I really love this handheld shower. The hose is extra long which I like. And, it's very comfortable to hold during use. I did get a bit confused at first. I had the switch pushed up to the word "Flow" and could only get a trickle. I switched it to cover the word "Pause" and I get a very nice water flow. It's the opposite of what I would expect. But, now that I've figured it out, it's quite nice and I'm very happy with it.

This showerhead was purchased by my boyfriend for me after my surgery, to make showering easier. Sadly I was not able to access the tub due to my Ankle surgery. I simply asked him if you want to return it saying how I couldn't use it. He said no way! He absolutely loves it and we are keeping it. I look forward to the day I get to use it

Love this handheld shower. The extra wall bracket is handy for holding the shower head while soaping up. Some people said the switch to pause the water flow was too hard to work but I can do it OK. It does take a hard push and once your hands are soapy, you'll have to rinse them off before you can move the switch. But it does save water.

Excellent handheld shower head and hose. I use it for my furry kids with their new bathtub. I like the thought design that given us another suction to holder the shower head so I can put it at the same level of their shower tub.

Shower head works good, easy installation, suction bracket does not remain stuck to wall so may try the supplied adhesive to get it to stick. The adhesive is supposed to be removable but will be investigating further before attaching. Did not use the supplied hose because I needed a longer hose, swapped it out with out a problem. For the price, for my needs, this is a bargain and would recommend.

I think we've had this around a month now. I bought it because I have a disabled daughter who freezes during showers because the hand held was so fat away. This thing reaches to the back of our shower AND comes with a suction cup holder which has held great. I positioned it where the water can keep her warm while I bathe her. LOVE THIS!!!

I enjoy mine so much I purchased it again for early mothers/fathers days gift and they love it. Items arrived super fast with Amazon Prime.

Just awesome!!! I highly recommend this shower head. I originally purchased Hydroluxe Full-Chrome 24 Function Ultra-Luxury 3-way 2 in 1 Shower-Head /Handheld-Shower Combo and returned it out of disappointment, the water pressure was just horrible and the positive reviews are for it are all lies.

Works better than expected. Yes the hose is stiff, but with a little common sense and running hot water through it for a few minutes it does soften up and hang correctly. The complaint that the spray was not wide enough is inaccurate. The spray path is plenty wide.

Love it! I have used this shower head for i think about 6 months and it works excellent. You get 4-5 different shower modes and each mode does what its supposed to do. Great quality for the price. It is plastic, but its a good quality plastic.

The Waterpik handheld, multimode shower nozzle replaced a static nozzle in our home, and it made an immediate, positive difference for me. My mobility was a bit limited due to pregnancy, and something as simple as washing my feet was a challenge in a limited space. The maneuverability of the new nozzle helped a great deal, and I recommend it as a relatively low-cost, adaptable solution when a handheld nozzle will add well to the quality of life and to the ease of showering.

After only using this once, I am convinced it will be fairly handy for showers. I like the fact that the spray is adjustable and it comes out of the nozzle with a gentle force. There was no stinging from the sprayer. The suction cup that holds the sprayer seems to stick pretty well. The hose is long enough to reach the body all over. I feel like I made a good purchase at a good price.

Excellent deal for the price. But don't expect anything unreasonable from a cheap shower. If you have high expectations, this is not for you, and you will have to put some more money down. The reason I did not give 5 stars is just to alert people to keep grounded. This is not steal, this is a simple, cheap shower. You may get more than you paid for (compared to other showers), but do not expect beyond reasonable.

This looks and feels like a piece of flimsy plastic junk when I first took it out of the box. However, so far it's worked really well, and it was easy to install. Contrary to other reviews, I have not had a problem with the wall bracket falling off, and this may be because I have it stuck to one of those prefab shower liner surfaces rather than tile. However, the wall bracket was a big selling point for me, as I wanted to be able to adjust the height of the showerhead. The bracket does allow you to do that but holds the showerhead only at one nonadjustable angle so that the water sprays directly straight out instead of angled downward.Also, like a few other reviews, the water pressure actually improved quite a bit after installing this.

