Literally one of the best purchases I've ever made. I've even bought another 2 for my family members.
August 27, 2017
I can't count how many times this thing has saved mine and several other peoples butt's. When my car battery went bad and I had to wait a few days for a new one to arrive I used this at least 10-15 times to start my car and the power level didn't go below 90%. The amount of features this thing has is insane. I've used the air compressor for tires, air mattresses, and inflatable toys. Charged my laptops, phones, and tablets with no issues. I've even bought another 2 for my family members who absolutely love them. I can't recommend this product enough,

HAVE AN OLDER VERSION OF THIS MODEL AND COMPLETELY ASSURED THE 2 NEW ONES WILL PERFORM AS WELL AS IT HAS. SIMPLY A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES QUALITY AND CRAFTMANSHIP IN ITS PRODUCT. NOW HAVE ONE THAT RIDES IN EACH OF OUR AUTOS, DO NOT EXPECT IT TO CHARGE A SEMI, READ THE DIRECTIONS, INSURE THEY ARE CHARGED AND CHECK THAT EVERY MONTH. HAVE IT CLOSE IN THE SKI OR FISHING BOAT, UTVS, 4 WHEELERS, LAWN MOWERS, YOUR AUTOS OR NEAR ANYTHING THAT NEEDS A BOOST. HAVE NEVER NEEDED TO USE THE 110V, BUT THE MANUAL TELLS YOU WHAT TO EXPECT. I JUST HOPE THEY DO NOT CHANGE MANAGEMENT. CONFIDENTLY RECCOMEND THIS PRODUCT
Good source of power! =]
November 8, 2016
This is a useful little tool for me when the power goes out and I need a little juice to power some small devices! I've also saved a few friends with the jumper. This power pack is very straight to the point. It can power some small appliances and also a USB device! I haven't had a chance to use the compressed air pump, but I'm sure it can pump a bike tire or ball at the least! =]
A travel by car nessecity
April 23, 2016
A necessity for those who travel by car. Especially for anyone driving in cold weather. Dead batteries and flat tires can and do happen. But having the ability to get on your way faster by having this in your car or truck. A real lifesaver in cold weather this tool is a must. Has already come in handy and have only owned it for a month. When someone asks for a jump it's a safer way to help than hooking up your car with jumper cables and better for your vehicle. All I can say is that it is a nessecity not just a convenience.
I'll use this every time I go camping!!
October 19, 2015
I used this for a camping 4 nights. Kept quite a few phones charged up as well as other portable chargers and speakers. Died on the 3rd day. It did its job and more so I couldn't complain. Got home and charged it up, took about 20 hours.
Saved me on the FIRST day! How did I live without this?
September 22, 2015
I have so much to say about this portable battery! This product has literally saved me in so many bad situations. Literally the day that it was delivered to my house I put it into my car and took a road trip to a location over 300 miles away. After parking at a convenience store to fill up with gas, something had happened to my car and my battery died. Luckily for me I had this amazing battery jumper with me and it saves the day, allowing me to get to the location that I needed to get to.Not only that, my friend had his tire go low on him and he lives in a villa and doesn't have a personal garage to work out of. I was able to fill up his tire using this product! It took about 10 minutes, but it did the trick and prevented both of us from any further delays!

Jump to it!
October 31, 2017
I have used the restart function twice and it has worked flawlessly. Aired up a low tire on my lawn mower on two occasions as well as used the usb port to charge my cell phone. all worked great! The unit is a little larger than my old black & decker I replaced but it did not have the compressor inside. overall I am pleased. The only con would be the cumber sum air line connection that screws onto an air stem. This would be very difficult at roadside service during an emergency. A snap on fitting would be so much better.
A MUST for drivers of any age. Saves time and money!
May 28, 2017
This thing has been a lifesaver. It's a small price to pay to avoid calling a tow truck or roadside service if you end up just needing a jump or a tire inflated so you can get somewhere to fix things! I absolutely recommend everyone have one in their vehicle!
Good to go

