Love! Easy to install.
July 17, 2017
Easy to install, looks great. It isn't made from heavy duty metal, it's either plastic or aluminum, but I am in a rental and I want something to last for a year or two. I wash my dog super often due to allergy issues with his skin. This helps a TON! No more plastic cup and 10 minute bath for pup and human! I just tested his bath time at 2.5 minutes 😂. Instructions have step by step instructions with diagrams. I've taken photos and marked them up. If my review is helpful, give me a thumbs up!
Everything is adjustable
July 16, 2017
Whether you'd like one head or two to spray, one high and one low, different spray settings on each, everything is adjustable. Adjustments are simple: for one or two head spray, turn the knob on the right up or down until your desired setting is achieved. Whether tall or short tilting either the main shower head and/or the sprayer holder will give you the height you'd like even if that adjustment is having one spray high and the other spray low and vice versa. For strongest water pressure turn on only one head, it doesn't matter which.Install was easy and without leaks, I did it myself without breaking a sweat or a nail.I didn't go through all of the available spray settings on the shower heads in this video. My intent was aimed more at how easily you can adjust the heads (height and spray setting) and which head sprays (one or both).Note: Adjustments are easiest while showering; I was standing outside of the shower.
Nice look and works wonderfully
April 25, 2017
I am so happy I did not take to heart any of the negative reviews! I installed this (I timed myself) in minutes! It looks good, works great and met my expectations. I do wish the hose was a bit longer so that I can bathe my dogs, however, the reason for that is whoever installed the shower originally placed it very high up on the wall. I intend to order a longer hose.I read the instructions three times, laid all the parts on the counter in order of install and as I began the installation I tested for leaks as I went a long. After completing the install I then tested again for leaks, there were a few. I made a few tweaks and everything was set and no leaks. I only hand tightened the parts, I used the plumbers tape as recommended and had absolutely not one problem. We have horrible water pressure so my expectations for a powerful shower are low - it is what it is and not the fault of the product. The product itself is exactly as the product description states. I'm very happy with my purchase :)
Luxury at a low price
September 5, 2016
My little condo that was built in the 70's didn't come with very many luxury amenities so it's up to me to make life more comfortable for myself. Plus, I live in a second story unit so I don't have the luxury of easily hosing things off outside. I looked around a little before deciding on this guy. It had all the major features that were important to me - easily installed, two heads, pause feature on both heads, and power massage and strong mist and at 4-5' extension hose. The installation took less than 5 minutes and I am the least mechanically inclined person on the planet. I was really surprised at how fast and easy I was able to get it connected, and with no leaks. Be careful when you're installing it that you don't over tighten anything because you could cause it to crack. It's strong plastic under there but it's still plastic. I've had this coming up on a year now and it has never leaked and more important, the heads have not discolored from mineral build up. Which is something that is a problem in the desert southwest and has happened to almost every other fixture I've ever owned. But it still looks almost as good as new, save for a few dings I've put on it.The one thing about this old building is the water pressure is amazing. Probably because it was built before there were regulations so I am lucky enough to get a lot of water at a high rate of speed. I didn't want the pressure to be affected so I popped the little white plastic regular out of both heads. To me there is no such thing as to much pressure. In the off position a little bit still comes out but not enough to get upset about. If I wanted the water off I would turn it off at the wall.I like how each setting I can feel and hear it click into place. Especially when I'm washing my face. I don't want to open my eyes but I still want confirmation I've changed to another mode. This great for shaving your legs because you can control where the water and when you want it off. I do a lot of body scrubs and hair treatments and face washing and I don't the water running unless I'm actually using it. I love being able to control how much and when and where water is coming out. I stayed at my parent's house last weekend and was so bummed when I had to take a shower. In fact, I only ever want to shower in my own shower and it's because of how much I love my shower head. The hose makes cleaning the shower a breeze. I have no idea how people clean their tubs without some sort of hose. It hurts my back and knees to try to do it any other way. I also use the use to fill mop buckets or water containers for foot soaks. I use the power massage setting to "power wash" things will fit in my shower.I have aches and pains all the time, as well as sinus issues. The power massage setting relieves tension in my shoulders and my back and helps clear the pounding in my head when my sinuses are acting up. Sometimes I will turn on the power massager and aim it straight for my forehead and in a few minutes I start to feel the tension breaking up.But the absolute best feature is the hard mist. There is nothing so satisfying as taking a nice spa-like shower, I shave all of my legs (not just my calves) and do a hair conditioning treatment, and full body sugar scrub and then at the very end turn on both heads to the power mist with cool water. It's like the final mist at a car wash. It gets every little tiny spot of product off and when I turn the water off I feel like a new person.I didn't want to sink a ton of money into a product for a place I rent. I've tried other shower heads before and they were all crappy and either broke and leaded quickly or the heads turned green from mineral buildup. None of which has happened after 11 months of daily, sometimes twice daily use. For the money, this is hands down the best plastic shower head/hose combo I've seen. Don't be scared by the word plastic. I don't know the technical term but it's a reinforced type of plastic, like a type of PVC, that is strong and holds up quite well.Anyone who has ever showered here comments on what a great shower I have. It really is a little slice of luxury every day for less than $25. You wont find a better model in that price range.
Easy to install

It was my first time installing a shower head and it was very easy to install and looks great. Comes with sealant tape.
Great dual shower heads!
June 18, 2015
This is an excellent dual shower head!! I love the mist mode! Love how the mist produces a breeze with air, so awesome! I didn't have much expectations because of the price but I've been very pleasantly surprised with how well these shower heads work! All the modes work very well. I also took off the water regulators and the water pressure has been excellent.Yes, its plastic. Its whats most common with these shower heads if you folks haven't noticed. I rent so I don't own a home. If you want to spend $200 and up on a metal shower head, go ahead. I've read the reviews on metal shower heads and they get corroded like anything else! I have no need to spend that much on a shower head!

