I bought a Whitmor 4-Tier Shelving Unit that transformed the closet in my home office. I searched the websites of several companies before deciding on a shelf liner because I wanted good quality plastic but not a thick rigid mat. The price of some liners was so high that a bad choice might cost over $50 for the area I needed to cover. A picture of the Warp Bros. Plast-O-Mat Ribbed Shelf Liner popped up while was searching for something else, and I ignored it several times. Finally I read the description because it was one of the few liners that could be cut to size, and I bought it.This hefty roll of shelf liner was THE RIGHT CHOICE. It is thick but flexible, and lays flat within minutes of placing it on a shelf. You don't need special cutting tools to cut this; a regular set of office scissors cuts through it very easily. The ribbing has kept a few smooth items in place on my shelves. After dealing with a few recent plastic products that had toxic fumes, I was relieved to find out that this liner had no odor.To ensure a perfect fit, I used a yardstick and light markings with a ballpoint pen to draw a line where I would cut the liner on the short sides. I lined the four 36" shelves of the unit in less than 15 minutes, and have a lot of liner left that I can use elsewhere in the house where I need a waterproof barrier. I thought I would have to cut the corners at a diagonal to get them to fit. Instead, the plastic was flexible enough that it tucked under the small space around the wires of the rack, which looked great and was more secure.After seeing the pristine results with this liner, I would never choose a pre-cut shelf liner. Seeing how well this product performs, I would have paid the price of more expensive liners for it, but Warp Bros.' more reasonable price for a larger surface area of a better product is superior in all respects.

Really thick ribbed plastic liner works great. Easy to cut and it really protects your shelves. As you can see, it's a translucent color with lines on it. So if something leaks on it it won't spread too far because of the grooves. It looks like this would be easy to clean.

I just tried this liner and I really like it. It is easy to cut once you get the hang of it. There are no patterns/guides to cut to length, but it you need to trim off an inch, down to 11", your scissors will follow the ribbing.This liner does not give off fumes like many of the foam-rubber-ish types of liners. After recent experiences I will stop using the foam style liners.The back-side of the liner does seem to have a cloudy look to it, and it is almost impossible to clean this off, but I think it is probably harmless and hard to notice.Some have complained that the roll was not 25' feet long, but only 20' long. My roll was the full 25' feet long.Until I find something better I will continue to use this liner.

We bought this liner to line our new kitchen cabinets. It's a little expensive, but so were the cabinets, glad we spent the extra. The liner is easy to cut to size, lays flat without any adhesive and looks good. Purchased additional roles to finish the job and the wife is extremely happy. The only issue I had with the installation is that the last piece, which was from the inside of the roll, needed to be run under hot water for a couple of minutes to enable it to relax and lay flat. Would buy again if I ever have to do this again...but don't think I will need to.

When I realized I absolutely had to put down liner on some cabinet, visions of pulling backing off self-adhesive liner and then gluing it down without bunching, all while standing on stepladder with my head and shoulders inside a wall cabinet came to mind. My hands aren't as flexible as they were, and I could see disaster looming in the attempt to use any adhesive liner. I found (thank you Amazon, for an excellent search function!) and bought the Plast-O-Mat liner. It took me maybe 1/2 hour to install it on the two shelves most in need, and that includes the measuring, trimming the width and making cut-outs for vertical posts. The material is absolutely cooperative and very nice to handle. Now a job I've been dreading is done, and I have lift-out liners I can clean easily! I think it's great!

I don't want to wax too lyrical about something as modest as shelf liner, but it's not often that you find what you've been looking for and it exceeds every expectation. I recently put up new kitchen cabinets with glass shelves and was looking for shelf liners to protect the glass. The Warp brothers shelf liner is perfect - perfect! It's an excellent heavy, non-smelly grade of plastic, it lies flat on the shelf right off the roll, it is just short of being transparent and nearly invisible on the glass. It is ribbed to prevent sliding and provide cushioning and air circulation yet it doesn't grab and prevent easy removal of objects on upper shelves. While it is substantially thick it is quite easy to trim to size. This stuff should last for ages. It's the perfect shelf line. Job well done Warp Brothers!

This is just as good as the other brand but so less expensive. I love this. I used it in my kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets and linen closets. Because it is less expensive I was able to use it throughout my house and I even used it in my friends' houses when I organized their kitchens.

I love this product! I received many many books at my baby shower and used this liner in the baby's closet shelf to store all the books. These books are extremely heavy and the liner was stable enough to keep them all from falling through the wired shelf holes. The liner also stayed flat with no bumps as I placed the books on it. Definitely recommend!

I've struggled with every type of shelf covering made in the past 50 years. This product is amazing. It's easy to cut and apply and provides solid protection for the shelf. The ribbing is attractive and the liner is sturdy. I bought the clear and am happy I did.

I'm really happy with these non-adhesive liners. They lie flat and were easy to install. I've included two photos to show their slight opacity.

