I bought this to start making liposomal C. It's doing a fine job. I'm getting roughly 50% encapsulation according to the baking soda test. Even so, I feel much better after taking the C 'potion'. One of the nicest things about this unit is removable bowl making it easier to get the potion into a jar when it's done. Now that I've seen how this makes me feel I will probably upgrade to a larger, more powerful unit so I can make larger batches. But this is still a great starter unit. It would also be much easier to travel with and store.

I love this thing. I am only using for my eyeglasses but egads it works and works well. I haven't tried it for anything else. Maybe some old jewelry of my late mother's but everyone who wears eyeglasses should have one of these. I am getting a new pair but this old pair I'm wearing has so many scratches it really is difficult to see out of them.Of course the scratches are still there but it must remove the dirt/whatever from the scratches because they are 1000% (is there such a thing as a 1000%) oh well, better. I think the design could be just a tad better - the plastic tray that is used for small items (my eyeglasses) is marked on one side only with the fill line. My opinion is that it should be marked on both sides as it goes in either way. The lid (I don't think you have to have it on) is confusing to put on because it doesn't seem to seat very well. I Wish it was a 1/4 inch deeper for my larger glasses. Other than that, honestly, GREAT. You'll never see through your eyeglasses as well as when they have been ultrasonic cleaned.

Just got this to clean my jewelry and to clean a number of video came discs that I sell on eBay. I couldn't believe the difference in how this really cleaned the jewelry and the discs. Take a look at these photos of some old jewelry that no longer had its shine or beauty. The ring was my High School graduation ring from 1960, hasn't been cleaned in 56 years...looks brand new. I am pleased with this product.

I bought this to use with my Invisalign trays, because I heard they can get yucky, but need to be cleaned gently. I also bought Retainer Brite, and I use that in this machine with the aligners in the provided tray every morning (per another review here). I do usually give my aligners a very quick brush with my toothbrush and some soap first just to get off any gross mucus (I get gross postnasal drip at night...thanks allergies!). I use power level 2 and run it for the full 480 seconds, but I'm not sure it's necessary to run it that long. I just like to make sure they get extra clean. I don't fill it all the way up to the max line, just enough to cover the aligners well, and I drop in the Retainer Brite tablet and start the machine. And 8 days in the trays look brand new and pass the sniff test. Sometimes if I'm home and it's possible I will clean them in the machine again with just water, but most days I haven't done that.I've also used this to clean a gold pendant and necklace, and some very tarnished silver earrings. While it did not remove most of the tarnish (it doesn't claim to do that), the earrings definitely looked cleaner, and it made a huge difference for the pendant and necklace. It does say not to clean pearls or other very delicate items in the machine, but I'm confident it will be a good cleaner for most of my jewelry. I just put a tiny bit of Simple Green in when I cleaned them, since they were really gross, but I think I'd normally just use a dash of my hand soap. Oh! And my wedding ring has a large hollow area underneath the diamonds, and it also cleaned the gunk out of there really well, so the diamonds look more sparkly from the top now. It is really good for cleaning things with little areas that are hard to reach, since the bubbles can reach them in a way a brush or cloth can't.I just cleaned mine and my husband's toothbrushes and water flosser tips in it with a bit of hand soap, and was so disgusted and satisfied to see the gunk that came off that I had to take a picture, which I'll attach. We've only been using these toothbrushes for a week and they looked very clean before. They didn't fit in so I just put them in brush first and tilted the lid open to allow for the handles. I didn't have any splashing or anything.It is loud, but not as loud as a hairdryer. I just don't like to stand next to it since the sound is kind of annoying (it sounds like Gilbert Gottfried if he were a doorbell that made a single tone for 480 seconds). Despite the noise, it is one of my favorite recent purchases and I'm glad to have it in my life.

After researching similar products and reading all the reviews, I decided on this particular Ultrasonic Cleaner because of the variable power and time settings, the removable tank and the purchase price.Having the removable tank, in my opinion, reduces the risk of getting water into electrical areas when dumping or filling the tank.The variable power settings are great for using low for more fragile items or higher setting for heavily soiled items.The time setting goes up to 480 seconds/8 minutes. Many units in this price range only go to 3 minutes.This unit does NOT supply it's own heat, but if you start with warm water, it will stay warm and get warmer, while in use.Although designed for jewelry cleaning and will be used for that also, this was purchased predominately for 'rapid steeping' of DIY E-liquids and it has performed well in that capacity.You can't beat what you get for the price. How well it will hold up remains to be seen and should that prove disappointing, I will certainly edit my review. As it stands, I am very pleased with this product.

