This is a nice and sturdy crib - I'm writing the review on behalf of my husband who put it together without much difficulty. I like that you can put the mattress at different heights, since I'm quite short and was worried I'd have trouble reaching the baby. In addition, it's a great deal since it comes with a toddler rail and the other pieces to switch it to a bigger bed. Other similar crib designs at Buybuybaby and Babies R Us require you to purchase those pieces separately, which can be as much as $200. The pad to the changer is very thin, so I wanted to purchase a changing pad for it. However, it was difficult to find one that fit the dimensions. I finally found the perfect fit with Colgate Compact 3-Sided Contour Changing Pad (measurements 27.3" L x 15.5" W x 4" H). I highly recommend this crib.

I love this crib! I can't wait until my little girl gets to use it! After reading some of the reviews about broken peices and a strong chemical smell i was a bit hesitant to purchase this crib, but i'm so glad i did! None of the pieces were broken and the only smell it had was a new furniture smell that quickly aired out once the box was opened. Overall great crib! My only complaints are that you have to buy the conversion rails separate and i had a hard time finding the correct ones and the instructions for assembling the crib were kind of a pain because none of the peices are labeled as to what they are, so it took about 2- 2 1/2 hours to put it together.

Two kids later, this thing is as sturdy and as functional as the day we got it. I recommend it.Edit: It has been 4 years since we purchased this crib, which is now functioning as a toddler bed for my youngest. Though the base where the mattress rests has started to sag, this thing has held up incredibly well and it still looks beautiful. I have recommended it to several new moms and it has quickly become a favorite among them as well. I can't wait to see it as a full bed someday. I know it will still be around when the kids are old enough.

I purchased this crib for my granddaughter's first baby and she loves it but I was really very very disappointed in the packaging, even our UPS person made a comment and said he would make note of how badly damaged the packing was should there be damage to the item...fortunately all was pretty much okay except a couple of small nicks in part of the frame but my granddaughter was fine with it as it wasn't in a place that would harm the infant. The inside package was worse b/c I was going to wrap it but couldn't as the inside box was so flimsy that we had to ta[e it piece by piece to get it into my car! It was terrible that I couldn't even take it out for the shower so afterwards, I had to deliver it to her home and many pp had to handle it carefully to get it into the house! But at least she got it together and all parts were there. Other than that, the crib is beautiful.

After shopping for cribs at a couple baby centric stores and places like Target, I came across this and for the price I could not turn it down. I was thrilled at the fact that it had a changing table/drawers which have come in handly more times than i can count. The crib is sturdy and looks very nice in our baby's room. The finish is respectable, and none of the pieces felt flimsy.Set up was a bit of a pain, but nothing too complicated, though I definatley recommend having a helper for attaching the main componets together - by that I mean, putting the sides together or when you have to screw on the base that holds the mattress. I'll just give a touch of insight into my own personal experience, so we received this crib in late spring/early summer, but chose not to build it right away due to the fact that we were moving from our small apartment to a townhouse since we were in need of extra space. By the time I got to actually sitting and setting up the crib it was the end of July and the hottest part of the summer. By then I had moved the box that this came in aat least 4 times, incuding up a steep hill and up and down many flights of stairs, so I knew the materials were at least of a good quality. When i opened the box I was greeted by the directions and then all the pieces and parts I would need. The only problem that came up was that I decided to do this in the heat of summer, in a room without the A/C or fan on, so it was a uncomfortable. The moral of all this is to say the crib itself is great, and the only problem I ran into was due to my own stubbornness in not trying to cool myself off.Speaking of the base, that is a great feature, you can adjust the base that holds the mattress up and down to several locations. This helps if you're a shorter person (like my wife) or possibly had a c-section and can't bend over too far.

I love love love this crib. It has everything you would need all in one. It has made my life so much simpler than having to run out and buy everything separately. It was a little confusing at first to put together but once I got going on it, it was simple enough. It's sturdy and well made, and looks great in my baby's room.UPDATEMy son is now 9.5 months old and CONSTANTLY gets his legs stuck between the slats of this crib which is unsafe and painful for the little guy.UPDATE # 2My son is now 2 and in the toddler bed stage of this. I can't personally stand not being able to get rid of the changing table. It drives me batty. I still love this crib. It's held up to abuse from my incredibly active toddler, having the drawers is kind of nice, but it's ridiculous to have a changing table that he outgrew a year ago. I wish it just broke down into a toddler bed.