Just connected to dead group 86 battery. Turned knob to on. Turned key on car. Immediate start. Just what it is supposed to do.
It's easy to move around and store
February 3, 2017
We've had to use this twice so far. It was able to jump our diesel truck on a cold morning without any issues. It's easy to move around and store. Connecting this to the battery is very easy. I haven't tried the other features at this time.
Great investment for piece of mind
November 4, 2016
Went on a month long vacation and knew I was having battery problems so I ordered this to arrive a day before I got home. Sure enough my car battery was dead. Plugged this in, gave it about 15 minutes and connect to my car (following the enclosed directions) and my car started right up. What I really like is its size and weight. I put it in my trunk and it is nice to have just in case. Haven't tried the compressor yet but the battery jumper works great.
Saved me a bunch of times
November 21, 2015
This thing saved my ass when my alternator was on the fritz. I was able to get at least 5 jumps out of it on a charge. At one point I had to leave it connected to my car while I drove to a safe place to get my car out of the road because it couldn't function on its own power, and it kept my car running for the few hundred feet I had to drive it into a garage.I used it camping and it charged cell phones very nicely, the light is great too. On one of those trips my tire was really low, I pulled in to a gas station and found the pump nozzle tip was broken. I remembered I had this in my trunk and even though I hadn't charged it in a while it pumped up my tire really well. The PSI gauge on it read different than my trusty glovebox one, pretty sure it might have been a bit off but that's minor.Overall this thing is great, it's nice knowing I have it in my trunk and has served as a useful tool many times. My dad loved it too, he bought one and it served him well also thus far.

July 18, 2017
I have used this item for 3 years. Primarily used it as a camping power box. I powered portable water pumps and macerator pumps, 12 volt TV DVD players, countless hours of sirius radio, inflated kids toys/balls, and jumped many cars, tractors, and winches. Jumper cables are now melted and will be replaced. 12vt accessory plugs no longer work and need to be removed/replaced. I have not tried to crack it open and get to those 12 volt plugs. No fuses or resets are on the outside of the container. I have been looking at alternative power boxes and can not find any similar product that lasted so long and powered so many "camping" related functions. The air pump is a joke. I use the 12 volt plugs to power 12 volt air pumps. Those air pumps are for boating rafts and floats as well as air mattress filling. If I could I'd rip the air pump feature out of the box permanently.
It's come in handy since my snowblower's battery took a crap on me this season
December 21, 2016
I bought this for occasional tent camping and to use as a jump starter. It's come in handy since my snowblower's battery took a crap on me this season.Pros: lightweight, compact, versatile, battery indicator, air compressor (slowly) pumps an automobile tire to 35PSICons: will not jump a dead 12V battery below 60% charge, makes an occasional beeping chime after few hours on battery

January 6, 2016
This thing is great. Although I haven't used it for the air compressor yet, it has held up well. We bought it for a road trip and before we left my relatives house in Oregon we had the opportunity to test it out during a massive snow storm. It jumped a car and charged multiple people's phones for about 6 hours and then showed that it still had 82% left.My only disappointment with this was that it was unable to lower my electric kettle. I was really wanting some oatmeal on the drive and it just wasn't powerful enough to get it to boil.
Great product, nice to have in a pinch!
October 12, 2015
We bought this portable power source after having several positive experiences with my brother-in-law's machine. Most recently, on a camping trip, we were sold on this product as we saw it used for several very useful purposes. We used it to inflate our air mattresses, inside our tent, which was very convenient. We used it to charge our phones. We even used it to inflate a spare tire for the camping trailer whenw e got a flat. My husband insisted that we purchase one for ourselves since it was only $100. So we did, and we love it! My only complaint, and the reason I only gave it 4 stars, is that it does not come with a charging cord. You have to have/purchase an extension cord of your own in order to charge it, and considering you are supposed to charge it within 36 hours of receipt, that was kind of frustrating. But as far as the functionality and features go, I'd highly recommend you buy one for emergency preparedness, or everyday use!
Jumped my garage queen with Zero issues.
June 15, 2015
Solid piece of equipment. Amazon's price matched the local big box retailer, and it was a no brainer to order online. Particularly after 2 of the chain's local stores showed stock on their corpo site, but the employees were brain dead and/or the only one of this SKU around was a floor model that looked like it had been thru a tractor pool event at the county fair. Bought to have on hand for future situations, such as my garaged car with dead battery. Started the vehicle immediately, with 12.9 showing on the voltage readout. Excellent start to long-term ownership, no pun intended.
Great value
February 26, 2013
It has a nice capacity, the inverter is 200W, it has a compressor (of course like all small compressors you can't run them for more than about 10 minutes without resting them). Comes with a lot of a nice assortment of accessories. Whats missing is the car charging cable. Even if you have/make one, using it bypasses the charging circuitry, so you can't have it hooked up that way for more than an hour assuming it's dead. Also, I'm not sure why design wise you have to turn on the JUMP switch to make the USB charging port work, thats just strange! It's fairly well made, but the only thing is that the rubber outlet covers don't reliably stay on. They would be better off using spring loaded snap covers. All in all, probably the best value for versatility (since it just doesn't jump; fills tires and air mattresses, charges your laptop, etc...comes in handy when you house loses power) and capacity. I'd really give it 4.5, 5 being something I designed myself...

