This does exactly what I'd hoped. I'm far less hungry between meals and, even with the small meals I have, I fill up fast and sometimes can't even finish. I've never been overweight in my whole life, but gained 30 pounds over the few years since turning 50. When I decided to take care of that, I could see these pills might well become a centerpiece to the plan and that's how it's turned out. I take 3 pills at 5am, 3 at 12pm and 3 at 5pm -- as prescribed, I take them with a full glass of water. That's roughly 2 hours before breakfast and lunch -- I don't eat dinner, so the 5pm dose keeps me from eating dinner so I can workout instead. There are no side effects at all -- I don't feel odd in even a slight way. I've just headed into my second month and have already lost 11 of the 30 pounds with no trouble. To be fair to anyone reading this, I want to make it clear these pills are part of a much larger plan involving diet, supplements and exercise, but I also want to say emphatically that these pills are an absolutely key and indispensable part of the plan. I've recommended these great pills to a couple friends and am very pleased all the way around -- I'm also pleased it's a vegetarian product.

This is a great Garcinia Cambogia product. I've seen some success with using it in the past few months. I purchased my first bottle on my own, after some research, and decided to try the NatureWise brand. I am receiving my second bottle at no cost, which is great. When choosing a Garcinia Cambogia product, I look for the least amount of additives as possible. This is a good one, in my opinion! I'm glad I choose to give it a try.

I have lost 30lbs in the last 3 months while taking these pills and dieting. I have not been exercising because I physically can't so maybe you would have better results if you exercised as well. I eat 3 meals a day and rarely snack. It seems to be enough food for me, I do have to have willpower when it comes to fatty foods and sweets. The bad thing that I do is I drink a TON of diet soda, just can't seem to give it up yet...maybe eventually, haha. So anyways, I think the Garcinia is helping me to stick to the three meals a day, just as a good appetite suppressant. I recommend!***update*** 4/25/16I lost another 11 pounds last month (3/20-4/20). I decided to try Garcinia Cambogia based on reviews and the fact that Dr. Oz talked about it on his show. I know it's not a miracle drug. I had already started eating better, more fruits, veggies, smaller portions and lots of water. Since I started this I've lost 14 pounds. That's amazing to me. I can't exersize because of the many surgeries I've had so it boils down to eating better, taking Garcinia Cambogia and drinking lots of water.If you buy this and think you'll lose weight without changing your diet then don't bother. There isn't a drug out there that will rid you of fat by taking a pill. You really have to want to lose weight and I really did want it!

I'm always very skeptical about these types of products, but I took the plunge because I'd read a lot of good things about Garcinia Cambogia. My reasons for trying it were less about losing weight, though the appetite control factor was appealing to me given my inactivity this winter and tendencies to eat late at night out of boredom. However, the main reason I wanted to try this was to see how it well it worked in boosting serotonin levels, as I've been struggling with more winter blues this year and lack of motivation.The first week I started with 1 pill, three times a day and noticed a definite improvement in my mood and the ability to focus in general. I didn't see much of a change in my appetite, so I bumped up to two pills a day, three times a day the following week. Within a few days at that level, I noticed I didn't feel the urge to snack late at night or in between meals as often as I did before, which is exactly what I wanted.I've now been taking this for five weeks. A week ago, I started doing three pills, three times a day to see if it helps me lose a few pounds before spring. I have been using the product for a few weeks now, and have already lost about 5lbs. At the moment, I am using two pills with lunch and dinner, and have noticed a reduced appetite as well.Don't be alarmed as initially the numbers on the scale don't change. Instead, take measurements, as you'll notice yourself slimming down (which happened to me). Eventually, the numbers started to drop, but still fluctuate for me as I am now starting to work out again (muscle weighs more than fat).Make sure that you are drinking lots of water. Otherwise, it you may not see optimal results (which was my problem in the first week).Overall, great product and would highly recommend.

Writing this for my wife. So far so good. She is losing an average of 1to2lbs per week with no ill effects. It's a little expensive but worth it. I would recommend this to anyone who is serious about losing weight.