Perfect for the first year then depending on your baby's size and climbing abilities, you'll probably want to upgrade to a full-sized crib. If you don't have a small space problem you might want to opt for the identically designed full-sized crib right away instead. This crib is really great for cramped spaces, nurseries, daycare, small bedrooms, apartments, etc. It is a beautiful crib and does what you would expect: provide a nice place for your baby to roll around and do what babies do.Some pro tips:* Add some rubber or velcro bumpers under the legs to secure the crib against sliding or damage to wood flooring or carpet as needed.* Keep crib away from any wires, outlets, curtains, etc. since baby can reach through the slats and will try to grab everything.* Your baby will grow quickly in this crib, so be prepared to lower the bottom from 1st, to 2nd, to 3rd position in the first year.Note: All professional safety experts I consulted definitely recommend against accepting donated cribs or any older cribs at all. This crib seems to have been designed (at this writing) with all the latest safety standards in mind.

Easy to assemble and very sturdy. I assembled it myself with help from my mother and it took about 2 hours (we worked slow). The directions are really easy to follow and everything is labeled and easy to read. The crib is definitely large in size, but I think it is the typical size of cribs now since they convert into a full size bed. The three height levels are nice and you only need a flat head screw driver and the included allen wrench to put it together.

Goes together easy and looks good. We have another delta crib so it was as expected. The one thing we have had a problem with is the crib mattress. We already have purchased and returned two of them because they were too small. Delta says a standard crib mattress size should fit but there is still a 1-1.25" (max allowed is 1.5") gap between the mattress and crib rails. We have a 52" crib mattress ordered that should almost eliminate the gap but be aware that there is still a decent sized gap with the 51.625ish sized mattresses...supposedly still meets the 1.5" or less, but we didn't feel comfortable with it.

I bought this crib for my now seven-year-old, and I love it so much that we purchased the same crib for my son five years later. It is not difficult to put together initially, and transitioning from one stage to the next is simple. Converting this to a full size bed was an easy process as well; I would recommend purchasing the rails for the conversion. The only problem that I've encountered with this crib is that it can be difficult to attach a crib soother to it.

I'm going to start off by saying that this crib was decided on after at least 6 months of deliberation and over-thinking ha! however i am ever so glad that my fiance and i put that much thought into it because this crib with its counterpart the delta eclipse espresso changing table were the best purchase made for our nursery. We chose the 4in1 in hopes it would last long enough to justify the cost of most cribs on the market these days. when setting this up i felt very secure in that, all the screw holes are metal enforced and when completed there was not a lose part anywhere on it. i would have felt curling up in it myself! love the color, the rigidity, and the ability for it to grow right along with my kid/kids :-)

This crib is gorgeous! While we have not assembled it just yet, I have inspected all the pieces and the wood, and it look wonderful. I have a friend who bought this same exact crib and hers is set up -- we're both due the same time -- and hers is fantastic. High quality, sturdy and just a beautiful piece of furniture. The color is great too. I've seen it advertised as a "Cherry Espresso" other places. Its more espresso with a hint of cherry.I saw this crib at Target, and wanted to buy it on the spot. But, being 6 months pregnant, and shopping alone, it makes it difficult to get it in the cart and home. I decided to have it shipped, but Target wanted $30 to ship it! I found it on Amazon for the same price and free shipping. Shipping was quick and the package was well handled. No tears or visible damage to the box itself.Our son is due in November, so I have some time before I know how it handles under daily use. If its anything less than satisfactory, I'll add an update!

Assembly was a little more challenging than IKEA but not difficult. Anyone who's successfully completed elementary school and can hold a screwdriver should be able to get this done in a few hours.Ours did not smell - contrary to all the previous reviews. We let ours air out for a couple of days prior to assembly for good measure but there really was nothing to indicate that we should - other than the reviews on Amazon.The crib feels sturdy and looks nice, we are happy with it. Drawers are roomy and offer a good amount of storage. The legs are slightly too short for a Roomba to pass under the crib so we raised them a little and now it's fine.

