10/10 would buy again.
September 10, 2017
I've had this for over a year now and it works wonderfully. I have super hard water here and the head didn't get clogged up till now, a year later, which usually I clean out my faucet heads every 3 months with vinegar and water because they will clog up so bad that just one hole would be blasting a tiny stream through. But this product, oh wow it holds up to hard water, I assume it is designed to drip the water off when turned off better than other faucets/shower heads. Functions are perfect and easy to switch back and forth to. I wish the handheld head had a better holder. It's like a half ring, when I wish it would be a 3/4 ring with just enough room to let the cord get through, but hold in the handle. I used this with an extender, and it works just fine, no tape needed. It definitely lives up to its name of Rainfall and Dream. Very nice for long hair or just to have a steady rainfall on your back.

10/10 would buy again.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh, the steam setting, aka Hydro Mist
August 23, 2016
My trusty shower attachment broke after 18 years and 3 moves (they just don’t make anything like that anymore) so I decided to give this one a shot. I’ve had this since last winter, and it’s quite nice; no rusting, no clogging, good settings. I do love the big rainfall shower head, and use it primarily, while the hand-held I save mostly for cleaning soap from the shower walls or rinsing the tub after cleaning it. I tried the Hydro Mist setting but gosh it was way too cold in the winter – the mist evaporates too quickly and the end result is a cold steam that encompassed the tub/shower – and me! Not my cup of tea first thing on a wintry morning, if you know what I’m saying.

The Cons:
* The lever to send the water to the handheld area isn’t great, it’s rather stiff, in an awkward position, so if you’re a bit on the shorter side, you’ll have some difficulty with it.
* The handheld can be difficult to seat in its holder and the holder is loose on mine. I can’t seem to tighten it enough to stay tight for the life of me. I occasionally get soaked by the handheld at the worst moments as it loosely swings downward. Nothing like drenching your hair when you’ve got less than 5 minutes to get out the door for work.
* Removed the water pressure restrictor, still not as powerful as the previous wand.

The Pros:
* I remembered the Hydro Mist setting late this summer and gave it a shot… awwwwww, it’s utterly amazing. Feels especially nice on your face. I suppose if you’re a sinus sufferer or have a cold, this might be what the doctor ordered, but as for me, it just feels awesome. So awesome, my water bill has gone up. I’m not kidding. To think, had I remembered that setting earlier, I’d have had an extra 2 ½ months of utter bliss and higher water bills. You’d think it’d be hot and miserable in the summer, but no. I can only describe it as warm mist coming from a non-scalding turbo tea kettle. You can always turn down the water if you don’t want the ‘turbo’, but why?
* Is there a need for anymore ‘Pros’ with such a setting as the Hydro Mist? I think not.

Yes, I miss my old shower wand, which had a harder massage setting (and is no longer made), but if I have to trade off for something, that steam setting’ll do me just fine. Well, except in the winter.
Better than a hotel shower
August 17, 2016
It took me less than 10 minutes to install this shower head in place of the old one. The bottom line is, I love it. The package was complete and the instructions were clear. I have already used it twice and it works beautifully. Now, one word of caution - and this is nothing negative toward the manufacturer or the seller. I teach therapy in graduate school and I always teach students to pay attention to small details, yet in this case I didn't pay attention to small details. The main shower head is quite a bit larger than I expected. It fits just fine, but the large diameter means I have to raise the extension arm on my shower fixture a bit so that I can stand under it and enjoy the water cascading down on my head. For me, at 6 foot, that is no problem at all. I can still easily reach the diverter valve. But my wife is 5'4" and she can't reach the diverter valve without standing on the side of the tub - a very dangerous act, especially if the tub is wet. I can move the extension arm, and hopefully I will find a position that I can still enjoy the output of the large, main head AND that my wife can safely reach. So, my only caution is to think about how you are going to mount this, and how all parties in the house will be able to reach the diverter valve. Once you are comfortable with that, I believe you will have a good product. I am looking forward to using for a long time.
I Got a Pocket, Got a Pocket Full of Sunshine....

This shower head is FANTASTIC. We've had it installed for a couple of months now, and bought a second to install in the other bathroom. First of all, I love that you can use the handheld shower head to rinse down the bathtub easily. I also love the range that the rainfall shower head can tilt, so if I need water to purposely flood my bathroom, I can make it happen....or I can just point it directly at my face for those tough mornings. Who needs coffee? Okay, maybe I still do, but this definitely helps. Okay I have a caffeine problem, but that's not the point.

I honestly feel ten times cleaner when I get out of the shower than I did with the rainfall shower head we had previously. Did I mention that I can now successfully perform the "Pocket Full of Sunshine" shower scene from "Easy A?"....I always wanted to do that....

I love all of the different settings. I'm sure my husband does too, but I REALLY LOVE all of the different settings. Let's just say shower time tends to be pretty long and I usually have a smile on my face by time I'm out of the shower. Sorry planet Earth, I promise all of that water went to good use.