Based on appetite control alone, I think this is a good product. I started out taking 1 pill 2 to 3 times each day and then progressed to 3 pills twice per day to help control my appetite as well as cravings. It most definitely helped! I would forget to eat some days though. Some days I think the 3 pills per dose caused me to get acid reflux. I'm not sure why. I do like that the company will give you a free bottle, but I don't like that it won't be the 180 count bottle but a 90 count bottle. As far as weight loss is concerned, I didn't see a big improvement. I'm losing the same amount of weight that I was losing before I started using these pills. (I have been doing 4 to 5 30 day challenges from 310nutrition for a while now and losing weight and toning.) I'm just not starving as much do to these pills. I would just take this as an appetite suppressant.

I am taking garcinia cambogia. I've been taking it for almost a month. I have been working out (walking, Pilates, interval training, Zumba and cardio) most days of the week and trying to eat healthy. I am getting married November 1st, so I'm working on getting in shape. I would like to lose another 5lbs by the big day. I like the pills because they don't make me jittery and they seem to be working. I haven't lost any actual pounds since I've started taking them, but I can tell that I look thinner in pictures. I'd like to keep taking them for another month.

I've been using the Garcinia Cambogia (60% HCA) for about two months now. I haven't changed my diet or exercise patterns during this time. I am a 50 year old man that does not smoke or drink. I wanted to lose the flab around my belly. My love handles. I do not overeat and exercise but It is hard to lose weight around the stomach. I do not weigh myself. Muscle weights more than fat anyway. I can just feel if my clothes fit better and on how I look. I have been trying NatureWise Garcinia Cambogia for now 2 months. It is indeed a very good appetite suppressant. I take it 30-45 mn before a meal and when it's time to eat, I am really not hungry.After two months, I noticed that my stomach is harder. I chose this rating because, technically, I have not lost any weight; though I have not gained any either. Naturally, my weight holds off at 140, if I am not overeating, which is the only reason I gain weight. I try to do the protein shakes and healthy foods but I cannot fight off the cravings for pasta, hamburgers, pizza, etc and always give in!What I really, and I mean, REALLY, loved about this product is that the cravings where gone! First of all I’d really like to emphasize how wonder the customer service of this company is. Everyone I’ve spoken to thus far seems very knowledgeable about the products and was able to answer my question about long term weight loss goals and use of products in conjuction with one another.Thus far I have tried Garcina cambogia and green coffee bean extract and I really love these products. I am a lawyer and sit for long hours. In the past I used to find myself reaching for snacks – sometimes out of hunger and other times out of stress. I got these as a appetite substitute. I have a busy 2 year old and when she eats I don't always eat too. This way I am not always hungry I can take them and have a few light snacks during the day and be okay and not grumpy.Usually I eat dinner early so if I take one before bed I'm not trying to go bed hungryI also have a 17 year old cat who doesn't sleep well at night so I'm up 3-5 times during the night feeding her or letting her outside and then back inside. This stopped me from wanting to eat in the middle of the night since I eat early in the evening, I was not trying to loose weight but I lost maybe 3-5 pounds in about a month.

Can't say I've noticed any weight loss, but then again, I haven't been using it religiously. However, when I do use it, I notice more energy and I feel and look less bloated than usual... Which makes me look thinner, plus I do fit into my jeans better. I only really want to loose 20# or so, but I can sacrifice that for the benefits. I still buy this stuff! This was the first Garcinia Cambogia I bought and I really liked it. It seemed to do what it was supposed to do. I only took the one bottle of it because of a few health issues and medication changes and I didn't want to be mixing things until everything is straightened out. I went to buy some more later and could not find it. I do not like the present brand as much as this one. I will try desperately to find this brand the next time Natural, free of fillers, etc.

was looking for something with a little boost, something that would curb my appetite and help me burn bad fat. they worked well. But you also have to eat better. Not just because you're taking these pills does it mean you can eat anything. Best way for them to work is a healthy diet along with the pills and exercise.

Want to lose weight? This will do it! I was looking for something else at the time and accidentally ordered this. I'm glad I did. I have a few pounds I'm struggling to lose and couldn't get past the plateau regardless of my hard gym sessions and healthy diet. This helped me lose 4lbs in a week. Doesn't seem like much but I've been at a plateau for two months and Boom! One week!! Must Try!!

While this product fills the desired requirements, I'm not getting results after 2-3 months of taking it. I tried drinking more water and that seems to help. Maybe because I'm diabetic it's harder to shed lbs, but I really expected better results.