This hand held shower with pause button is very useful and economical. After positive review from my parents I bought one for myself. The only upgrade I recommend is to make a larger easier pause button which would benefit arthritic hands.

Shower head is very nice, love the larger size. Makes it easy to hold onto when wet. Ive used hand held shower heads for years and they just keep improving on them. Unfortunately the shower hose that came with had a pinhole size leak which greatly effected the water pressure. I wrote to Interlink through Amazon and received a response the very next day stating the hose would be replaced. Due to a neck injury I need a handheld shower head to wash my hair so for now Im using a shorter hose I had available. This resolved the water pressure issue. Another problem I have, I am not able to get the On/Off Pause Switch to move which is disappointing since that was one of the features that influenced me to choose this item. I would recommend this product!Adding a note to my review... the replacement shower hose I received was a shorter 5' hose instead of the 6' hose that came with my original order. I have again contacted the seller and waiting to hear back

This hand-held shower message works well and the seven settings are enough to satisfy my needs. I like how it 'clicks' into place easily for each spray selection. Unit is light so if you do drop it, it won't break your toes. Hose is six feet long which more than enough to reach all of those hard-to-reach places. All is made from plastic except the hose, so it won't take a beating. Use it with care and it should last a long time. The only negative is I wish the handle was knurled so it would be easier to hold with a wet and soapy hand.The wall bracket holds the unit securely. Use the adhesive pad that is on the bracket as the suction cup only holds for a short time.For under 30 bucks, a good deal. I would highly recommend this product.

My husband who is 5ft 10 in finds the hose a bit short for him.

It installed easily and works well.

Not the same spray patterns as the one I've had for years, which I liked better. I did reused the old hose do to mine having a metal connector to the water pipe and this is plastic, It's just me I don't care for the plastic I'm sure it would be just fine. The hose was curled up as other reviews posted , I have kept the hose it came with just in case and now see now it has uncurled.

I have an earlier rubber model. I lost a simple part to it and decided to get a new head. It has 1 more setting than the older one. However, I like the fact that the older one seems more sturdy because the new one is made of plastic and lightweight. I fear it will crack whenever it happens to hit the shower wall. Also gotta find that low pressure thingy and remove it!

This works very well. I just wish it had more choices of water flow. It was easy to install.

For those of us (Power Chairs) Being in a sitting position for most of our days. That can't stand but must sit in the shower. " Most shower pipes are placed high over the tub." 5feet of Hose is not sufficient. Some of us may not have long enough arms. I feel that One more foot from (5ft.) to 'an average of *6 feet of Hose' would be much more do-able. We could Utilize the Massage To receive the benefits for our lower backs aches in muscles etc. With The increase to (6ft.) tube You could Earn 5 Stars!.

Quality is material is cheap. Described as indicated. Complaint is the "Pause" switch is really tough to push up and down.

It's okay so long as you don't want to use the on/off switch. Even with two dry hands, the switch is almost impossible to work. Too bad. Five stars for everything else.

Product works but, even with removing the flow restrictor did not help with the water flow.

Easy to install. 7 water flow modes looks fancy but some functions doesn't work as expected due to low water pressure (even after removing the water flow control as suggested by instruction), comparing with my last showerhead had strong flow.

I have had this hand held showers for a little over two months. The hose has started leaking and it is past the time to he able to return it. You would think a defective product would have a longer return period than 30 days. It is a nice shower but if it doesn't last any longer than that and Amazon is not willing to stand behind it then I would purchase somewhere else.

This hand set is convenient in that it comes with two holsters for the shower head. The head has several spray options, which is also nice. The two holster adjustments are great for when you have youngsters at home or visiting grand parents. It works well and was easy to install. It is lightweight, which is great if you should ever drop it. My only con is with the shower head; the casing is made of plastic. It is not stainless or chrome. Other than that, it's a decent product.

