These are the best cookie sheets ever! I have owned one for over 10 years and it still works perfectly. Cookies brown beautifully and never burn. You do not need to grease the sheet. A lot of cookie recipes say do not grease the sheet and with these pans they never stick, no worries ever. I recently bought two more so I can bake two trays of cookies at a time. Because there is air in the middle DO NOT put in your dishwasher or wash in a sink full of water, never submerge. I wipe mine down while warm with a wet cloth, do not use abrasive cleansers or sponges, you will ruin the nonstick finish. Take care of the baking sheets and they will last a very, very long time.

Unusual item to give as a housewarming gift, but much appreciated and used immediately.Stopped the bottom scorching of pizzas, rolls, etc in a newer electric oven;.I myself use one on each and every shelf in my gas oven in an RV & 5th Wheel. They are smallenclosures and overheat constantly, so this cookie sheet with its insulation has solved the problem.I give every person with a newly purchased RV one and they can['t believe the difference in theirbaking success. Just wish Amazon would carry the tiny sized ones for RV ovens. Those areREALLY expensive when found in the specialty shops.

I needed to replace my old tired cookie sheets and found the AirBake sheets to be wonderful. Perfect cookies with non-stick surface.Doubles as being wide enough for pizza. With the handle being only at one end and by eliminating the border rim found on most standard cookie sheets it works as a base sheet for pies, etc,. Well made and the 2 Pack makes this a terrific economical purchase. The 2 sheets were plastic wrapped and then enclosed in a Amazon box. Received within 2 days. I shopped through Amazon Smile so part of the price is donated by Amazon to the charity of my choice - ASPCA. Great responsible - charity shopping idea. I recommend product and Amazon Smile option.

I love airbake cookie sheets. I had to buy a new set recently because I lost mine in a move, but I'd had those for 6 years and they were still in fantastic condition - and I don't think my mom has replaced the ones I used in my childhood (20+ years), but she could have replaced them without me knowing. My sheets have never warped in the oven, and it's rare that the bottoms of anything (especially cookies) overcook if the tops look good. Cookies rarely stick to the sheets, though I frequently use parchment paper so that I can avoid cleanup. Cleaning the sheets by hand is easy, very little sticks strongly. I don't know how well these would fare if run regularly through the dishwasher; I always washed mine by hand because I had no other choice.If you're switching to these after conventional/flat cookie sheets, definitely run a test batch for baked goods - the air insulation will affect cooking times and browning at least somewhat, but hopefully you'll love these cookie sheets as much as I do!

These are great. They bake evenly, and I've found it next to impossible to burn the bottoms of most anything. They easily release foods that would normally require cooking spray, parchment, or foil, without any effort at all! I'm pretty sure that considering the deal I got on this set that they will pay for themselves in food that isn't burnt, and not using parchment, foil, or cooking spray. My only complaint would be that since they are double-layered, they take a little longer to cool off than a standard single-layer cookie sheet... But since the insulation and double-layered aspects are the reason for the even baking and prevention of burning, it's an easy trade off to make to spend a few extra minutes during rounds of baking.

Used these for some sugar cookies a couple weeks back, used some Crisco on them and slid them in. Did very well.4 stars due to - One of them arrived dented, I didn't think it would affect the cooking process so I decided to keep them.

I bought these long ago and have used them for years. I really do like them. I don't think I've ever burned any cookies or biscuits on these. They are nice. & lightweight. However, over they years, they have gotten some discolored spots on them from baked on cooking spray that just wouldn't scrub off.I have one that is a different brand but similar in design that has a non-stick coating, which I prefer a little over these.

These cookie sheets are great. They bake evenly and don't warp, and are very easy to clean. I haven't noticed a decreased bake time (which is advertised in the product description), so plan on regular baking times with these cookie sheets. They are a little wide, so both sheets don't fit side by side in my standard oven.

These pans performed well upon first use. I did preseason them with some canola oil and 350 degree F oven on convection mode my wife used them on valentines day to bake valentines cookies and not a single cookie stuck to the pan and she didn't use any oil or parchment paper. 5 stars all day for these pans. Worth the money considering you will pay the same amount at grocery store for the Teflon non stick coated pans, plus tax.

So far, I am really loving this AirBake cookie sheets. I am not a major baker like some of the other reviewers, but I am loving the even cooking. I have most certainly noticed the difference between the ol regular cookie sheets and the AirBake sheet. I would most certainly purchase again.

I don't know what they (whomever they is) do when shrink wrapping this product, but the first set I ordered I had to send back due to some sticky residue left on after I took the plastic wrap off. When they arrived the second time, there wasn't any residue, but there was a discoloration left on the baking sheets where the plastic was was resting - around the sides. They work great, the discoloration doesn't effect their function. I've owned a few for several years before they got too warped to use for baking cookies anymore. I really do like AirBake cookie sheets.

Very cheaply made

This product is okay. I find that cookies bake well on these sheets but one of them became discolored and slightly warped after just a couple uses. I am not sure why as I was only baking cookies on it at the time. That was disappointing.

