Great Amplifier - Very Impressed With The Quality
September 10, 2017
This is a very high quality piece of equipment, this is professional grade, very well constructed and made from high quality materials. Great functionality, great green LED lets you know it has power, great design allowing you to power it through the RF cable, includes earthing screw and holes to mount it securely against a piece of wood, stud etc.I used this to improve the signal from an indoor loft mounted antenna that was working but a few channels were weak and suffered from drop out from time to time. I attached the amp about 3 feet from the antenna and powered it from down stairs using the power inset adapter (not included). It worked 1st time and increased the signal quality and also the number of channels my TV could detect. For $21 which is what I paid this is a bargain compared to the rubbish that you will buy from Radio Shack etcI'm not using the 2nd output port at this time but obviously could if I ever need a TV in another room.
Be sure you put a splitter up on your antenna mast, but you can also have a splitter inside your home.
June 15, 2017
Don't make the mistake I made. Put an amplifier up as close to your rooftop antenna as you can and you will improve your marginal stations and perhaps pull in a few more stations that you didn't get before. You can also get a four-way splitter for inside your house. What I plan to do is replace my existing cable from the rooftop antenna with this, running a 3-foot cable from antenna to this splitter, then three longer cables down to my bedroom window, one for power, two for signal. The one TV signal cable will go directly to my DVR, the one that records most of my primary stuff. The second TV signal cable will go to a second splitter with four outputs. That splitter will let me send a slightly weaker signal directly to the main TV set as an alternate input, to a second TV set, and even to a secondary recording device.
Needed For Long Runs Especially If You Have A VHF Lo Channel
November 22, 2016
I cut the cord back in August leaving DIRECTV but using the arm of the satellite dish to mount the Winegard antenna recommended by the really helpful members of the OTA subReddit. They also recommended this amplified splliter for long runs so I bought it because my antenna is some 30 feet up on the roof. However, I figured I'd try connecting without it first to see if I actually needed it. Turned out I didn't on the nice sunny day I connected and left it in its box. Some time after we had a rainy day and my channel 6 which is VHF Lo went out. I guess I needed that extra oomph after all, so out of the box came this guy and channel 6 was back in business,
I finally fixed a TV problem myself!
March 8, 2016
I finally fixed something on my own!!! My Verizon Fios playback (for on-demand viewing only) was SO GLITCHY! The sound and picture would glitch so often it was maddening. We paid so much money to make a movie room at home, install surround sound, get the remote set up, etc etc, in addition to paying monthly for Verizon service. I felt like surely my TV provider was trying to get me to buy better service from them! We could hardly get through an on-demand show or a movie. I followed the guidance from other reviewers as well as from the instructions that came with the box (order the Coaxial cable you might need as well!) and this box has helped SO MUCH. We are down to maybe one glitch or two in a show. I don't know what makes it happen, and plan to re-tighten the connections to see if I can improve even more, but I can't believe how much this helped. Great product.
Great for boosting a signal for a long wire run.
November 23, 2015
I purchased this when I discovered that the best place for my homemade HDTV antenna was in the corner of a room on the opposite end of the house from my second tv. I have about 150 feet of wire going from this amplifier to the second tv, and just a few feet going to the first tv. Both televisions get great reception that they would not otherwise get without the amplifier. For my 150 foot run, 75% of my local channels (from both Dayton and Cincinnati in southern Dayton) do not come in without the amplifier boosting the signal for the long run. I've had no issues since I hooked it over a year ago.
Can I give it 6 stars?
August 11, 2015
Have lived with a massive throughput problem in our house for years. Cable company could not solve it, I could not solve it. Have tried a Radio Shack amp, and it was useless. Read the reviews, and after having no luck with checking the cable connections, bought this with trepidation. 100% of the channels are crisp and clear (we had close to 50 upper band channels that were not coming in at all, out of about 300 channels)... I cannot recommend this enough! Install took 5 minutes (replaced the first splitter in the house with this gem, and then plugged it into an outlet). Internet speed is up about 10%, phone is a bit clearer than it was before the install. Best money I have spent in a very long time!

