| GREAT slide!March 9, 2017 My 2.5 year old grandson LOVES this slide! We have it indoors for the winter ~ which he LOVES! We will bring it outside once all the snow is gone! | The boys enjoy their new slide.August 16, 2017 This slide was purchased for use by our 4 year olds by the pool. The slide went together easily enough. It is a good size for 3 to 5 year olds. It is to light and small for a child over 40 to 45 pounds and a bit dangerous for a child under 3 years of age. The slide is easily movable and has withstood the first month of use and weather with no ill effects. The slide could be used inside or out. One design flaw.March 30, 2016 My 4 year old has been slightly obsessed with slides, so i broke down and got him one when i settled on this particular one. Slide is very well made and sturdy (we are currently using it indoors, but still be moving to the great outdoors very soon, as it does take up a great deal of space in my not-so- large house.) Only complaint i had was the same as another customer regarding the black bar on the bottom/middle that keeps the slide locked open-it does come lose from time to time so every time my little one wants to play on it, i have to check it to be sure it's still locked and in place...pretty sure that's a design flaw that they could've done better on. The instructions show a person simply using a screwdriver to insert the screws. In reality you're going to need to first drill holes into the plastic (there are none) and then screw in the screws.Great teeter totter though.Careful to make sure both children are equal weight. My 3 and 2 year old cannot play on this together yet because the 2 year old is so small that she flips forward and sideways, never touching the ground. If you have an extremely considerate older child, this may work... but my 3 year old is too busy trying to have fun and go fast that the 2 year old just gets hurt. Only downfall is the support keeps coming undone Not stable, even when "locked"July 3, 2015 We got this slide for my son who is 40" and 33 lb. Unfortunately we will be returning it because I feel it is unsafe. The whole slide shifts backwards when he tries to climb up the steps (while holding on with hands) even though the black brace is locked into position. Due to this shifting, a pinch hazard also presents itself in the space at the top where slide and steps meet. The whole thing seems too lightweight for its size. The ladder part is also a lot more upright than the junior slide so if you pull hard enough on the hand grip while climbing, the whole slide might tip backwards (I was able to tip it without trying too hard). Big disappointment, we were excited to have a larger slide :-\Just FYI, Wayfair.com sells this slide through amazon.com and charges $73.75 for return shipping!! that is 3/4 of the purchase price! what a waste of money... There is no place for the children to put their feet and it is so short that their feet sit RIGHT where the middle piece rocks and will rock right onto their foot if an adult is not there to move them out of the way. Sure you can tell a toddler to keep their feet up, but that will last for all of 5 seconds before they get distracted and put their feet back down. Absurd that this is sold. Very unhappy. They're the wrong height and angle for a small child, and the whole thing is too low and short for a bigger child. Children climb on the middle, whether that's the designer's plan or not, and the middle is convex, and so they fall forward or backward. The ride is short and jerky, but to make it longer would mean it would be less stable. It's stable enough, but should only be used on grass or soft carpet. Spend more on the real seesaw or else take a pass on this category of equipment, as it really is never going to be as safe as playground equipment, which has its own hazards as parents know.