I was really excited to use these baking sheets. They worked really well but I only gave three starts because of the washing - it says it's dishwasher safe but it came out of the dishwasher warped and about ten shades darker. ???

Needed some new cookie sheets and these ones are ... alright. They do what they are intended to do ... hold cookies or other such food items in the oven. After the first use, they have discoloration or marks on the surface that did not wash off, kind of disappointed in the quality. But, they work the same, just not as pretty as when they came in the mail. Next time I might invest in slightly heavier duty sheets, but I'll continue using these until they go to cookie sheet heaven.

Pros:-Cookies and macarons bake well on these without burning too much.-Fairly light weight but cookie marks visible after a round in the oven with parchment paper.Cons:-Mine had a dark scratch on it that is more of an eyesore than an obstacle in baking. Wish it didn't..-I've been trying to store these well, but perhaps it's the heat but they seem to have gotten a little bent out of shape where they can't lay flat on my counter or the oven.Overall an adequate product.

These are fairly good cookie sheets. For some reason, they've retained and staining due to the butter that comes out while baking. No amount of scrubbing has gotten it out, its within the metal and not just on top.

My main disappointment with these baking sheets is that after only TWO times of use, one of them became permanently marked and ugly. The picture below is of the sheet entirely clean. Not sure why the other one held up and still looks fine. But this one looks ruined, after baking just regular cookies on it. It is still functional, just ugly.

Absolutely not dishwasher safe. I ran them through the dishwasher when I first received them and there was rust water everywhere, so be cautious.

I'm a little disappointed in these cookie pans. They advertised dishwasher safe but, the first time I put one in the dishwasher it came out with some rust spots. Consequently, I no longer put them in the dishwasher & wash by hand when I use them. Other than that, they are okay.

I ran these pans through the dishwasher once and they've already begun to rust. You get what you pay for.

Received these and the smaller pan had a defect in the coating. Apparently quality control doesn't exist.

They are ok but they are wrapping when u put them in the oven

The baking sheets themselves are good, they work well, and I have no complaints on that front. However, my issue is that there are three different sizes: I wanted three large pans, and instead, I got a small medium and large. The image implies they are all the same size, and there is nothing in the description that in any way suggests they are different sizes. This was very disappointing, as I don't really have a lot of use for the smaller ones, so I feel like it was a waste of money.

I like the way these bake cookies but after only 6 months they are warped. They rock on the counter which is really annoying.

I bake a ton of cookies and these pans tend to make the cookies more flat instead of puffing up like they usually do.

The item was received on time in good condition. After using it a couple of times, I don't think it bakes as well as regular cookie sheets. The cookies don't seem to brown on the bottoms, and I'm afraid the baked goods are going to slide off because there is nothing to prevent the food from falling off the tray.

The width X Length shown on this product fits my oven, but I can't get it inside my oven because the right side (which in the picture looks like front side) is too high.

These cookie sheets are very nice except for the gray/black film that comes off on the cookies. There's also quite lot that comes off when washing. I'm pretty sure that whatever this stuff is it can't possibly be good to put in your body. I used these once, and put them away for use with crafts or other projects where eating the final product is not involved.Otherwise, these are nice sturdy sheets.... but that's the only positive thing I can say.

I was excited to purchase these but I have been slightly disappointed with their performance.I do notice a difference with things burning less easily when baked on these pans. However, they are nearly impossible to keep nice and clean.Residue from foods sticks all over the pan. Something about what the pan is made of or how it is made makes it so that grease sticks to it, and according to description and other reviews, you can not soak these in water or dishwasher. I have scrubbed the surfaces with soap and water and still there is a remaining grease residue from the food that doesn't seem to want to go away.I do not think they are worth the price.

They are not non-stick, and literally rusted around the sides after 2 washes. Not dishwasher friendly

Large Cookie sheet was bent and glass pitchers were shattered.... Never got to use items damaged:(

Got these pans yesterday. Used the smaller one for the first time today. Put it in a 350 degree oven with nothing but frozen fries on it. About 5 minutes later I heard a loud pop from the oven. I opened the oven door to find the pan is now warped and is no longer flat. Very dissapointed.

I hand washed these pans the same day they arrived and there was rust colored water dripping from the seams.I wouldn't recommend these pans.

1st pan was ruined after I put it in the dishwasher. These are also not nonstick. 2nd pan was ruined after I cooked a spaghetti squash. I couldn't wash off the squash. Waste of money. I never got to try baking cookies on them.

These are the worst trays I ever used for cookies. I had to add more than five minutes to my baking time and I was getting browning on the edges while they were still underbaked on the bottom. I'm not sure what cookie they would be good for, but definitely not rollouts. I ended up with dried out cookies by the time the bottom was set.

Don't waste your money they discolored the first time I used them. Returning

JUNK....I have never paid this kind of money for cookie sheets. No maytter what we bake they burn....we have tried adjusting teh oven and teh racks...waste of money

We've had these for about 6 months now... they're cheaply made. The two layers of the pan dislodged and the entire piece is deformed. It doesn't lay flat and definitely isn't worth the price.

These things are garbage. VERY thin metal that bows within a few uses.