When the crib first arrived to our house, the box was dented and partially mangled. Before opening it, I contacted Amazon to let them know about it, and find out what I need to do in case any of the inside parts were damaged. Amazingly, when I opened the box, all of the pieces arrived to my home and none of the wooden parts were appreciably damaged.Assembly was straight-forward and the crib has met our needs. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a solid wood crib, at a fairly reasonable price.

My husband and I selected this crib/changer combo as we have limited space in our home, and the combo seemed that it would take up less room than getting a separate changing dresser. There is definitely sufficient storage for a dresser in this model as well - three drawers for clothing and burp clothes and three compartments we are using for diaper supplies, changing mats etc. As others have mentioned, the changing pad isn't a "standard" size, so you can't buy a cute cover for it, which is a bummer. I have mediocre sewing skills, so I am planning on making my own, and I also purchased some washable changing liners to go on it as well.The crib came flat-packed as expected, and was covered in cardboard dividers and thin styrofoam liners. We did have one dent in one of the rails, but it doesn't bother me enough to request a replacement (small dent, no cracks). There were a few scratches as well, but again nothing that was going to bother me, so we left it as is. I put this together by myself in about 2 hours, with my husband helping for another 30 minutes to get the mattress based and final rails set up. I think you do need two people right at the end to get the base level and the rails up, but other than that, one person can handle most of the construction.Unlike other reviews, I didn't notice any smell at all and I am very sensitive to smells. I constructed in a well ventilated room, and we had taken all the pieces out of the box a few days before I started building it, so maybe it had already aired out. Inside the drawers to have a slight "Ikea-like" smell to them that I think pretty much any new furniture would have.I would definitely recommend this crib to anyone looking to save a little space and have less furniture in their nursery.

A few pieces came marked up which I was bummed about and I would definitely say be careful as the material isn't that durable but for the price and the overall outcome/look is why I give it 4 stars because you can not see the markings..if you're looking for more sturdy real wood I would look elsewhere..but will have to pay more..but again for price I am happy with product.

When I read the reviews about this product I was convinced that it was the right crib for my newborn, and even it has serve its purpose the little drawer handles come off all the time, all of them get loose and I always have to fix them because of the poor screws quality... In another hand My husband told me he had no problems with the instructions. He did it in 3 hours just because I was still in the hospital with my newborn and he was with my 3 year old son at home and had to also take care of him. so I don't know what went wrong with all those reviews about the instructions it just have to be put them in order and that't it. I agree that its very sturdy and strong and even the changing pad it's a little small area but I had a regular sides pad that I used with my first son and even it's a little bit tide it's not so bad but I know my 5 month old baby it's not going to fit in there for so long, he is getting so big that I'm sure by his 7th month of age he is not going to fit anymore, but no big deal. I gave 4 stars because of the drawers and I still think its needs to be improve.