What I am saying is stop reading these reviews and just buy it already!
A lovely rainfall and massage for a modest cost
June 2, 2015
I love this showerhead combo. I had never installed a showerhead. I was replacing an actually much higher quality head that was all stainless steel, which had become corroded over the past 13 years or so. This was very lightweight, which made it easier to install. The light weight of it and the fact that it is mostly plastic concerned me a bit at first, but as soon as I turned it on, I forgot about that.

Installation was straightforward. I removed the washers that regulate water in both heads. It was a little difficult to find a tool that worked. But I finally got it with a small screwdriver.

You have the option of using just the big head, just the small head, or both at the same time. The switch for that is on the left of the big head. The big head has a good adjustable range. It just has the one water setting. The stream from it is perfect for showering, so it doesn't need any other settings, any way.

The handle has quite a few settings. The pause mode is nice if you want to save water. A little bit of water comes out (on purpose), so that pressure doesn't build up. The mist setting is one that isn't too common. That might appeal to some folks. And of course, there's the most popular setting, the MASSAGE. Ahhh. There's plenty of ways to utilize the massage setting. Scalp massage, back massage... and some ladies (and fellas) will get more use out of this than others. That's all I'll say about that.

If you really want to reach the nooks and crannies, I recommend getting a longer hose. I got the one below, and it works well, and the detachable head will still fit in the holder with this hose. Be careful of that if you choose another hose, as the end of the hose is what keeps it in the holder.

Great product

Easy install. Works great. The only change I would make to the install is to recommend that you wrap both of the threaded connections of the water diverter with the Teflon tape before installing it rather than after. Much easier that way.

5 stars.... for the price.
December 13, 2016
Plastic that has broken 3 times on me (twice was at the connection point for the larger shower head so be careful when maneuvering that).I still give it 5 stars though for two reasons:1. When its not broken it gives for a really nice shower with good pressure and nice settings. You can also use both heads at the same time without losing much pressure. It is overall the best shower head(s) Ive ever owned in that respect.2. Customer service. All 3 times in the almost 2 years Ive had it they replaced the broken parts for me with no questions asked. I did send pictures with my claim and they asked to confirm my address and a few days later from it breaking (the 3rd time did take about a week receive, the other 2 it was literally about a day or two) I had new parts in hand. I dont even have the same shower heads I started with and they made minor changes for the better since the first. For $30ish I recommend it. If you break it they will replace it. If you want something better than this you will need to spend more money.

Oh my goodness! I can NOT rave about this shower head enough! GET IT! You won't be sorry! My husband and I searched for similar shower heads and all of them were over $100.00. He found this one and we decided to give it a try! We can take a shower together and he has one shower head on him and I have one on me. No more arguing about the water. :) Taking a shower together is much more fun now! There are SEVERAL settings and you will definitely find one you like. Maybe more. One thing to keep in mind though. Because you are using two shower heads that means you're also using double the water and your hot water tank will get cold a lot faster if you have both heads going and like long showers. However, If it is just you taking a shower and you like long showers... I would recommend turning off one of the heads. Then you aren't using as much hot water and you can continue to enjoy those long, luxurious showers. :)The instructions were super easy to understand and took less than 30 minutes to uninstall our old one and install this one.Get it! You will be so glad you did!
Well worth the price for an excellent spa like shower experience!

It's been quite a bit since I installed it in my bathroom. I now can give my honest opinion about it. First of all, the price goes below the real quality of this set. This is the first thing I like about it. I installed in less than five minutes, I thought I would not do it correctly but it was so easy to install that I was amazed with the results. Normally these kind of products don't last, or the material peels off after some time. I have to say, mine is intact, it looks as new as when I bought it, and this was many months ago now. It has three ways to use it. I have tried all of them: just a single shower, both, or the one on top. I use the one on top normally, because it's the highest one in position, but I also like using the other one, because it is the one that can have different kinds of ways of showering, like mist, rain... strong jet. Simply love it, it relaxes so much. But also I use both of them at the same time on many occasions, it gives a feeling of being under a waterfall, just close your eyes...I have had in the past other appliances but they did not last too long, or they got clogged somehow with calcaire. This one is as clean as the first time I used it. My husband was a bit reluctant to buy it since others were cheaper but I wanted something with quality and found it in this shower appliance. The string from the upper one goes a long way towards the bathtub, so if you have pets it is perfect for them. If you use both showers you can have different settings, enjoy them, in winter and in the summer. It is going to make you feel so refreshed and/or warm, depending on the season. I think it is time for me to add a charcoal tablet on each one but until now I don't see why I would need it. It has a great filter for calcaire waters. This setting is very rewarding after a tiring day at work or outside. Since I have it I seldom take baths because it makes me feel completely relaxed and transported.
Just right for 4th of July...best Bang for you Buck!