Sturdy and Affordable!
July 4, 2016
We bought a second one of these shower heads for another bathroom in our house, we liked it so much! It is a great compromise between the ridiculously expensive models and the cheapo models. I do not have $100 to spend on a shower head, but I do expect to find a unit that doesn't break after two months for less than that. I feel like I have found it with this model.

The issue I've had in the past with the lower-end detachable shower heads was the clip that holds the head into place has been super flimsy and eventually breaks. On the last model, I attempted to super glue the clip back into place the shower head actually came crashing down on my face, giving me a bruise. So, that is why having a quality clip is so important for me. The clip piece on this model is thick, reinforced double layer plastic that is very sturdy and feels like it will last a long time. So if you're looking for a shower head that isn't crazy expensive but that won't crash down and smash your face, I highly recommend this one.

I included a picture of the clip piece that I'm trying to describe. I base many of my purchases on Amazon after reading other buyer's reviews and I always try to take the time to leave thoughtful, honest reviews about the products I receive on Amazon. Great Shower Head
May 14, 2016
When I tried this for the first time I was disappointed with the output of water. Inside the end of the handle is where the regulator is located that controls the output of water. I did not remove the complete regulator. I simply removed the small rubber O-ring which was right there and very easy to pick out. ( I included a picture of the O-ring ) This was more than enough to make me completely satisfied with the output of water from my new showerhead.
I like the various settings and I especially like the dribble setting. The dribble setting is as close to a pause feature you can get without adding an extra valve to the shower arm. It works great for saving water without changing the temperature of the water when switching back and forth.
I also like the extra height that is obtained from the way this is mounted.
Don't get too hung up on the reviews about the hose not being flexible. I almost did. It is a standard plastic hose that comes with all ordinary shower heads. I ran hot water through it then manually straightened some of the bends from shipping and let it hang for a while. Then when I hung it up I readjusted the hose on both ends so it lays against the wall and sprays in the right direction and it hasn't been a problem since. It softens up when you shower so when you remove it to use it bends like any other plastic hose and hangs back up the way it is supposed to. If you want a steel flexible hose you will have to purchase that separately or pay a much larger price for a showerhead that comes with one.
For the price this is a great shower head with a 6' hose.
Lightweight, Balanced Head - 'Gush Mode' is Great - Long Hose - Low Price
December 2, 2014
UPDATE: My sprayer is almost 2 years old. It still sprays great with no clogs however I'm going to replace it with the exact same sprayer merely as a preventative in case there is any kind of bacteria or fungus building up in the head. I have no proof of such build up but I am getting frequent ear infections and I don't know the cause.
UPDATE: 16 months later. I still like this shower sprayer. Works as well as it did the first day.
I'm reviewing the Delta 75700WH Seven-Spray Hand Shower, White.
For years I've used Waterpik hand held shower massage devices. Eventually the minerals deposits clog up the head and its a pain to unclog the head. The positive reviews on this Delta shower head convinced me to switch to Delta. I'm glad I did.
The head on the Delta is smaller and lighter weight than the Waterpik. And its better balanced. The Delta has many water flow options most of which I don't care about. But it has one setting (2nd from the end) where the water gushes out stronger than my waterpik did. I really like this setting for rinsing, especially my thick hair. In between rinsing, to save water, I just lower the pressure on my shower faucet lever but keep it on just enough so the water doesn't lose its warm temperature. I never need to change the setting on the head. I leave it on 'gush mode' (my term) all the time.
The hose is plenty long. Almost too long but I got used to it. I will be happy if this head goes for a few years before getting clogged. I like to change my shower head every few years in order to minimize the chance of fungus or crud water sitting inside the head from getting in my ears.
At under $25 including shipping, I give it 5 stars.
Bargain bin price with superior quality
February 15, 2013
The price really attracted me to this shower head. I just moved into a new apartment and the shower head is an abysmal chunk of metal. I was delighted to find so many inexpensive units on Amazon. For those who don't have the time for my video, here's a quick balance sheet.Pros:InexpensiveExcellent connections (quality washers)Multiple settingsDurable and good looking finishEasily accessible flow regulator.Cons:Feels 'cheap' (Clearly plastic head unit, base, and hose)The 'drizzle' setting is pretty worthless. Hardly any water drops out.Don't forget to pickup some plumbers tape(Lasco 11-1032 1/2-Inch by 260-Inch Double Density Teflon Tape, White) if you don't have any. It will reduce the risk of leaks.Convinced? If you choose to buy, please use the Amazon short link here. Thank you! http://amzn.to/1WPb14yUpdate 8/24/2015: Still running strong and looks great!
A Spa-like Experience without the Spa Pricetag
March 12, 2011
It's a spa-like experience without the price. I highly recommend purchasing this easy to install, multiple pulse, shower head. It made my drippy, drip shower into something I never thought would be possible.

