I love this battery case. I've had 2 mophies, one drop and they were done. The only drawback is that it doesn't protect the phone as the face of the phone sits outside the actual body of the case. Since my phone is already cracked, I don't mind. The plastic is more smooth and soft so it doesn't crack easily. The pen lasted a day. My twins got ahold of it and pulled the tip off. Otherwise it was well worth the price!!

My daughter loves this item. It charges her phone very well. It last long. She uses it as a case also. The pink color was her favorite

Worked good, charged well. Did as it was expected. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it was still a great product. It's a good idea for someone who is constantly on the go or always using their phone & can't always be around an outlet to charge. Also, a great emergency charger if power would go out. It at least charged my phone to around 80% from a 20%.

I liked how it was already charged and the only thing that sucks if your phone dies then it wont charge completely full again before the case dies that's the only down side not your fault the company should have tested it better still great tho.

I never realized how much I depended on this case. It's a life saver because I constantly drain my iPhone4 battery. When the product stopped working I ordered another one because it worked so well and I was very satisfied with the way it works and protects my iphone. On the second order I mentioned to the company that I ordered another one because the first one stopped working. They responded immediately. The service was fantastic and beyond what I expected. I may also order more in the future because I want one for each day of the week so I never run out of battery power. If I buy more, this would be the one I would buy.

I liked the case so much that I bought 2 and would like to share some insights regarding there case/batteries for IPHONE 4S of which I have several I have been through several OTHER big name case/battery products, including M****e, I find these on par or better them these, here's why.

The case is thoughtfully designed to not be slippery in the hand. The design and production was well executed I say this because the case has a remarkably good tight fit to my IPHONES, there is no wobble and the upper and lower portion of the case mate perfectly. I know these are for IPHONE 4 so take these next 2 observation with that in mind ... I wish the designers would fix 2 things in future issues of the case, (highly unlikely additional IPHONE4 cases or battery will be done again). I find the lights on the bottom to be annoying when the phone is charging because they stay on, can't figure that out, I would have expected they might come on for 45-60 seconds and then go out, to my experience they don't. My solution to this although primitive is very effective to me a piece of black electrical tape about 1 inch long sliced down the middle and placed over the lights, I get my charge information mostly visually from the front of the phone, this works for ME; your mileage may vary.

Secondly I wish in future editions (if there will EVER be any) that the Mirco USB charge port would be located on the bottom or top. I question why the designer put it right on the corner, I suspect that this was done to be like other big name manufactures. Follow the enclosed instruction and charge up the case for the time interval indicated.

When needed the case has charged my phone pretty darn fast. The supplied micro usb cable seats well into its port, to my feel it is a good solid connection. The top audio out port is easily accessible through the top half of the cover and I use a stylus with a plastic plug all the time. Also the left side cutout to operate the vibrate mode on / off switch is easily accessible for those meetings when you for get to put it into vibrate mode before hand. First photo is with tape in place, second is with tape removed and charge indicator MANUALLY turned, third photo is the placement of the micro usb charge port. I feel that I got good value for my money as I have paid over $80.00 for similar cases. These cases will protect and let me keep my IPHONE4s a while longer and remove running out of battery too quickly when I am away from electric power for extended time periods. I would buy theses cases from the same vendor in the future if I needed to. -mh

This is an awesome product! It protects my iPhone when I drop it, and it can recharge it while I'm on the go. As my phone gets older, it drains faster. As I add apps, it drains the chattery faster. This case has saved my bacon more than once. I use it daily. I'd recommend it for anyone who needs backup battery power.

Best purchase since having my iPhone 4. I choose free shipping, since I also bought another item, and they came when promised. After fully charging the included battery, I put my phone in the case nice and snug, and everything lined up perfectly. At night I charge my phone and the battery in the case at the same time, plugging the included cord into the cube that came with my original cord. The case makes it easier to hold my phone, as it adds a a little heft and is comfortable to hold. It looks like a part of the phone and gives it an updated, larger look.

It does everything it's supposed to.

So far so good, arrived on schedule and even and a 1/2 charge. Iphone 4S fits like a glove . I like that they put the usb plug on the side vs bottom so I don't knock it around on the nightstand. Also the on/off switch is a really nice touch compared to others which you have to hold down the charge display button to turn it on. the charge Display button is on the bottom with 4 led indicators. Its a little larger then my original one but not much. Actually feels more comfortable in your hand and top portion seems to be more solid then previous one I had.

Like the case, love the pen. The case is great to charge your phone, not as well as others, but it's not big and bulky like those, so it's worth the trade. You can't take pics with the top part on, though.

The package came one week early and it works amazingly. I just charge it overnight while I am sleeping and in the morning put my phone in the case and I am set for the day. Highly Recommend

I like this case. I wish the battery didnt die so quickly. Don't get me wrong...the battery definitely works but sometimes it is fully charged and when I go to use it, the battery is only 3/4 charged for some reason. But I truly needed this caae and I take it to work with me every day. I love it

iPhone 4 and 4S is less and less in demand. But for those of us who still have them we still pamper and coddle them.

