Simply outstanding, could not be happier. Bought this for my wife to replace her desktop, and the touch screen feature for her (she is accustomed to a tablet) made this a great choice. She's finally not scared to play on the PC again.

I have used this for close to a month now and have enjoyed it. The touch capacity is great for the various kid games my son uses. Simple to set it up, but the HDMI cable has a bit of pressure on it due to its position that I worry may damage the cable over time...I could be wrong, though. Overall, great quality and better price.

Very responsive touch screen. I connected it to my Surface 3 dock. I am able to wake the deBvice and use all of the multi-touch gestures. The viewing angle can be adjusted very easily. The monitor is low profile which is just what I needed to fit under the kitchen cabinet. This is a welcome addition at a great price.

It took some time to set this up in Windows 8 - there were some weird things happening with windows resizing automatically, etc. Definitely do your homework if you plan to use this as a second monitor, as there are a couple of steps you'll have to take. After all the work, though, the monitor is great, highly responsive and great to look at. The build quality is better than I thought, and I constantly adjust from a stand up to a tablet stance for graphic work and it transitions smoothly but comfortably and I don't feel at risk of breaking or bending anything.

I bought this monitor a few weeks ago and have been very happy with it. I have used it on three computers and had good results on all of them. I bought it to use with a new HP Windows 8 PC/tablet (x360). I got the new computer about a week ago, and so far this monitor has greatly added to the Windows 8 experience. I have also connected the monitor to my work computer, which is Windows 7 -- the monitor hooked up by plug-and-play with touchscreen enabled, and it was great for viewing documents and web pages. I also connected the monitor to my old Windows XP desktop. It displayed well, but did not operate as a touch screen. I did not install the drivers for it -- I started too, and Windows gave me a warning about my computer potentially becoming unstable and I wasn't willing to take the risk.

Good computer. I've only had it for about four months. I love the touchscreen.

Nice monitor. Solid glass screen which seems very responsive. The only thing I dislike is the that the rubber feet on the bottom of the stand are very poorly made and keep falling off.

1 of the original 4 ordered had non-functional touch and had to be returned for a replacement. Otherwise, the uses are enjoying these.

I purchased this unit for my wife. The reviews read great and I decided to purchase it over a few others. We worked with getting the monitor to work with a new Lenovo laptop for about a week, but it wouldn't perform as we had hoped. I think it was a software issue and not the monitor itself. there was a software CD provided with the unit, but the laptop my wife had didn't have a CD player. The company (Triplenet) that sold the unit was very very helpful and answered each question via email that we sent to them. The problem can when we were referred to the company that made the unit….Dell. The customer service we received from Dell was nothing less that horrible. They were rude, dismissive and one even hung up on my wife. I think this is why Dell is no longer a player in the tech field any more. All in all I can't give the monitor a poor rating…so i'll just say…make sure you have a CD player. I might make all the difference in the world.

Pros:Great Screen with High Resolution and Brightness.The touch functionality works smoothly.Cons:I just wish the screen was finger print resistance.Also it has some friction (finger to screen) while moving fingers on the screen for gestures or any long swipes (Not as smooth as smart phones)

Monitor is as advertised. Beautiful screen, easy setup and very responsive, fantastic product.Only issues I had was with the seller who misplaced the order and didn't dispatch the order until I called to inquire about it.The Nerds get 2 stars for that

A little slow and the fan is loud. This one is refurbished so don't know about it's longevity, yet.

Not so good. I have had several computer issues.

First, I have had so many sites to stop working because of "Long Running scripts." I changed my specs under the settings of internet security. This did not help. I took a chance and updated to Windows 10 from Windows 8. This has helped so far.

Second, my updates were not updating so my security (Vipre) was not updating. This took hours to research and correct.

Third, I have had one error of low memory. I am not sure where this will lead. It is unusual as I store no pictures, videos or music. I only use my computer to shop.