This thing is amazing. My channels come in much stronger now. I wonder how much electricity it uses, since it's on all the time, but I would guess not a lot. Regardless, it's the difference between being happy I cut the cable cord. It has a green light that shines all the time, I guess to let you know it's working. Ironically, I felt that I got better reception without it when it was unplugged. They also make models with more splitters if you need more than two. If you live 30 miles from the antennas or more, I would recommend all antenna users to get this. You'll probably get more channels as a result. Raising the antenna helped, too, and implementing both gives the best results.
Gained 10+ channels.
August 28, 2017
So about my setup: I have a cheap (~15$) paper thin antenna from the Target clearance isle placed in a window on the top floor of my home (the most northern window on that floor due to tower location). That antenna has a preamp and is plugged into my cable connector and ran through my old directv wiring to the basement and then to my tvs of choice (still using the DTV wiring).Ok so I say all that to say I have some loss through the cable and splitter. I picked up 20 channels initially but there were only a few that were "stable". I need local channels for football season so that was not going to work.Bought this small but sturdy amp, placed it upstairs directly from my cheapo antenna and gained 10+ channels but more importantly stabilized the channels that were scrambled. Easy setup and easy solution.
A good investment for sure
July 3, 2017
After installing a new antenna, I scanned for channels and was receiving about 25 channels. I really did not think this amplifier would make much difference but was I ever pleasantly surprised! I was getting at least 10 more channels so I started messing with the location of the antenna and I wound up getting more than 50 channels. I know I could get more with a rotor but I don't know if it would be worth the effort and money. I could probably get channel 6 from Johnstown and 7 from Steubenville along with CHS 8 and 10 from Altoona but I don't think I'd get anything different except their local news. I already get all the networks. I should have done this a long time ago!
Amazed at the Difference it Made
February 2, 2017
I have a roof-mount HD antenna pointed at our nearest tower 33 miles away. I just used the house cabling and splitter that DirecTV had left. The antenna was great for a while, but we started getting pixelated channels and others that were too weak to display. We're hosting a Super Bowl party Sunday and I couldn't chance the channel not coming in with 15 impatient viewers.I installed the Channel Master amplifier outside our house where the old splitter was. The housing is nice and weatherproofed. I purchased a longer 25' coax cable to power the unit so that it would reach an outlet on the outside of our house; I plan to permanently power it via an outlet in the crawlspace though.Immediately after connecting everything up, all of our weak and pixelated channels came in clearly! I'm amazed at how such a simple fix resolved all of our issues with weak signal and poor-quality splitters. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to overcome degraded signal due to splitters or too many TVs hooked up to the splitter.
Best product to increase TV Signal Strength to each room of your House!
January 28, 2017
Cut the Cord with Outdoor Antenna. My house has numerous coaxial cable outlets to each room and signal was weak. So I installed the Channel Master 8 port and the signal strength doubled! Picture is clearly sharper and much better than before. Another benefit is that I went from 33 to 60 channels!
Helped a lot at a good price - Channel Master CM 3412
December 6, 2016
Channel Master CM 3412This splitter/amplifier has made a huge difference in our OTA reception. The box contained the signal amp/splitter, an AC converter for power, a 6' RF cable to go from the AC converter to the unit and instructions. We got a new TV and were having some trouble with weak signals and pixellation, which was variable. The signal seemed to be affected by the many trees we have around the house and there is an approximately 60 foot run of coax cable from the roof antenna to the TV location. As soon as this was plugged in (a 3-4 minute process) the improvement was apparent immediately. Although we are not 100% problem-free, I’d say there was a 90% improvement in signal strength, and clarity of the picture.Occasionally, especially at night or in bad weather, there are intermittent problems when large vehicles go by on the road; and we are about 10 miles from an airport so I think we may be getting some interference from planes taking off and approaching. I don't think there is much I can do about that. (Never had a problem with analog TV though!) But most of the time watching is a pleasure.I would definitely recommend this item, it’s a real bargain problem solver at the price. See picture for what's in the box.

Changed from 3 to 4 stars. Initially no low band VHF- Started working!, No power cable, very good for high frequency channels.
January 31, 2017
The amplifier arrived in good condition and was easy to install. No power coax cable was included. Fortunately I had a coax cable on hand. I am using a Winegard MS-2002 HDTV Antenna in the attic. After installation my higher frequency channels all improved, but I lost all low band VHF channels, (2-6). They subsequently started working with no changes to the set-up. (In 2009 when the FTC required broadcasts to be HDTV they still allowed local stations to broadcast channels 2-6 as low power low frequency VHF.)