great item except for air compressor.
August 19, 2017
worked great for about a year then the air compressor stopped filling tires. Not sure what's going on. Motor runs gauge tells you how much air is in tire but it will not increase pressure to desired amount. Jumps autos and charges electronics great but compressor doesn't fill anymore. Plus, only used the compressor a half dozen times. Disappointed about that.
Old car life support

Necessary w an old car. As long as I check it regularly and keep it charged, it pays for itself. Smart tip: put it on a piece of cardboard vs directly on a concrete floor, it will last longer.
Good Product but Short Jumper Cables and No Wall Charge Cable Included
April 26, 2016
Love the product. Don't like that it doesn't come with a charge cord; I needed this product ASAP (car parked in a garage at work against the wall with a big slope; impossible to jump with standard cables and can't safely move the car) but I didn't have an extension cord when it got here so I couldn't charge/use it. Good thing I have Amazon Prime Now in my area so that I could get an appropriate extension cable delivered within a few hours. Jumper cables are a bit on the short side.
Well made, very good value, with a few minor niggles about warranty and product description.
March 30, 2016
The unit itself works well. Couple of niggles, however which detracts from its value - -at least to me. The warranty registration is a "mission to nowhere" -- quickly. A tiny Post Card, with questions/comments in both English and Spanish. Impossible to fit anything in on the space provided, and also (don't laugh- - this is true!), you're told to attach a copy of the original sales slip - -to a Post Card? Then you have to find the UPC code on the box, and on and on and on. I finally got it done- - and put it in a number 10 envelope, mailing it, and keeping copies of everything. The Post Card says that you don't need to file it as it will not void your warranty, but friends- - file it - -and make copies of absolutely every single item (including the Post Card). Doesn't look like you can even register online - -Post Card or nothing. Happily for me a number of Amazon.com customers answered my question about the charging port -- whether the unit's charging connection was "male" or "female." Thank you all who took the time to answer my question - -it helped. This type of very basic and NEEDED info should have been included in the product description. Outside of that- - and the fact that the Stanley name at least for this product is sold through an LLC called "Bacchus" (Baco Raton, Florida- - unit made in China) - -some name- - I was looking for a litre of very fine wine with the unit -- no such luck. On the plus side-- unit is well built, and packaged very well and safely. Good instruction manual. And the price is right. I had an older unit which I bought at Sears some years ago - -far more expensive and far heavier than this new one. Bottom line: I'm satisfied and hope I never have to use it.
Great product
December 8, 2015
Came without charging cord, but amazon's customer service took care of that. Even without the charging cord, had enough juice to jump my work van that was dead. I already had the smaller version of this with the 350/700 cranking amps. Wanted this one because I need it to jump bigger v8 engines. The smaller one says it does V8, but didn't for me. Also the smaller on I lost the charging cord. The charging cord for this one can be a regular extension cord where the other had a special charger that is almost $40 with shipping to get.Used to charge my cell phone in a pinch. Was greatOnly suggestion is they need to have a place to store the charging cords built into these. Awesome product otherwise.PS. You need to make sure to charge once a month as stated. Especially in winter. If it sits in your car unused and not tended to, it will not work when the time comes.
Does the job
February 3, 2014
I will add a little blurb prior to the actual review because Amazon has pulled this item and it is "under review" at this time. I too had the problem with it arriving broken. The only thing broken was the plastic housing. It is not packed well for such a heavy item. It was placed in a box that is too large and a minimal amount of brown paper in with it. I received this item on a Friday and immediately went through the return process. On the following Monday, UPS showed up with the call tag for the broken item and my replacement item. I point this out for two reasons, many of the negative reviews are solely because the item arrived broken and most complain about not being able to return it. Also, IMO the way it is packed and shipped is the reason it is "under review" not the product itself. As for the item itself, it has done the job so far. I have used it to jump my my 2007 Nissan Altima(4cyl) with a completely dead battery. I also used it to add air to all 4 of my tires pretty quickly. This was done at seperate times without a recharge in between. After that I recharged the unit which still gave 2 out of 3 lights for its charge. However, when I plugged it in it only showed 1 light. The manufacturer states it should be charged every 30 days or after each use. Having to charge it every 30 days without use seems to me to be a little much. The price is on the low end for similar items.