This product didn't work for me. I wanted to get rid of 5-8 lbs from around my waist that is accumulating due to having a health condition that keeps me pretty sedentary. Except for an occasional dairy product or slice of bread I eat mostly raw vegetables. Since I already have a low-fat diet and health restrictions keep me from cardio exercise, I decided to try this product in hopes of burning off that extra 5-8 lbs. I used the product for two months and neither lost or gained any weight. I would suggest including some cardio exercise along with good diet and this supplement, and maybe you will have better results. Good luck.

i was so exited to try this product so many good reviews, but im pretty disappoint im been taking this pills for a week now and i dont see any change i still hungry wanted to eat more and havent lost any weight, i drink alot of water but nothing seem to happen, i have even feel more tired, i was wishing for this to work at least to help me control the hunger every 3 hours or the snaking, i will keep taking it and i will update an a few weeks.

I started the supplement for about 2 weeks. does seem like my appetite has curb, but have not yet notice any weight loss. looking forward to the result.

I've been taking it for 4 weeks (1 pill x 3 times a day) and I've only lost 2 lbs. My weight hasn't changed for the first 2 weeks and i took 3 pills x 3 times a day for a week but that didn't do anything and went back to 1 pill x 3 times a day. On my 4th week, suddenly I've lost 2 lbs and I'm stuck there now. Some people say that their energy gained or lost their appetite with this pills but I didn't notice any differences. So far it's ok.

They send you a free bottle which is cool. It does give you some energy. There may be a couple side effects though which is why I have to give it a 3 star review. I noticed that if I don't drink tons and tons of water I get headaches. Which is common with water pills. It's a dehydration issue. And also..... It may have given me constipation. Like the kind that sends people to the E.R. I know. Thats too much info. but I'm just sayin. It may have been by chance that the headaches and my ummm other issues happened just after I started using this product but I think it's all related. Just my opinion. Other than that. i hope it works. I'm fat. lol

I have mixed feelings about this product. I took it as directed on the bottle and the first few days I did feel like my appetite was suppressed a bit, but after those first couple days, I actually felt hungrier. I try and stick to a healthy diet and exercise when I can. I wasn't sure exactly what this product was supposed to do, but I heard good things about it. I would possibly continue using it if it were as little less expensive. Given the price, I probably won't use it again.

Still don't know if this product really works. I'm on my third bottle and have not lost any weight yet. I only eat twice a day and really watch what I eat. Outside of improved mood , I've not seen any changes in body weight or size.( I'm 75,about 5'3 and 140 pounds)

Item arrived quickly which was excellent! However, I didn't lose much weight. Only 2 lbs. keeps me full for a few hours but after 11 pm whew does my tummy growl. Tyvm though!

This product, Garcinia Cambogia, has curbed my appetite tremendously. I have not weighed myself at this time because I have only been on this dietary supplement about 3 weeks. I do feel like I have lost inches based on my clothes but want to wait for 5 more weeks before I weigh myself. I have not exercised and eat pretty much whatever I want to eat, so that is why I am in no hurry to weigh myself. I do not eat big portions and really don't have that much of an appetite to eat like I use to. The supplement has a good flavor to it which makes it an easy capsule to swallow. I am ordering another months supply and am in high hopes that by the end of the 8 weeks I will have been on it that I will have seen AT LEAST a 10 lbs lost.

didnt work for me. Ive been taking it 3 times a day an hour before eating with a full galss of water. eating healthy but I have not seen any results. its been 3 weeks now.

I used this product as directed, and I received and used the free bottle from NatureWise. While NatureWise's support and follow up is great, I do not believe this product is effective. I have been eating healthy and exercising for months as part of a weight loss competition, I observed no difference using this product vs. using no supplements at all. I would conclude it would be better not to spend money on this supplement.

t arrived on time. It has not worked on me but it could be my fault. It isvery hard for me to drink alot of water I just am not a big water drinker. I am going to start it upmagain when I start a exercise program my pain doctor is having my therapist set up for me. I have alot of back, shoulder, and neck pain and also fibromyalgia so exercising can be chalenging but I want to keep active and also loose weight and not follow my mothers footsteps into diabetes which will happen if I dont loose the weight

Take care in the use of this medicationThe side effects of taking this medication appear unpredictable. Take them at a slow rate at the beginning of a course of using these. We found that they caused some digestive disturbance after taking this for one week at a one a day rate. Upon discontinuing these the digestion symptoms went away

