Five Star Reviews: | 35% Great I bought it for my granddaughter she loves it June 5, 2017 Great I bought it for my granddaughter she loves it ☆☆☆☆☆ kids slide May 9, 2017 My grandson is 18 months old and loves this slide. It is the right height for his age. The dog even likes going down the slide. My husband put it together with ease. It's very sturdy and built well. Not one issue putting it together. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Its great quality but VERY small June 29, 2016 Its great quality but VERY small. My 2.5 year old climbes up and sits and her feet are already at the bottom and she just stands right up. I would suggest not getting this for kids over 2. My 1.5 year old niece plays well and it is big enough for her. Sturdy! February 16, 2011 I use this as an indoor slide for my three year old who is obsessed with slides. It is small, that is why I got it. My daughter on the first day kept hurting her bum on the bottom when landing, (that could be improved) but she quickly learned how to go down and not hurt her bum. She also uses it for her toy cars, babies, her toy balls, I even gave in one time and let her make a waterslide by taking it in the shower-it fits in my apartment size tub. This slide has been a big relief for my munchkin getting over this wicked cold winter we are are having. She has been stuck in the house a lot. The only thing that some people might care about but I dont is that is really isnt that "foldable". You have to remove two screws everytime you fold it and put them back for safty reasons when you take it out again. My daughter doesnt let me put it away anyhow, so I havent had to do that. But I imagine that it might be a pain to people that do because then you have to remember where you put the screws LOL. This slide can take a lot of crap and the ladder is wide enough in the back so it doesnt fall over sideways when your kids are fighting over it (not my angels...) I would reccomend this slide as an indoor slide. If you are looking for an outdoor one, go bigger, even if it is for very little ones. This is not very tall. I gave it 5 stars because it is perfect for what I bought it for, indoor use. | 91% GREAT slide! March 9, 2017 My 2.5 year old grandson LOVES this slide! We have it indoors for the winter ~ which he LOVES! We will bring it outside once all the snow is gone! Great toy! January 7, 2017 This was the best gift ever, and it accomplished my mission of not having to go to the park every day. The set-up was a breeze. My daughter absolutely loves it. If you decide to use it in the house on carpet, please know that you will have lots of static electricity which makes for "fun" times. this is great, the grandkids love it October 14, 2016 this is great , the grandkids love it! very sturdy, great for indoors and out. thumbs up November 7, 2015 Just the right size for my 3 and 5 year old. I leave it in the house so it doesn't get dirty and it's just the right size. It was easy to assemble. Great slide for your small ones May 15, 2015 I got this for my 2 year old grandson as a birthday present. He loves it. He kept sliding down it all day when he received it. It doesn't take much assembly (one piece I believe) which made my son very happy. It is also very sturdy and durable looking. Great product for toddlers/preschoolers April 11, 2015 Purchased for my 2.5 year old...for use indoors. We love this thing - she uses it constantly. It feels sturdy, love the colors, easy to put together and move. We do not fold it so not sure about that feature. |
Four Star Reviews: | 17% It sooner than the age limit so disappointed in that May 31, 2017 Cheaply made and obvious but my child loves it. He will out grow. It sooner than the age limit so disappointed in that The children just love to slide and slide July 19, 2016 The day care that it was donated to is very appreciative for a new one. The children just love to slide and slide, practically all day, on this item. The were quite surprised when they received this item, because they didn't know it was coming, although their 1st one was broken. I was excited when the slide arrived, however it's ... June 13, 2016 I was excited when the slide arrived, however it's a little too small for my two 2 year olds who are a bit heftier than most toddler's. This is the best slide for kids to learn on March 8, 2016 This slide is very durable, I bought it for one grandchild and now it's being used by 2 more grandkids. It has held up very well. With the height the smaller children are not afraid to try. This is the best slide for kids to learn on. The colors are bright and don seem to fade in the sun. In the summer we put in a small pool and everyone thinks it's the greatest fun, well done. If it every wears out I will replace it with the same one. Great mini slide for the price! March 12, 2013 There were some negative reviews on this product, about sturdiness and it bumping at the bottom. But for the price, it meets its purpose. We are very satisfied with this product! Great for indoor use! I love that it folds up for storage (not completely flat, but for easy storage). It was my sons favorite gift for chrismas (he was 16 months old). He still loves it (19mo old). Yes there is a dip at the bottom, but honestly not bad enough to where a little kid cares. It is sturdy enough for toddlers, but probably not for 3 or 4 yr olds or older and realistically they would be too big for it by that time anyway. | 6% The boys enjoy their new slide. August 16, 2017 This slide was purchased for use by our 4 year olds by the pool. The slide went together easily enough. It is a good size for 3 to 5 year olds. It is to light and small for a child over 40 to 45 pounds and a bit dangerous for a child under 3 years of age. The slide is easily movable and has withstood the first month of use and weather with no ill effects. The slide could be used inside or out. Good slide, 4 year old loves it. One design flaw. March 30, 2016 My 4 year old has been slightly obsessed with slides, so i broke down and got him one when i settled on this particular one. Slide is very well made and sturdy (we are currently using it indoors, but still be moving to the great outdoors very soon, as it does take up a great deal of space in my not-so- large house.) Only complaint i had was the same as another customer regarding the black bar on the bottom/middle that keeps the slide locked open-it does come lose from time to time so every time my little one wants to play on it, i have to check it to be sure it's still locked and in place...pretty sure that's a design flaw that they could've done better on. Slide, slide, slippity slide... July 29, 2015 Nice big slide for my 2 year old. We keep it outside as he already has one in the playroom, but it'd be just as nice indoors. Very stable, easy to assemble, and looks nice in the backyard. Very happy with it. |