I use this for making my own Liposomal Vitamin C. I compared this model to an iSonic Ultrasonic Cleaner Model D3800A, and I found this one to be much better for making Vitamin C. It has an 8 minute timer, which is perfect for making the vitamin C. It's also very easy to pour the solution out of the removable container into a storage container or glass jar. That was a deal breaker for me. Most Liposomal Vitamin C reciepes call for a total of 3 cups of water (or 16oz), which works great since this holds 17oz.

Wow. First time I tried using a cleaning solution with my ultrasonic cleaner. It made my gold, diamond and gemstone jewelry sparkle. I used to work in the jewelry biz years ago, so I take very good care of my jewelry and keep them clean. I've tried all the tricks I knew and somehow I could never get my diamond and gemstone jewelry to sparkle. 3 minutes in the ultrasonic cleaner, some water with a capful of this cleaner was all it took. Again, WOW! The water actually turned slightly gray and there were teeny black bits floating around. Seriously, I keep my jewelry very clean, so I was thoroughly impressed. Makes gold jewelry shine, as well. 2 bottle price is awesome. This will last a really long time. Thanks!

Works really well in my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner, keeps my wife's valuables cleaner longer, and gets them cleaner to begin with (instead of just using water). We use it with different colors of gold, and silver, and some stainless/faux with great success.

Works great in my Generic Sonic Wave CD-2800 Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner. I use a cap full in warm water in the unit and it makes my rings, watchbands, glasses, everything sparkling clean and shiny looking. The nice thing about it is that you don't have to scrub like you would with using just some dawn dishwashing liquid soap in the machine. This stuff is concentrated and the bottle will last me a year.

The jewelry cleaner works great and everything I cleaned with it looks so much brighter. I am very pleased with this product. Thanks I am also using this to clean my coins with as well and sometimes you have to clean them more than once. but it does help.

I ordered this at the same time I ordered an ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. I used the solution on my first try on some of my rings and earrings and everything turned out great! You use 4 capfuls of the solution to 1 full little bin of water in the cleaning machine. When I pulled everything out, it was clean and shiny, I dabbed dry with a towel and was good to go!

This is the third cleaner I've tried for my copper bracelet. Even on a 10 minute cycle, the others could never get the tarnish off. I was about to give up. Because of reasons I won't bore you with, I won't use the clear nail polish trick to keep my copper from contacting my skin. My wrist turns green every day, I don't care. What I do care about is a tarnished bracelet. Plus, I can cut the time in half on my ultrasonic cleaner. I hope Amazon never drops this product. I'll be pretty sad that day.

This cloth works wonders. Some of my jewelry was so dark and dirty, but this cloth did magic. It cleaned it so well and made it shiny. I own a lot of silver, not really gold or brass items, so I only used it for silver items and it works great. Bit of work gets put in if it's really dirty, but the cloth makes it look like your items are new.

I wish I could give it 10 stars. So I was in distress to find out that I had to pay to get my jewelry polish, and I googled different ways to get my tarnished silver and gold pieces. I tried everything but nothing was getting them nice and shinny. So I found this and I bought it and it works, I polished everything and my jewelry looks like new. I love it.

I love this polishing cloth. I used it on silver and copper and it easily removed the tarnish. I also used it on a byzantine chainmail bracelet and it was shining in no time. I gladly recommend it and will order a second one to have on hand.

We ordered these polishing cloths to use in our estate jewelry store to touch up pieces for our customers or to clean delicate jewelry that cannot be dipped into liquid cleaner. All of our staff give rave reviews for these cloths. They especially like the buffing cloth that is included with the cleaning cloth and really enjoy the large size because it helps to keep their fingers and hands from being stained black from the tarnish (which was a problem with the smaller cloths that do not have the buffing cloth). We have already placed a second order for more.

I've used silver polishing cloths in the past, but this one is the best so far. For example look at the photos of my bracelet. I'm not sure what the steel looking metal is, since the bracelet wasn't expensive enough for it to be sliver, but it does tarnish. The other two are copper and brass. The cloth did a fabulous job on all three metals! The cloth is large enough that I am considering cutting off a third of it to keep in my jewelry drawer for quick touch-ups. The rest is large enough to clean my few silver pieces and brass candle sticks.I'm really pleased I don't have to drag out the messy polishing cream anymore!