Okay, but hose is too short.
September 19, 2017
Pros-low price-5 spray options-easy setup-hose is flexible and not stiff-good water pressureCons-feels plastic-y/light-hose is kind of short (5 feet only)Other thoughts-I took out the flow regulator like some other reviewers recommended and I'd say it is much better in water pressure than my last shower head combo (a delta I bought from HD for double the price of this and w/ less spray options...and also spray selector broke, so I had to replace). The hose on my old delta head had plastic tubing on the outside, so that made the hose stiff and awkward to handle and my kids hated it when I would use the head to wash them and while head is idle the stiff dangling hose would just be in everyone's way.Good purchase, I'm investing some extra dough for a longer hose (118 inches), so hopefully that'll remedy the short hose that came with this.
Really like these, have held up nicely
June 5, 2017
We have ordered two of these in the past year and have had no problems. The most recent order sent, however, was not the product pictured in the listing. What was sent is a much larger fixed shower head (which turned out to be just fine). The handheld was the same as the first one we ordered. While this is not a problem, be aware that you may not receive what is pictured here. For us, we needed a shower head to solve the problem of a landlord who would not correct a limiter issue on the plumbing line, causing a shower with such strong water pressure that using the shower was painful. We were having to purchase external limiters (they always break) and got tired of doing this. With this shower head installed (and no external limiter), the water pressure is controlled and we also get a handheld shower head that helps in cleaning the shower. Recommended.
REMOVING WATER RESTRICTOR 101
April 26, 2017
So I totally love this showerhead but gets 4 stars due to the lack of water pressure. However, I took the advice of previous buyers and removed the water restrictors to increase the water pressure.... I really thought, "I can't be doing this right" but in fact I did, and WOW what a difference it made! The directions that people posted were a bit confusing, so I thought I'd add pictures of what the RESTRICTORS look like so you know what I'm talking about. There is one on the connector that goes to the shower pipe, and the other that is in the actual shower head itself. I honestly forgot which one came from which, but once you open it up you should be able to figure it out.On the 1st one I did: the one that looks like the plus sign in a circle. You simply take a pair of needlenose pliars and pull it out, that one was easy. There is going to be this little metal star looking thing that comes out too. So just remove those pieces, stick the rubber washer back in, and you're good on that one.Now the OTHER one was a bit trickier. I took the needlenose pliars and tugged with it a little bit. You have to first make the holes big enough so you can fit the pliar end into it, wiggle it around then pull it out. Once again, put the washer back in and then you're done.Connect it back to the shower and you will notice lots more water pressure. I did not fool with the detachable head as I didn't really need to, so you would have to check out someone else's post for that. Hope this helps! (And hopefully....I don't get into trouble for posting this ;} )
Beware of deals that look too good to be true
February 2, 2017
Purchase: Beware of deals that look too good to be true. I tried buying this three times at the cost of around $10, $5, $2. The seller never shipped and I got a refund from amazon. I ended up just ordering the prime shipping one for $25.Installation: The instructions could be a bit clearer but it was pretty easy to install. I like my shower pressure so I made sure to remove the water restricting devices first. It was pretty easy. They provide two gasket sizes to ensure compatibility depending on how many threads you have on your shower pipe. They have a "nut" to help insure it stays straight once tight but I did not need it. It came with plumbers tape eventhough the manual specifically says not to use any plumbers tape. I did opt to install my old shower head (non-hand held) instead of theirs so I did have to use plumbers tape for that since I dont have a gasket for the old shower head.Use: It is pretty simple to use, you just turn the switch. Its all made of plastic but I don't think it is that easy to break. I do worry a little about the amount of weight on my shower pipe. The whole unit isn't that heavy but daily use of the switch and moving the hand-held makes me wonder. Overall the water pressure is OK even with the restrictors removed. It is lower than with my old head installed directly but still good enough. Ofcourse it is lower when both are active. The handheld has a mist setting, a high narrow output setting, normal spray, low spray, and off which isnt really off. I do wish the hose was a little longer though. If I let it hang, the hand held comes down to maybe 3ft above the floor. I wish it could go all the way to the floor to make shower cleaning easier.Overall, I am happy with the product. Only time will tell.
Amazing shower head combo!
January 12, 2016
This is a great shower head set. Both heads allow you to easily change the water setting, and a distinct click lets you know when you're right on that setting's maximum flow. The exterior of the shower head combo is a nice shiny chrome, and it definitely provides a luxury feel. The hose is lightweight and very high quality. I haven't had any problems with water leaking from either shower head or from the hose. For the price of this shower head, you can't beat it.However, this shower head set gets 4 stars for 2 reasons:1) The pressure it provides is a bit unimpressive. If you don't have high water pressure where you live, you'll need to remove the water flow restrictors. This can easily be done by gently prying them out with a flat-head screwdriver. Since no other reviews tell you exactly where they're or what they look like, I've posted some photos to show them. There is a flow restrictor in both heads. They're small, round, black rubber rings. In the main head, the ring is a bit far inside the threads that screw onto the shower set's main pipe. In the handheld, the ring is inside the threads that connect directly with the hose.2) There are 2 holes in the main shower head of the set I bought that produce stunted streams. The water is'nt as pressurized as the water from the other holes, and the streams shoot diagonally. It's nothing to really flip out over though, I just thought it would be worth mentioning. All in all, I would definitely recommend this shower combo for those shopping in the $20-40 range.
Best value in this price range, solid product
August 14, 2015
First of all... disregard any review you ever read on Amazon for a shower-head in THIS price range that starts with... "It seems great but it's only made of plastic". That right there is an indication that the person reviewing these products is somewhat delusional. There are exactly ZERO handheld shower heads in this price range that are made out of metal. Repeat: ZERO. If you want one made of metal, be prepared to spend 3-4 times this amount, if you're not prepared to spend that, don't complain that your product is not made of metal. Adding 'it's not made of metal' as a detriment is just not a valid criticism... Metal in this price range is a pure pipe-dream, and you should skip any review that starts with that lament.Yes, everything (except the hose for the handheld) in this shower head combo is made of plastic, but its hardened composite plastic and is among the sturdiest I've found for shower heads in this price range, easily comparable to the MOEN I used to own (which cost more). The vac-metal chrome finish seems solid so far but only time and wear and tear will tell me how it will hold up. As mentioned the hose connecting the handheld to the valve IS indeed metal, and that automatically makes it better than the more expensive MOEN I owned, which had a plastic casing on it's hose.Install was simple and tools are not needed. Using the included washers and plumbers tape (use tape on the shower pipe ONLY) made it so my install was 100% leak free. Be sure to tighten the valve to the shower pipe as far as it can go so it won't move when you use the engage switch or grab for the handheld. Let some hot water run through the valve if you can't get it turned all the way into the proper position because of this. However be sure not to over-tighten it or its conceivable you may crack the valve. This isn't as hard as it sounds... just use good judgement.Suggestion: If you have mediocre to low water pressure: remove the flow control piece (easily removed with a small flathead screwdriver) from BOTH the fixed head AND the handheld unit. Then use them one at a time (engaging both at the same time with the switch will yield mediocre results if you water pressure isn't up to snuff). If you have good to great water pressure I suggest you remove the flow control piece from ONLY the handheld unit and leave it in the fixed shower head. I have good water pressure and found that the fixed head put out TOO STRONG water pressure with the flow control removed. This way you can also engage both heads at the same time. Without the flow control being left in the fixed head, when you engage both you get a stronger flow out of the fixed head and a mediocre to weak flow out of the handheld. This is because of water seeking the path of least resistance and not because of a design flaw. More water will rush out of the fixed head because it's closest to the valve. Leaving the flow control in the fixed head solved this imbalance issue for me. If you plan on using only one head at the same time I would still recommend the same. I found the fixed head put out TOO MUCH pressure without it's flow control valve, but again this all depends on your individual water pressure and your own individual feelings on how much is too much water pressure... so as they say "your results may vary".The 'pause' mode withstanding, I really like the different modes these heads offer. You've got your standard high rain flow (normal shower stuff), a lower flow for those with high water pressure or are eco-conscious (not for me), the massage function (recommend you engage only one shower head to use this mode for maximum pressure output), the aforementioned pause mode (kind of useless in my opinion, if I want to pause I'll just shut off the water), and a really cool mist mode that even puts out a bit of a breeze when it's engaged (this mode will be GREAT for use during cold and cough season). Both the handheld and the fixed head offer all these modes, although I found the switch on the fixed head hard to move without rotating the entire head. Because of that you'll need two hands to change the mode on the fixed head.As a person with off and on lower back and neck problems, having and using both heads at the same time is going to come in handy. I can aim one stream at my back, one at my neck and get hydro-therapy for both at the same time.Extremely satisfied with this purchase. I compared it to a couple of the other items on Amazon in this price range and it beats them all. It also beats out ANY head in this price range (or 2x this price range) that you'll find at HD or Lowes. If you're realistic about what kind of product you'll get for this price range, this head combo will not disappoint you.Four stars because of the rigidness of turning the dial on the fixed head (if I could give it 4.5 stars I would), and I'm reserving the fifth star right now to see about the lifespan of this product. I will update this review as time goes on and add on that 5th star if this thing lasts for me.