Problem solved. My 99-year old mother lives in an independent retirement community that is serviced by Comcast cable, but there is some weird arrangement that Comcast doesn't provide individual service to the apartments, they only get the signal into the switch room. Individual apartment issues are left up to the maintenance staff to resolve. So for 2+ years her apartment hasn't had decent cable coverage (4 channels) because the maintenance staff is......inept (borderline stupid). I was messing with the cable remote one day and came across a diagnostic mode which blatantly showed the signal strength was low/poor quality. I bought this product and got is inserted within a few feet of the TV and now she gets all the offered channels with no interruption of video or audio. Shame on me for not doing it sooner. I bought this 2-port device (thinking I may have to tap into her neighbors line) but am only using one. I didn't even have to put a 75-ohm termination on the open port. Pricing was fair at $24.61 and since it fixed a long standing "tick-me-off" issue it was worth every penny. (and yes, I'm really holding back on my critique of her maintenance staff as I'm sure it would be offensive to someone)
Did what I hoped it would do, but pay attention to installation options (re: power).
June 2, 2015
So far so good. I have an OTA Antenna. I was getting pretty good reception with just one TV, but things got ugly when I tried to use a conventional splitter to add a second TV. At the time I didn't know whether my original signal could be better. With an antenna it could be that you are too far away from the TV station transmitters, or that your antenna is not aligned on the right radial to then, or it could be that you have a great antenna connection but you have too much wire going between your antenna and your TV (or perhaps interference along the way). This product works great at solving the last problem, AND can add a second TV to the mix at the same time.To test all of this, I used my TVs to test 'signal strength' from my TV on a couple of the major broadcast stations. Then I hooked up this splitter amplifier in place of the conventional splitter and both signals improved dramatically. There was at least one station I wasn't getting at all that came through on both. One interesting note. I wanted to provide power back through one of the cables that was also hooked to a TV. If you do that setup, know if advance that you need to buy something like PCT Power Inserter MPI-1G. I fortunately did enough research that I realized this before I bought this product. I think the Amazon product description should outline the installation options better so that customers know in advance.I haven't tested this, but I also suspect that you may get a better amplification of your output on the RF Out channel that does not bring power to the amplifier. My observation is that I'm getting better signal strength on the TV that is hooked to the non-power RF Out port (which has a longer cable run between splitter and TV) than on the TV that is hooked up to the Pwr In / RF Out port (which has the shorter cable run between splitter and TV).The other observation is that if you provide power to the amp on a wire that is also carrying a TV signal, you may not get as good of a boost from the amp as you do on the other on that channel as you do on the non-powered
Nice small amp for not too much money.
February 16, 2015
This is a good unit for a not toooo high a price, but it is doubtful that it really does as much as promised. When dealing with RF there are many variables, but they promise that this unit puts out a 14db gain...... well..... maybe, but doubtful. Most likely this puts out 6 at best. Just based upon actual testing of it, by placing it in circuit VS. out/removed,.... and by using the HDTV unit's own indicator of signal strength. But still, it does give it a boost, though a small boost, and it does not seem to amplify the noise excessively. So if you need a "little boost up" in strength, this just might do what you need. Enjoy.
Works well but expectations must be realistic.
September 24, 2013
This is a well built amplifier that should boost the signal quality of any cable TV signal or antenna output. I am using this with a 20 year old rabbit ears antenna that I used to connect to my old analog TV's. This booster gets me good HDTV reception on about 11 channels. I live out in the country and am about 35 miles from the big TV towers.I say expectations need to be realistic because it has been my experience that signal boosters help clean up the picture but don't really get you more channels. Where you live and the terrain around you and (most importantly) your distance from the TV towers are the most important factors in your reception. This is a solid unit that will aid you in getting a better picture. No cables (except the power connector) are included so you will need some coax cables to connect this to your TV. Also, this has a power indicator on it so you know that it is working.
Amplifier Booster
May 21, 2013
This is my review of this product,I'm an Electronic geek but first I'm skeptical buying this gadget becauseof some reviews that it did not work for some, but I give it a shot.I live in a building here in New york, we have a common coaxial TV outletthat is connected to the building main antenna.(No idea what type of antenna we have)I have a 40inch Sony HDTV, I turned it on first before I attached the Booster, selected the Menu in Diagnostic Mode where I can monitor the current SignalStrength of a particular channel, selected (ABC7) with a signal strength of 75-78%and when I connected the booster, the signal strength goes from 78% to 100%so concluded that the booster is working fine and reprogram my TV again to scannew channels, before I have 25 channels and when the booster connected it got40 channels, before I have no FOX channel but now I have, it also capturesall chinese and mexican channels :)Things to consider:-This unit does not come with a coaxial cable from the Adapter to the Booster so keep in mind to have one in handly (1meter is enough)Although this unit works for me doesnt mean it works for everybody, distancefrom the station and terrrain/obstructions maybe a factor for not getting a signal, also consider what type of antenna you are usingoverall satisfied with this unit, it work for me,