I looked for a crib for many months before deciding on this one. With Amazon's free shipping and no sales tax it was the best deal on the web by far as well as the added benefit of free returns if purchased from a gift registry. This was pretty essential since buying blind on the web without seeing a product (especially one as large and expensive as this one) can end up being a terrible decision but Amazon took away that fear and has made the decision to make purchases from their site our "Go-to" move. Basically once again Amazon did exactly as they promised and the buying through them was pain free and easy as pie.As for the product itself, once I received the pieces and started assembling them with my husband, I knew I made the right decision going with this crib and the line itself. The crib is beautiful and with the attached changing table it makes our nursery (which is only a room about 10'x10') seem like it has a lot more space. I highly recommend this crib and changer specifically for those looking to save space with a changer that doesn't run length wise along the wall which obviously takes up a lot more space. The setup was also not too bad, we split the build into 2 days since we started late the first night, but overall only took about 2 hours going at a fairly leisurely pace.One of the negatives I have seen is that the side of the crib that is attached to the changing table right now would make it so that we wouldn't be able to separate the changing table from the crib until we plan to convert this into a full-size bed since the side of the changing table is what makes up the right side of the crib. That being said, in our personal situation we won't need to separate these two pieces until that time so the issue is moot but for others contemplating all of the options, this is one of the drawbacks I have discovered.Another slight negative comes with the changer specifically. After contemplating how I was going to be using the changer (e.g. needing easy access to wipes, diapers, baby powder, diaper rash cream, etc.) I noticed that the shelves that are located on the side of the changer might not make this the easiest setup. The openings aren't very tall and the space is really deep which is great for holding lots of items but making most too hard to reach when you have a squirmy baby on the changing table. However, I did find some great slide-out wire drawers from Bed Bath & Beyond and attached them to the top and middle shelves. I did leave the bottom one open in case I want to store some larger stuff, plus the bottom shelf has a lip at the bottom edge making this a little more difficult to find a slide-out drawer that could clear this lip. These are very nit-picky things but something to think about when you're putting this much money into an investment like this.And one last nit pick about the changer is that the space for the changing pad is smaller than almost every changing pad you can buy and the one that comes with the changer is super flimsy and thin. This made me go on a search for a pad that would fit the small space and provide a little more cushion for my little one. After searching for many hours on Amazon and finally moving onto another site, unsuccessfully also, I realized there are almost no changing pads out there that are the right size for this changer (the length head to toe is about 27" or 28"). Almost all changers are 30" at the shortest, one I found was 29" but was too wide, but nothing shorter than 29". After lots of going back and forth I decided on the LA Baby 4 Sided Changing Pad 30", White from Amazon. As shown in the title, IT IS 30" long, however I decided to try it and just cut off the length to fit the space on my changer since I would be putting a cover over it anyway. I just received that in the mail and decided to see if it would fit in the space on the changer before I cut it up and I was able to kind of just squish it in. I'm usually kind of a freak about not putting things into spaces they don't exactly fit into but this honestly works perfectly. It also makes it so that I don't have to screw the pad into the changer to make sure it doesn't move around, it just wedges tightly into the top space. So this negative is ultimately not a negative at all since I'm sure there are other changing pads you can order that fit your style, budget, desires, etc. that will also wedge into the space so don't worry!Overall giving this 4 stars since there are some things that could have been better but the VALUE is tremendous and the main reason this gets above average in my book.

Crib went together easy and looks great. The only issue I had was a damaged side panel. I called Delta and gave them the information from the sticker on the crib and they sent me a new panel without having to submit any information. Very easy to work with and happy with the customer service. I took off one star because of the damage but it was resolved by the company. I just had to wait to assemble it.

no complaints as far as product goes...good quality, easy to assemble. As far as all the complaints as to the hardware showing, sure you can see the screw holes and what not but it doesn't make it any less pleasing to look at. My complaint...open undamaged package...factory package, the one that the crib comes in and the back top rail was badly scratched. Gouged even...but this is entirely too bulky to send back so ill just knock it off as a flaw I can live with. nothing major, nothing my son couldn't have done with one of his own toys. over all good price.

The product is very much as advertised. Mostly had a positive experience with it. There are a few drawbacks as well.Positives:Very sturdy and no lose parts. Fits a standard baby mattress perfectly and the railings are not too far apart for your child to put his/her legs between them. Have no safety concerns with it.Drawbacks:It is not that easy to assemble. The instructions are good but the product is very heavy and it needs atleast 1 additional person to hold the sides while you work on attaching the center of the crib. Also when it is delivered, the ups guy left it outside the house. Moving that back in needs one person additional at the minimum and it is very heavy (be careful with your back).The highest point that a mattress can be set in is still very low. You have bend all the way down to pick the child up & changing diapers at that height is very uncomfortable as well. Wish it had one more higher position to set so that it can be used for babies (0-3 m)

This is a great product. The material and finish are of great quality and should last a long time. I got lucky and none of the parts were missing or damaged. It took me less than 2 hours to assemble. However, it would have taken me less time if it wasn't for the lack of labels. None of the crib parts were labeled. The hardware that it came with had only a couple of labels, and some were labeled twice with different labels. It was pretty frustrating (hence the 4 star rating). However, once I figured out which part was which, assembly was easy. I only had my wife help me for a bit in order to hold something in place while I screwed it in. Also, my crib came with a smell as well. It is going away after a week, so I am not too worried about it since we aren't expecting our first baby until 2 months from now. I would easily recommend this product to anyone who is considering it.