Three Star Reviews: | 17% Acersge June 3, 2017 Eh... you get what you pay for.... not bad... def not good. Pretty small and cheaply built but it was only 20 bucks so I'd rate this just average An average slide which needs a few improvements. July 31, 2016 I bought it for my son when he turned 1. It was really disappointing at first, because it was smaller than expected. Moreover, I chose this one over Little Tikes First Slide as I got this one in a deal for $20 (definitely a mistake). It took 10 to 15 minutes to assemble it before my son started playing with it, However it didn’t last long because the slide itself slides on hardwood floor and I also noticed a sharp point in the handle of the slide which could hurt him.So I decided to fold it and keep it aside for a while but I couldn’t do that too because to fold the slide we have to remove a long rod from the side which is impossible once it is fixed. We were keeping this slide in our basement for almost 6 months. However, at-last we managed to remove the sharp points by melting it with a melting tool and now we are using it on our balcony for my little ones pool party. Overall, this is an average slide which definitely needs a few improvements. Serves its purpose May 26, 2016 Easy assembly if you know your way around a toolbox and can think on your feet. Getting the hinge endpoint situated was a bit of a hassle, but in the end it is sturdy and the little guy loves it. Be careful of sharp plastic notches building out of the beige handles at the top of the slide. I had to sand mine down so we didn't have any first aid issues. Misleading June 11, 2015 It is cute and my kids love it. I however did not enjoy putting it together. Also, it claims it folds and stores but in reality you have to unscrew a few things after using it to get it to fold up to store like they say. I think that is VERY misleading and the main reason I am giving a bad review. I chose this slide over another because of the storing option that turned out to be false. | 3% Not stable, even when "locked" July 3, 2015 We got this slide for my son who is 40" and 33 lb. Unfortunately we will be returning it because I feel it is unsafe. The whole slide shifts backwards when he tries to climb up the steps (while holding on with hands) even though the black brace is locked into position. Due to this shifting, a pinch hazard also presents itself in the space at the top where slide and steps meet. The whole thing seems too lightweight for its size. The ladder part is also a lot more upright than the junior slide so if you pull hard enough on the hand grip while climbing, the whole slide might tip backwards (I was able to tip it without trying too hard). Big disappointment, we were excited to have a larger slide :-\Just FYI, Wayfair.com sells this slide through amazon.com and charges $73.75 for return shipping!! that is 3/4 of the purchase price! what a waste of money... |
Two Star Reviews: | 6% Too small for me... March 17, 2015 Too small for my 15 month old and she can't even climb the ladder yet. a little small November 3, 2013 Its a little small. My daughter loved it for a day or two and now its in the garage. Its good for really little ones. Sharp curve at bottom! September 17, 2012 This slide has a sharp curve at the bottom, so it looks like my little toddler is jerking to a sudden stop towards the bottom of the slide. It looks almost painful for him, even though he keeps doing it. I know it would be painful for me! Plus, he's at the age where he likes to push things around and he can push the slide over on its side or upside down, but if he falls or trips on it, it really scrapes him up badly! The bottom is pretty sharp plastic that has given my son some pretty bad scratches on his legs, feet arms and sides. Overall, I would have picked a different slide for my little guy. He's only in the 50th percentile for his height and he's 16 months and he can already reach the bottom with his feet before he even starts sliding!! Disappointed in folding slide. July 17, 2012 Very disappointed. The box it came in was very flimsy and was smashed and the tape had come off. When I ordered the folding slide, I did not realize it had to be put together. Other plastic folding slides I've seen are completely put together and just fold up. That's what the picture looked like. Also with the box open, I was not sure there were not pieces missing so didn't even want to deal with it and returned the item. makes this mom very nervous April 28, 2012 I have a one year old son he loves the slide but theres no real support to keep him falling backwards or front wards. we put pillows on the floor hoping he doesnt fall front wards and hit head on floor. | 0% There are no reviews yet |
One Star Reviews: | 25% I'm very disappointed with this toy September 17, 2017 I'm very disappointed with this toy. If you call something folding I expect to be able to fold it at will, not to need to take screws out to do so. Also this slide is incredibly steep, and unadjustable. I cannot let my 1 1/2 year old play with it even if I am with him because there is no way to control the downfall. I do not recommend anyone buy this. Do not bother. April 16, 2017 Don't bother. Super cheap and your child won't play for more than two minutes. I thought I would try it, because, free returns, right? No. They would make me pay $8 for shipping. Not cool. So I'm keeping it but it's just a waste of space. Not too happy. March 29, 2016 Dissapointed that it comes in so many pieces. Didn't expect to out the slide together. It says it folds up but in order to do that you have to take out a couple screws. Bought it for my one year old and his feet almost touch the bottom of the slide already. The description is very misleading. Horrible purchase November 19, 2015 This slide does not fold for easy storage, which is one reason we chose this slide. You have to take it apart to fold it up. It is a very small slide and the part on the bottom stops my 1 year old daughter very abruptly. It is so small she doesn't even really slide down please do buy this and waste your money September 27, 2015 I bought this product to gift my friends son, when it was opened, was real disppointment, please do buy this and waste your money. | 0% There are no reviews yet |
