Girlfriend loves it. Great look and high quality for the price. Immediately ordered a different chain based on other reviews and it does seem a little weak, but never gave it a chance. My husband surprised me with this beautiful piece on Valentine's day two years ago. It is absolutely gorgeous and i love it. It looks elegant and i get compliments all the time. The stones shine in light and the metal finish is perfect. The pendant might look sharp at the bottom edge but it is not.I wore this chain everday all day until it broke after two years of heavy use and rain and shine. I now got a new chain for my pendant.

GF still wears it to this day and treasures it. It was the greatest gift I have ever purchased and given and most certainly was not even close to the most expensive. Will not be disappointed with quality. I did replace the necklace that it came with to something a bit nicer when I gave it. I still let her have both but claims that she only likes the second one that I got for her because it is much nicer. I thought that there was absolutely nothing wrong with the necklace that the Diamond pendant comes with. The one that I had given and purchased separately would clearly be preferred because it was a very nice piece. The Pendant is also a very nice piece and is extremely cherished present given for the holidays 2-3 years ago already.

Panic sets in... confusion... I don't understand. Quickly I bring up Amazon and search for necklaces because she had mentioned once before that she would like something that she could wear to tell people that it was from me and that is when I see it... the Diamond Heart Pendant Necklace... it's simple, yet elegant... just like her and I know it is perfect!But what is this? The item is temporarily out of stock?? Ohhhh the humanity! I begin to feel redemption slipping from my grasp as I quickly look at all the other overly "blingy" heart pendants, none of which could have equaled the perfection of this item... But wait! Her text! "... a few weeks" she had said. Perfect! I bring the item back up, throw it in my basket and check out! I'm then able to immediately text her back (without lying), "I got you something too, but it's also going to be late." Slowly the seconds tick by until I receive her reply, "Ooooohhhhh what is it???"GLORIOUS REDEMPTION IS MINE! "Something you can wear and people will know is from me" I reply. 4 days later it arrives on my doorstep, I bring it to work to give to her, but first I give her a googly eye ring as a joke since hey... I'm 30 years old and like cartoons... so everybody would know that that's my sense of humor if she wore it! She laughs at it but when she opens the box that I hand her 10 seconds after the ring her eyes nearly pop out of her head in surprise! She literally loves this necklace so much that she wears it everyday! Next time I will make sure to have something ordered in advance for the next Valentine's Day that we're not exchanging gifts!

I purchased this pendant for my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. She loves it! The first thing I noticed about this piece, is it's heft -- the heart is a good size and has some "weight" to it. Settings seem very solid; I will be surprised if we ever have issues with loose stones. Additionally, she was very happy with how the diamonds are laid out on the face of the pendant. Very pretty. Not as flimsy as I thought it would be. I bought this for my daughter as a Mother's Day gift to match an infinity necklace I ordered from Amazon for last year's Mothers's Day gift. She really loved it. As she swore when I gave her the necklace that she would never take off this bracelet, she made the same promise with this bracelet. From the sturdiness of this bracelet I fell that it will hold up to the daily abuse.

This is a beautiful bracelet! More than pleasantly surprised. I had a little trouble with the clasp. But overall, the clasp is great for keeping the bangle closed so you won't lose this bracelet. A good price for a nice piece of jewelry.

Excellent value...this is the second time I bought the bracelet! At first I thought is was too tight on my wrist but now I know this will prevent it from slicing and keep it place. Had second thoughts and now I'm glad I repurchased it - and it cost a bit less also...

It is very nice quality and much more beautiful than the pictures can show! It came in a nice box for storing when not wearing and arrived within just a few days of ordering it! Just received my bracelet today. Quality weight, diamonds sparkle and latch is well made. For the price this piece exceeded my expectations...highly recommended. Not however recommended for large wrists.

The necklace is very pretty. The chain is seems fairly thin but sturdy, and the pendant would easily fit onto a much larger chain if you're worried about it. The setting of the three center diamonds make them seem quite a bit bigger than they actually are, so they sparkle nicely. Overall, I think it's a pretty good value for the price.

She loves it! Upon looking at the back of the pendant, it looks like it is manufactured, but the back is never facing forward and this item was a great price ($100ish) when I bought it. Fantastic gift for your lover.