Works OK.
May 16, 2017
I guess this works OK. I have no way of comparing. For the two short runs, the reception is good. The longer 35 ft run requires another amplifier to get decent reception. All cable runs were RG6 quad shield.

April 27, 2017
Arrived fine and appears to work well. Labeling of connections is very faint and hard to read. Instruction manual showed a different model so it was not a lot of help. Why is everything labeled in grey letters instead of white on black or black on white for contrast?!?!
Well constructed and easy to install
April 23, 2017
Can't say too much right now. I need some time to get more hours on it. Well constructed and easy to install. I do wish that the instructions had been more clear. The small print on the amp is very hard for these old eyes to read.

January 4, 2017
this unit did not work for my TV set up, i ended up using a 2 way splitter and had better performance then using the channel master preamp, i will test the unit at the office on a spectrum analyzer to see if i actually have any gain at the output port and will report back when i am done.i have upgraded to 4 stars because the product works.I have completed the test and the amplifier does work as stated and has the correct gain for the full frequency band that is indicated on the specifications, i will try on my TV setup again tonight and will report my findings.
3410 worked great but 3412 didn't
May 25, 2016
I've had a problem getting in a VHF channel, trying different kinds of preamps, distribution amps and antennas and putting antennas in different places. I presently have the best antenna I've ever had (Antenna Direct Clearstream 2) with an RCA preamp mounted outside high and still couldn't get the channel in consistently. I installed the Channel Master 3210 down the cable line about 20' and now get the channel all the time. But when I tried to use CM3212 as a booster/splitter it not only didn't bring in other weak channels I got sporadically but made them disappear completely and a better passive splitter worked much better with just the CM3210.
Works Great! but has to be powered
February 16, 2016
I installed this with Titan II Amplifier. Works great! I tested the signal with just the Titan II and then with the splitter. It amplified the signal even more than just the Titan II alone. The only drawback - why I won't give it five stars - is that it has to be plugged into to an outlet somewhere. I wired mine in my attic so I'm trying to figure out a permanent solution for the power. If they would include a coax of about 20' long it wouldn't be an issue. Overall, I'm happy with the product and glad I'm done with cable. I picked up 70 channels total. Quite a few repeats but I think I'm receiving everything available for my area short of one signal that's at least 90 miles away.

Didn't completely work for me. I have an HDTV antenna (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007RH5GZI?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_search_detailpage) and I run two 18' cables from it. I hooked up this amplifier right next to the antenna. Adding this made some channels clearer, but it removed other channels that I previously had no problems with. Neither TV (one digital HDTV, one analog CRT with converter box) recognized those channels as digital any more. They registered as analog and were dropped. According to the FCC (https://transition.fcc.gov/mb/engineering/dtvmaps/) my area should have a strong reception for all channels, incl. those that were dropped with the amplifier. I'm within 20 miles of all the signals that were dropped (http://www.antennapoint.com/). I expected this thing to make what I was getting clearer, not to completely remove channels I never had a problem with, so back it went.

