Fantastic strobe light it's small but it packs a punch it works very well so get it

I bought this due to the price and high reviews. I am so glad that I did not go spend a lot of money on a different strobe light! This is perfect for my outdoor halloween cemetery. It works well with a fog machine and seems to be pretty durable. Keep in mind that it is very small, which, for me works well for hiding it. However, the small compact design might not be what some people are looking for. I highly recommend this strobe light for anyone who need a small compact strobe light.

Bought this for my nine year old bit, it works perfect for his bedroom, he and his friends love it!

I purchased this to use as a Halloween decoration. I however thought for $10 how good could it be so I purchased another one from a local Halloween store while I was waiting for this to be delivered.when this was received I was very happy with the performance and the brightness. The more expensive one from the Halloween store does not even compare.

Loving it! Good in combination with "Supertech 12 Color Changes RGB Sound Actived 10W 2 IN 1 Mini Rotating Magic Ball Stage Lights For KTV Xmas Party Wedding Show Club Pub Disco DJ" and water speakers with dubstep. Decent cord length with adjustable fluctuation knob. Came at a decent time with dual packaging.

I bought this light about a month ago to add a little fun effect for when I have parties. Even thought the light is small, which is the reason I bought it, it packs a punch! The light is a bright blue and the adjusting knob is nice in order to allow the user to have more control. The size is nice and it lights up a decent sized bedroom pretty well. I have to say I am very pleased with this light and would purchase it again, especially at the cheap price for its quality!

I decided to build a small disco for my kids last winter. Every Saturday night they have friends come over and this added a whole new dimention to our family fun times. Here is a list of what I bought from Amazon. All of this is still in perfect working order after almost a year of use. The moror is soundless and spins at the perfect speed. The strobes work well and will cause the required "where am I" feeling if left on too long. The Black light is strong enough to make anything 20 feet away glow brightly. I placed the spot lights approximatle 2 feet to each side, with tthe color gel caps. The mini strobes are placed about 1 foot behind those. I put the Black light on the wall and ran all the cords to the wall mounted Power switcher so we can controll all of these with a flip of a switch. Mounted this boad accross my rafters with hole drilled into board so the cords could pass through and be hidden. I am not a DJ nor do I know what is better or best. I can tell you that we are happy with all these items and when kids come over they squeel with delight. If you are trying to film with these or any strobe light turn back now.This item is great. You pug it in and it flickers to the speed you set it to. The gel filters that it comes with give a good color and work better than I thought they would.I learned that if you have Cmos camera (like a digital SLR) you can't film strobe lights because it wont look right. You will get black bars horizontally on your video. Its just one of those things.

I recieved this product and it is excellent for many reasons.First of all they are small so you don't they are great for house partys and they strobe a lot!The best of this is that comes with 4 colors, so if you have a hallowen party, ice party or mardi gras party you can use those lights and it will looks great!I recommend this item 100%.If anyone have a question ask me! I will answer on a short period of 24 hours or less!

they are mad cheap and they work great. I got two orders of two. Set them up in my dorm each a different color, it was awesome. i don't know how good they would be for mounting, they have a mount/stand but it's just thin plastic. I used it as a stand and it worked fine.the cord is 5 and a half feet long, give or take an inch or two.It has one knob that in one direction it's "off" and if you keep turning it the other way it goes faster and faster. off is in quotes because I'm pretty sure you're supposed to unplug it when you're not going to use it for more than a few minutes. all of mine go about the same speed when turned all the way up, one I have doesn't go slow well. It doesn't go at all instead of going slow. In general they don't go two slow, i think the slowest was only a few seconds apart at max but they are still cool.

I was sceptical that such an inexpensive unit would work just as I'd expect it to...right out of the box. But both units 'do' work well! I can't vouch for how bright it is in the dark (or how long it will last), but for how I used it...as an alarm 'of sorts' to alert me during the daytime...it worked fine. I wish it had a 'positive' off switch (which the instructions 'imply' that it does have), so I have to unplug it to completly power-it-down. Other than that, it works just as you'd hope any variable speed strobe to work. (BTW: When you mount it via the bracket, 'mark' the hole position in the bracket on the material you're mounting it to, then take away the entire unit before trying to get the screw started in the wood. The bracket just isn't high enough to get a screw driver to thread-in a screw, as the unit will get in the way of the screwdriver. Just play with it, and you'll see what I mean. But this is a VERY MINOR issue.)