Not the best for CPAP machine (at least in my case).

Not impressive but works. Wish it came with a cord to plug. Takes a LONG time to charge. Gets me about 6 hours to run my CPAP machine when camping. I use the Airsense 10 CPAP.
... AC fans I have used in the past to cool my dogs in the car
July 17, 2016
Bought this hoping it would run two small AC fans I have used in the past to cool my dogs in the car. For years I used a Xantrex power station that was wheeled and ran off a golf cart battery; it would run both fans for 6-8 hours or so, then I piggybacked a marine battery on top and it would run them through an entire dog show weekend. It finally died, and I no longer trial outside much so just needed something that would run the fans for 1-2 hours max when crating out of the car at class or running short errands. This one will run one of the fans for 1-2 hours, but it can't run both of them at all. So probably will use it with a couple of smaller 12 volt fans I have as a backup to my Ryobis, not what I was hoping for for the money. I did buy a solar charger to keep it charged which I haven't had a chance to use yet.
Works great for a short period of time
April 19, 2016
Works great for a short period of time, then battery start dying so fast and needs to be recharged very often. No reliable product, even so I have bought several units during the last couple of years just because the price!
Is Ok but would not run my 120 watt laptop power supply
April 13, 2016
For the price it is fine and will jump start a car and the light might come in handy the USB ports are handy the DC ports work fine and the air compressor works is not loud but is slow. The 120V outlets might work for non sensitive things but it did not work on my laptop...which has a 120 watt power supply and within the 200 watts this outputs. Seems after I read the instruction more carefully this does not output a pure sine wave for the 120V AC outlets and I imagine my laptop did not like that. I wound up having to buy a separate DC to AC converter for $26 to use with this in the DC port. I got the Bestek 300 Watt Power Inverter plugged it in to the DC power port then plugged my laptop in to the Bestek and it now powers my laptop as well as charging it at a fast rate. I used velcro to attach the Bestek to the left side of this product. Why Shcumacher couldn't have used better components for their power supply I don't know. Bestek did it complete for only $26.I tested it thoroughly today and it charged two completely drained 6 cell batteries using the Bestek and still had 50% battery left
K" firstly the "Jump" part of the pack is useless!! the crank amps suck
March 13, 2016
this power pack is just "O.K" firstly the "Jump" part of the pack is useless!! the crank amps suck!!! and are marked underneath the unit in black making it virtually impossible to read!! I think its about 400 crank amps! I'm not even going to be precise because basically its so low that it will only help crank your engine if your battery is ONLY dim/low. it will NOT jump it off if your battery is dead!! unless you have about 5 hours spare to leave the jump box clipped to the battery and it might just charge your battery enough to crank up itself!! Secondly the air hose for the compressor is crap!! sure its woven in some nice protective material but when you're losing air power and wonder why you start to cut away at all that material to find a very fragile crumbled crap weathered rubber hose with cracks all over it!! I guess from every time you have to get it in that very small compartment! what ever!! if I paid $60 for this thing then this review would not even exist and my face would be saw from me just punching myself for not spending more!!
jump start let me down
February 25, 2015
I’ve tried to jump start two different vehicles and it didn’t work either time. It showed 100% charged and I put it in “jump start position.” I used it a couple times to power my mp3 player when I didn’t have another power source and that was nice. It looks cool, but I’m not happy about the jump not working. I bought it for the jump. The clamp cables are VERY short and need to be a little longer. I'm taking it camping in a few weeks and hopefully it will run an electric blanket all night.

