The two clips arrived via US Post in protective packaging. The clips also had a protective film to prevent scratches during shipping. I've been using the clips for 2 weeks now and they are working better than expected. The clips are tight and they hold your cash securely. I am very pleased with these clips and recommend them for anyone looking for a money clip.

Clips work as advertised, simple and straight forward.As with all clips, the more money you have, the harder it is to work the clip. I'm still looking for a good spring clip for my money, I have to make change as part of one of my jobs, and have not found any, yet, that serve better. Simple is good.

Looks good, works well. This replaced an older similar version that was too loose to hold few bills. This snaps closed and snug better.

Enjoyed this money clip. It was my favorite I've used. However I've switched to a slim wallet. This is a great money clip though!

Of course, time will tell more, but initially, the money clip is wonderfully capable of holding even one bill. With other money clips, the grip is not tight enough to hold bills, but even with tugging on one folded bill, this clip keeps it in place.

Got tired of magnetic clips which are difficult to open, so tried this one. Not only is it easy to grasp and open, but when closed, it really holds onto your money. Totally satisfied, and no cosmetic problem, as others have reported. One caveat: when you insert your folded bills, you don't need to push them all the way back into the clip. When you close the clip, it will move the bills back, as it clamps down on them. Very secure~

Before this clip I bought one off Amazon that was about the same price but without a clasp mechanism. I found this is a critical requirement for holding both thick and thin items without stretching out the metal. I am very satisfied with this little clip and use it every day.Edit: 8/15/2015 (2 months later): Still using the clip every day and enjoy the freedom of not sitting on a thick wallet. This money clip has a small screw that goes along the entire width of the clip where the hinge is. Recently I saw this screw was about 3mm out of the hole. I got a tiny screw driver and screwed it all the way in and made sure its tight. As good as new and I'm still very happy with the value of this clip.

I had 5 cards and 10 bills in it and it held them tightly. I love it. Finally happy with this one.

decent little money clip. Is very light weight and small. Holds bills great, but would not recommend if you like to put credit cards or other cards with your money.

I waited 3 months to finally get them but thy are good money clips. Nice tight money clips. To bad it was such slow delivery.

Was sent the wrong items at first which got here almost a month ahead of time and it was easily fixed, they sent me the correct item the second time and still got here ahead of the estimated arrival date. They're nice and small clips, durable and can't hold a lot of bills without a little roughing up but worth the money.

Good for carrying a few bills. Very tight, so they won't come out like the magnetic one I have, but you can't carry more than 5 bills, and those will be hard to put back in. But they will also stay put, unlike my magnetic one.

Good. It holds a lot of bills. Sometimes opens up in pocket. But that happens when you have something else in pocket. otherwise I like it

This is an extremely nice money clip. It looks good and it holds securely everything from a single bill to many bills folded into thirds.

Actually a very nice clip and made well. Really like it and its very nice nice looking. Only reason it did not get a 5 star is that it doesnt hold alot of money. It holds a decent amount but if you have alot of singles or even 20s it is not the clip for you. Otherwise like I said it is very nice

It does the job. It works great and looks amazing. I've been using a rubberband to hold my cash but this clip looks way better. the only complaint I'd have is that I had a big stack of bills and now if I have smaller stacks..... it doesn't hold it tightly but that isn't the clips fault

I like the flip up style. Other types I have had the spring was too tight to get money in and out, this one makes it a breeze.

I found these way too tight so they are sidelined, but others may like the firm grip.

These have a vice like clamp. If you have more than 1 Bill, good luck getting them inside these clips.

Clips okay but it took almost a month to arrive. Shipping time should be stated before orders confirmed. Country of manufacture might be nice. This came from Wumart in China.

One day when you have a biggest bunch of money than usually, is the last day of use this item. Once stretched, it will never keep hold your usual amount of money again.

IT came apart in the washing machine don't forget to not leave it in your clothes like I did.