I bought a cleaning machine and the Blitz cleaner and this cleaner really works. You really don't have to use much. Maybe a cap full.

I used this with the Magnasonic jewelry cleaner and it worked like a charm! My wife has older diamond jewelry that just looked cloudy and dull. She believed thats how it was for years (since she got it for a bargain many years ago). I told her lets get the maganasonic and blitz just to try. Well, after 5 minutes of cleaning, a rinse and dry, the diamonds have some serious bling restored. They look amazing! I am very happy with the results on jewelry that basically has never been cleaned. I didn't think the magnasonic and blitz combo would actually do anything. I was wrong and very happy about it.

I use this in my little ultrasonic jewelry cleaner...best stuff ever!! Smells a little strange, but boy does it make your jewelry shine!! Definitely would purchase again. The best part is, you barely have to use any! A little bit goes a long way!

I am new to ultrasconic cleaners, and am impressed with the results I am receving. Certainly the cleaning fluid from iSonic plays a role in the end result. I have a small iSonic UC and use @1/2 capfull for @500ml of water.

This ultrasonic cleaner has a very nice look to it. It has a stainless steel bowl and a removable bowl for easy filling. I really appreciate the stainless bowl which I noticed that few others have. For this reason I chose this unit. I guess I relied on other reviews for confirmation about it's effectiveness. I am a bit let down that I have to run it through two cycles for simple things. I should credit it for doing a good job after the second cycle but because it seems to need the extra time, I can not give it five stars even though it has other features I like. I'm keeping it and enjoying it. I just have to allow extra time to use it. The time cycles are: 90, 180, 280, 380 and 480 seconds.

This ultrasonic cleaner is actually much nicer than I expected. It's attractive & the removable basin with a handle makes it super easy to fill & empty & clean. I have not found it to be able to get things sparkling brand new squeaky clean, but it does get them much cleaner than anything other than tediously hand-scrubbing them would. I'm still sort of experimenting with the things I can put into it. I'd also like to note that this device has well written directions, which is something I find often lacking with electronics, particularly unusual ones, that I've bought over the last several years. If I could change one thing about it, I'd allow the user to input cycle lengths longer than 480 seconds; it's not a huge deal, but I have something I need to clean for about 15 minutes at a time and so I have to stay at the ready with this to put it through a second cycle after the first finishes. The trade off with this, of course, is that the lack of a process for user fine tuning means it's dead simple to use and nearly impossible to screw up through user error. My purchase was from DBRoth and the item arrived brand new, with all internal components sealed in plastic inside an unblemished original product box.

I used it the first time with just hot tap water on my diamond bracelet and diamond rings. It was OK, I didn't see a big difference. I then used microwaved water much, hotter set it to the highest setting and full time on same items. They did look a little brighter and sparkly. But the winning combo is when I used heated water from the microwave and their cleaner. You cannot imagine how clean and beautiful the rings and bracelet are, a photo would not be able to capture it. In the sun they are blinding, I am not exaggerating. The bracelet is the tricky one as it has many small stones and baguettes, not even the jeweler can get it looking this good when I take it in for a gem check. This was a good purchase. I am wondering if any gem cleaner would boost the cleaning power. I did not try the windex as I saw in many comments. Maybe next time.

I love how this cleans my jewelry. I will warn other purchasers, if you have small chip diamonds have your jeweler check them. I've lost two in the solution AFTER I had my jeweler. I am not using it on high anymore and it is working fine. Very pleased with the purchase.I love the fact that you can pick it up, without picking up the entire cleaner to empty the solution out. It is worth the extra couple of bucks to purchase the entire package. I have a container to pour the solution in because I'm only cleaning a couple of items and it would be wasteful. I put it in a jar and use it again and again. You can tell when it needs to be changed, it gets cloudy.

I bought this to wash my Pandora and Troll Bead bracelets. I ran it the first time, in just water, and I noticed a little change, but nothing to write home about. So the next time, I put a little 'Dawn' in there, with warm water, and set it for the longest time, and when they were done, and I rinsed them off.. I noticed a bigger difference. Felt that my bracelets were then clean. The system doesn't clean the bracelets like the professional cleaning does, but for the time being, for the ... need or want to wash them, this is not a bad system. There's a slight hum when it is running, but I don't really hear it when watching TV. Easy to use.