MAKES DOGGIE BATH TIME MUCH EASIER!
October 30, 2015
I really like this shower wand. My husband and I rent a house and when the metal hose of the shower wand that was already there rusted, broke, and punctured the tubing we ran out to target to get a replacement. It was a waterpik model and was also nice but soooo lightweight! Way too lightweight for the pressure of the spray, i.e. you can't set it down because it will spray itself up and over. Considering I use the wand mainly to wash our dogs in the tub that was a big problem, and so we bought this one. I'm so glad we did. Out of the package it took between 10 and 15 minutes to install and was up and running in no time. The weight is perfect, not light enough to flip around but not too heavy that it fatigues your hand when trying to clean up the pups. It lost one star because even though it has 7 settings there isn't a good massage one like the previous ones we had (our older dog is 10y/o and has arthritis and it's the one part about the bath that she really likes!). It has what I call a "karate chop" setting because that's the best analogy i've come up with to describe the quick strong spurts but it just doesn't quite work the same as a traditional massage setting. All of the other settings however are great, the spray is strong enough to get the soap out of super thick hair (or fur!) quickly and isn't so powerful that it stings. Overall I'd highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a dependable shower wand that is easy to install and lasts.

PROS: Easy to install, dependable, good weight, good water pressure/flow, great quality for the price
CONS: No real massage setting for old joints or sore muscles

OK Settings, but cable is poor
January 20, 2015
As a removable shower head this will do the job. It's got enough settings to not overpower you or if you need a trickle of water it has that option too. I knocked off a star b/c the cable itself is a cheap joke. It can bend and hold shape, but it retains that shape. Every time you move it a certain way after adjusting it, it will bang off your shower wall. It gets annoying after awhile and that and the plastic connector both appear very cheap. I haven't had a problem with the plastic connector yet, but it did screw in easily and securely from the get go so hopefully that holds up.

The shower head as a whole will work and offer enough different settings to work. I was hoping the hardest setting (most powerful) would be indeed powerful but it was just a normal pressure. Other than that I've got no complaints and am happy to have a removable shower head at a fair price with various settings.
Good but sensitive.
November 23, 2014
This is an excellent showerhead, however keep in mind that the smallest bit of any particle that gets stuck in the internal filter will severely decrease pressure. Here's what happened:

We installed it and it worked great for a week until my wife heard a loud thud and it lost a ton of pressure. I ended up taking it apart and there was a tiny piece (and I mean tiny) of black rubber (from another part of the grommet/bushing?) in the filter/strainer. I cleaned it out and it worked better but not great. I had to open it back up and get some tiny tiny pieces of the white faucet tape (not sure of it's technical name) out of the strainer/filter as well to get it back to normal.
Great shower head, annoying hose
October 30, 2013
The shower head itself is pretty great. The different flow settings are fine. I usually just use the same setting every time.