August 14, 2015
The sole purpose for purchasing this unit was to resolve my erratic internet connection with COMCAST. I continue to have internet connection problems and each time I call COMCAST they seem to come up with a new excuse as to why things are not working well. (The TV signal has always worked perfectly). The latest comment from COMCAST was that I was using a traditional 2 way splitter, which has been in use for well over 2 years. I often question if my problems are caused by the fact that earlier this year I purchased my own modem, which was on their “approved” list. I have had this modem for well over 8 months and maybe they are mad that I no longer rent from them? The unit works well otherwise and the one comment I will make is that the manufacturer does not tell you that you need to provide your own connector for the power supply. There is an illustration of one of their connectors in the install manual, but I already had something at home that worked.
Not for FiOS internet, only TV.
August 14, 2015
I have Verizon FiOS. The HD TV signal was too weak to one of my TVs. I tried using this device where the signal first came into the house. However, for whatever reason, this made it so the internet was unusable. Apparently, this item cannot be used for FiOS internet. I had to move it right before that TV to enhance just that one TV signal. It seems to have worked as the signal was just weak and did not have too much interference.
Three stars
December 25, 2014
Worked great. For one year. Then one fine day it only split 2 lowest frequency stations and all the rest showed as "no signal" on the 2 HD TVs. I reordered 2 more hoping this was a dud unit and that I'd have a backup as the cabin is in a remote hilly wooded area about 35-40 miles from transmitters in Evansville, IN area. The splitter worked great until it crapped out...................................Update, bought 2 more for the cabin. Same type of problem only lots faster. Last weekend after a few weeks in operation, on both amps the stations at 44.1 and 44.2 ceased to be displayed even thought the TV showed 1080 or 480 pictures for the stations (CBS and FOX). Rest of stations worked fine, even the very weak NBC station WFIE was coming in after 2 long range UHF antennas were combined in attic that weekend. Thus, it appeared to be a manufacturing defect with both the PCT 2 port amps not pulling in stations in the digital 44 channels. Lowered my rating to 1 star and ordered a Motorola 2 port drop amp. Then see twist below.-------6/9/15 update to above post for weekend of 6/4-5/15. Called the local station WEVV-TV that broadcasts both CBS at digital 44.1 and Fox at 44.2 to rule out any broadcast issues. It turns out they were moving their station over that weekend and had periodic "technical" difficulties broadcasting over the weekend. This is the same time I'm at cabin after combining a DB4e and ClearStream 4 long range UHF antennas in attic, and now both of those digital stations did not come in, or 44.1 came in and out with screeching sounds. I'll update this review after I get back to cabin and check the antenna system which also uses a roof mounted Denny's Stacker for the VHF digital signals and 2 Winegard LNA 200 preamps to Winegard Combiner with voltage blocker leading into the distribution amp to 2 runs to the HD TVs. However, the earlier failure of the PCT 2 port as first noted above had nothing to do with any station issues. Also received the Motorola 2 BDA-S2/PS drop amplifier and will compare its performance with the 2 PCTs at cabin and report back.
Works but poor description is misleading (Max output is +15dB)
December 13, 2014
The product description on this is a little deceiving. I bought this because I wanted to boost my signal before a splitter because you generally get a 6db drop when you split a signal. I figured boosting by 11dB would more than compensate for the loss. What they don't tell you anywhere is that this amp goes into compression at +15dB. I was hoping to get the signal close to +30dB. Since my signal was at +20dB the amp did absolutely nothing and actually degraded it a little (since you are adding noise from the amplifier). So if you are trying to boost a signal below 10dB. this amp will work for you. anything above and you're out of luck. I would recommend going with a 30dB preamp instead.
Amplifies well, not compatible with MoCA however
March 5, 2014
I have a long cable run with a splitter and 2 TVs on it. I could not get all cable channels, some HD channels and the picture would "pixelate" at times. This amp worked great at boosting my cable TV signal, the picture was much clearer and I could actually receive all the channels. However I have FIOS cable and when using this booster (as well as another brand) the amp interfers with the part of the signal that send guide info, On-Demand and multi-room DVR use due to MoCA (Multimedia over Cable Access). PCT does make an amp that is compatible and I will get that one instead. (currently they are sold out and I don't see that model on Amazon either)I would recommend the product for just boosting a signal however.

September 2, 2017
Quit working after a month. We did have thunderstorms in the area, but the previous unit had lasted years through many storms.Update:I was able to return the defective unit for a replacement from the manufacturer, although I had to pay for return shipping. The company was responsive and communicated with me by email. I had returned a coax cable with the unit that was not part of it. They did not include my cable with the replacement unit, but when I brought it to their attention, they replaced the cable. Unit is still working after a month of use, so hopefully it will be alright.

January 3, 2016
I'm returning it. I don't know how well it works or not. Here's the problem. My antennae needs a slight amount of power to flow back to it from the TV and box that is at that end. Unfortunately this device drops about 4db off for the return signal (boosts 11 on the out way). The light on my antennae lets me know if I'm getting enough power returned to it. It works now, it works when I touch the 2 wires I fed into the device together. When I plug them into the device though, the light goes off and I lose all reception. Have had it a couple weeks and tried multiple times, but it just doesn't allow enough return signal. This might be the right product for you, but with my setup, it just doesn't work.