My first backup back died and this was its replacement. Any color you want as long as it is black. Amazon delivered as promised, good. The shell/case of this backup is very good.

However, instructions were on one piece of paper with no illustrations nor diagrams. There is a good length USB to micro USB and yet the length of the micro USB port to the backup is, IMO, deeper than many mini USB connectors. One needs their cable or a mini USB connector that might be longer than what you are used to putting into your devices.

The length to charge is decent, but it seems to discharge at a faster rate, or just doesn't have the capacity I was hoping for.

This battery case is still charging after a couple of months. So far so good. It also charges phone first then the case. The flip switch has to be pushed firmly to charge though. Still it has been an excellent product.

Just got the case and it seems great so far. A little bulkier than I expected but that didn't affect my rating. It would have still received 5 starts if the case didn't constantly have my power button pressed in.

Positives: It's good for the price. It charges the phone like it's supposed to. It's pretty.Negatives: when you record video the microphone is covered up so it doesn't record the sound. It does NOT protect the edges, sides, or front. (Pictured: it sticks out of the case in the front).

It works great. My only problem with the case is that it doesn't cover your screen area at all! So if you drop it, most likely your screen is going to crack no matter what

Okay so heres the deal. This case is great but it dies so fast. I charge it all night then use it once my phone hit 20% like it said to and it charges to 100% but it has no more battery left. My phone charges really fast so I dont know if it would charge someone elses phone completly. I love how the case came with a touch stylus.

When I got this it came pretty quick but it was not the pink I though I was getting it's more neon than pastel like I am kinda diss appointed about that also the top of my case that slides on alway comes off and it takes a while to charge and you don't get a lot of battery time out of it before you have to charge it agsin

I like it, but it is very bulky and heavy. I also order the pastel pink case with a pink stylus and ended up receiving a hot pink one with a navy blue stylus. I recommend this to anyone who doesn't care about the appearance/ bulkiness of the case..

It does work but not as well as expected. Does NOT charge very well along with phone as recommended. Best to charge each device separately. Hold a minim charge. Still need to carry charger cords if you use your phone regularly. Otherwise, not bad for the price. Took a month to deliver!!!

Decent Battery Reserve back up which works inconjunctiuon with internal battery, but charging port is on a corner that is difficult to connect for charging . Comes with Usb Charging cable which is a plus but without the plug .

This case has its issues. You can't really tell how much battery life you have left. You can charge it every day and be pretty safe on not running out of battery. I'm not sure if this one was defective or that it was just poorly designed

Not a bad power alternative/additional power source as a whole, and I would have given it more stars but for the following reasons that you should consider before YOU buy this product: If you keep it attached to your phone all the time you will not be able to use ANY of your OEM synching/docking cables/systems/devices - you must use mini USB cable, like the one provided, in order to charge - and IT will not allow you to sync; Your previously purchased carrying cases or vehicle mounts probably won't work as this charger/case increases phone size enough to make fit very tight or unusable.
On the plus side - it does extend your battery life; it's not to bulky in the hand; and the phone mates well with the case. I would not think, however, that it could withstand long-term repeated disassembly and reassembly in order to sync your phone (unless you sync wirelessly). There are also some edges you can feel along the seams that catch your attention - but not overtly so.

Overall the case functions well and protects my phone, but the material is a little too slippery and I've almost dropped my phone several times. Also, the area where the charger plugs in doesn't allow the charging cord to seat very well. Often times I find the cord has backed out partially or completely and therefore isn't charging the phone or case.

Delivers but build quality leaves so!ethin to be desired. Multiple seams not properly sealed.

I love the color, I love that it still protects my phone if I drop it but, the charging part is crappy. I fully charge the case and when I need to charge my phone it only charges it 10 percent. It doesn't like to charge my phone while hooked up to the charging dock I have and it says while your charging the case you can charge your phone. Well it doesn't. But I guess it is a okay case for if your phone is fixing to die, you will have a little bit to call someone.

Product did not hold a charge. The case was bulky. I wouldn't recommend this product only due to the fact the when you need the extra charge it's not there.

The product didn't work the first time I recived it. I asked them to send me a new one the was asked several questions that we very annoying. Asking me if I turned it on. Of course I turned it on... Then they finally sent me a new one that doesn't keep the charge. When I plugged it in to charge it said it was all ready half charged but it died two hours earlier. Not a good product.

when I bought this product I thought that it would charge all the battery of my iphone, but in fact it carries at most about 10%. I can not tell if this product came defective or if it's like that, but not what the packaging says

This case wouldn't charge my iPhone 4s. The case was fully charged, but when I put my phone in it, the phone said it was charging for a couple of seconds, and then it wasn't charging any more. I tried plugging the case into the wall with the phone in it, as the directions said. It was plugged in all night and only charged to 73% on the phone. I'm returning the product and looking for a better quality battery case.