The hose is a bit stiff. The plastic/metalish combo isn't as nice as the purely metal hoses.

For the price I highly recommend.
Several spray patterns, and water saver!
March 20, 2013
I bought this because I needed a large enough spray pattern to rinse my longer curly hair, but I also needed a true water saver function built into the shower head as well (we have a very shallow well). The water saver on this comes as close to a true pause as I have been able to find in the modern shower heads available in this price range. The water can be almost stopped completely with just a small trickle of water still coming out. The water pressure is just slightly less than my older Speakman shower head, but I find it to be fine depending on what water patter I choose. I also wanted the satin nickel finish, so I was happy to see this become available in this particular shower head. I am very pleased with my purchase, and I ended up purchasing a second one for the guest bath, which my mom then loved using as well.

Nice showerhead, but broke in less than a year
February 23, 2017
Looks great, easy to clean, love the spray combos. But it broke in less than a year. The section where the main showerhead connects cracked and leaked. For a showerhead under $40 I am not expecting to get more than 2 years out of it. These are all going to be made out of cheap, thin plastic in this price range. But less than a year? That's ridiculous. I've used Delta showerheads before and they always lasted at least 2 years, and I was drawn to this one due to the excellent reviews.I will probably just buy another one of this model since I did like it, and keep the broken one to use for spare parts in the event the new one goes belly up somewhere.
Jerry-rigged affair
February 9, 2017
I was replacing a duo shower head system, that had an adjustable arm for the main head, that allowed you to adjust for the height of the person using it. The head itself was a rain shower head. It also had a standard hand held unit. I wanted a stationary main head and a hand held unit and I wanted both to have multi-function water spray options. I really had assumed with a multi-function head, you would get some sort of pulsating water pattern in one of them. You know what they say about assuming! :) Anyway, I did a poor job of checking out this unit before buying. My husband had lots of installation problems. I don't know what they were--just lots of cussing. After it was installed, I was less than thrilled. It was so awkward and clumsy to use. Changing the flow patterns is difficult. I always have to hold the head, then slide the button to where I want it. Otherwise, the head moves all over. We've never had any trouble with water pressure, but we took the flow suppressor out anyway. Good thing we did. The head spray is very mild and very odd. You don't get water from all the holes when it's on the wide rain setting--just from the outer ring. To get a good rain head effect, water should have come out of all the holes. The power massage is really just a concentrated spray, no pulsating that I could tell. We have ended up changing the way everything is rigged up. We kept the hand held unit, but used the arm I already had. The "switcher" was easier to use and metal. Then we were going to use the Hydroluxe head, but after my last shower, I have changed my mind. I'm going to switch it with my rain head shower head. I no longer know exactly what I have. My husband says he doesn't care, as long as he no longer has to look at it,The reason for the 3 stars was "It's Okay". Husband did not like the plastic parts and I found it a bit difficult to operate and the sprays not as intense as I would prefer. Therefore--just okay.
No turn off button
January 6, 2017
I needed a new portable shower head having just had 2 hip replacements and having to use a shower bench. I have 2 issues: 1. There is no turn off button on the portable head like my old one had. In my state conserving water is very important. With my old portable head I could push a button to turn off water while I washed my hair and flick it back on to rinse. Flick off water to suds up and back on to rinse. (This also saves money.) Turning off at the main not as easy from my bench and means I have to readjust water temperature each time. 2. Hose on portable head needs to be about a foot longer. Yes the heads do work nice. I bought because of a handicap issue which it doesn't meet.
but this was great to see that we like the dual shower head
December 19, 2016
Cheap material, but does what it says it should You definitely need to take the pressure regulators out though if you have average water pressure. Husband and I can now shower together without fighting for the water, just have slightly lower pressure on each side, but can still shower without problem. Material is a bit cheap, but the item is cheap - you get what you pay for. We will likely upgrade to a Moen or Kohler one when we renovate the bathroom, but this was great to see that we like the dual shower head. We had never had ones before, but I'll never go back.

December 13, 2016
Meh it is okay. Pressure is not enough with both going even with restrictor out. It doesnt reach the back of my shower high enough and the pressure is too weak back there so with two people it is a no go. Also the angle of the head of the held it too far down so I had to adjust it all the way back touching the shower wall in order to get max trajectory. The non-handheld could use more adjustment downward. To make this work I used my old water pik handheld in place of this one. Now I have sufficient pressure and distance to work with two people. For the price I will keep it. Seems decent quality.
Two words...LOW FLOW
December 11, 2015
This dual shower head looks great. Many functions, nice long flexible hose, easy to operate. However, the flow rate out of the box was HORRIBLE. So I removed the flow restrictors and that made a small difference, but it still was pathetic. Think of the old Seinfeld episode where low flow showerheads were causing everyone anguish. Even with only one unit operating at a time (the other shut off), flow was still much less that with a standard, single, name brand showerhead. So I got a Waterpik and its great. This one...I'll keep it and reinstall it when I want to sell the house, because it really does look great.