Fast shipping and beautiful sturdy solid crib. No scratches and very easy installation. Love that it's perfect height for my 4'11 frame. My other crib I had to stand on my tip toes to lay the baby downUpdate: Thus crib is still beautiful and in amazing shape after almost 2 years. My only complaint is for the last several months my little one has learned to put her chubby legs through the slots and gets stuck. I thought Id have to break the wood because its nearly impossible to get her leg out when she does it. Then shes got big giant bruises. Tried bumpers but she just sits on those and does it. I wish they made the slots closer together.

We bought this because we saw it on amazon for 100 bucks cheaper than where we saw it in person locally. As far as the furniture itself, it's a bit more "red" than we were hoping but it is a beautiful cherry and a dark finish that looks very nice for the price. We also ordered a dresser in the same color and they match perfectly.The product arrived earlier than expected the box was very beaten up but the product inside was mostly intact. Per other reviews on this site, I expected some parts to be damaged so I took all the pieces from the box and inspected for damage before I started to assemble the crib.One piece was damaged; however, unlike other reviewers, I called the delta children support number directly instead of going through amazon. they were more than happy to send me the replacement part without requiring me to send anything back first (or at all for that matter).I will update the review once the replacement drawer face arrives if there are any further issues.

Ok , so I give 0 star to the part that this took all day to make because the parts are not labeled and comes with no direction as well.I give 0 star because some parts came with scratches and cracks .However once you figure it out and put it together it looks good and is sturdy for the nursery. It also is much cheaper than the store bought cribs.So I totaled my rating to 3 stars.

This crib is beautiful. Now, with that being said it came in a bunch of pieces (which my husband expected) and wasnt too hard to put together, however the back of the crib where the sleigh-back post is has a HUGE bend in it. So the back does not lay flush with the rest of the crib. I was not going to return the crib after building it and watching my husband struggle for days to try and get it together in a timely manner but I was extremely upset that for almost 400 dollars there is a large gap between the curve in the wood and the crib post itself. So that was kind of a let down. Over-all though it is beautiful and I love the fact that you can switch the position of the mattress height.

I'll start by saying that if you don't have patience, then you probably either need to purchase the package that includes professional construction or go with a completely different crib. The package arrived in decent condition considering the size and weight. All the pieces were in good condition, with no scratches or dents. What really made this experience less than average, was the fact that maybe 2 of the 100 parts in the package were labeled, including the hardware. My husband and I spent almost an hour labeling the parts ourselves to make sure we had everything we needed. The rest of the crib construction went smoothly, was completed in about 3.5 hours, and turned out beautifully. I plan on calling storkcraft during business hours to speak with someone regarding the part labels, as this is no fault of Amazon's. The cost of the crib is too expensive for them not to label the pieces, especially with something that has that many parts.

This crib is very difficult to put together and the instructions were very difficult to understand. This is NOT something you can purchase and think you can put together without really studying the directions!!! "Studying". Also - I made the mistake of purchasing the "recommended bundle " that amazon offered. The baby changer pad did not fit the crib. It was too long. Don't by the bundle. Once you build the crib, measure it and go buy the changing pad separately.

Love this crib. Absolutely love it. However, whomever's job it was to come up with the instructions and pack this crib failed miserably. Some pieces were scratched or dinged, but not noticeably enough that we felt like sending it back. Still, some might not be so lucky, so up your packaging game Storkcraft. Second, the instructions might as well have been written in Mandarin Chinese. Though it was easy to sort the parts in the beginning, none of them have sticker labels anywhere on them and once we started to move around and scatter parts, it was hellish trying to find the right piece. Also ending up having to take the crib apart twice because we missed a step that was not clearly marked out. I've put together two other different cribs that were by far much easier than this one.Lessons to be learned: better packing and better instructions.