I have been taking this product for a little over a month. Total weight loss is 1/2 pound, maybe. I followed the weight loss protocol diligently but to no avail. Very disappointing. Did I sleep any better...not really. Did I experience any loss of appetite...sometimes. Can I attribute that to this product...not directly.What I did experience after about the third week was recurring indigestion, slight headaches, and constipation. I upped my water intake considerably, but it did little to alleviate these conditions. Can I attribute these conditions to this product...very likely since it's the only thing I have changed in the last month. Perhaps it has helped to lower my cholesterol, but I won't know that until my next physical. Very disappointing.Conclusion: The best weight loss plan is still the Math Diet. I've been taking this reported appetitie suppressant supplement for the past 10 days or so, but I haven't really noticed any suppressant. In fact, I've been taking three pills three times a day for the past five to six days and yesterday and continuing today I've been really hungry and eating alot. The Garcina Cambogia with the Potassium, Calcium, & Chromium listed on the bottle from another brand that I was taking prior to NatureWise had a noticable appetite suppressant. I didn't notice any weight loss with either of these brands, but I seem to notice some slimming down. I can't tell if that is just in my mind, however.With the former brand I noticed oily BM's that seemed to rid my body of the fatty stuff in my body, but with NatureWise, I don't have regular BM's. I experienced frequent constipation with the former brand, but with Naturewise there is no constipation, which is good. However, I have been drinking more water with Naturewise.So, the jury is still out and I would really like to change my three star rating of this brand of a product to a five, but I'm going to keep at it for another two weeks. I might be hungry so much because I don't eat regular meals, but I should experience a noticable appetitite supressant effect, shouldn't I?

Just tried it... not much on results... not sure I used it right for the results I was hooping for...

I think I'm allergic to this product. Tried a week, my lips swollen, I thought was something wrong with my lip balm, so I stopped using my lip balm, but the swollen didn't go away. But after I stopped taking this, my lips are fine after 3 days. And I was using the same lip balm again, everything is fine, so it's not the lip balm. Now, it's been a year after I stopped using this, I never had the problem with my lips again.

Nothing great like I expected. It will suppress your appetite but follow the instructions and take 30 minutes before eating. If you wait longer than 30 minutes it doesn't really suppress your appetite. I only lost 2 lbs in one month and walked 2 miles every day. I believe I would have lost the 2lbs just by walking the 2 miles daily. I would recommend raspberry ketone for under $6 at Wal-Mart it not only suppresses your appetite but will curb your hunger for hours.I would not waste your money on this product.

I needed to lose 20lbs for a annual Gala that happens every March, so I ordered a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia because Dr Oz said it was a sure fired way of helping you to lose weight. I started taking them right away and I was careful with portions and what kind of food I was consuming. I even gave up dairy. I followed directions and did exactly as the bottle said but I gained 4lbs instead of losing. I don't know what happened or why, but after that I just stopped taking the Garcinia Cambogia and started doing the South Beach diet and now I'm on track.

I thought I was off to a good start with this product. I found that I did not respond to the product as featured in the advertisement. Unless you do what you need to by cutting calories and exercising this is just a waste of money. I had read that this product was the appropriate blend to be effective but as I stated, I was disappointed. I also found that if I took the product as recommended, I developed head aches.

Diet pills and boosters never seem to work for me. So I went on a low carb diet and started shedding pounds like crazy. Down 35lbs in 6 months and only did the keto diet for a month and a half. Diet and excersize are the only thing that ever helps me with my weight. Not pills.

With diet and exercise especially with exercise I feel like one can definitely loose some weight with the product I've already lost some inches and my waist line and thighs are shrinking. I can't wait to loose some serious pounds in a few months. The reason why I have 1 star is because of false advertising I NEVER received my free bottle as stated inside the box.

This product did nothing for me but dehydrate me and make me feel drained, then had trouble falling asleep. I didn't loose any weight. The company doesn't have any guarantee, so I waisted twenty dollars.

This product may work for others but it did nothing for me in the least. As a matter of fact the only thing it did do was to make me need to pee. A lot.

Pretty simple verdict: This product just flat doesn't do a thing to burn fat or take off inches. The marketers can cite all the scientific research gobbledygook they want, but it won't make the product work in real life. Please, please do yourself a huge favor.