Time Will Tell If The Anti-clog Nozzles Work Or Not...
July 20, 2017
Average shower head...the "Seven-Spray" feature has a lever that has no positions indicated...it is a continuous movement lever without defined stops. It blends several different patterns of spray that results in a "gentle rain shower" to a "pressure washer". I don't know what they mean by a "champagne spray" because I didn't get no champagne with mine! If you're expecting a pulsing spray, you will be disappointed...there is none. I don't know where the "massage" comes from unless the manufacturer is counting the higher pressure from the narrow beam spray (pressure washer) as a "massage". I could feel a pulse from my old one without putting it on "jet" spray.
I'm not using the "shower arm mount" because it is plastic...I have a metal wall mount one that has lasted for several shower head replacements. Likewise, I am not using the hose because it is not long enough...a 6 foot hose isn't long enough to run out the window and shower nude in the moonlight. Guess that would be called the "shower moon"?
Pretty OK in comparison to what's out there
June 5, 2017
Well, the good news is that it's a whole lot better than the horrible WaterPik showerhead it was replacing (which felt like I was getting spit on in the shower; it was almost impossible to rinse my hair). For one thing, the adjustable tilt is far better, it's very smooth and easy to adjust. It also has 2.5 gpm, which is more powerful than the WaterPik's puny 2.0gpm, and I took out the flow restrictor or filter in the handle as well, which helped a little more. The spray patterns are a bit better, too, and I can actually rinse my hair now. I only gave 3 stars because the spray patterns are still not optimal (the full spray is very narrow, and two of the pattern positions are indistinguishable from one another), but it's not bad. It's just unfortunate that it's so difficult to get an unrestricted showerhead that just sprays water at the pressure it comes from the tap.
Needs a Little Help
December 31, 2014
I just received and used this shower today. It's O.K., but really needs to be upgraded by company. I'd rather pay $30 for a cheap shower that works, than $23 for a shower that, yeah gives you the ability to shower, but is a pain.
Cons:
1) The ball joint will not move, so instead of the shower hitting the middle of my tub, it's hitting the far end. The nut that screws it to the, hose, and the nut that screws it to the pipe on the wall both go in the same direction, so if you try to move the ball joint, the shower starts screwing off the pipe. I tried to leave the ball joint nut loose before I screwed it onto the pipe, but it leaked. I tried again, but the weight of the head just turned it sideways. First, they could just use a better attachment assembly -- one that is metal, preferably so you could use wrench to tighten everything -- and second, they should at least have them turn in different directions, so when you try to move the shower head in a different direction, you don' start unscrewing the whole thing from the pipe in the wall.
Perhaps if you get one of those extension pipes that bend in the middle that they use for rainfall showerheads, you might be able to position this showerhead correctly, and it might even make a really nice improvement.

1a) If you have a shower pipe that is at a regular, or even height, this showerhead, once installed, is pretty high. It wouldn't be so bad if you could position the head downward, but, of course, the ball joint doesn't work. If you have a shower pipe that is a little low, then this is great, because it will position the head height just right.

2) It has 7 settings, which is good, but not all of them click in, so you have to king of guess where the setting is. This could be fixed if the little clicky disk that is between the spraying part and the base of the showerhead itself was of better quality.
There is no home fix for this.

3) The hose is really cheap, and is VERY stiff, though I believe it will relax in time. Still cheap.
You could probably buy a better hose.

I didn't take out the water restrictor yet, and the shower strength on 4 out of the 7 settings was still decent -- not great, but it didn't take forever to get the shampoo out of my hair either.
A personal choice -- the pulse setting gets real old real fast.

I called Delta, and they were very helpful. They're sending me out a new piece to attach it to the pipe. I don't think it will be any different, but I thought it was good customer service. They asked me several times if I wanted to send it back to them for replacement, but I didn't think it would change anything. Again good business. I told them that they should actually make a slightly better product (only slightly better, I don't expect a $1,000 showerhead for the price) , but they're not going to change anything. They didn't come out and say that, but they're not gonna.

Bottom line: It's not great, but it's not terrible for the price. I've been reading A LOT of reviews for different showerheads, and I've come to the conclusion that if you want a really good shower, you need to make Frankenshowerhead. Get good connectors, hoses, etc. a la carte, and assemble everything yourself. Despite the cons, I think that this showerhead itself is better than some of the expensive ones out there.
Doesn't angle down far enough
June 15, 2014
We have a small shower space - big enough to bend down to pick up things that fall to the floor, but not much bigger.

This is the third or fourth hand shower we've had, but this is the first one with this particular problem, which is:

It doesn't angle down very far, so a lot of the spray is directed towards the opposite wall of the shower, instead of most of it pointing down (which is what "shower" basically means, right?)

It seems like the problem is due to a combination of a relatively long handle, a shallow head angle, and limited ability to swivel at the ball-joint.

In other respects it's perfectly good - lots of different spray patterns to choose from, seemingly well made, and the white plastic is a bit matte-surfaced instead of slippery.

P.S. We ordered the white model, but the hose was chrome - doesn't match the photo. No biggie but keep that in mind.

ONE YEAR UPDATE:

The swivel joint at the top has become more loose, so the shower head often won't stay pointed where you want it to. I tried to tighten it but I couldn't improve it.
Cheaply made, low waterflow, a plastic mess
February 27, 2014
I have a combination showerhead with removable wand that started leaking, it was awesome as it could spray out of one, the other, or both, and it had a good flow rate. IT was perfect for me.

The Delta was purchased as a replacement and It is a dissappointment.

1. It's made entirely of plastic. Even the metal looking hose. If they wanted to use a non metal hose they should have used the garden hose type of flexible plastic you see for kitchen sink sprayers. Instead they went with a spiral plastic monstrosity that is too stiff to bend and just screams cheap.

2. The flow rate is much lower. My other showerhead is 2.5 gpm and it absolutely blasts dirt off you. This thing even on it's highest flow setting is too gentle and it takes me longer to shower. Plus the pattern isn't as broad so I have to move around a lot to get good coverage.

3. The head sits in a holder and that holder does not swivel very far and requires a lot of pressure. Sometimes it's nice to stand there and move the showerhead to different angles for a fast shower instead of doing the 'shower dance'. If you're over 6 feet you know what I"m talking about. This one doesn't adjust nearly as much and it mostly sprays down at a nearly vertical angle. I prefer the slightly shorter and more diagonal stream of my other sprayhead.