The crib/changing table looks very nice. It was pretty easy to assemble, Took my husband and I maybe 2 hours (with breaks). However, I would not buy this product again. I think it is a ok piece of furniture for the price. But it did arrive with a small broken piece that I was able to easily fix with superglue and it had multiple (maybe 10) areas where the wood was either nicked or had scratches. And not tiny little nicks, quarter size areas. And this was before we put it together so it had arrived in that condition. It sounds like more work than it was worth to return it however for this reason I would not recommend this item. Maybe it was just a bad batch that I received but when you buy something new you want it to look new and unfortunately it does not.

Headboard came damaged with a big gauge. Didn't realize it until we were setting up the nursery and we had missed the deadline. Be sure to check it out when receiving! I wished we had, instead of storing the box in her room until right before she was born.

Delta Children Canton 4-in-1 Convertible Crib, Espresso Cherrymostly great, but with a broken piece that I would have to cover with some thick tape to prevent the baby from any scratches.

It was fairly simple to put together, the only reason I gave it three stars is because the back wood panel is warped and does not line up with the top rail. It fits together but doesn't look quite right.

Received the package (ordered entire set with crib, mattress and mattress cover). On The back side railing 3 of the wood railings were damaged with 1 of them the wood is chipped off on the side. For a product of this cost the damaged item is very disappointing. Not sure if it's a manufacturing defect or a shipping issue. I would contact the seller to send me a new back rail as other items of the crib we're okay.I don't want to return the entire crib set as I have already spent 2 hours to assemble it and it's cumbersome to take this heavy set crib apart and ship it back.Overall I like the product.Attached photos

The crib is nice in appearance, but is not a very high quality item. It came scratched as the packaging didn't protect the metal mattess bed from the wood frame. It also received a big scratch when my dog gently pawed the crib when his ball rolled under it. It is also challenging and a difficult angle to move ethereal mattress up and down. Overall, it does its job and keeps my little one safe and comfortable.

This crib is well made and strong but I must admit I was disappointed that the color is more of a cherry wood finish as opposed to the mocha I thought it would be. It really throws off the look I wanted for my daughter's nursery. I should have purchased it in a white (if they even offer to in white...). The pictures show it as more of a mocha so it's kind of deceiving. Bummer :o(

Loved it originally. But after less than a year of use....the changing table is broken in half. So now i have a combo and can't use half of it. The slots on crib are tok close together. My baby gets her legs stuck all the time and i have to pry it out while she screams in pain.

the crib is now put together and is beautiful. I think maybe two of the several pieces were marked with a letter. But none of the other pieces were marked. Not even any of the different screws. So when putting together and reading instructions, you pretty much have to guess each part. Good luck!

Many scuffs on the crib. Directions would have been fine if more than 5 pieces had been labeled with a letter or a number. Also the screws were not labeled so you had to guess or try and match up as best you could. Took way longer to put together than it should have. It is a very pretty crib- scuff marks aside- but after the struggle to get it together we didn't really want to rip it apart and get replacement pieces for the damaged ones.

Not impressed with the quality at all. Numerous chips and dings throughout the paint, and one of the rails had extremely rough edges. It was sharp against my hands, so I can only imagine what it would do to a baby.

Heavy chemical smell. This and the dresser both smell horrible. Tried airing out, vinegar mixture, putting outside all day, no improvement.

Initially we liked the crib. Our older son has a delta crib that has been great. Everything about this crib is good except the metallic odor. I'm not sure if it's the type of stain/polish used or what but there is a very strong smell. I contacted delta and they are sending us a replacement free of charge (that's why I gave 2 stars instead of one)

BabyFor price that I've purchased, this crib's quality is sub. standard. Even if the crib was made in China nor other part of cheap labor country in the world, the finish could be better!!!! Though, if one likes to return/receive parts as replacement, then, one can buy this crib. Don't get me wrong, I love this crib seeing from pictures/toddler rail, but once received it another story/issue.Good:1. Assembling was ez ( 30 mins ) as I am pretty good handy man, though, power driver w/clutch set to 2 makes thing go faster; then, tighten/torque bolts with provided allen wrench.2. Sturdy/solid feelDid I mentioned about Toddler rail? Comes w/it.Bad:1. The finishing of the rails are grainy/can't even try to sand down with 800 grid to make/feel better.2. Ordered 4 pieces because of bad paint job (grainy), chipped/dented rails ( too sharp to be safe for infants/toddlers once able to hold onto rails ).3. Wanted to return but cut-up box, plus, all cribs of similar went up in price.