Had really high hopes.......
November 25, 2016
So disappointed. Thought we needed just a little boost to get about 10 more channels that stay moderately scrambled so that you can't watch them. Adding this to our attic antenna actually took away 10 more additional channels and we barely got the local ones to come in. It did have a return slip from a different customer in the box, so maybe it just didn't work period. My husband is a retired cable guy, so I wouldn't think he didn't know what he was doing.
Worked fine.......until it died after 5 months.
August 15, 2016
Works great when it works. Disappointed in how long it lasted before it died. Only worked for about 5 months and then quit. Of course it only has a 90 day warranty. They must not have much faith in there product. I also had purchased an 8-port Channel Master amplifier and it too quit after about 6 months. I'm now on my 3rd 8-port one. If it dies soon also I'll never buy one of this brand again.
A big disappointment!
June 11, 2016
After I finished hooking up and plugging the Channel Master CM3418 8 port distribution amplifier I felt a big disappointment. I could only see snow and pixelling on the screen of my TV. Then I thought of the Terk 15 15 dB amp that I had saved for a rainy day. After hooking up the two, presto! The images were so good I could not believe it. Sorry. I can only rate this product 2 stars. It failed, alone, to satisfy my expectations. I bought it to replace a Radio Shack 4 port distributor amplifier just because I needed additional ports. I'm saving it too for a rainy day in case the Channel Master fails.

I could not get this thing to work. Did not split my signal from dish satellite. I could not even get the signal to pass without splitting. I tried every single connection variation but did not work :(
No instructions!

Received the amplifier and a plug. There is no paperwork or instructions of any sort.

I really can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, I can't notice any signal amplification. It is supposed to be used with TV antenna but the channels which were borderline signal, sometimes fading away still do that after adding this amplifier. I did a few tries with one or TVs, 2 different antennas, and finally I gave up. It didn't come with the coax cable for power supply. I had to add it myself. Putting it together I wonder whether it is a refurbished product! I really can't recommend it.

We purchased the 2 Port Bi-Directional Cable TV HDTV Amplifier/Splitter to aide in our quest to cut the proverbial Cable of Comcast. We love the picture quality of the over the air reception without the high cost of Cable. This amplifier is used in conjunction with the Leaf Ultimate HD Antenna. The original amplifier that came with the Leaf increased the signal enough to lock in various channels during the channel scan, however, when we tried to view certain channels, the signal was either too weak to show a picture or there was so much pixilation that we were unable to watch the program. Please Note that we are within 30 Miles of broadcast towers and the Antenna is located in a window. In short, the performance of this device is no better than the original amplifier that came with the Leaf. Pixilation is still an issue with various channels, especially on cloudy or extremely windy days. I will try this device with an outside antenna in an attempt to gain improved reception. However, as of today, I would not recommend the purchase of this product if you currently own an amplifier.
Failing after a month and a half

Worked okay for a month. Then internet connection started to drop intermittently. Thought it was the inclement weather, but Cox identified the problem was this splitter. Very disappointed!

This single boaster simply did not work; the signal was much weaker with it in line than without it. Although the hookup is simple there are no instructions and the marking are confusing. I am assuming that there was a manufacturing defect present. Fortunately I found an American made boaster about 30 yrs old that worked perfectly. Since the package material was destroyed on opening, I throw the unit away; too much trouble to send it back.
Not even a good paperweight

I could run the antenna line to one individual TV and the picture and signal was great at each of the 3 TVs tested. Installed a 3 way splitter inline to run all 3 lines at the same time. The pictures on some of the TVs lost picture quality at times and difficult to watch. Installed the channel master inline to run all 3 lines at the same time and got no picture at all. Very disappointed!!
Not as good as other products
September 23, 2017
I bought this amplifier in the hopes that it would be an improvement over an old cheap amplifier I currently have. Sadly, I was disappointed. The Channel Master did not bring in more channels, it actually resulted in fewer channels being available.
Poor quality, stopped working.

The product (CM-3410) worked great for about 6 months and then stopped working. The 90 day warranty is a joke. Buy another manufacturer's product!!
Waste of money

Don't waste your money. Very little improvement on reception.
Died after 90 day Warranty
January 3, 2017
Died after 90 day wrranty was up. Junk. Called manufacturer and they said 90 days if standard warranty for these products. That's a lie. Other products on Amazon have longer warranties. Would not replace. Don't buy.