Not totally thrilled with this model. I've owned many Waterpik showerheads over the years but this one seems cheaply built compared to the others. The hose is a semi rigid plastic and does not hang well - it stays bunched up in a weird loop on the wall. There isn't a solid click when rotating between shower settings so it's easy to get a sloppy combination somewhere between two settings. It does not help improve a low water pressure situation. I removed the red water saving device and it improved the strength of the shower but it's still kinda mediocre.

Initially it worked great. However, we have hard water where we live and the small holes plugged up fast and half the water sprays everywhere but where you want it. Impossible to unclog. Tried soaking in vinegar without success. Cannot disassemble.Would probably be great in a dwelling with a water softner.

I bought this as a gift for an elder friend. The "holder" is cheap gray plastic and the hose was unyielding plastic. I replaced the holder with chrome-like plastic holder (had to try 3, the handle didn't fir in 1st 2). I replaced the hose with a longer, stainless steel one from local hardware store. Much more user-friendly. Seems fine for the price although I'd spend more to get better quality next time seeing I had to augment this one to the tune of $30.

When my elderly but otherwise perfect showerhead finally died for the final death, I had NO IDEA how difficult it would be to replace! After buying three different models from other stores, I bought this one from here. Before I bought it, I asked the question, 'Does it have a wide spray?' Three ppl said it did. They all three lied. You can stand in the shower with this thing spraying on your back and your arms will stay dry. That's as wide as it gets - about 8 inches from a distance of 10" above me. However, it is the best of the four I've bought (returned the others), and some of them were really useless. I'll keep this one while I continue to look for a better one.

This one has that not-wide but robust spray, as well as a more concentrated spray that I find really useful for sore spots/muscles. Some of the others had a spray that was so weak, I couldn't rinse the shampoo out of my hair! This one can at least do that, and it does feel good on the scalp. The massage settings are good, but I find the concentrated spray with hot water better for relief of hurting places. The massage settings are loud so if you plan to massage your tender bits every time you shower, the house will know about it. Just fyi...

I also have a problem with the Waterpik company as there are many shower heads that are called "Waterpik PowerSpray." They're all different but they have precisely the same name. One of the failures I bought and returned has the same name.

The hose is not as bendable as I would like, but the shower head works great. The hose is a bit stiff though and you can 't just let the shower head hang, as the stiffness of the hose caused it to flip around and be out of control. It is also difficult to turn it in different directions, esp for my 7 yr old. You have to hold it steady due to the stiff hose.. Was hoping for a more flexible hose..

No restrictor that can be removed as product description stated and lower water flow though water flow throughout house was not great to begin with this shower head made it worse. Also, the hose is 5' long without the option to make it 7' as the product description stated.

I purchased this because of the "pause" switch. When I used this feature, the shower head still leaked. Not acceptable.

Leaks when turned to the off position and makes a loud whistle sound when turned on.

...have had this for several months...first two weeks worked well then startwd leaking where the handles is attached to the hose...wouldn't tightsn so i removed it and attempted to put on new tape...they fit so tight together that it would only take a sliver...still leaked...worse without any tape...now it is also leaking out the sliding hold button...and when others say that button is a b**** to slide, the are so so right!!...i will say the holder for it is great and that hose is awesome...it is amazingly flexible

The shower head and Jose are great but I received the wrong part so I could adjust the height for my kids. The company sent the correct part and no kidding, the water sprays straight forward. You can't adjust where the shower head points. We got this specifically so we can lower the shower head for the kids and can't anyway unless we want it spraying in their faces toward the back of the tub.

not what i expected. i like a little power behind my water stream. there is none with this. the free wall bracket doesn't stay stuck, so i threw it in the junk drawer. the on/off switch isn't easy to manipulate either. wish i could return this. but i threw the packaging away.

The packaging was almost impossible to open with out cutting myself! The hose is very stiff and even after a week's use it remains that way. The shower head is heavy and the chrome handle is slippery when wet. There's a semi-shut off feature but it's difficult to use and the face of the shower head came unscrewed while rotating the flow/mode ring. This is not something I'd reccomend.

