Got this for my mom. She loves it. It makes lovely shaved ice even if youre not drinking, to just make lovely slushies with. The item is so fancy too.

Pretty amazing machine. Perfect smoothies every time. Seems to blend ice much better than any blender I've ever used. The texture is much different than a normal blender. If you want a perfect drink every time, this machine will do it.

The machine works well. However, there are a lot of parts, which complicates cleanup.

Sometimes you have to shave the ice a little bit more and blend it. Doesn't tell you the right amount to put. Other than that, love it! Wish they made a carrier bag for this machine.

The machine is very nice, but on small piece was missing. Thought it was supposed to be brand new. A plastic door, cord keeper was missing.

It does what is says its going to do and with a little practice, it makes great drinks. Its a bit cumbersome and this is not the machine you would use everyday but when its time to gather your friends around the pool, this is the way to go. It cleans up easy but its bulky so you had a better have a good place to store it. It will not set under a traditional kitchen cabinet.

I'll start off by saying this product has its good and badbut for me the bad outweighs the good. First off the unit does what it says it will to some degree. It is very big! It would not even fit under Our upper Sitting on the countertop. Secondly it shaved ice well and has a lot of power but at a cost, it is very loud. The last thing that broke the camels back for me was the unit says that if it's too thin you can hit the manual shave button and add more ice but if you add more ice it will not come out the dispensary it will get jammed. I will be returning to get the one that you can pour manually

Product worked great at first then it has started to have problems with the small switch the works the Self-Dispensing Lever and Auto Remix Channel, DM3500The dispensing lever when activated just keeps the auto remix going and dispensing the drink out of the mixer until you turn the power off to the mixer.

Love this thing, but the dispenser isnt all its cracked up to be. It's also harder to fill the container. When low, it's not designed to pour contents out. Margarita glasses dont even fit underneath the dispenser, so you have to tilt it, which means you can't get a full glass. It's also very loud. Louder than our blender.Overall we think it's cool and an attention grabber at parties, but I would go with a different model. This one just has too many flaws in the design. Great idea, but the design execution is too flawed.

I have been making frozen drinks out of every other beverage since I purchased it. Even if I don't blend the liquids, I still add the shaved ice to my drinks. One of the things I do not like is when the contents are to low for the dispenser to push out, the liquid leaks when you attempt to remove the container and pour the remainder into a cup.

Bought as a gift.

Bulky overpriced machine to shave ice and dispense a drink. A little less work than other devices but not really worth the pricetag for this model.

Pros: Great at shaving ice, great drink consistancy, dispenser is a cool gadgetCons: As stated by others the machine is very loud, and if there is too much ice manually added the dispenser doesn't work well at all.Major Con: Between the pitcher and ice dispenser there is no firm seal. Ran it at Marg Setting with half a pitcher full of mix and let it do its thing, only to find that it leaked out the top all over the counter. The sliding ice dispenser mechanism is to blame.Overall I'm returning the unit as cleanup after the leaks was very difficult, and something I dont feel should even be an issue.

Way too loud!!

It worked for 1/2 a glass and blew out. now they are giving me grief about returning it. tell you how I feel when I get a working product.

I bought my Margarita Machine in March for a vacation planned in July. So disappointed....Took it out of the box, (brand new, never used) in July to make Margarita's with guest WAITING and after 2 batches it stopped working. Dead...Amazon is making good so I am more than pleased with them. Hope the new one they are sending last longer than the first one since it initially cost over $300.

I am so disappointed in this machine, especially since all the reviews were so good. We've been trying to make frozen drinks for about three hours now and just keep getting a watery mess out of every batch we've made. Our drinks aren't slushy or frozen at all. Really bummed out. What a waste of fruit and booze and time. My old Waring blender makes better frozen drinks than this. I was really excited to order this and have it for our party, but it's going straight back to Amazon. Such a disappointment.

I bought this for 230 last year on sale. At first it shaved ice fine, it then started to become faulty and would auto turn on and shave ice thick like a cheap snow cone, around this time I noticed it started to spill water from the inside. Now today it spills water from the inside and not into the water container on the back. When I first got it, it was great but now I got to see if I can fix it or find an alternative brand.

Motor burnt out after 3rd use. Happened after my return window of course.I recommend you run the heck out of it the first month to ensure quality.

Great at first, loved the dispenser and ease of use. Blew out the second day we used it.. returned it, got a new one and the same exact thing happened. Getting a refund this time.

After 4 uses this appliance quit working.

I've made better margaritas in my Vitamix. The consistency was too liquidy and the machine was vey loud.

Delivered July 8 stopped working Oct 16. Way to much money for something that doesn't last.