Great price. Put them in opposite corners of a huge living room, turned the lights off, and you would have thought you were in a great club with expensive equiptment. Came in only a few days, right before halloween. Great success, colors are fun too!

Works well

I love this product because unlike the battery operated models it plugs in with the rest of my light so I can set the timer and forget about it until the season is over. Also has variable speeds. Must have for Halloween in my opinion.

This is such a great addition to my other stage lights that I had for my parties. The price was right while packaging and delivery were good and timely. I thought it would be bright as other reviews said but it was not the case, it's just ok. I wish that it can give stronger light.

The strobe light worked great, but was a blue light... In their defence, it did say that on the description, it was just far enough down to where I didn't see it. Overall, it's good for the price but the blue light was a bit of a bust.

Works for what I'm using it for. Light is very cool if you're using it for film. Not very strong though.

Worked pretty good.. I would agree its not overly bright, but in a small area it will do the job for what you need. Dont expect it to be a club, but in a 10x10 area it works fine.

As I play in a band , the 2 pack comes in handy, worth the price and everything works fine, product comes with colored filters , and they suck, but as for the strobesThemselves they are cool and work well

I got these for a project. There is no off switch on these and the directions say to unplug them when not in use for that reason.I just used a power strip with a on/off button since i am using both of them. These are not strong strobes, great for small projects but should not be used for large rooms,

The mini disco strobe lights were a good buy for the money. It came with multi colored lenses to change the strobe light colors. I like the strobe speed adjustment feature. The only thing that I wished it had was an on/off switch....you have to unplug it to turn it off otherwise it just stays on. Other than that, the set of strobes worked flawlessly. I good buy for the money.

I'm pretty content with my purchase of these strobe lights. They were packaged very well, and I would actually recommend keeping the box if you need to use these strobes in different locations. Each light has its own electrical plug, so you may want to consider a power strip in whatever capacity you might be using these in.I like the option of being able to change how fast you want the light to flash, and which color you want to use. I haven't tested out the other colors yet, but I like that the option exists. All in all, I would recommend these to anyone.

This product was purchased to be a part of my 2016 Halloween display. I feel it will suit its purpose. It is a small unit but very bright. The knob on the back of the unit works well to increase or decrease the speed of the flashes. If you play with the setting a bit you can get it to where it gives you a bit of the "stop motion" effect, but it's not perfect. I plan on buying another and placing them inside of the dark house, flashing onto the windows to give it a creepy effect.Fair price for a decent light. It could be used for stage lighting (think lightning effect), parties, Halloween, etc. You could even plug this unit into a motion sensor and use it to scare away critters.

Ok, ok. I know I paid next to nada for this thing. With that in mind I'll tell you what you won't get with this strobe light. You won't get a room filled with bright light, the LEDs are quite cheap and don't throw a whole lot of light at really any distance. I thought there would be a difference between this unit that plugs in and the battery operated ones. Not really. You will not get the stop motion action that strobe lights are known for. The light never really goes off to create that effect, this is more like an adjustable flashing light rather than a strobe. LEDs are great replacements for many types of lighting. This is not one of them. Other than that it does flash and would be great for a small Halloween effect. It shipped quick had came decently packaged.

Not as bright as expected

The description of the strobe light mentioned that it has two modes of operations i.e. Sound and Auto. However, it has only one which is Auto. Also noticed some slight scratches on the front glass. The shipping was real fast I must say. Overall, am ok with this product.

Smaller than I expected.

These are pretty small and don't have much power to them. In my basement it was hard to get the true "strobe" effect due to the lack of brightness. Still ads a fun touch of excitement for small uses though. It would work well for a decorative use, not a dance party.

So I took the chance and ordered these last week. They arrived today. I noticed when I plugged them in that they started flashing. There is not an "on/off" button or switch. It says on the product that you have to unplug it to turn it off. Interesting... Both work fine so I was happy. However, the little cards that come with them, don't fit. Unless you bend them slightly. And the product came from Nevada and I live in Arizona. I'm not sure why it took over a week to get here. I understand they want to make a little more by having other shipping options. Honestly, I could have paid the $5 for a post office box and had it here faster. So, overall it's decent. Other than the shipping that took a week, which I found a little silly.