It works for intended purpose, and cannot expect more for what was spent. It was a good stocking stuffer and replacement for the clip he is currently using. It does not seem to be a tight closing though. We will see when he actually uses it for a while.

Money clips are useful for people who like to keep their wallets slim and spare. These days I seem to be getting more and more $1 bills in change, and they just accumulate; so I bought a money clip. Now, you can get the same effect with a spring clip (various sizes available from Staples or Office Depot, cheap in quantity), but where's the style? This product is a single-lever type, which I think is not as easy to use as a two-lever type, but that's a personal preference. This particular money clip is handsome and functional, and works exactly as it should, although it does not hold a large number of bills. If you like the design and the gold-colored finish, then this could be for you.

It's a money clip so it doesn't really need to be too special to work as described. However, many buyers provided feedback that theirs was scuffed or scratched, and I experienced the same. When I opened the box there was residue inside from where this occurred and the new money clip itself seems a little worn and scuffed. As I said, its a money clip so as long as it works, I'm not overly concerned how it looks, but if you are, you may not wish to take your chances with this product. I would have given it a higher rating, but buyers should have to accept that new products will come slightly damaged right out of the box

Doesn't hold much

I bought this to replace a simple stainless steel one, that I bought overseas. Was very happy to find this same design, as I thought it was great.This item has a weird rainbow coloring effect when viewed with fluorescent lights, for some reason. Makes it look like it needs a cleaning.After 2-3 weeks of use, I noticed it wasn't holding my bills any more, and found a crack in the main spine that ran most of the way across.I'm sending for a replacement, but the return shipping costs more than the original purchase price. I wasn't thrilled with the price of this (compared to the previous one I had), and now that I'm in for return shipping, I'm less happy!

Not what I was looking for in the money clip it does work but the coating on the money clip comes off very quickly. I would get a titanium money clip instead,

I ordered black and it is not true to color. Its more a shiny grey. Product arrived with scratches all over it as if was previously used. Ordered a replacement and it looked the same. I assume that's just what I shud expect for the low price.

Though the money clip itself was very nice, mine was also scuffed on the top. It wasn't so bad that many dad wanted to send it back, but when you buy something new, you expect out to look new...Wasn't great for my dad to open his birthday gift and it had big scuff marks on it.

Coating peeling when arrived. Too tight for even one credit card let alone trying to fit soft dollar bills into clip. I would return if I could and give a minus star.

Too stiff to even open! How am I supposed to use this to hold bills if I can't even get it open? Seems like it's not the right kind of stainless steel.

The item looks like brushed steel, but it's not!It's actually painted... and the logo wore off in literally two days and after a week and a half of use the finish is wearing off on all edges. The item looks beat and ready for replacement!!!No matter how inexpensive this item is it's still over priced!!! I seriously recommend buying something else. Because after buying it I still need to go buy another one!!!VERY DISAPPOINTED AND STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST PURCHASING THIS ITEM!!

Screw fell out after only a couple days when I tried to put it back together it no longer fit in the hole.

I read the some of reviews and some said it is not worth the money. They were right. Then again for the price, you know what they say"you get what you pay for". Maybe the one I got was defective, but it had no tension to it and would not hold anything.My advice, spend more and get a product that works.

Cheap; the engraving of the "Y&G..." literally looks like someone did it with a cheap engraving machine in their mother's basement. Not only was it a rough engraving but half the engraving was off-color - almost like there was rust. I never gave it a chance to determine how well it would hold money...because it wasn't worth keeping. Sent it back almost immediately due to the (lack of) craftmanship. I should have stayed true to the motto of "you get what you pay for." Avoid this product unless you're just looking solely for the cheapest option.

I read a review about a scuffed clip prior to my purchase but assumed that was a one-time occurrence. Unfortunately, mine arrived the same way. The nice gold finish was completely worn away at the top where it must've been in contact with the box. Instantly looks 10 years old. Stepped up to have something nice but was definitely let down