I bought this unit with the intent to use it to clean .223 brass and 9mm. It worked pretty good with the .223 brass that I have cleaned so far I was not expecting miracles since it is only a $30 item. I also did not use any type of store bought cleaning solution. I used close to boiling water with lemon juice, vinegar, and salt. I did notice that the more vinegar you used the more the brass darkened after a couple of days. most of the "dirt" inside of the case was removed but not all... I was satisfied with the results. I did also use it on a fuel injector with only hot water and no power to actuate the injector. This i was expecting little to no positive results and I was right. All and all I'm happy with the unit just as long as it lasts for more about a year with moderate use. So far its been about a month.

This cleaner works very well, but be careful. If you mix it according to the directions on the bottle, I found it to be too strong. It took the foil right off of some of my rhinestones.

I used this cleaner with my new Magnasonic ultrasonic jewelry cleaner. It worked pretty well cleaning jewelry, coins and silverware, noticeably better than water alone.

Seems to work, but mixing directions seem unclear to me. It says 1 cap to 5 caps of water. But how does that translate to cleaning basin. So if someone figures out how many caps to the Magnasonic Professional Ultrasonic jewelery cleaner basin, I would appreciate it. Maybe if i feel ambitious i will measure it out.

Used today on lightly soiled rings and bracelets in my ultrasonic cleaner. Some white gold, some sterling silver, some diamonds, some CZ. Everything sparkled, and light tarnish was removed. Did need to do a final buff with tarnish remover cloth to bring the silver to its best, but if I was in a hurry, this would have sufficed. Don't know how it would work on heavily tarnished items.

I like the mix to be strong as my sonic cleaner is a bit on the weak side and times out at 8 minutes. I try not to overload the basket. When water is dirty, I will change with new solution and clean water and repeat for whatever still needs it. In steel shot in a tumbler it works quite well. I will add that sometimes - with both methods, I may add a drop of Blue Dawn detergent. Overkill maybe, but it works for me.

The ultrasound jewelry cleaner needed this cleaner concentrate. Without this concentrate, the ultrasound unit only shined the jewelry. Using the combination of ultrasound jewelry cleaning unit with this cleaner concentrate this product enabled me to renew my sterling silver chain and rings. Si ce my chain was quite tarnished, I needed to run the ultrasound a few times.

I love the size of the clothe ,I use it after I clean my jewelry with cleaner. I will be reordering soon just to have them on hand for future use.Can these cloths be washed and reused ?

When my mother went into the nursing home, she gave me my grandmothers silverware. The silverware had not been used in decades, it was in bad condition. I ordered the Polishing cloth because of the size of the cloth. I knew I had a lot of work to do to get the silverware cleaned. The cloth was amazing, I did have to wet the silverware with a little water due to the tarnish on them. The cloth did an amazing job. I am proud to use my grandmothers silver everyday !

I love the ease with which these cloths work, and they DO work, instantly. I am not sure the polished effect lasts as long but that's okay with me because this is so much easier to use.

I've never used a polishing cloth and couldn't imagine they would work very well. But this one changed my mind. It works and without a lot of rubbing. I used it on small pieces of silver and brass. I gave it four stars only because I have nothing to compare it to. I've always used creams and liquids to clean silver and brass.

This does the job pretty well on silver jewelry, etc., but it isn't as good as the one I used to death before. It takes more work to get the tarnish off than the old one. Still the cloth is thick and very soft, so it won't harm your silver.

I bought these because I didn't realize that the cleaner I had bought did not come with solution. The shipper sent them right away, I had them in 2 days and used them that night. My wedding ring sparkled like I had taken it in and had it professionally cleaned. My silver also had years of grime and tarnish just stripped away. I really like this cleaner and I am glad that I stocked up on it since I will be making sure my jewels sparkle often!

I used it with the Sonic Wave CD-2800 Ultrasonic Jewelry Cleaner. Works like detergent should. I followed the amounts suggested for a dirty watch, then mixed the solution lighter, using 3 cap fills instead of 4 for cleaning a pair of eye glasses.

Works great with our electric cleaner... jewelry sparkles like new

Cleans jewelry if I run two cycles in the cleaner. I don't add extra solution, I just let it run through two cycles. Jewelry shines when it's done.

Will definitely get skin oils off of eyewear and jewelry

It's a good solution, leaves the jewelry nice and shiny and of course it does a great job with our eyeglasses no streaks or cloudiness on the lenses at all. Would recommend.