I love the pendant, it is lovely, but the chain quality is not what I would like. The fastener does not seem secure enough to be sure it will stay fastened.

I just received this product after ordering it a couple days ago. The pennant part looks phenomenal, but the chain that it came with looks a little cheap. This product also came in a nice box. There is a tab that is used to open the box and on the one I received there is a small stain looking thing on it. It is definitely noticeably and is a little disappointing. But,overall it's a very nice necklace, but I might end up looking around for a nicer looking chain that I can buy separately.

The pendant is beautiful and the chain is fine, my wife was very exited when she opened the box and saw the pendant, I was not expecting to see a chain as strong as gold or platinum, it's just sterling silver, I'ts really fine for the price I paid for it. The only thing I was really expecting was to see some kind of diamond certificate of authenticity or something saying that it's really a diamond, everything else like boxing, packaging and shipping was awesome.

Simple enough. Again. Its not big and blingy. You wont be pulling in any big baller fish, BUT if you have a good presentation, hit her with a sweet line or 2 about infinity or some BS like that, she will probably at least blow you on the way home from dinner. Worst case scenario you get an old fashion back at the house.

This is a beautiful bracelet that I received as a Mother's Day gift from my son. It came in a nice black box with faux suede interior. I absolutely love the double-knot design. It's so classy. The diamonds are sparkly and the sterling silver finish is shiny. For less than $100, it is a well-made and good quality bracelet. I docked one star from it because I had a very hard time getting it to open at first. I came back to Amazon to check if anyone had posted tips on how to open it. Thankfully some did. The trick to opening the bracelet is to open the clasp first, and then using your thumb nail press down hard on the square piece underneath the clasp and at the same time, pull the two ends apart. You have to push down a little as you pull the two ends apart. After a few times opening and closing the bracelet, it is now much easier to open. Amazon, please include instructions on how to open the bracelet.

Nice gift but the clasp was a pain in my neck. Don't try to do anything like pry or bend. Just push down on the small (1/8") square piece toward the wearer where it would appear the two halves come together.

I loved the look of this bracelet and was impressed with the weightiness of it. The diamonds were small but sparkled and the clasp was very secure. Unfortunately my wrist is on the smaller size so the double knot kept spinning under my wrist instead of remaining on top. I returned it only for that reason.

I just received this bracelet, and I have to say it's gorgeous. Shiny and sparkly in all the right places, and nicely packaged. Definitely worth what I paid. It's a gift for my sister's upcoming wedding, and I know she'll love it.I can't, for the life of me, though, figure out how to open the thing. I undid the small clasp, but I can't get the two halves of the bracelet itself apart. I don't want to try to force it and end up breaking something. Help?

This necklace is very pretty, I bought it for my Mom for her birthday. My BIG complaint is that it arrived completely tangled up. I almost sent it back, it was hard to untangle. I wish I had taken a photo to show how it looked. Anyway, we were able to untangle it and my Mom loved it.

I wasn't really impressed after getting this necklace for my girlfriend. Although for what I paid I shouldn't complain. My main concern was is it "REAL" so I took it and the earrings I bought her to a jeweler to have them looked at. The Jeweler was really nice and said "don't tell me what you think they are, I will just tell you what they are". Under a microscope she verified that it was Sterling Silver and the stones where DIAMONDS.Although she said they were very included (pitted to my best knowledge) and the color wasn't ideal. Also the settings were pretty bad. I then got a nice lesson on diamond quality and clarity grades which are actually called out in the item's description. So as far as the authenticity goes I received exactly what I ordered and until I start making 6 figures a year this is the best my girlfriend will see until maybe a wedding ring.My real advice is to look at the clarity grade, which is actually the least important when it comes to diamond cost but has the biggest effect on what the diamond actually looks like. These diamonds are "I3" which is the lowest clarity grade so they won't look that great and may make you doubt their authenticity, Overall you get what you pay for and if this is in your price range then go for it, as long as you can say they are real diamonds most women will be happy.

This is a beautiful looking necklace, and my criticism is focused on how it's listed on Amazon.While it's quite a lovely necklace, it's a bit bigger than I expected. Ultimately I had to return it because, while it looked smaller online, the actual size presented a problem for my girlfriend. I ultimately had to return it despite her loving the design, and I'm back on the lookout for something a bit smaller.What would help immensely is a sizing chart online similar to what Zales does that could show the necklace against a ruler or something. This would greatly help in picking jewelry out online.