When I opened the box, I was immediately impressed by the quality of the plastic. After an eager five minutes, I managed to penetrate the packaging without spilling even a single drop of blood. The showerhead itself is, unfortunately, much less durable than the clam-shell package. It feels even more flimsy and cheap than it looks. Even the connectors are made of plastic. I must admit, I chose the showerhead mostly based on being a brand name. Now I know that brand Waterpik really strives to give a half-hearted run at being the equal to a cheap Chinese knock-off for only twice the price.

I'm somewhat disappointed with this Waterpik SM 653 CG Original 6-Mode Massage Handheld Shower, Chrome.
The stream of water is not really concentrated in the massage pattern, as it should be.

Pros: Easy to install; light weight for handling.

Cons: On all the massage settings, there is a micro-spray outside the massage stream pattern so that, if it is aimed at my back, my head gets wet.

This may be from design, or maybe from a manufacturing - quality control issue.

If you like water saver items then you will love this. The settings are okay but the water pressure just isn't there. The spray is whimpy. The hand held shower head is heavy. The tubing is tough to negotiate. All in all it is not a pleasant showering experience. I wish I went with the Niagra. It had great reviews but I mistakenly opted for the name brand. I just ordered the Niagra so now this shower head will move this on.

I have to give WaterPik the benefit of the doubt since I just installed this yesterday. The plastic doesn't bother me, and the installation was a breeze. The only problem was removing the old teflon tape from the shower pipe that was there for the old shower head.

So, why only two stars? Simple! The position of the shower head, high in the bracket, renders it useless for shorter people. The instructions show an available adapter that clamps high on the WP handle, and then seats and unseats from the installed bracket. Great! It lowers the shower head by about 6 inches which is perfect. Alas, it is not available for this model. So the only solution is to install an extension on the shower pipe itself. Not very happy about this.

The shower head has fairly low water pressure. The pressure is good on jet, but nothing else. I have long hair and the water pressure cannot penetrate into my hair which makes rinsing it difficult. I also removed the flow restrictor, but didn't notice a difference. I do like the pause feature on the shower head though. Also I got the one with the 5-7 foot hose and it does stretch if you pull hard, but it is not realistic for showering.

Low quality. The flow dial/slider (the only reason we bought this for) is very hard to move/adjust, and when it does (i have to force it against a table top to manage to move it) its more like an on off switch rather than a flow regulating dial/slider (actually if you are patient enough and strong you can make it work as a regulating dial/switch but its so dificult you will do it maybe once or twice simce you buy it). For those that dont care about this feature, it otherwise works well.

If the own/off feature is important to you do not buy because it does NOT WORK. When you turn it on you take the chance of it showering the whole bathroom over the top of the shower curtain. There is no way to control it. I bought this believing it was a good product, however the on/off function is important to me because have to sit in a chair while showering. I just got through mopping my bathroom because the on/off doesn't work.

Junk. The hose fitting isn't tight and sprays all over. I trashed the whole thing.

Expect a larger spray head and longer hose. Should have sent it back. I gave it to mysister to use for her dogs outside. It worked perfect for her.

It's useless....There's absolutely no water pressure coming out of it, and you can only "barely" use two of the settings.

This thing is a piece of junk. The water pressure is awful (too low), the handheld part is top-heavy (much bigger than picture) and is not ergonomic so it's very heavy to hold and hurts wrist. Plus I only see 4 water settings not the advertised 5 or 6, and the cord doesn't hang properly (too bulky and sticks out). I'm surprised this had to many good reviews. I'm going to return it.

Garbage....I ordered and received this product connected it and had found the center spray mode did not work ( barely a trickle of water out of the center) I then ordered a replacement and found the same issue though a slightly larger trickle but still not functioning. I am largely most disappointed not just by the product but the company waterpik in general as this is a clear indication that they do not have any sort of quality control

Broke within a week

The jet spray setting really doesn't have much water pressure and it leaks around the setting ring.