I chose this shower head and hand shower combo because our old one broke. This closely resembled our old one, but the main shower head on this one was bigger. I read a ton of the reviews and most were positive. The few low ratings sounded to me as a very small percentage and things that happen with highly manufactured products. There's going to be a few bad ones in there. You just hope you are that rare occassion. Luckily for me, we got one that most every buyer boasted - a great product for the price. Obviously, I was looking for a bargain, so I bought this one on sale. So, I know from the reviews that it's mostly a chromed plastic, but so was the last one. The last one lasted a couple years, so I'll be happy if this one does too (It only cost a little of $30, folks.) Don't go overtightening things and being crazy rough when switching settings. Anyway, the setup is quite easier. Trickier if you want to take out the water flow regulators, but still not rocket science. I made a hook from a safety pin and it pulled right out. The water pressure is awesome! Keep it in for a more water-concious, eco-friendly, water bill friendly setup. The pressure is still pretty decent. If you have both heads going at the same time, it may not be as grand, but still nice with the big rain water type shower head. With just the hand shower going on the jet stream setting...whoa! Nice! All in all, I and the other household members are quite please. Granted, it's day one. We'll see how durable it is.
Quality chromed plastic with some metal fittings, metal hose, good flow.
February 26, 2015
This unit is a little more expensive than some of the other offerings, but the quality is really great considering what I paid for it, and I'd definitely buy again. First things first: It's about 90% chromed plastic, but fairly sturdily built. It has an "ok" amount of heft to it, and definitely looks like an expensive, high-quality unit. The hose is metal and every bit as flexible as promised. The hose fittings and the fitting on the back of the main shower head are also metal, as is the ball joint on the main sower head, which lets you aim it where you need it. The rest of the fittings including on the handheld piece and the hub/connector, are plastic. Plastic threads, rubber gaskets. The kit thoughtfully included some teflon thread tape for attaching to the main pipe, so you don't need to buy that separately! Also important to note: the instructions seem to jump all over the place, so it's easy to miss, but they do mention that you should NOT use the thread tape on any of the other fittings, and that you should NOT use any tools to assemble it. That said, the threads on the hub for one of the hose fittings seemed malformed a bit for me, and I was unable to screw it on far enough to make a seal with my fingers, and had to resort to (carefully!) using a pair of pliersThere's a couple plastic flow restrictors in the shower head fittings. The one in the handheld bit was easy to fish out, but the one in the main showerhead was a little more challenging as it's sunk in deeper. Be careful not to damage the unit when fishing it out with a small-bladed screwdriver, wire, or awl. With the flow restrictors out, this unit actually puts out a lot more water than my old showerhead, which is a welcome change given the low water pressure in my house.
Suprised at how good it was for the price
December 14, 2014
Bought these as a stop gap in a home we plan to renovate the bathrooms in about 6 months as the ones in place were horrid and hadn't been used in nearly a year. Normally I use more expensive fittings in bathrooms just because they are used all day every day and this one surprised me - it's not at all heavy which I was worried about initially - it's super easy to connect (just work out if you need to buy an extension arm or you can reuse the old one (we had to buy one and this item fits and matches perfectly http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004Q04S1C/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1). We love the fact you can use one or both showerheads (very handy if you have two people of different heights using it). Best of all the HOSE SITS FLAT against the shower wall unlike the Delta with the clip off handheld and one other we tried where the hose was so stiff it curled out into the shower and if you brushed against it the handheld would fall out and land on your foot (seriously not funny when you're half asleep!)Had ours in use for a few months now and no problems at all - I think I'll reuse these once we remodel

May 15, 2017
I've had this for an entire month now and it's been great! Sometimes the build quality does feel questionable but it's worked perfectly so far. Water pressure on the smaller hand-held head is actually pretty good by default, but the main rainfall head is pretty light. I've read that can be changed but I haven't done it myself yet.

The reason this has 4 stars instead of 5 is because there was a piece partially broken when I pulled it out of the box. The little piece of 'plastic' that sticks off the hand-held head that you use to switch functions was mostly broken off. I could have sent it back but a bit of super glue ended up working just fine. It seemed like there wasn't a lot of care in the packaging, but it ended up being such a minor issues to me that it didn't really bother me. I know it could be a problem with others though so I figured I should share my experience.
It's good but buy an additional part...
February 17, 2017
So far so good - I installed this about 2 weeks ago and it has been a great addition to the shower. I like the option of the hand held head. I think it would be better if my place had better water pressure but that has nothing to do with the design of this thing. my only complaint is that I don't like the placement of the handheld part - it's awkwardly fixed to the side of the stationary head. I bought a shower head holder that I have put on a different wall/lower. Also, it drips cold water on your head even if you have the hand held in the shut off position.
The shower heads are of good quality especially for the price
January 3, 2017
The shower heads are of good quality especially for the price. The installation directions directs you to install a collar onto the showerhead pipe ensure a proper fit. I tried that that 3 times with one washer and then added the thin one( supplied by manufacturer) but each time there was a leak. So I took the collar off and installed the unit directly onto the showerhead pipe. I bought two and did the same on both installs and it was fast/easy and no leaks. : ) I hope this helps future purchasers.
Overall, A Great Deal & Product
December 18, 2015
We moved into our standard shoebox apartment and we knew three things for sure:
1. The low-hanging ceiling fan, circa 1980, had to go.
2. We had to put the mirrored closet doors out of their misery.
And 3. There was no way we could call ourselves married adults and keep the worn out, cheap old shower head that came with the apartment. It just wasn't right.
I introduce to you, the DreamSpa 3 Way Rainfall Shower Head.

