So far, these tires have done everything as I would expect of a tire that would cost at least double the price. When turning on the road, sharp or not, there are no slips. They were easy to install for half or more cheaper than tires you would get at a dealership or elsewhere.

The tires were ordered as a gift for my son. They arrived promptly and the are all weather tires and not only do they fit nice, they look sharp.

Real happy with my new tires, very quiet and they look good, the guy at the tire shop told these are good tires and they're made by sumitomo. Fair price on amazon.

Got a great price on a much better than base tire. A no name 40K tire was was about $45 +tax, Falken name 65K tire was only $52.35 with tax!

Your tires are the only part of your vehicle that actually touches the ground! Because of this fact you would think more people would take their tire purchases seriously. Most folks just look for whatever is cheapest that the tire place has in stock. Enter Amazon. I have bought two sets of the Goodyear Eagle RS-A tires over the past few years through the world's largest online retailer. Most people I talk to don't even realize you can buy tires on Amazon! The prices are very competitive and with Prime you can have them in no time to your door. I even used the new Services feature on Amazon to schedule a local shop to install at a discounted rate on my second set.I've got about 5 thousand miles on the current set and the last set lasted 3 years and over 60 thousand miles. All this even with a 260 tread wear rating! My dad was a fan of Goodyear tires and passed that on to me. It's a brand I've heard of and trust. The sidewall is very attractive. I have aftermarket wheels so I care about aesthetics. It's an all-season design so don't expect to autocross or go off-roading with these. I suppose you could, but it's never going to be as good as a dedicated racing or snow tire.The ride is very smooth and the noise is minimal. I've had another brand on the same vehicle before the two sets of Goodyears and they were terrible! There was this wide channel down the middle that caught pebbles all the time leading to a 'clicking' noise. Never again to that style tread design- and this was a leading, name-brand tire!In summary, these tires from Goodyear are a winner and the price(depending on size) can't be beat. I know because the place I got the first set installed was upset I didn't check with them first on price- until I told them how much I paid! 5 stars for a quality name-brand tire for dependable, long-term use.Jae

Tires was great

The other reviews can be too hyper critical of these tires. Goodyear used to be a great tire, but over the years the quality has diminished. But, I will say these tires are wonderful. Not only was the quality of the tire great, but after they were mounted, I noticed a considerable difference in the handling of my car.

I decided to give these tires a full Alaskan summer to see just how well they held up to the constant construction, gravel, and just all around rough driving. I have to say, these tires are pretty awesome. The price was great at $60 a tire it doesn't get much better. My PT Cruiser has an issue of being too light on the front end to really take hard corners or take-off at an angle, but these tires seem to grip the road better than my last set. It was also pretty entertaining to have the mailman roll my packages up to my door two at a time. I hope these tires or a similar tire are available when they eventually run down. So far I've put a very hard 15K miles on them this summer and their tread is practically good as new.

You can't beat the price on these. This may be the last time I can get them since they have been discontinued by the manufacturer. These are the same tires my car came with over 90,000 miles to go.

Quite a good tire to keep on the vehicle.I'm anxious to rotate them to maximize their life (which is true for every tire (until proven otherwise)), but I've had zero issues from them. Keep them properly filled with air, and they will roll with ease. (If you don't, you're wasting gas.) It's like wearing a comfy sneaker on the car. You can tell you might have stepped on a rock, but you're moving so graciously it doesn't matter any more.Treads are great, tires overall look and perform excellently.Aggressive dry cornering (street); grip is tight.Aggressive rainy cornering (street); grip is good, but maintain speed because that driving condition requires FOCUS.Snowy/Icy conditions (street); :D fun to take control of the road in (full time AWD is helpful too.) This makes 4 of these I have bought for my Daughters 2009 Focus. Normally I have use Goodrich T/A Radials on all of my cars because of their better handling but they don't last as long and are more expensive over the long term so I chose these instead

Good tires especially for the price

fits my old 1999 es galant 4cylinder. my sumitomos were running bare, so I decided to get these. a very good tire. a notch above sumitomo's rough ride. these goodyear provide a much more supple, softer ride and grip the road well. hopefully they last longer than the two years that the sumitomos provided. driving in southern california. most of the time is easy driving conditionsthe webpage says it wouldn't fit my car but it does. knew this before hand

Shipped quickly. Look good, balanced-out fine. One was perfectly balanced once installed and needed no weights.I've hardly driven on them but they seem very nice so far.

Great tires so far. We haven't had any snow yet, but they work great on the rain.

Little noise for my taste but Good Year is premium brand and on road show nice performance. Don't expect to much it's not UHP tires.

It was made in Thailand, not USA !

Purchased 4 tires the same day and only received 3 at the time and 4th tire is still in delay, other than that tires look good, clean and brand new.

Three of the four tired received were excellent, however, the one was damaged and received a replacement. If there is wasn't for the tiny rubber spokes, I would swear the tire look used. Not happy.

good tire for price. my installation mecanic said tire dosent have long milage rating but will see how they hold up. ride good and mecanic said they ballanced out well.

Seems to be a good tire

This tire was not a quality tire for me, I purchased it less than 6 months ago, and it blew out at the rim. I recommend not buying these tires may be defective.

They arrived looking used. No protective packaging whatsoever. But, I honestly think they were used tires!

Just bought these tires at the end of November and they are already worn out after less than 30k miles. I drive for work and they are all highway miles. Will not purchase again.

Less than 2 years and less than 15,000 miles they were down to 3/32 in the front and 2/32 in the back. Alignment/suspension are fine on my Focus and tires regularly rotated at my dealership. Contacting Goodyear today to see what they have to say.

I have had other Goodyear tires before and never had a problem. These tires, however, are not what I expected. I understand they are not snow tires, but they don't do well on the road with even just a dusting on the street. I feel like I'm all over the road and they're just gliding over some snow. I haven't had the opportunity to experience these tires in heavy rain yet, since it has been too cold to rain here, but I'm concerned I'm going to be hydroplanning when it does rain. I sold tires for many years and this is not what I expected from a Goodyear.Update: I have had these tires on for roughly 11 months now. Beyond horrible. I have multiple shifted belts and uneven treadwear. The suspension in the car is tight and properly aligned. The suspension cannot be blamed for the condition of the tires. Would not recommend these tires at all. I am going to contact my local Goodyear to ask for some sort of pro-rated warranty. Not sure what they'll do, if anything. I will probably upgrade to another brand at that point.
