally scrub it with an abrasive sponge in order to get food off of it when I use it. Simple things like tilapia are sticking to it. Additionally, it's developed some really unsightly brown stains that simply will not come off. I can not recommend this product, nor would I ever consider purchasing another one from this manufacturer. If you're use to buying a baking sheet and keeping it for a long time, then keep shopping.
