Five Star Reviews: | 50% Losing weight all right February 7, 2017 I'm knowing a sign in my appetite and my clothes are getting loser and I been on it for about a week half. Been reading review some people take for about a week or 2 week. You don't put on the weight over night and you can't take it off over night it take time They think it should work in that time . I got 30 more lbs to go . Garcinia Cambogia really does work! February 26, 2016 Since becoming pregnant with my son fourteen years ago I have had a double lower stomach. I have not been able to get rid of this no matter what I did. I'd tried other diet pills as well as exercise with no results whatsoever. Due to nothing working I gave up all hope of ever having a normal looking stomach again. Then I saw this advertised and thought since the price was reasonable I'd try it just in case it might work for me. Well the results were almost immediate! In less than two weeks my lower stomach had shrank to half it's size. The jeans I'd bought a year ago because they were on sale, but didn't fit because of the hanging fat beneath my stomach, now fit with room to spare. I have not done anything differently, I still eat the same as always. So I attribute the weight loss to this product because nothing else could have done it. Yesterday I saw an old friend for the first time in a year and she said "Adelaide? Is that you?" I looked up and she said "Wow! You've lost a lot of weight!" Just one month of using Garcinia Cambogia has not only shrunk my stomach to half it's normal size, but it's transformed my features as well. So all the rave reviews about Garcinia Cambogia are true! I am on a low carb diet and exercise regularly but I was reaching that stubborn weight loss plateau and it can be quite discouraging to see that it takes weeks to break through it. I've been taking Garcinia for only 1 week now and I'm really excited that I finally broke that plateau and loosing weight steadily - slowly but surely, about half a pound every other day. So this seems to be a great helper for loosing weight if you eat healthy and work out regularly, but it's not a magic pill, there is no such thing. I read that Garcinia might increase serotonin in your brain so there could be some interactions with different types of drugs (such as Robitussin DM or antidepressants). I would say talk to your doctor if you are on meds. Bottom line: awesome product, fast shipping and the best part for me is that is a natural supplement! March 26, 2015 Really loved this product! I've tried another brand before this and didn't get any results but the NatureWise brand seemed to work much better. This isn't a miracle drug or skinny pill, you need to be willing to make lifestyle changes, but if you follow it like instructed and drink PLENTY of water, it really works. Week one i did one pill three times a day, I'm not up to 2 pills 3 times a day and see a more drastic difference. 2 weeks and i'm down 6 lbs. Excellent appetite suppressant March 28, 2014 I have been taking Garcinia Cambogia from NatureWise for a few weeks now and definitely notice a difference. With the Garcinia I don't get as hungry as I used to during the day, which allows me to eat more sensibly. I no longer get home from work starving, which helps me avoid the binge eatings and allows me time to actually think about what I should eat. Not only am I not as hungry during the day, I have also noticed that I am getting fuller faster and as a result I end up eating less. Excellent Weight Loss Supplement November 17, 2013 I have been taking this supplement for one week and have lost 2 pounds. I started a weight loss program about a month ago. I lost 4 pounds after the first 2 weeks and then I stalled. I didn't lose any weight the 3rd week even after eating a low carb diet. I was looking for a supplement that would help with glucose metabolism due to being diagnosed with insulin resistance. I am very happy with the results after 1 week.I started off with 1 pill 3x a day to allow my body to adjust to the supplement. On day 6, I started taking the weight loss dosage of 2 pills 3x a day. Did curb appetite - maybe not as much as I wanted, but did curtail it some. Provide extra energy - if it did, I didn't notice it. Recommended dosage is 2. I started with one in the morning to see. Now I also take one at lunch. I like the product and will order again. And since this product worked well, will most likely look at other products from Naturo Sciences. like some of the others that have tried this October 27, 2015 I haven't really noticed any results as far as weight loss, like some of the others that have tried this. But I have noticed that I am less hungry, and less apt to snack, which is beneficial. However, I am pleased overall with the fact that it is easy to swallow, and seemingly helpful with a bit of an energy boost in my day, without making me feel jittery. Worth a try. Repeat purchase/Better review March 20, 2015 I reordered these pills because I didn't want to give up since the first 2 months yielded no results. I noticed after taking them for a day or two that they were smaller than the original pills I received the first few times. I also noticed that it changed from 75% HCA to now 60 % (hence, smaller pills). Funny thing is, I've been on these for a week and I've already lost 2 pounds. I also started taking the Naturo Colon Cleanse again (for 7 days), and now I'm going to the bathroom every other day. Maybe the bigger pills (75% HCA) didn't really work for me, but I think these do. This product was very easy to use and took no extra time out of my day. The pills were easy to swallow and the directions for product use were simple. The Garcinia Cambogia extract was very effective as an appetite suppressant for me. I felt less hungry after taking the pill and became full faster making it easy to eat less. I did not experience the amount of fat loss which the company says some loose though I also don't have too much extra fat to loose. I also did not experience any increase in energy. I started out taking 1 pill 2 to 3 times each day and then progressed to 3 pills twice per day to help control my appetite as well as cravings. It most definitely helped! I would forget to eat some days though. Some days I think the 3 pills per dose caused me to get acid reflux. I'm not sure why. I do like that the company will give you a free bottle, but I don't like that it won't be the 180 count bottle but a 90 count bottle. I figured I'd give the Garcinia Cambogia a try primarily to curb my appetite. I started out with the lower dose to get used to it and didn't lose any weight. I bumped up to the recommended weight loss dose and lost 2 pounds in 3 weeks. Not a big change, but I wasn't losing any so I attribute the 2 pounds to the supplement. July 5, 2016 I noticed an increased energy level for the first couple days. And I noticed that they did alter my appetite for the first couple days as well. However, none of that lasted. I tried increasing to taking the 2 pills(for maximum weight loss) before my 3 meals of the day and it didn't help at all. I didn't lose any weight while working out 4 times a week and taking these to curb my appetite. Good Product. September 20, 2015 Works best with good diet and exercise. At first I thought it didn't work for Me, but after time of using this product it does. It doesn't upset my stomach and I have a lot of stomach sensitivity. No jitteres but my mood is definitely a little different. Wouldn't say it's a bad thing. Al though this product is supposed to stabilize mood, I don't agree on this..... I experienced frequent constipation with the former brand, but with Naturewise there is no constipation, which is good. However, I have been drinking more water with Naturewise.So, the jury is still out and I would really like to change my three star rating of this brand of a product to a five, but I'm going to keep at it for another two weeks. I might be hungry so much because I don't eat regular meals, but I should experience a noticable appetitite supressant effect, shouldn't I? |