March 11, 2017
So I got this a few months ago and so far it's working as it should be. The only drawback that I did not like about this product it's that it did not come with its rechargeable wall extension unit. Meaning I could not recharge it when the battery was dead. I had to order a extension wall unit so I can recharge the battery once again. All in all it's a great product so I would say by at your own discretion
it had some broken plastic on it and the body was cracked though the device seemed to function fine..
July 25, 2016
Ordered one, it had some broken plastic on it and the body was cracked though the device seemed to function fine...called Amazon and they sent me another one for free and it is even more messed up with the handle being bent at a about a 15 degree angle, this one also appears to function fine but it concerns me what sort of internal damage there may be.
Not reliable
February 24, 2016
First thing that I did with this item was to fully charge it. I then put it into the back of my wife's car. about a week later I needed to jump start another car so I got to try it. Unfortunately, when I went to use it, it was already dead. I charged it overnight and it worked fine, but the next day it was at half charged again. I was given this as a gift, so it was already to late to return it. It's too bad that the jump starter is less reliable than the batteries in our cars.
Check that this is right for you before buying
January 27, 2016
Seems to perform as advertised. But as stated in the manual, this will need to be recharged about every month or so or else the battery will go empty and get ruined. You should also note that this does not support trickle charging, so you will need to unplug it when it's done charging to avoid overcharging. This is kind of a hassle, but not that big of a deal. On the other hand, other brands seem to provide trickle charging support. I should also mention that the cables could be longer. These are something like 3-4' long.A lot of the negative reviews seem to indicate that this failed to successfully jump a car. Depending on your car, the amps needed to turn the starter over may vary. This should have no problem starting a car with just a low battery or smaller engines (say 4 cylinders), but if the battery is dead or the health of the battery is a problem, then you may fail to start your car.To see if this has enough amps, check on any auto parts store website to see the amp rating for replacement batteries for your vehicle. As an example, let's compare a I4 and V6 2007 Honda Accord. I'm using O'Reilly Auto for battery comparisons.I4: Cranking Amps range from 555 - 615. This jump starter should have no problems.V6: Cranking Amps range from 665 - 910. It is unlikely that this jump starter can start the car on a dead/dying battery. If you want to play it safe, make sure there's a safety margin between what the jump starter promises and what your battery is rated for. While it might seem somewhat expensive to step up to a higher rated jump starter (say 1000 or 1700 amps), you'll easily make back the difference the first time your car dies and no one is around to help.
Well Built but needs monthly attention
November 5, 2013
This is a good power pack and feels well-built and sturdy. The compressor works like any small unit you would get for $15 at Walmart. I'm a little concerned the internal battery may be old or soft. I charged it on receipt for 24 hours and stuck it in the truck. After a month, the battery was showing low (when I pressed the test button). Granted, the instructions say to charge it monthly, but with my experience a sealed lead-acid battery (like the one contained in this unit) should not completely discharge in 30 days... more like 90-120 days. So, we'll see how long this thing lasts. I just want to be sure that my backup battery isn't dead when I really need to count on it on a cold winter night!
quality of product, and customer care
July 17, 2013
This is the second time around for this product. The first jump starter by this co. was a disaster. It would not hold a charge, and after a use that should have been minimal discharge it would be too dead to do anything else. I contacted customer care and they essentially told me that I did not know how to use the product. Since I did not know that what I was doing with it was not something that Customer Care understood, I gave up since it was past the 90 day return time I decided to see what was wrong with the unit. What I did not note earlier was there were cracks in the outer case of the unit. When I got inside I found that there was a chunk broke out of the case of the installed battery. Now to be clear I had not ever dropped this unit so I know the damage was not caused by myself. I do believe that Stanley builds good tools and decided after checking out what the cost of a replacement battery is that it was just as well that I purchase a new unit and keep the old one for repairs. So far the new unit is holding the charge and I have not used it for major starting of cars or charging model airplane batteries I do believe that the problem with the first unit was the broken battery.