While great pressure was important above all else, we wanted something that could easily be used by either one of us (5'5" and 6'4") and that could feel luxurious- without spending over $50. Which is a tall order, to be fair.

The largest head on this two-part head is amazing. It feels super luxe and lovely, and the pressure is just right.
The smaller of the two heads is also great, with multiple settings that work well for both of us.
The only problem is when both are on at once. It's *fine,* but in the same way hosting family for a week is *fine-* you deal with it and it isn't really a problem in the long run... Just not the most pleasant experience of your life.
Unfortunately, using both shower heads at once is sort of the point for us, so this product could have been better... But then again, our water pressure isn't the DreamSpa's fault! It can only work with so much.
I guess it's simply not the most perfect fit for us in the world.

All in all, our guests (thankfully no week-long relatives yet) LOVE it, and we do too, as long as we're using one head at a time. It is a great product, especially for the price! One friend of ours loves it so much, we're going to give her one for her birthday.
I can't imagine, even with our very small disappointment, that we will be replacing our DreamSpa anytime soon.
Overall, a pretty great shower head
July 2, 2015
After researching and reading reviews on hand held shower heads for about 2 weeks, I decided to purchase this one. I am handicapped and was looking for something that would fit my needs as I am not able to stand in the shower. I'm pleased with my purchased. There are a few things I wish were different though.

1- 6 ft hose. This comes with a 5 foot hose and while that length is okay most of the time, there are definitely moments when a longer hose would be helpful.

2- Grips! I really wish there would be grips on the handle! This was the first showerhead I've ever purchased so I didn't know exactly what to look for. Now I know I will never buy another one without grips on the handle!! It constantly slips out of my hand.

3- Pause Switch on the handle. A switch would just be more convenient. That added feature would be very helpful while I sit on a bench in the shower bathing my squirmy 12 month old.

I used an extra roll of tape when installing and so far so good, no leaks! It was also very easy to install. The water pressure is great! When both heads are open it's not quite as powerful but it's still plenty strong.

I also had to purchase a separate wall mount for the hand held handle. I found that at Wal-Mart.

