I had no reactions at all (positive or negative). With that said, it may work better for others, especially if you're of a smaller body type. The seller has great customer service, so giving it a shot can't hurt. Relaxed and refreshedApril 26, 2017 I was recommended this product as a natural way to relax and help with stress. I haven't bn using it very long and try not to use it everyday but I definitely feel like it works for me. I usually take it a couple hrs before I go to bed and feel like I get a better nights rest and wake up feeling refreshed. I would definitely recommend it. | | Doesn't Do MuchApril 2, 2017 Not a big fan. Doesn't really do much for me. ZENTAOctober 5, 2016 Bottle says to take 1 or 2 per day. I was taking 1 ea. Morning. It seemed to help a little but I was still somewhat tense. Like I was still boiling inside but just wasn't letting it out. Yesterday (day 30) I had a very bad day so I took another pill at 2 PM and got so dizzy and felt drugged and tired. I went to bed at 8:30 and while watching debates on tv I fell asleep. I woke up at 10:30 with a horrible headache. I got up and had a very bad argument with my husband. I was so short with him. I was in such a bad mood! I went back to bed but never really slept. I would doze off only to wake up feeling short on breath and very restless. I Also had weird dreams when I would doze off. The worst night of my life I think with all of the tossing and turning. I was so glad when morning finally came! I am really sorry I ordered another bottle of these pills because I won't take them anymore. Thes pills may work for some but just not for me. I am going to return the bottle that I ordered before this incident happened. I didn't take any Zenta today and I felt so much better! Maybe for you. Not for me.July 29, 2016 No appreciable benefit.