It came in a finger slicing blister pack that will likely make it hard to return so I will probably just move it to the guest bathroom and swap shower heads. A dissappointment.

June 26, 2017
I read all of the reviews and thought it is probably pretty good (although I normally only purchase items that have at least 75% of five stars) because I was desperate for a new shower head. This worked adequately for the first day and then it completely lost pressure despite many attempts to adjust and readjust it. I gave it two stars because it does have a very nice look to it, does not appear cheap visually. I wish it had worked as promised but unfortunately it did not. I am returning it and have just ordered another one favored by the hotel industry that begins with a S.
Now we are happy. We mostly only needed the new hose but ...
November 10, 2016
We took the flow restriction thing out and had OK pressure. However, we did not care of any of the shower settings. The only one that kind of massaged was a straight heavy stream. We took the one off with the end of the hose and put our old one back on. Now we are happy. We mostly only needed the new hose but thought we would try one of these that have two heads as our old one was with the hose only. If you don't care about a great massage while showering you will love this one.
Weak water pressure
August 27, 2016
Compared to the handheld shower head I replaced out with this, this doesn't get fantastic water pressure. Even when water is diverted to only one of the heads. There is no point in running both at once. I even took out the little regulator after reading some other reviews, and this help a bit, but still doesn't stand up to my previous shower head. I was hoping that being able to use water in both heads at the same time would allow 2 people to stand under the water at wonce, but the holster for the handheld part is awkwardly positioned and right over the regular head. Not sure if other models would work any differently, but I just decided to throw this in the guest bath and go back to my old handheld Waterpik model, which even at 10 years of age, just works better.
The product itself looks nice and seems pretty solidly built
August 26, 2016
The reason that we bought this shower head was because there is a hand-held one that you can use. I have two daughters and the hand-held shower really comes in handy and makes it a whole lot easier giving my kids shower. The product itself looks nice and seems pretty solidly built. However, the tubing or metal covering of the tube that leads to the handheld shower seems to break easily. Our first one lasted less than a month. I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement free of charge. The second one didn't last very long as well. The part where the shower head connects to the tubing becomes loose and eventually leaks. I really like this product but it just keeps breaking down. I didn't contact the company again to replace the replacement because it was becoming more of a hassle.
Great shower head, fell apart after 2 months. Quick and simple fix.
August 25, 2016
Great shower head. Unfortunately it fell apart after 2 months. The screw holding the movable shower head comes loose after changing the settings a few times under pressure causing water to spray from the gap. The simple fix is carefully drill a 1/4 inch hole directly in the center of the shower head exposing the phillips screw to disassemble and reassemble.Disassembly: Disconnect the showerhead from the hose. On a flat surface over a towel unscrew the shower head through the drilled hole to remove the head from the handle. There should be 6 parts inside. 1 large black o-ring, 1 small black o-ring, 1 white plate with alignment pins, 1 outer spacer ring, 1 white square detent and 1 spring. If the detent and spring are lost, the shower head will still work but without the click at each setting.Assembly: Lubricate the large o-ring with silicone grease or petroleum jelly and install on the rim of the plate. Lubricate the small o-ring on the post. Carefully install the plate with o-ring back into the handle while lining up the alignment pins. Lubricate the plate surface. Place the detent ball & spring in the square hole. Place spacer ring on the rim. Lubricate the selector seal on the showerhead with silicone grease or petroleum jelly. Carefully re-assemble with the selector pointing down and tighten the screw until snug. The selector should move with some friction. This fix applies to both shower heads.
Broke within 3 months
March 14, 2016
This showerhead worked great but it broke within three months. The handheld showerhead still works, but when I went to rotate the other showerhead, it snapped clean off. Up until that point it worked great and looked great. It was easy to install and the water pressure was perfect. I bought it specifically because my husband and I would shower together and we both wanted to be in the water. Now that it broke it's pretty much useless... it's not nearly as good without both heads running water.

All elbows. Two left feet. Misfeature city. Awkward in the extreme, though it is competent at its core purpose.
March 26, 2017
The hose is literally stiffer than my garden hose, which makes it protrude into the shower so I'm always bumping into it as I wash.

The holder has cavities underneath from a cheap injection-molding process, which are impossible to clean without undoing the plumbing, so things will grow in there.

The shower head itself has grooves around the back where the gray plastic portion is inset, which again are difficult to clean.

All that being said, it sprays water well enough, and installation was easy enough. I'm gonna see if I can fill the holes with epoxy and get a better hose, but at some point it's just throwing good money after bad and I should just get one that doesn't suck in the first place. That's sad, because it's replacing an older Delta which suffered none of these problems (though the plastic body eventually cracked after thirtysome years).
Doesn't massage and isn't strong
June 28, 2016
There really aren't any massage settings on this unit. It's essentially got a spray and a stream that will combine in various ways, but there's no alternating/pounding massage like I've had with other shower nozzles. It's hardest spray is also pretty weak when compared with past nozzles; I assume it's a water-saving feature, but I feel I have to shower longer to get the soap and shampoo/conditioner off. In addition, the 6 foot cord means the head has to rest on the floor of the shower if I don't hang it back up. (I've got a bad left knee and have to sit on a shower stool, so that's an issue for me.) I'll keep it for awhile, but will replace it sooner rather than later.
I hoped this would have good water spray force
April 28, 2016
Based upon other reviews, I hoped this would have good water spray force. Even with the flow reducer removed, it was mediocre. Even drilling a larger bore into the handle, it was mediocre. I have used Kohler hand sprays in the past that gave 2-3x more pressure. I went to Home Depot and purchased a couple of the mid range Glacier hand sets, removed the reducer, and had much better results, roughly twice as strong. My wife has a bad neck and likes the water force. the 2 Delta 75700 hand sprays went into the trash.
Unworkable hose
October 20, 2015
I am reviewing the hose only. Opened the package and handled the hose and it is stiff and will not work in the shower. The hand held shower head must be easy to handle and point. The stiff hose will be in the way and knock off bottles and the shower curtain. The hose will not follow the head. This is a discard waiting to happen. The material is plastic and I am ok with it and the finish is good.
Hose not flexible at all
March 27, 2015
I wanted to like this shower head, I really did. Setup was a breeze, and there were absolutely no leaks (using sealant tape). But the thing I can not get over is is the fact that the hose is not flexible like they claim. It sticks straight out into the shower and I could not get it to go down no matter what I tried. The shower head itself was great, but the hose needs some work. Maybe i just got a defect, but i will be returning and getting another 2.0 GPM Niagara instead (highly recommended!)