Last, yesterday I received an error message of "Thread stuck in device driver." After looking on line, I see this is going to turn into a bigger issue.

I usually handle errors with research on the computer and do the best I can. I am hoping this will continue to work for me. I rate this a 5 on a scale of 1 - 10.

Last, I will say that the computer is slow. I have updated, used defrag, etc as best as I can. When I buy in the future, I will not purchase a refurbished.

I bought one 2 weeks ago, the monitor look goog and it seems worked great. Drcided buying a second one for different office. It did not work, have to return. Hope the replacement will work.

I've had a better (more expensive) touch screen which took signatures with a stylus much better (more clear, no lag, etc). That great one was stolen so we replaced it with this. It gets the job done but isn't so fancy that anyone will steal it. win win.

Screen is way too glossy.

This monitor is well-designed and has a high-end look and feel. The tilting mechanism works quite well and the touch-screen capabilities worked immediately after plugging in the USB (with no drivers or anything to install).My biggest issue, however, is that the image quality is not all that great by 2014 standards. If you are coming from an older monitor, you might be just fine. But if you are someone work works with lots of current monitors (like I do), then you might not be that impressed. The image is plenty sharp and the pixel density is decent, being 1080p on a smaller screen. However, even many cheap monitors these days use IPS panels, and so when comparing this to a few other new monitors I have, the image isn't all that impressive. The biggest issues for me were that the image was too dim (the brightness maxes at 250cd/m2, which is low by today's standards) and the colors weren't all that saturated no matter how I configured things.I still think that this is among the best ~22" touchscreen monitors out there right now, but if you're coming from an already decent monitor, know that the image quality won't be that great.

I don't know if it just my bad copy but this produces a terrible image for me. The external monitor I had before it was very nice and so was the replacement I got for this one. The image was also terrible compared to my computer's primary display. The machined metal stand and edge to edge flat touchscreen are beautiful though. Touchscreen response was terrible compared to my Win 8 computer's primary touch screen. Not sure if that was due to sub-optimal settings or intrinsic to USB cable operations. I blame the monitor because my keyboard and mouse are on wireless USB and yet operate flawlessly.

Nice screen, nice looking but there is no height adjustment. There's an angle adjustment only but height would be nice. Also, there's no place to hang a sound bar. Separate speakers need to be purchased and that clutters up the desk. All of this would be tolerable if Amazon had made that clear in the description which they don't. Do better Amazon.

I bought one of these for my wife a little over two years ago. It never did seem to work quite right. Everything seemed a little slow and laggy. After updating to Windows 10 the internet speed tanked. Using a cat6 cable straight from the modem into the computer it gets a max speed that is roughly half of what we are paying for. The funny thing is that every other computer in the house gets the full speed, and some of the wireless devices! There is something funny going on here and I don't plan on buying another A) all in one pc B) Hewlett Packard.

The monitor developed lines from top to bottom of screen. Six lines covering about a one inch wide area. I have only used the monitor a dozen times for about four hours each time. Not happy.

The base is unstable and the monitor keeps falling over when ever the table is slightly bumped. Screen cracked because of it

Bought the monitor on June 26, 2016 and on 12/2/16 started to get pink and green pixels sparkling across the monitor. Called Dell for support and they said it is an invalid Service Tag so they won't give me support. Amazon doesn't list who the seller is, so I can't go through them for support. Won't be buying technology through Amazon again if this is the kind of support you get. Expensive monitors should last longer than 5 months!!! Very disappointed in this experience.

I installed the monitor two days ago Once you have it properly installed I’m sure it will work very well.Now the problem. Once you connect the power cord, USB and HDMI cables to the computer and monitor and turn the power on, it will auto install. In testing the system you will find you have lost audio. To restore audio unplug the speaker cable from your computer and plug it into the unmarked jack next to the USB connection on the monitor. That will restore audio.The one page setup guide makes no mention of the connection. Once the HDMI connection is made audio is diverted from the computer audio output to the HDMI connection. The monitor does not include speakers. Ergo – no sound.Not knowing the above, I called Dell support. (First call) poor overseas connection heavy accent poor knowledge. After insuring me the monitor did contain speakers he put me on hold for twenty minutes. (Second Call) Poor overseas connection which was dropped after about one minute. (Third call) after about an hour, the problem was worked out.Dell – if you are reading this modify your installation instructions!