The bracelet had a dent on it and I couldn't open it. It was used and it was beautiful , I returned it.

This is a beautiful bracelet. However, the claps that holds it shut and the safety open easily.

The bracelet is very pretty and looks just like the picture. However the clasp does not stay shut very well. I expanded the small piece that inserts and squeezed the clasp tighter but it still continues to come undone. Makes me nervous to wear as it would be easy to lose.

I like the braclet, it is very elegant. I have not worn it yet since I cannot open the clasp. It is completely stuck. I have to take it to a jeweler to get it open without braking it. They really should test it before sending.

It is a pretty bracelet for the price. Feels a little cheap. I think they spent more on the package than they did the bracelet. I was very disappointed that there was nothing in the box describing the bracelet. For example some nice little card or something saying Sterling Silver Diamond.... I got this as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. It's very pretty but it's extremely hard to open without fear of breaking it. If her hands weren't so slender I would have returned it.

Received this necklace with a diamond missing was not pleased at all. Was suppose to be a nice birthday gift for my ruined but instead she got a cheap necklace that I paid a little to much money for. Will not buy from buyers again unless can fix the problem.

I never got a report or certification of true diamonds. In general this piece looks cheaper for what I expected.

Go to a real store and buy something thats worth it. The diamond was cloudy, and I would not buy this again.

The pendant is nice and no complaints there but the chain is very cheap feeling and was received in knots from not being secured in the fancy box it was sent in. They had a little pocket and slots for the chain to be set in while boxed but failed to use them. This was a gift and did not have time to return so I embarrassingly had to gift it with the knots in the chain with the promise to replace the chain with something better. I purchase a lot on Amazon and had very little complaints in any of my reviews but lately have been very disappointed in both Amazon and the sellers.This mistake made me look bad by giving a gift that could not be worn or shown.

I just get it .. and it's realy small with a weak chain (must change it )no any sertificates only tax paper, i just don't like it im dissapointed

I bought this for my new girl friend who does not live close so I had to mail it. I looked at it but didn't notice a missing stone. Of course she did! Which now makes me look like a cheap !! Amazon replaced it quickly so hopefully this one doesn't have the same issue. She seemed to love it other than that, but what an embarrassment!

Cant get it to open!

Looks cheap. I guess I didn't realize it was made in China when I ordered. My next step is to figure out how to return it. Also, it was very slow in arriving, I ordered in time for Valentine's Day and it arrived 4 days afterwards. Disappointment.

I'm so sorry to rate this bracelet only two stars since I was hoping to absolutely love it. The reason I'm giving it only two stars is because I've got Swarovski jewelry that shines significantly better than this true diamond bracelet does. I'm very disappointed. Yes, the silver looks good, and shines wonderfully, but I hoped to get as much shine from the diamonds as the silver. Also, I do like the design of the bracelet.Others have had issues with the clasp. Yes, it was hard to open the first couple times, but I played with it opening and shutting it for a solid minute or two, and it seemed to get easier. For those that can't figure out how to open it, there's a wire clasp that fits over a small ball. You need to pull that up. Then, press in on the very small indentation on the side of the bracelet, right in front of the wire clasp. That's the last step to opening the bracelet. It's a sign of quality jewelry that it has a backup lock in case the clasp ever gets too loose.I must say that the bracelet comes nicely packaged. It will make a wonderful gift for someone as far as impression goes! lol Maybe my expectation of what diamonds should look like is unrealistic? I expect it to be at least as pretty as Swarovski, and I can't say it is. :(Honestly, if I wasn't anticipating an issue returning this, and if I weren't in need of it as a gift, I'd be returning this in a flash.

I was really unhappy with this bracelet. It was supposed to be a present for my wife, and the quality was not at all what I was hoping to find. The diamonds were nice, which is the only reason it get two stars. The clasp got stuck when a friend of mine tried it on, and it took 20 minutes to get it open. The metal bent too easily.

When I got the product it seemed to have been thrown into the box. The chain was attached to the wrong spot, tangled, and broken. I'll have to buy a new chain if unable to fix this one. The links are so small that it's proving quite difficult.