Disadvantages:
The Battery case claimed to be 2000mAh, but with a Full-charge, it only charges up to 74% of my iPhone 4 (which is 1420 mAh, which is brand new replaced with Apple Battery)
-The charging socket is Micro-USB and very poorly designed. In a way that the cable socket easily may inplugs from the phone! Moreover, your iPhone cables would be Useless as soon as you buy this Battery case.
-Cover sizeably affected the Sound and the vibration of the phone. In a way that many times i would not realize the buzzes and rings of the call, while phone is in my pocket.
-if your phone does above 26% of bettery once you turn the Case-Battery switch on to start to charge your phone-battery, case-battery would NOT Auto-off the chargerging process once your Phone battery is fully charged and it literally drains/waste the rest of the Case-battery power.
Advantages:
-Nice outerior coating of the cover.
-LED indicator of the Cade-Battery.
-On/Off switch for the Case Battery.

i had a mophie on my previous phone, but thought I could save some money by buying this. Wrong. It's junk - the charging connection is loose, and the functionality is such that it was actually impeding my ability to keep a charged phone.

the first one did not work, however they shipped me a new one. still having issues. my I phone 4 seats in the second one . unfortunately my phone lasts longer with out this installed. I tried charging them together, separately. no work. I have not notified the vendor. wish them luck. I don't think a 3rd unit is the answer

1st of all its not a Mophie case. A mophie would fit perfect. A mophie case would at least charge the phone to 100% from 5%. And still have more juice. This almost fits perfect. I have a iPhone 4s and the top piece doesn't fit right. Lock button would stay stuck. Which would make phone show "swipe to power off". So I used my mophie top with the new bottom.This case would charge your phone from 5% to 75% and that's it. I was better off paying $85-100 for a mophie. But this would do for now.

I've had this product for about two months and when fully charged, it doesn't charge my phone completely. It doesn't take long for the power to deplete. Also if you are charging it at night while asleep, the lights on the device are bright and will light up the room. I suggest putting a towel over it. It does, however protect my phone.....that's it.

Garbage. Absolute Garbage.ANTENNA GATE.... as in it cuts off the service to your phone by covering that antenna senior Jobs told everyone not to touch. Device drops to zero and says searching.The plastic is garbage, and it cracked by the power button immediately.I'm just glad I can return it via amazon.

This case is so bad... it doesn't cover the entire screen so it would be easy to crack your screen. also it comes with a separate charger to charge the case and if you would want to plug your phone into anything else you would have to take the whole thing off because there's only one plug... additionally it didn't charge my phone it just made the battery go down even more.. it also takes FOREVER to charge the phone case and even if your phone and the case is charging together, the battery goes down even more. overall it's just horrible

Item took a long time to get here. When I try to use it I have to restart my phone. Not a safe product to use. Phones are to costly to take the chance with this product.

This item worked fine for 3days then started freaking out (I had to remove my positive review)...charging, not charging, charging, not charging...all with the dings that go with it. I had not removed it from the case...so don't know why the connections stopped working properly so suddenly.Am trying to contact the seller to return item, but no luck. Amazon should NOT do business with this company if the product is so poor not to mention the LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I got the case rather quickly and it didn't work at all, so I emailed the company and they got right back to me and said that they would have a new case in the mail ASAP. I got the second case very quickly too and for the first few hours I loved it! It worked exactly how it was suppose to! I charged the case and it charged my phone just as I was hoping, but then a few hours later it stopped working. I now have to shake my phone to get it to charge and then the connection just goes in and out. Such a bummer because I was really hoping this would work out nicely since IPhones have such bad battery life. The only thing that's weird is that my phone charges when the phone is plugged into the case and the case is plugged in, but not when the case is unplugged, and the light comes on.

I payed for and ordered this package on the fourteenth of June and the last tracked movement was in Arizona on the fifteenth. It still says that the package should be at my home on the 18th by 8:00 pm as I agreed to signup for Prime for one free month. I am extremely disappointed because it is currently the 27th, I did not get to use the items I purchased for my trip that I originally bought them for, and I am currently doubting receiving this package. I would appreciate a response in a timely manner and an explanation as to why I have yet to receive this package.

This charger worked really well...for 5 months. At the 5 month mark, it started charging the phone whether or not the charge button was on red or green and then less than a week later, the charger itself wouldn't hold a charge. Now it's going in the garbage and we'll be ordering from a different company.

Buyer Beware - This is a generic battery case, designed to look like a Mophie battery case. The packaging is the same, with a few Chinese/English words here and there. I bought one and it didn't work at all, so I returned it.

This case has a major flaw in the design. While it does achieve the basic functions of providing extra battery life and protection for your phone, the plug for your charger is awkwardly located on the top corner of the case with a slight curve making it very easy for the cable to fall out during charging. Slightly touching the cable will knock it out. If you buy this product be prepared to frequently wake up to an uncharged phone. I regret purchasing this product and I do not recommend it to others.

The case looked good , and that's all I can say. The power cord would not stay in the unit and cord was to short! Bad design.......... or bad plug whatever... It took at least 3-4 hrs to fully charge unit. And could only get one charge into my 4S I phone from a 4 LED charged unit. Would not buy again!!!!

I actually really liked this product when I first got it. It charged my phone as asvertised and the case is pretty nice too. If it still worked I would have given this 5 stars. It will not charge anymore. It quit charging after a month or so. I've tried different cords and power packs thinking that might be the problem but no, It's the case.