I should have known not to do this for band, but I figured eh, what the heck.These are smaller than they look, and they're great for halloween decoration, but that's about it. the flash is very minimal, and barely lit up our drum kit.

Wiring seems to be a little loose in these lights. Sometimes they work, sometimes not. They come in sets of two and one of the bulbs was not even working at all. Amazon's refund policy made the item difficult to replace.

The seller was fantstic. The lights I have mixed feelings about.I like that they came with colored lens howeer the LEDs are not that bright unless you are in a smaller room. I ended up using the blue lenses and affixing them to each side of my light stand as extra effects. The price is right if you are looking for additional lighting and not a bright strobe effect. One light I love is the Electro Swarm by Eliminator Lighting... wow!

They are good little lights for the money but there where a few problems. The cord wasent as long as i like it to be. the speed for the strobe wasdissaponiing to say the least, but they did what i got them for i would still buy them again.

I don't like them calling these strobes. Strobes mimic a camera flash and this product does not do that. This is equivalent to a small flashlight blinking and not truly a stobe. Does works well when multiple units are used, but by all means this is not a strobe. This does not cover a lot of area so you'll need multiples of this product to really make any lighting impact. I specifically used this in a haunted house environment where I was able to light specific object, but nothing more.

It looks like it would be a light that goes over the whole room but it acts more like a blinking flash light

It is so tiny. It it so ridiculous that it's amusing. The light is dim and doesn't work right because it's so small. I got it for my daughter but really, all she can use it for is her dolls.

There isn't anything wrong with the light, is is just not as strong at all as what I thought I was buying based on other reviews. It was not strong enough to illuminate a dark room enough for the effect to be any fun for my kids to play in on Halloween. I'll probably just throw it out since I don't know what I can use it for if it can't be used for that.

One of them was broken. Smashed up. Never was able to use it.

They're really small and do not do much for a large area. The color screens are nice but takes away from the overall brightness. Which sucks because their not that bright to begin with. Maybe for a small party they'll be of use.

Product has issues with the plug. If not perfectly placed won't come on had to ALMOST fully plug in but not quite all the way in. And yes tried many sockets always the same issue. Once that problem is solved decent range of flash speeds cheap product cheap quality don't plan on it being used a lot I'd say

Great on the shipping speed. One worked and the other one does not. I can hear the transformer sending the charge to the lamp but n spark. Big sticker on the back says Made In China. Was the second Halloween prop to come from China that failed upon initial start up. So I need an RMA for the one that does not work!!!!! The screens that go in the strobe to change color suck too! Would not buy this again. The seller is great though they would have had no idea the thing didn't work.

This item was way too small ; more like a home flash then Club flash. I wouldn't recommend this for Dj's

Very Disappointed. ONLY 1 of my lights was working. The other seemed to work fine. So, technically I spent about $35 (w/ shipping) just for 1 tiny strobe light. You can find a better one for this price. Also, they are very tiny cheap material lights. About the size of your fist. Since I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning the items & really needed a strobe light for my upcoming party I was able to get 20% off my order.

Ordered green and received blue... Cheap and not a strobe.. Closer to a cheap small pumpkin light so may use it for that...have been trying to find a real stop action strobe light like they had in the 1980s.. At any price.. No luck..

I was slightly disappointed in the quality of the product.. bought two and one was way brighter then the other.. the speed control on one had a good range and the other seemed to have half the other. guess for the price I cant really complain

First, these strobes are not very bright. They will only have an impact in a pitch dark room.Second, one of them stopped working on the 3rd use.Third, they are cheaply made. Don't expect them to survive any sort of impact.Fourth, there is technically no off switch. I haven't tested to see what kind of power they draw when turned all the way down.There are better options available on Amazon for the money.

I start with 3 and go up or down per experience. First, I have quite a few lights I use to party a bit. I have an Eliminator Mini Strobe that replaced a larger old one. I purchased this set wanting color option thinking these mini strobes would be equivalent. They are not. As far as strobes go, they are too weak for even the smallest room and with the filters on, even worse. The only thing nice about these is the way the filters are held in the lense.