In conjunction with 99.99% pure alcohol, this cleaner does the job. I just wish they made a slightly larger bottle for those of us who might use it in a commercial setting.

Didn't clean as well as I would have liked, but my expectations were high. Came as advertised though. All the parts were there. Instructions easy to follow.I bought it primarily for making medications, but tried it for jewelry too.

Did the job, but too light-duty for the active use cycle we need (cleaning wind instrument mouthpieces ans small metal parts) We probably over-used it, but it stopped working after about 3 months. In fairness, we need something than can put in a couple of hours a day in our application ans we should have gotten a more powerful and sturdy unit.

Maybe I'm just not using this right, but I don't really see that he gets my jewelry very clean. I am using it with ultrasonic cleaner and hot water. I read all the directions and am using it on the right cycles, but I still have to scrub all my jewelry with a baby toothbrush after it's been in the cleaner to get it really clean. I'll still use it but I'm not really sure what it's doing.

This is the second Ivation IVUC96W I have purchased. Both failed after 6 months of twice a day use. Why did I buy the second one after the first one failed? Well, I liked it while it worked. It did an excellent job of cleaning, it was easy to use, and it didn't cost much. I thought maybe the first failure was a fluke. I just purchased a different brand (a little more expensive :)

jury is still out but so far it is not doing the job all the reviews said it would. I have to repeat cycle on highest level 3-4 times to get any results and those are not that great. I am going to try a jewelry cleaner and if I don't get better results it's getting returned. I buy a lot of vintage silver jewelry on auction - most of it is not that dirty - I was just tired of wasting time with a silver cloth, but so far the silver cloth wins by a long shot.

It is too small to do silverware, which was I really wanted it for. I have tried putting part of a piece of silverware in and it doesn't seem to do much. It does do a nice job on jewelry, but not sure it is noticeably different from a jar of liquid jewelry cleaner. I'll play around with it a bit more to see if I can find the right combination of time, power and liquid detergent (which is what it says to add) to see if I get any better results, but so far, it is mainly taking up space.

The cleanser is fine. The bottle shipped with no cap though. It was only the safety seal that kept it from leaking out.

Great product. Packing from amazon was bad though, cap was missing and product leaked out.

Purchased this product because it was rated high and I needed something stronger than what came with my ultrasonic cleaner. Using this with the ultrasonic cleaner worked OK. It worked well on some pieces (earring ear wires, small charms & beads, small chain, etc.) and others turned completely black (larger items: big chain, large pendants, etc.). The items that turned black, I tried to clean again and still nothing. Also, I found I had to use more of the product than recommended for all the items. I do have a lot of jewelry to clean as I make jewelry almost daily. I probably will not use again since it was just so-so. I did have to use my silver cloth on every piece after cleaning and rinsing as a way to dry and get the remainder of the tarnish off. Now I'm looking for a new cleaner to use with my ultrasonic cleaner. I will try this with my tumbler for the pieces that turned black to see if that will clean the items. Somewhat disappointed with product after reading all the reviews. Open to suggestions anyone...

This cloth polished some silver items well, however it did not remove tarnish/soil from solid brass furniture drawer handles. They look exactly the same whereas the knobs cleaned up and polished beautifully with Brass liquid polishes.

It works to clean the jewelry there just isn't enough of it and the blue will pill on you.

It's ok but took a lot longer with more elbow grease than anticipated. Used on my Alex and Ani bangles. I have eight and it took an hour and a half. Could be they were just really dirty.

It doesn't work as well as my last one, bought a long time ago from a different manufacturer.

So far this product has done its job in polishing my silver jewelry. I do have to say I was surprised and glad that this slip of paper came with the product in case I did damage my other jewelry, but the product information should have listed the caution label.

So let me clarify. 5 stars for how this works on silver! Used it on jewelry and it worked pretty well. HOWEVER, be aware that you aren't supposed to use this on porous stones. "Like: pearls, opals, coral, lapis, malachite and other soft stones" that's a direct quote from the paper that came with the cloth.I'm a little peeved because it doesn't say this ANYWHERE in the description. Just double checked!! Almost all the jewelry I was going to use this on has lapis. A set my husband got me, all with lapis inlay. I wouldn't have bought this if I'd seen that.

The cleanser is fine. The bottle shipped with no cap though. It was only the safety seal that kept it from leaking out.

Great product. Packing from amazon was bad though, cap was missing and product leaked out.