We recently moved into a new home. Some of the shelves were already lined with this liner. We cut liners for the remaining shelves. Within a day, the new liners were coated with a fine coating of grime. Called the manufacturer and was told that others had the same complaint. However, they had no idea what the cause was or how to fix it. Finally found the culprit - the previous owner hadn't changed the furnace filter in months. YUK! Once we changed the filter and cleaned all the newly cut liners, the problem disappeared. WARNING! Change your furnace filter before using this product.

These are amazing. I use them everywhere to line everything. Bathroom, kitchen, vanity, basement, you name it. They are sturdy, easy to cut, can can be washed with soap and water. Highly recommend

On of the best shelf liner I've ever purchased.Nothing slides on this liner which for me is a plus.It's a very nice thickness and ribbed.Easy to cut.

It cuts nicely (Straight edge and cutting knife worked best for me!) Durable. Easy to clean. Stays in place. Great product!

Cannot beat Warp Bros. It's the best .... if you like a good, substantial shelf liner that will keep your shelves clean. I do not like using patterned or adhesive paper. This plastic just lays on the shelf. I just did a total, gutted remodel of my home; and the first thing I did upon returning was line every drawer and shelf with Warp Bros. Took me a couple days. Kept asking myself "who in the heck ordered all these drawers!" Me, of course! They are all done now, and this liner will last forever.

Okay, shelf liners are expensive. Wow did it blow my mind how expensive it was for a few feet of Contact Grip Shelf Liners. By comparison, I love the Warp Brothers because it is so solid, water proof, and definitely more durable. So thankful for all the reviews, because it sold me on it. I purchased these originally for my mom's home and used it to line her kitchen and bathrooms!THEN . . . when I was lining my shelves, I happened upon this product: Warp Brothers PM-50 Clear Plast-O-Mat Ribbed Flooring Runner Roll, 30-Inch by 50-Foot. Also on Amazon, but considerably less expensive. I was able to buy three rolls to line all the shelves in my 3500 sqft home (large kitchen, pantry, laundry room and four bathrooms). Same brand, same design, except the floor runner is an opaque clear not white. Plus the ribbed floor liner was wider and perfect for 18" deep drawers, 24" deep cabinets!

Great shelf liner. Cuts easily with scissors and lays nice and flat. We've just remodeled a whole house and I purchased enough to line all of my shelves. I think I read a tip somewhere that you can put them in the dishwasher but I could be wrong. I will have to research that before I try it.

I ordered the WHITE color but I think they sent me the clear instead (see picture).The liner itself is thick and good quality. I used these for long floating shelves in my kitchen. It was easy to cut along the rib lines and for the sides I used a T square to get a straight edge. I had been using the Variera IKEA liners prior to buying the but this is a superior. It's easier to cut straight lines, thicker and lays flat without any effort. The price is also cheaper though the IKEA pattern is prettier.Pros-The ribbing makes it easy to cut- The length makes it suitable for long shelving without having to cut multiple pieces-Lays flat quite easily-I am now able to put slightly wet dishes on the shelf as the ribbed liner will ensure they dry and protect the wood.Cons- 4 stars as I bought a 25' roll and my roll had less than 20' (perhaps I was sent the clear which comes in 20' rolls?)- The price seems to have gone up by almost $5 since I bought the roll which seems high

This liner is great - just pricey. It was easy to cut to fit, stays in place and does a great job protecting my new cabinets.

I used this in some of my kitchen cabinets, especially the one where some dampness may exist from water glasses, cups, dishes, etc. The cutting is pretty straight forward so long as you use a sharp pair of scissors. The thing that would have made this more user friendly would be to add some tackiness to the flat side so it does not move around or bunch up in the cabinets after some use.

Great sturdy liner. I like the clean horizontal lines. As will all these rolls, never lays completely flat, still looking for a decent double sided tape....

It's a good liner but it does move around a littleBut it's great for my glass shelves and it totally prevents the dishes from slippingSo I am happy with it

I have tried several types of drawer liners over the years. Contact paper is hard to take off. I then tried the ribbed rubber which I could cut to size. It held great but would not stay in place. When my last bottle of olive oil fell off the shelf and broke, I decided to tried this shelf liver. It is easy to cut and install. Gives a nice appearance and easy to clean. However, I must say that my things do move around on it. Is not lke the rubberized liner. Will tell you what I think in a few months.UPDATE: After a week am not as happy with the liners. They are slippery and the bamboo drawers I have set on it slips as does the liner.

I purchased this on the strength of other reviews and I must agree that it is a good product.

I used these in our bathroom closet shelves, which were made of metal wire. Small objects would easily fall down if you didn't set them on the shelf perfectly. This Shelf Liner helped get rid of that problem. I got enough to cover all of the shelves I needed at a good price. I found that using a hair dryer on the plastic liner helped flatten it out so that it didn't keep curling up.

Used it on the wire shelf and it works well. I thought the package would be enough for my very small linen closet, but I still have one shelf that I could not cover.