Don't buy it for the air compressor.
June 2, 2017
I bought this jumper pack to replace my Costco model from many years ago. Compared to that, this model is passable from a power standpoint. The built in inverter does its job. The air compressor is a total afterthought though. Awkwardly arranged on the back of the unit, it fills very slowly and shuts down after a few minutes and then you need to let it cool for about 10 more. It makes filling low tires a very frustrating experience. It's okay for topping up a few PSI though.
Research closely and know your needs!!!
October 2, 2016
Description does not list "watts", Schumacher site says "peak of 400 but 200 continuous", a small crock pot takes 275 and will not run on this. Additionally, the compressor must be very small as it overheats and shuts down after a few minutes of running. May be a great jump starter but these other features are what I was needing.Luckily, I bought this from Amazon and they refunded my purchase price! Thanks Amazon!
Low Cranking Power
September 20, 2016
Starting current seems low for jump starts. I have jumped a V-6 minivan, V-10 Ram, and riding mower. Each was equally labored when starting, even with a full charge, but did start. Very slow compressor. Price point ($98) too high for performance. I would not purchase again for more than $45.
Poor customer service
August 13, 2016
One mistake on the inverter and it's shot. Tried three times to contact Schumacher. Poor customer service. Amazon replaced I, twice. Great customer service, Amazon! Same thing happened. If you plan on using the inverter, you will be disappointed. Everything else works as advertised.
Short working life
November 28, 2015
Product worked well for the first 6 months or so. Since that point, the battery kept taking in a little less charge every time, but it stayed above 90. I am at 9 months now, and it suddenly dropped off a cliff to 4% max power holding. Regardless of how long I charge it, it never exceeds 4% charged capacity. I will update this review with the results of my call to the warranty folks.

Stopped working after a couple years of light use. If you have a truck look to something stronger - couldn't jump my F150 truck.I liked that this could be used to charge my phone during power outages. When the power went out it took a couple tries to get it to actually charge and then failed altogether a month later so this didn't pan out as well as I had hoped.Good concept, questionable quality.

output stated is completely misleading, read this review to find out how
October 6, 2017
I am revising this review from 3 starts to 2 because ALL the information about it's power capabilities on Amazon and on the front in the picture are A BALDFACED LIE according to the finely printed specs on the back of it which say "350 amps instantaneous" and "225 Amps continuous for 5 seconds", which means the "700 amp" claim is totally without merit and the "350" dubious because it cannot be used to start a car. Note that the Stanley 1000 amp one MAY be 350 real amps (who knows until you buy it and read the back, right) but it costs twice as much and does not provide twice the power as this one. You'd probably be better off getting two of these instead and connecting them both to your battery at once, if possible. I just WISH AMAZON WOULD REQUIRE it's sellers to PROVIDE TRUTHFUL, USEFUL specs. The product info amazon provides usually HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODCUT, which is definitely NOT "consumer-centric"my original review:keep this product charged up to full or it won't start your car when battery is very low, probably won't even start car unless battery is only slightly low. It's good for starting lawn mores motorcycles and other small electric start 12 volt engines.. good cordless portable for inflating tires. Using USB ports run this product down surprisingly fast. inexplicably has covered other weather covered ports, but USB ports are not covered. battery power display leaves a lot to be desired.but then this is very inexpensive and worth the money. Just don't expect it perform like the amp rating suggest it should, because it doesn't seem to. Starting a car with a slightly run down battery with this is hit and miss. If it was truly 300 amps, that is PLENTY of power to add to a run down battery and jump a car, so this must not be 300 amps like i believe that a unit that actually puts our as much as this one claims would cost about $200. But It is very convenient for inflating stuff and quick portable power and it only cost me $40. But if you want unbridled reliable power, pass this up and get another product, another brand, that is much bigger and heavier, as much as like a car battery, such as a Snap-On or Mac and pay $200 or more for it.

The one I received about a month ago, the compressor isn't working, not even the gauge is working. I hadn't used it but I did fully charged it when I got. I previously owned a smaller one of this and it worked very good. I guess I got a faulty one
ACCEPTABLE BUT FOUND WANTING.

PURCHASED PRODUCT TO JUMP BATTERY OF MY 6 CYLINDER CAR WHICH OFTEN SITS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND THE BATTERY GOES DEAD. EVEN AFTER CHARGING FOR 24 HOURS THE PACK DID NOT HAVE THE ENERGY TO START THE ENGINE.AFTER HAVING A CAR TO CAR CHARGE, THE BATTERY WAS TESTED AND FOUND CAPABLE TO HOLD A CHARGE. THE PACK WILL BE ACCEPTABLE BUT IT MUST BE USED AGAIN TO START IF THE CAR ONLY SITS A DAY OR SO.