After seeing the great reviews for this product
February 5, 2017
A few years ago, I had a different hand held shower fixture that I'd purchased at the local hardware store for around $60. The hose had very little flexibility, the seals seemed to be leaky, despite having followed all the specific installation instructions. In addition, the weight and feel of the wand seemed cheap. After seeing the great reviews for this product, I finally decided to replace my old handheld with the HotelSpa. Not only was it less expensive than my previous unit, but it was of substantially greater quality. Installation was a snap -- no tools required! You simply hand-tighten everything, which is great since I have old plumbing in my house and worry about breaking a fixture whenever I apply any torque with a wrench. As far as quality goes, the handheld portion has an especially nice weight and feel. As far as various settings, there are many options, but I tend to leave the shower head on a single setting. I would definitely recommend this product. Very pleased.
Good product for the price
October 16, 2016
Given the price of the fixture, this has been a great product for us. We have attached it to the HotelSpa water filter and we experienced no leaks. We did not need to use any of the plumbers tape to create a secure fit. We've had this in our shower for over a month now and we really enjoy all the settings. I've never experienced a mist on a shower head so that is very nice especially for a brief, low water use, cool down in the summer. The two shower heads also make it convenient to have a showerpool (get it...like carpool!) if you're into that. If you're looking for a true rainfall feel, this is probably not going to cut it, but you'll need to spend more money also. Overall a satisfactory product for the price, especially if you're just renting and want something more than the dingy shower heads most apartments come with!
Easy installation, didn't affect water pressure
July 13, 2015
The installation was fairly simple. I don't think it affected the water pressure. I think the rain/massage setting is the most gentle. The massage feels like it's beating me up and the rain feels like needles. To be fair, I hate high pressure in the water. The weaker the better, imo. But if you're like my bf or every other person I know, you'll enjoy the massage one or rain.I think it's good for couples who like to shower together because there's no need to take turns under the water. One can get the handheld the other can stand under the other one.The cord is long enough for a regular apartment shower. If I ever dared bath my cat at home and not at the groomers it would work (but that won't happen).I can even fit my shower caddy, granted it does affect how much the shower head (not the handheld) can rotate but that doesn't matter to me. Note that my shower caddy is tightened at the top with a screw so it doesn't slip down (http://smile.amazon.com/simplehuman-Adjustable-Stainless-Anodized-Aluminum/dp/B004NRP2SG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1436845092&sr=8-1&keywords=simple+human+shower+caddy&pebp=1436845110587&perid=1ECHH11Q35K37YM8S00K). I'm not sure if other shower caddies that slip down would eventually knock off the shower head or bump it enough to make it leak.Note that caddy was only about $40 at bed bath and beyond as opposed to $65 here.Overall I like it. The price is good. And it's simple to install. The only thing I don't like is that because I'm short (5'2") it's hard to see where the handheld hook is because it's all so high up. I wish it stuck out more because the other shower head is so big it blocks it from view.
Lots of plastic.
June 4, 2015
Lots of plastic. This entire thing is made of chromed plastic, with virtually no metal at all save the hose. That being said, it does work well, and is a nice size. I purchased a home with a massive walk-in shower and needed something to fill the space with water. I set the larger on the streaming standard shower settings and the smaller on the 'mist' setting and it worked perfect. With two shower heads it does use a lot of water, even without 'modifying it' by taking out the governor. But it worked very well for my uses.I wish it came in a brushed copper or black.
Good item at decent price
March 7, 2015
This shower works well and provides a great distribution of water to a large surface area. Can't really tell which feature saves water because they all seem to put out a decent volume. Misting is quite pleasant but water cools more quickly because of the small droplet size. I tried both shower heads individually and together, testing with the water flow constrictor caps and removed, and ultimately settled on a compromise: I expanded the holes in the plastic caps to maybe double their diameter using a metal pick to allow some higher volume of water without removing the caps entirely. At this setting the force is very strong when coming out of one shower head, and then with both shower heads running at once there is lots of coverage. As a result of the modification there is some pressure reduction when both are running, but it's not too terribly disappointing. I thought the caps left in kept the water flow rate a little lower than desired, while the caps out caused some pressure loss, but admittedly I didn't try each setting for a long period of time before boring out the restrictor caps. The material quality is very good and the price is reasonable. Recommend the item overall.
HotelSpa® Ultra-Luxury 30-setting 3-way...
March 1, 2015
I really like this combo shower head. Although it is all plastic it looks great and was easy to install and there was no leaks (I bought some Teflon tape and used it on every connection). Something to note is that originally my shower arm had a 6" shower arm. Before I installed this combo shower head I changed the shower arm to an 8" - very glad I did. It offers more space from the wall for the shower head(s). Both shower heads have good pressure ( I removed the regulators) when used separately. I was able to use both heads at the same time but the pressure wasn't that great from either one - that could just be because we are on a well. The only thing I don't like about the main shower head is that there is no setting that lets you have a full water spray from all the spray holes. The setting that comes closest is one that all the spray holes (not the center circle holes) are used and the center holes are more of a misting varied spray not constant like the surrounding holes. I don't change settings very often I just want a full spray of water - this doesn't quite deliver. If you change settings a lot you may like the main shower head more. I found a Kohler one setting shower head on Amazon that looks similar that I am going to replace the main shower head with. I think this will give me the full spray I'm looking for.

Granted it does look nice for the 3 weeks I've owned it
September 18, 2017
I've had this showered about 3 weeks and it's okay. It is plastic which I wasn't quite expecting. Granted it does look nice for the 3 weeks I've owned it. The hose is metal. Within the few weeks I've had it, the handheld shower head is really lose in the holder above the large shower head. I haven't used the large shower head at all though I'm rather concerned now reading all the reviews that say it break and leaks water within a few months. My issue currently is that the holder for the hand held shower head is so lose and allows the shower head to just keep falling forward. I don't see a way to fix it. I'm not sure what the return policy is but I'm glad I didn't through away the box!
Quality appears low, but warranty appears to hold
June 3, 2017
Seemed nice while it lasted in most respects except the holder for the wand functions poorly. I heard a loud "pop" while taking a shower yesterday and eventually looked up. It split apart on the side and won't snap back together. Half the water goes sideways to the floor now. It's totaled. A small clamp to hold it together would make it function again but I'm not doing that. Duration of use, 15 months. I submitted a request for a new head under the limited warranty as stated on the amazon web site.

Update 06/06/2017: I queried them by email and they are sending replacement part(s). I'll update this again if they fail to come through.