After reading the reviews I was excited to have ordered this crib. When it came, there were two damaged top rails that needed to be replaced. We called Delta customer service and they have immediately sent out replacement parts.The reason that I rated it a two, is that it is not very good quality. Assembly was ok. Directions were clear. The workmanship of the product is another matter. We could not fully assemble it because the hole on the front board does not line up with right side board. I was also unaware that there were no covers for the holes that the screws fit in. It looks very unfinished having holes that show lighter wood coloring.We will be returning this crib and canceling our order on the matching dresser and going with a nicer brand. We originally did not want to spend a lot of a crib/dresser but after experiencing this poor quality within this price range, we are going to splurge for our son's safety.

The company seems to have given us some sort of floor model. We expected good clean furniture. We got dings scratches and even a broken top rail. It would be beautiful if it looked new and undamaged....The wood is sturdy. Even though there is a crack in the wood around one of the screws where a machine or person tried to screw in too tightly, it seems to not effect the structural integrity. The color is great matching the picture exactly. I am not sure why we were not informed or given some sort of discount for the terrible shape this particular set is in. We are supposed to send it back so they can refund us and resell it to someone else. I feel cheated/suckered. I like my furniture to look nice before we love it into a used condition ourselves.

Don't buy this crib. We had to have the crib delivered twice and it was broken both times. We question the quality of the materials.

Damaged parts. Unlabeled. Cheap feel.

There are cracks all over the headboard... when I tried to have the seller replace the cracked piece they made it impossible! Thinking the receipt and Amazon description would be sufficient, I removed the sticker on the bottom of the crib when assembling. However, they apparently also need to know the country and date of manufacturer, which can only be found on that sticker. Very disappointed to say the least!

It has some kind of chemical smell and some of the pieces were damaged. When I installed it, I felt like I bought a used crib instead of a brand new one. It is totally not worth the price. Terrible!

I ordered this crib on January 18th, and good thing it was delivered fast because it showed up in a completely beat up box. I had to wait until today to assemble it because I work during the week, and after taking everything out of the huge box I find that there are no instructions on how to assemble it at all. I'm sure I can't return it either because I've taken everything out and unwrapped it all looking for the instructions to be hidden some where. I am so disappointed that I have to buy another crib.

We were surprised when we found out that the crib we needed urgently was received in such shape (broken)!!

Most irritating situation 😡We purchased this crib and it's arrived and trying to assemble we see many parts are missing.Having a new born we cannot afford to deal with this kind of mess! Returning!!!

The frame was cracked in three places. Had to buy a new bed from another store. It was a gift for my sister new baby. Wasn't too happy with it.

Had to return due to arriving damaged

I originally purchased DaVinci Kalani Expresso crib but had to return it after the mattress support broke after six weeks. I would have liked to have had another one but Amazon no longer sells that model. Since this was similar to the Kalani model I decided to get this model....I am extremely disappointed. It was not nearly built as well as the Kalani model ans was the same price.Not only did it come damaged with dent but after putting it together the top sleigh rails didn't even match up with the side rails. There were several dings in it as well. And to top it off the front sleigh rail wasn't sanded all the way across. I am really upset with the purchase. Oh and I almost forgot to mention the fact that you can see every single screw hole and where the nail holes were painted over. And any unseen portion was not done with the Expresso type finish. Some may think it is a nice purchase but there is no comparison to the DaVinci model.I would have sent this back to Amazon but I am tired of putting cribs together, taking them apart, packing them up and sending them back.If you are looking for the same type/style of crib search out the DaVinci Kalani model in Expresso or other finish.