I was really excited to get this item seeing it's reviews, but unfortunately the touch feature did not work, and Dell customer service was no help... back to Amazon. Overall, the monitor's quality was so good I had to give it two stars.

2nd monitor, considering sending it back for a third. touch placement is way off. right on in the middle but gets progressively worse towards the edges. Dell took over a week to approve replacing the monitor.

Very slow computer

Finally getting around to writing a review about this piece of garbage that was sold. I purchased this for my father as a Christmas gift since he loves writing. I never got a chance to head back home and witness how it performs until now and I'm appalled that a machine this new can perform so terribly. It is literally used for writing and Web browsing and it runs slower than the eMachines computer I used in college 15 years ago. The only thing fast about this experience has been the shipping, probably because the crooks who sold it were eager to get it off their hands. Next time I visit home, I'm going to crack this thing open to see if it contains the RAM labeled in its factory specs. I simply can't believe a computer manufactured post 2010 can operate so poorly without being tampered with.

Bought it in December 2015, went on vacation since 2/8/2016, When return and power up, my wireless connection function and icon dissappeared, contacted seller and was told out of warranty, i had to pay for the repair.

This is definitely the worst computer I have ever purchased. I got this as a Christmas present in 2014. Right out of the box it was SO SLOW. I didn't want to return it right away for fear of hurting the person's feeling who bought it for me. I thought maybe I could fix the issue on my own because SURELY HP wouldn't sell such an inconvenient computer. WRONG... 2016 and still can't get it to work half the time. I can't even play a game on here without it shutting the game down. I had a warranty but they wouldn't take the computer back even though it's obviously faulty. I will NEVER trust HP again. This isn't going to be the first review you come across about this computer with the same issue. Do your research first. Next computer will be from APPLE.

Touch screen would not work. Research online shows this is a common problem with this product.

I like dell but this time I'm very disappointed my old 2007 dell monitor was better!!!!!!

Either it was an "out of box failure" or my DELL PC incompatible with Dell Monitor. Either way, 5 transfers on the phone for an hour and not a resolution -- not even much of an effort."We will ship you a replacement." Hope the next one works, but I doubt it will. They did not even ask about the hardware or software or check to see if there was some sort of internal conflict with programs. They need a better technical support group -- the five reps were clueless and seemed much more interested in getting off the call by passing the call to another department.

The monitor is very attractive and nice and the color is very clear. It s god for a non-touch screen, but the touch would not calibrate. It only as "auto-calibrate" which is activated by unplugging and re-plugging it in, but it is still about an inch off. Eventually the touch on the the Dell monitor didn't register at all but when I touched the dell, it registered on my laptop monitor. So when I have it in extended display, the touch on the dell becomes useless. I found this problem on the dell support community for several other people who have purchased this computer with different computers, but the problem was not resolved. I spent hours on the phone and chat with tech support but they were more interested in registering the monitor with numbers that were not there and checking on the details of my account than actually addressing the problem. Tech support was so very disappointing. They were very unhelpful without a quick access number, but even their website said that quick access numbers don't come on monitors. The tech support people gave me conflicting stories and sent me around to people who didn't seem to know anything about what the last guy said and would say something completely different. Finally they told me to call Toshiba (my laptop company) who was very helpful and nice.. but couldn't fix the dell problem. Dell is the new alienware - fine products if they work, but you will not be getting any tech support that is actually helpful.

After spending over an hour with customer service , who never got around to the problem of why it would not work, I packed it up and returned it to Amazon. The CS was more interested in registering it with numbers that were not on the unit.