shower is good, but---the problem I have is trying to switch from hand held nozzle to shower head, the valve is located behind the showerhead, cannot see and unless you are 6 ft tall, it is hard to reach, impossible for someone 5 ft 6 in. without climbing on a stool. with both running, the handheld one does not have enough pressure. the whole problem is; trying to switch from rainfall head to handheld shower.
Feels great, but be careful if you're clumsy
January 16, 2017
The biggest problem this product has is that the mount for the handheld is behind the large head so you can't see it at all. It is extremely hard to line up the handheld with the mounting bracket when you can't see it, I've dropped the handheld at least once because I thought it was in and it wasn't. If you have a large shower where you can scoot to the right a bit to see it, it probably won't be as big of a deal, but there's no way for us to get an angle where we can view the bracket. Still, the various functions are great and my birds *love* the "mist" setting, so I can overlook this one issue.
It Works Well, if Unexceptionally, But is Scary Flimsy
December 4, 2015
First, virtually every combination shower on the market is plated plastic, not metal (contrary to what many reviewers say). The fact that this one is no exception is inconsequential. But, this one does feel very flimsy. I have had a number of similar shower heads (as I have to move occasionally and don't bother to remove the ones I have installed. Although I have just recently installed this particular one and it works okay, I feel like I have to be very careful with all parts of it. The diverter (the thing that directs water to the particular head) IS FLIMSY. The heads themselves are flimsy. The flow selector switch on the hand held is flimsy. I am not comparing this to presumed metal heads, but other chrome plated plastic ones I have had. While nothing has broken yet, I feel very insecure using this. Flimsiness aside, in a house with moderate water pressure (i.e. adequate but not powerful), and with the flow restrictors removed, no setting provides anything close to massage-like shower pressure. It gets slightly worse if both heads are flowing. The hand held head does not sit very securely in its holder. On the plus side, the diverter is easy to switch (something I have not found to be the case on other models) and I have no leaks. The flexible hose is metal, although the connectors are plastic (fairly flimsy, as well). Overall, this shower head does perform reasonably well. It is okay, hence the 3 stars. But I don't like feeling like I am walking on egg shells when I am using something. I do plan to replace this with a Moen.
Failed but easy fix.
September 6, 2015
This is a good shower head but at the same time it can be crap. Lots of plastic, room for lots of fail. For me it did fail. I almost had 2 months out of it before the "sun" head failed internally. I would call it a "diaphragm", said diaphragm split half ways around and started lazily spewing out water from the side. I ended up taking it apart (four clips hold the plastichrome halves together) then after that you will see the gray diaphragm and you should be able to find the crack along the outside rim. Next you take your trusty dusty super glue and glue the rim back together ( I did the whole thing to bulletproof it) let it sit for a couple hours then plug and play again, no issues after that, I gave it three stars because I really do like the shower head set up and the fix is pretty easy, but at the same time I should not have to go through the trouble of fixing stuff that is new. I would give 3.5 stars if I could. If I wasn't that Mr. Fix-it guy i would have given 2 stars possibly 1, and I would have returned it. Even though I don't like returning things.

Great company, but product didn't perform as expected
March 9, 2017
I ordered this product and the company was great. Quick delivery, easy instructions, and it was a very easy install.I installed this in an upstairs bathroom and thought there would be enough water pressure for, but it turns out there was not enough pressure to operate both heads at the same time. I also did not like the spray settings on the main head, as I could literally put my hand in the middle of the spray pattern without my hand getting wet. I've returned this product, but would order from this company again.
worked well for few months
June 6, 2016
Worked well for few months and after that the water started leaking from the bottom of the hand shower. Apart from this, the item works well. I still use this as the shower head works well. The various setting available on the shower heads makes shower a good experience. I like the power rain setting on the shower head and the mist setting on the handheld shower. You also have an option to use either of the two heads by just turning the knobs (located towards the end of both shower head) in correct direction.I would have given the item 5 star had the following items were addressed/met:1. no water leak from the bottom of the shower heads2. better quality knobs for turning on/off the individual shower heads.
Here's the deal with this bad boy. I love it
June 1, 2016
Here's the deal with this bad boy. I love it. It's great and there are so many settings that it makes taking a shower fun. Do you want it misty? Hard like rain? Or something in between. It's all there. Now, why did I only give it a 3 star? Well, the main shower head broke off. Now granted, this is only a $30'ish dollar product, so to assume it's made of the best quality would be pushing it. However, I wasn't expecting it to break off after having it for less than a year. Anywho, I did end up buying the same one again to replace the broken one because I love it so much and I'm hoping this won't happen a second time. We shall see. If you're looking for something that looks nice and is a great price with lots of adjustment features, this is your answer. Mind you, it does not feel substantial by any means. It's pretty much all made of plastic, but it works great and who cares in the end. Would make for a great shower head in a guest bath or somewhere it's not being used heavy-handedly. Also, it's super easy to install. You don't need to be a genius to get this one right.
Worked great at first....then old age set in.
February 3, 2016
It's very "meh". Like other reviews have said, it's probably about 95% plastic, the hose and the actual connections are metal, everything else if just flimsy. The shower heads are adjustable, but it's not exactly easy to do it, and the knob to switch between the heads is difficult to actuate if you're not in the shower.I haven't had the hose bust, and I haven't encountered the gamut of problems that other reviewers have had. The showers have multiple flow types, but the one pertinent to this review is the three nozzle "pulsating massage".There is apparently a little disc in there that uses the pressure of the water to spin, while having holes positioned so only two streams function at any given time (creating the "pulse"). I use that setting to rinse myself, and the shower off before stepping out, but the handheld showerhead is no longer working properly in that setting. It's like the disc is "catching" on something inside the showerhead, so the setting with the most focused water pressure is now severely flow restricted. In fact, the setting is so gentle, I can comfortably spray my face.Nine months isn't exactly long-lived...
Just Okay, I was dissappointed.
January 20, 2016
There is a lot of weight placed at the end of the plumbing leading to the shower head. The hand sprayer leaks where it attaches at the bottom. The selector knob is well defined and easy to switch, unfortunately it never completely switches from the handheld sprayer to the main head, causing even more drips. It works right now, and seems to be something that would last if we needed it to, but I am looking to replace it with something that leaks less and is more decisive.
Hard for short people & box had no instructions
July 12, 2015
This is very hard to reach if you're short and I would not recommend it for kids old enough to shower alone. I am unable to put the hand sprayer back up on the hook -- my husband has to do it. It's also very hard to reach the controls on the main shower head and the one to switch between sprayer and main head. I'm five foot one. I realize some of this may be related to how high your shower plumbing is but my guess is that this would be hard for most shorter people. Beyond this, the box came without instructions of any kind. Thankfully it's all pretty self explanatory but it would have made us feel better to know we were doing the install correctly. Three stars for the lack of instructions and the hook for the hand sprayer being set so far back behind the main head that it's hard to reach along with controls being set high.