Made of plastic, feels cheap.
September 26, 2017
So here is a story, so when i saw this item which was twice more than plastic one, i though i am byuing good quality product, so when it arrives, i noticed immediately that its also cheap plastic painted like a metal. So i connected ut to my shower, and turned on water, so it began leaking immediately thru connected parts, and thru hose, also water pressure is low, i am not happy at all with this product, please be very careful when you will buy this item
Not happy
June 12, 2017
I got this about 6 months ago in the beginning of January. I loved it, I still love most of it. My problem is that a few weeks ago it started leaking extremely bad. Whenever I turn the faucet on it starts pouring out. I am upset because it bothers my daughter when I run her a bath because it hits the faucet and splashes in her face. I think I'm going to have to go with a different shower head 😕
Plumbing made out of plastic?!
May 22, 2017
Major components of this very strongly appear to be made of plastic. Like the main connection/diverter head of the unit, where it attaches to the wall pipe. No wonder they warn against using a wrench! Will return.
Worked well for 4 weeks
November 16, 2016
The shower head is great when it works. Problem is, after 4 weeks, it started developing leaks and had water pressure issues. I took apart the product and throughly cleaned it. Turned out, one of the rubber gaskets had deformed and was not sealing the shower head to prevent unwanted leaks.Pretty disappointed as it is a good shower head when functional.

Broken in under a year
October 9, 2015
updated review: we've had this shower head for about a year and it completely snapped off today (like the other reviews). We weren't hard on it, it just broke. For $20, you get what you pay for. Also, massage features never really worked. It was a shower or a straight stream of water, not much in between.

Poor quality fittings
November 25, 2015
Both ends of the cheap hose leaked .The plastic fittings on the ends are as cheap of hardware as i have ever seen on any product .One end split when tightening. I went and bought a $15 stainless hose and put on it.As far as the head itself it is fine .i would not recommend this product as there are many just as cheap with better hardware .I say that from experience as i work in maintenance at a large resort and replace these on a regular basis.
Poor water pressure, poor spray, poor everything.
January 12, 2015
I'm not sure if I received a defective product or my hard water killed this thing, or maybe I'm just a little more picky about my shower than all of these other reviewers. What I am sure of is that I have no idea how the shower head I had is the same one that has over 800 five star reviews.
I love taking showers, but for the two weeks I had this shower head, I absolutely dreaded getting into the shower. The water pressure was as weak as a bad public drinking fountain. I even tried soaking it in vinegar and water for hours, thinking there was some sort of mineral clog, and it made no difference. I'm a petite 5'1" female, and even on the widest spray setting, the water spray only covered the top of my head and not my full body. The hose it comes with is awkwardly long and stiff so it sticks out from the wall. And for some reason, my water wouldn't get as hot as it would in every other faucet in my house. (I got a new shower head and the water gets hot again so it wasn't some weird plumbing issue)
I used this as an overhead shower with the provided mount it comes with. Maybe it'd be usable strictly as a handheld shower, but if you're looking at this for the only shower head you'll have, do yourself a favor and spend a little more on a better fixture.
Failure to thrive
May 30, 2014
I put this together, no problem even with my arthritic hands. However, the connection between the hose and the showerhead crumbled in my hands. Did I mention they are weak and arthritic -- so it was not strength that made the cheap plastic connection fail. Very disappointed. Still no shower. Do not buy.
I regret the purchase
January 19, 2014
This shower head was bought to replace a 15 year old one
The old one was working okay I just thought that maybe it was time to relace it with a new one
It had a crack in the washer of the holder which was now leaking water
The holder also did not always keep the shower head from falling down
Maybe I should have just tried to get another holder
I guess the saying "they don't build them like they used to" definately holds true in this case
The new one is cheap plastic and does not offer a good massage feature
The fact that this is supposed to give "7" different spray modes is really inaccurate
I don't find much of a difference between them
3 or 4 usable modes is more like it
Some people may find the extra long hose to be great but it is a too long tome
Just preference
It is however way too stiff
I hope this information is helpful
I hope it will loosen up in time
Delta Faucet 75700
November 14, 2012
Experienced DIY'er. Easier to install than to open packaging. Every part of this unit is plastic except for washers and water jets, however, "jets" is a misnomer. With water turned on full force there were no leaks but only a trickle of water came out of the shower head at each and every position of the dial except for the Pause selection where none came out at all. No obstructions could be seen and a return to old Speakman shower head resulted in an excellent strong stream. Possibly the flow restrictor is too restrictive but the Speakman has a similar restrictor and an excellent flow. Unfortunate piece of Chinese manufactured junk from a generally reliable US company. Too bad, I was really hopeful for this product.

Might just be a personal preference but handle of unit felt awkward in hand and hose while long was quite stiff. Removing and placing hand held wand in holder on shower arm may be problematic for children or short adults as it fits on top of holder rather than cradled in it like some. Also if you can't get it tight enough in proper position it may twist off line a bit.