This jewelry cleaner performs fairly well. It does a good job dislodging build up of lotion, and making gems sparkle. However, for shining silver it is mediocre. Can't speak to how well it may work on gold.

We used this on a daily basis to clean our "invisible" teeth aligners. Unfortunately, after 6 months of this, the cleaner started making a very loud noise and stopped cleaning. I suspect something broke loose in the ultrasonic transducer. This would probably be a great cleaner for occasional use, but it's not up to the demands of being used on a daily basis for 5-10 minutes. This is the second ultrasonic cleaner to die on us, so I've now purchased a commercial cleaner as a replacement.Pros: Removable basket, good featuresCons: Not designed for daily use

This product worked fairly well for the purpose I intended which is: cleaning Keurig coffee pods that I put grounds into. But after 13 months and some days the device no longer has power. Don't know what happened. I took the container off to deal with the pods that had been cleaned. It was several hours later when I got around to doing the next batch and that is when it no longer would have power when I re-engaged the upper container. Nothing I do seems to bring it back to life. I'm guessing something died in the digital circuit. I'm now off to find a more reliable brand.

I ordered this jewelry cleaner after reading reviews of it. I liked that it had a handle and was easy to transport. Also, I though it would work perfect for my jewelry and watches. I liked the feature of the watch cleaning. Well, after receiving this product, I could tell no difference in the cleaning of silver and gold. I followed all the directions and even bought the jewelry cleaner. I even tried the vinegar and dawn soap solution. No success. I sent this product back. Not what I expected. Will keep shopping.

I purchased this item in July of 2014. Over time, all of the button covers, which are a cheap plastic the thickness of a piece of paper have come off. The other day, it simply quit working all together. I now am in the market for another ultrasonic cleaner. It was a waste of money.

It seemed to work ok for a few times. At first it made a soft buzzing sound then sometimes it would not. I became worried it was not working properly and sure enough the coins were coming out just as dirty as when I put them in. I do admit to running it on max power and 480sec cycles several times in a row but it should not have burned out just doing that. I honestly don't think there is an ultra sonic cleaner worth having in this price range, the other one I had did the same thing.

I had read several good reviews on this product so decided to try it. I was greatly disappointed. After I cleaned some of my rings, they had a cloudy look to them as if some film had settled over them. I rinsed them under the water faucet and wiped them down but there was not that jewelry store shine I had read other buyers got. it is easy to use but the end result was disappointing.

Doesn't seem to clean any better than dish liquid, but even that doesn't really clean my platinum jewelry very well at all.

Extremely disappointed. Came without a screw-on cap. Just a tin foil covering.

Save your money, i learned from a diamond dealer that the best thing to use is windex.I have used this cleaner in my ultra sonic cleaner it was just ok, but my diamond shines a lot more when cleaned with Windex.I place my ring in windex, i use a toothbrush for a little bit on all the sides then turn the ultrasonic cleaner on.I do 2 cycles and the ring comes out sparkling.

Got my diamonds pretty but it didn't get my other Stones clean

I used as directed in my ultrasonic cleaner - 4 capfuls diluted with water in the basket. Left it on for 5 minutes - nothing. I doubled the concentration and tried it again for 5 minutes - nothing. The earrings were silver, tarnished, but not badly. Blitz did not work on them. I finally got out the Tarn-X and it worked. Can't recommend Blitz..

Not great. This is very thin. Paper towel would work just as well

I don't like the lint all over my lap or table when I use this polishing cloth.

After the first use the edges of the white inner cloth started to rip. Its a very poor quality fabric. I wont buy this product again

Does not polish with ease. I have an old jewelers cloth to measure this new one against and this new one definitely has less polishing agent and thereby less polishing ability. Was hoping for a better product. I tried it on my silverware and my brassware and found it unacceptable.

Both bottles had cracks in the plastic and about 1/3 of the solution had leaked out. Poor product design or shipping....one or the other. I did think that the jewelry I cleaned came out nicer than when it went in the ultrasonic cleaner.

Complete waste of money. Did absolutely NOTHING for my jewelry and I used a sonicare system they recommended.

maybe I don't know what I'm talking about here but I tried this on silver and noticed no difference between it and plane water with a drop of dish soap.