Leaks and does not live up to expectations
December 29, 2016
I had high hopes for this showerhead, but alas, it did not live up to expectations.

The first issue is that it has leaked since I first installed it. At first I thought I didn't use enough plumber's tape, but it turned out that the leak was coming from the hose itself, so there was really no fix.
There is very also little water pressure with this showerhead, regardless of the water pressure of the shower I install it onto. I have tried it on 3 different showerheads with the same low pressure every time.

Overall, I would not recommend buying this showerhead. The moveable head does have a good variety of settings to choose from, and of course it is nice to have a dual head, but there are better dual head showerheads out there.
So Much for "Dream Spa".
December 2, 2016
I have never reviewed anything and given it below 3 stars, usually I make things work even if they're faulty. The pressure in my bathroom is generally very high, but this shower head is so low pressure, It takes me hours to shower! I have thick, curly hair and this is just such an inconvenience. And like some other people, my detachable shower head doesn't stay in place! It falls, and has even fell on me twice! Its so annoying. I make due with it but I'll be switching back to my old one soon. The only thing I like is the mist, its unique and feels great on my skin for a bit, that's why this received more than one star. So much for dream spa.
Looks much better than it works.
April 20, 2016
I have two issues with this, maybe not so major, but they drive me nuts and unfortunately I missed my return/exchange window, so I'm stuck with it.
I'm not a professional plumber, but I don't think you need to be, to install a shower head. However, no matter how many times I tried, it will not screw in correctly. Meaning the handheld part is never straight on the right side, like it's supposed to be.
The main shower head is barely having any strength in dispensing water, even when the handheld part is off. We purchased this as a replacement for the old dual shower, which had no issues with the pressure and had strong water flow, even when used simultaneously. This leads me to believe that the issue is not in my pipes, but with the product itself. Currently browsing for a replacement.
Rainfall Shower Head &Hand Held Shower - Not Made to Last
January 27, 2016
Didn't even last an entire year. Very disappointed. The Limited Lifetime Warranty is a joke. The shower head went - water was gushing out 2 sides. Was able to snap one side in place, but still had water gushing out 2 sides. When it was working, not much water coming out - very light. The one good feature is that you can adjust the knob so water comes out of hand held shower head only. This was better than nothing until we got a new shower head with hand held feature. A more expensive brand but much, much better. Lesson learned - better quality costs more but will last longer. We got the same system that we had before we purchased this one - Moen.
Broken after 7 months
July 25, 2015
We purchased in Dec 2014 and it was broken by July 2015. There's only so much wear and tear a shower head can take... the larger shower head (The one that is stationary) just fell off during my husband's shower! When we bought it we were disappointed by the cheap plastic feel but decided to go ahead and use anyway. We would have expected more than 7 months use out of a shower head.... would not buy again.

If it had not broken I'd have given it three stars because it worked fine and we enjoyed having the option of the handheld shower for bathing the kids... but it's always felt flimsy.

Made of plastic - and the manufacturing quality wasn't very good on the one we received
June 8, 2017
Seemed OK in the pictures, but for us the quality wasn't good enough when we opened the package. The plastic molding that they use in manufacturing left big ridge lines along the side of the shower head (it's all made of plastic). We sent it back.
Waste of Money
February 19, 2017
Due to recent health issues, I needed a shower head with a handheld that I could control the water flow. This seemed like a good option and it turned out to not do anything I needed it to do.The main shower head works fine, hence not giving the hotel spa shower head a one-star. The issue is when I set it to come out of both shower heads, it's just a trickle. Even when I set it to come out of just the handheld, barely any water comes out.We have taken this apart and reinstalled it multiple times, exactly as instructed. Still, we get the same results. The handheld is worthless. So I ended up with a showerhead the did exactly what my previous showerhead.
I would avoid.
October 31, 2016
My wife and I have purchased a few of these. Two of them are already broken within the first couple months. On one of them the bigger head popped right off (not able to put it back on, the piece snapped off). The other one the knob to change the shower heads will not move and it's stuck on using only one of them. The third one we have in a box somewhere, we're trying to just give it away (bought it for my mother but she never used it).