This is about the best shelf liner I've been able to find. I like the ribbed texture and the fact it is clear. I also like that it comes in large-dimension rolls. However, it is hard to find, and the prices can vary a lot from seller to seller. Also, it is rather expensive. Still, I think it's worth the price because it cleans so nicely and looks so great.

The product is easy to cut to size and easy to install or replace. Also looks good. I use in the medicine cabinets. Would have given a five but the overall online cost is on the high side. Definitely cheaper in retail stores (e.g., WalMart).

Thick, good shelf liner. Was fairly pricey considering you can get a similar project from Ikea or Costco for cheaper.

Seems durable. Does have a chemical stink to it like others have stated. I suspect a soap and water bath might help with that. The ribs are a nice touch for air flow. Reasonably priced, and would buy again.

Just what we needed. Comes in 1-width only, 12"; wish it were available in more widths.

These are very nice self liners, they are easy to cut and look very nice, but they are too expensive for what you get. Also they fact that they are white plastic makes me think they will eventually yellow in the future but I do not actually know this for a fact, just that passed experiences with white plastics I have encountered that too be a problem. However I do like how they look at the moment and they will be easy to clean.

The quality of this shelf liner is great. I have no problems whatsoever with the product itself. I purchased this to line wire shelves in my pantry and it is exactly what I was looking for. All the cans now sit perfectly level and they stack beautifully now and most importantly, the liners are almost invisible.My complaint is that the product is listed incorrectly. It is listed as a 12" x 25' roll, but when I received it, the roll is a 12" x 20' roll. The reason I purchased this on Amazon was because it was a bigger roll than I could buy at the big box retailers by me for the same price.I am a long time Amazon customer and used to swear by them, but I have noticed their prices have been increasing and they lack good informational reviews on the site (which was not always the case, they used to be awesome). The only way shopping online works is if you can trust the retailer selling the product and the quality of their product descriptions. I find myself shopping at my local retailers more and more. It was good while it lasted Amazon . . . .

I'm not sure what is supposed to be special about this. It was expensive and lined my shelves and drawers.

Sturdy and appealing looking, but difficult to work with.

I redid my entire kitchen and put this shelving plastic in each drawer and each cabinet shelf. It slides all the time and I'm sorry I bought it. Half the time it has slipped back in a drawer and a quarter of the drawer has no liner and the back half is all bunched up. I'm fixing it constantly.

I did not like this product. I tried to use it to cover all of the shelves and drawers in my kitchen and thought it was not very good quality, difficult to cut, and impossible to clean.Instead I recommend the Duck non-adhesive shelf liner.CONS:- very difficult to cut, especially because of the ridges- IMPOSSIBLE to clean, because of the ridges- small items are unbalanced on top of the surface because of the ridges (the ridges are definitely a negative theme here!)- hard to lay fully flat, too stiffI do not recommend. At least look for something without the ridges and that is not so stiff!

This item is not clear, but rather white-toned. When you place it on the shelf, you do not see the color of the underlying wood, which was my intention. Instead you see a foggy white color.I guess I'll use the roll I bought already on the top shelves that you don't see. It's a disappointment.. The product should be described more clearly.

I was looking for a liner that items stay in place and not shift. Unfortunately this liner doesn't meet that criteria.

These are not white as stated in ad. They are the clear ones. Very disappointed. I ordered to get the white. I have used this product for a lot of years to line shelves. It is a wonderful product. I wanted white so I am disappointed in the color.

Does not fit the shelves well. Difficult to install and does not stay in.

Excellent liners. What we expected

This collects dirt like I've never seen. There is a visible ring of black around where my dishes were. Gross.

I ordered 24 inch wide liner but was sent 12 inch liner. The customer service never addresses the actual problem and says we can always return the product but I don't want pay the shipping again and return the product. That's the only reason I am keeping it.

While the material is excellent, this vendor did not ship the product pictured. Pictured is the 24" and they shipped the 12" product. There is no more time before I move in so I am stuck with the wrong thing. Great material but do not buy from this supplier.

Love the liner but only received one roll, says a pack of two!

Well, 4 years ago I would have given 5 stars. The mats lay flat, clear, and anything on it is stable. 4 years later, it's definitely a 1 star product. So, I had a house guest grab a glass at the back of the shelf. She noted the wine tasted musty. OK, must be the wine. That night she grabbed a drinking glass for water, same funky smell. Disgusting! Ran that glass though the dishwasher, smell goes away. Must be the liner. Smelled the liner, yup. Stepped back and looked at the glasses, hazy. Pulled all of the glasses off and washed the liner thoroughly. Better, but not right.So, an analogy. For those that grew up in warm climates in the 80's. Remember vinyl seat and that smell. Now think about how your windows looked after a week. That is offgassing. PVC = poly-vinyl chloride. Would you want to consume that?If you don't believe me, this is what the EPA says. [...]

I don't like this liner at all! It came with dust and dirty on it, and the dirty is not on the package, it's inside!!! Also it's very stiff. When I put it in shelf it will row up itself. Bad product, don't buy.