I don't like this product for two reasons:1) It simply doesn't do what I bought it for - cleaning glasses. I tried every option described in the instructions including "enhanced cleaning" and it did not remove smudges from my glasses. I put the glasses in the included basket because, according to the instructions, that is necessary "to protect the friction between the glasses and stainless steel tank." Of course, the instructions also mention "the basket is only used for cleaning small items, because it absorbs about 30% of ultrasonic energy, and reduces the cleaning effect." This brings me to the second problem...2) Engrish. The manual has been translated into very poor English. Examples:"Bubble are imploded constantly under the ultrasonic""Do not disassemble the unit except for the authorized technician""The liquid soap is neutral liquid and very normal for home dishware using, it is 'soft' chemical liquid. Using a little in ultrasonic cleaning, can soft the oiled dirt, to make the oiled dirt can't condense again on the surface of the item, to enhance result of cleaning.""You can choose power freely every time press 'Power' button.""If unit has been working 3 cycles, it is better to stopover 10 minutes, in order to prolong the using life."Really??? Please spare me the opportunity to use such wonderfully built Chinese crap again. What a waste of my time and money. Now, if only I had an option to return this thing...

Three weeks after the 30 day return was up this cleaner stopped working. It sounded like it might be working but there were no ultrasonic waves moving in the container. It's a good-looking machine but the fact that it doesn't work for long cancels out any positive attributes of this machine. I was very careful with it and liked the 3 powers and extended time it would run, but it means "nothing" if it quits. I bought it to make liposomal vitamin C, so now I will go back and purchase the cheaper one I had before and throw this one away that cost $39 and failed just 3 weeks beyond return date. Not happy about this one!

Deal breaker...just received this and found out it has to be unplugged in order to shut the thing off. Why on earth would someone want a cleaner with a removable tank only to have to plug in the base every time it's used and immediately unplug it when finished? This negates the benefit of having a removable tank! Geez. This should be #1 in the description! This will be returned.

Unfortunately zero stars are not available. Purchased as a Christmas present. I was very excited to gift to someone based on reviews. It barely works, for the price it should be better, quality seems nice, but does not clean well at all. After completing a 4 minute clean cycle with cleaner concentrate, I had to then clean by hand with a toothbrush and polishing compund. Trust me it's a jewelry cleaner that doesn't even clean.

I opened the box today, followed the instructions perfectly, and got three small batches of jewelry cleaned before it stopped cleaning. The device continues to vibrate, but nothing happens and my jewelry is as dirty and tarnished as ever. The only deviations to the instructions I made was that 1/4" of a bangle rose above the water line. I can't imagine that that would cause it to stop working, but that batch and every batch I tried after that came out every bit as dirty as when I put them in. I had read similar reviews on Amazon for cheaper products, but I had hoped that spending a little extra money would make a difference. It did not. So now I have to go to the trouble of returning the worthless thing and I have a pile of dirty jewelry that I'll have to clean by hand.

Just opened the jewelry cleaner that came in the mail yesterday. Extremely irritated! The foil seal is on the bottle, but there is no cap, cover, lid or anything else to close the bottle once I peel the foil off! Seriously??!! What genius put this in the package is mailed it off? Just one more reason to use your brick and mortar stores I guess.

Could use some help here. I cannot get this stuff to even clear a single spoon or silver chain. I follow the directions and turned on the machine time after time. Nothing happens. Any suggestions of what I may be doing wrong?

This product doesn't seem to work any better in an ultrasonic cleaner than water does. I kept a necklace in mine for over 30 minutes and it came out not looking any better than before it went in. Don't waste your money.

I am sorry to say that this did not work at all on silver. I tried it on a tiny vase that is trimmed in tarnished sterling silver. Nothing. I tried it on the lid of a small brass ewer that needs cleaning. Nothing. I then tried cleaning a 1925 silver dollar that is moderately tarnished. I rubbed, and rubbed, and rubbed and only a very little bit of the tarnish came off. I think that it would probably take about three hours of hard rubbing to totally clean it up.Maybe it's just me, but I think that's a little too much work.I think that what is supposed to be the polishing side of this cloth was not treated fully or at all with the silver cleaning chemicals. I know it's only $6.99, but I am returning it. Thank goodness Amazon makes that very easy.

Sadly this doesn't even come close to effective.

I had a tough time with this product. I broke out in blisters. I am not usually sensitive to products. I can't say which ingredient it was. It did clean my jewelry nicely.

Did not improve cleaning in Magnasonic

First i tried it diluted, it didn't work. Then I tried the full concentrate, still didn't work. So very disappointed.