September 27, 2016
It looks great and it works fine but with time the knob to switch from the shower handle to the other shower head starts getting very hard to turn. It is so hard that it is now stuck and I cannot switch from one shower to the other. It is badly designed in functionality and now I can only use one shower head which makes it silly to buy a two-shower head if you cannot use it.
It was fine for about 6 months...
September 24, 2016
I purchased this shower head a year ago in August. It worked fine for the first six months until the larger/fixed shower head broke off at the thread. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement for that head pretty quickly. I thought it might have been from over tightening so I was careful to not do that when i reinstalled it. It's only been about 7 months since the replacement and it broke off last night at the same spot. In addition to that, the chrome finish on the entire shower head has been chipping and flaking off pretty much since we got it and the water preasure has been slowly declining for the last 4 months. The hose, though it hasn't broken, began to rust after about 6 months of use. When I was inspecting the wand this morning to see if it still worked, I noticed that the theading that attaches it to the main line was also cracked. I will not be asking for a replacement, and I will not be repurchasing. I'm just done.
One is now broken as they are made of pretty cheap plastic
September 23, 2015
I bought two of these when we purchased this house in March. One is now broken as they are made of pretty cheap plastic. One is still working fine and I did like it until it broke. The main shower head broke of when you tried to pull it down and it does not take much for it to break if you are careful it may last other than that they work great. I am going to order one that is not plastic not that much more expensive and should hold up better. If you have no children may not be a problem my ten year old daughter tried to get it down as in the shower it did spray a little to high had to stand in the back of the shower. I do not think she really pulled that hard.

Leaky hose and busted giant shower head
March 12, 2016
After 1.5 years, the hose is leaking...badly. Water is spraying though the hose near one of the connectors. It just happened all of a sudden. It never leaked, and then one evening during a shower, water was shooting out and hitting the ceiling of my bathroom. I thought buying a shower head with a stainless steel hose would be very reliable. I guess not.

Also, after replacing the hose, the rainfall shower head (the big one) broke a seam and is now shooting water to the side. Awful product!
Great while it lasted
October 5, 2015
I loved the shower head and felt like it was a good product, but 32 days after installing it water started shooting out the side and I cannot get it to stop. Other than that it was great while it lasted.
Update: failed less than 4 months into use
September 22, 2015
Update: After less than 4 months, the showerhead has failed. Water has started shooting out of the sides of the tubes. Upon inspection, the inner tube (rubber) was thin and cheap feeling. The metal that acts as the outer tube has sharp edges and has split apart, with some shards cutting into the inner tube. While it was great (see original review below), the build quality ensured that it would not last long.

Original Review:
Great shower-head, has 3 settings and great water pressure. Installation was slightly difficult (-1 star), instructions were unclear.
Not what I ordered but it works well.
July 30, 2015
Did not receive the same one pictured as many others however I am still happy with it.

Pros: Easy to install, The hose is very long and stainless steel, water flow restrictor is easily removed, Comes with Teflon tape.

Cons: Switch is a bit cheap feeling and the instructions are terrible. Once installed it worked well but it did leak so I had to remove it and add a lot more Teflon tape than I should have.

UPDATE: As of March 28th The plastic swivel on the back of the main head has cracked in half and now sprays water out of the side and had to be replaced.

Very disappointed in the low quality
May 22, 2016
Purchased in April 2015; broke in may 2016 (today). This shower head was in action on a daily basis. Once in a while I rotated the non-detachable piece a bit right or left within the limits of its ball-point joint. Today the upper part of the ball-point joint broke off entirely rendering the shower head unusable. Final verdict: too much plastic, no longevity and money flushed down the drain. Very disappointed in the low quality.

I bought this product and it was working great for a couple of weeks until the neck of the big shower head was broken. Basically the neck was not sturdy enough to endure the manipulation of the shower head. Very disappointed and I have contacted the manufacturer for a replacemnt or a refund.
Purchased based on positive review, big disappointment
June 13, 2015
Bought this item due to the amount of positive reviews here on Amazon, but it was a big disappointment.Installed everything according to the instruction, hand tightened everything and did not need to use plumber's tape because nothing leaked. Then on first use (right after I finished installing), the tube that connects to the showerhead handle burst and water started coming out from the tube. I used maybe for 5 mins before that happened. See picture. This is going back on Monday.

Garbage

If I could give this zero stars, I would. It is a piece of garbage. I've installed this type of shower head in the past with no trouble and we couldn't get this one to stop leaking. Will attempt to return