Ok to jump a vehicle that's just "mostly dead". Used it twice and the negative alligator clip broke. Ugh
Needs constant charging

Every time I go to use this it's almost dead!!! I don't use it often but when I do go for it theres barely enough juice left in it to jump a small lawnmower battery
Another fine mess you've gotten me into, Stanley
December 17, 2016
Bought one October 18th, 2015 on Amazon. It is December 2016. The compressor runs, but does not inflate. Stanley, this is another fine mess you've gotten me into. This is my second Stanley jumpstart compressor model that failed. I thought the motevexpensive model would hold upThey want to help you do things right? Start by hiring engineers who know what they are doing. Crap. At least the jumpstarter part still works, or I would have given it one star.

Didn't jump my boat battery, let me down!
October 25, 2017
had it for a year, used it a few times and now the cigarette lighter power supplies don't work and it will not jump start anything. USB works and 12v works as well as everything else. Boat battery died on the lake, tried to jump it with the box and no luck, Thank god an old couple in a fishing boat towed my 24fter to the docks as it was getting dark and a storm was coming in. What a big let down. and only 1 yr warranty for this $120 dollar (now inverter only) power box. Maybe fixable?
Very Disappointed!

Not happy with this at all! wish i could return it. I bought this a couple of months ago, charge it as per instructions, the meter said it was at 100% charged... The very first time i took it out it failed! I used it on a small 110v inverter (with no load) the Battery dead in short time and would not charge back up! looks like i am going to be stuck with this "good for nothing" paper weight....
not completely functional unit; not happy...

the AC outlets on my jump starter booster pack don't work at all, come to find out. i would greatly like to send it back for one that is fully-functional as the power is an essential function for my work-related camping and vending events.
Not recommended - big paperweight :(

Worked at first - now it keeps buzzing whenever I try to charge. Nothing in the manual about what that means. Really disappointed :(

I got this . Fully recharged it. I used it once to start my car. Then left it in the car after a few days needed it again. It didn't work. It was battery low.I have tried to recharge it. its been plugged in for 2 days and still says battery low. I would never recommend this im going to try and return or get amazon to refund it.
Didn't work the first time I needed to use it
April 2, 2017
Charged it up, all ready to go in case of emergency but sadly it didn't work the first time I needed to use it. Not only could I not crank the engine but on troubleshooting there is no voltage/amps using a multimeter across the clamps even though the little worklight could turn on. Called tech support and went through troubleshooting - unit will not hold a charge. Bought in Jan and now it's April so I can't return it through Amazon and the warranty states that the customer has to pay return shipping for warranty service. Basically it's now a very large, very expensive flashlight. If you buy it, test it out before the amazon return period ends. I thought it was charged up because I clicked the battery button and all the battery lights flashed on. According to tech support, you have to hold the battery button down for 10 seconds. If the lights are not still lit at 10 seconds then the unit is not charged. This is not mentioned in the manual at all.
Broken down, any warranty from Stanley?
February 1, 2017
Bought It about an year ago from amazon. Used about 5 times to inflate tire. Now, I can hear motor run but wont pass any air. Is there any warranty from stanley?
Does not work as advertised.
July 2, 2016
This unit is advertised to create 120psi. I was unable to inflate two tires to the correct pressure of 35 psi. It only created 30 psi and would not go any higher. The overall quality was not as good as I expected from Stanley. I guess everything they make is made overseas now. Amazon will not let you return this unit so will list on EBay and try to get half my money back. I wanted to use this unit at the racing track but will buy something that will work.
After 2 short uses, the compressor feature stopped working ...
August 19, 2015
After 2 short uses, the compressor feature stopped working. We contacted Stanley and were told that although it is under warranty, we have to pay to have this shipped to them, and they will replace it. It is ridiculous that they will not stand behind their product. We are now trying to work with Amazon to see if we can return it to Amazon at no cost to us.
Absolute junk. Save your money and maybe your life.
January 19, 2015
Totally junk. I bought this thing in 2013, for emergencies. it sat on the floor for a year, all nicely charged up. I used it once to start my truck. Three weeks later it quit charging. All the lights went out. Never even been bumped into. It just quit.Save your money, and maybe your life. This is one of those critical items that when you need it, you REALLY need it, and you cannot afford to have it fail.
