Great product. Exactly what I was hoping it would be. For years I've been sitting on a ball chair, but recently moved to a standing desk. I love my new desk arrangement, but my feet were sore. Not any more. The mat is not bulky or heavy, but it does what I need it to do.

Purchased this item for work. I use it as padding on the concrete floor of the Components Repair Shop. My main duties as a Aircraft (A&P) Mechanic keeps me standing in one place: disassembling, cleaning, degreasing, more cleaning, refinishing, inspecting, prepping for painting, etc.... Then the parts come back from painting, finally reassembling. So anything to ease the fatigue of standing in one place is a plus. At the end of the day, I pick it up, give it a shake and store it away on my tool box.

I just got my first 2 mats two days ago. I'm back to order 2 more today. Everything the other reviewers had to say is the absolute truth. I don't think I could really add anything except to say I'm extremely happy and s big "Thank You" to the great people who reviewed these. I almost bought some similar ones on a different site. They were smaller, not made in the USA, didn't have these great beveled edges or this incredible non slip surface plus they cost 3 times as much. So glad I found my way back to Amazon and the wonderful people who help others to make the best choices.

Love this mat and it's a great price. I needed a standing work station at home for my PC and this mat has done away with my foot fatigue from standing on my hardwood floor. It's a little industrial looking, but for the price I can live with that.

So far, so good. I've had the mat for only 2 weeks and I think I really like it. It seems to be better than the last mat which I purchased and cost 4 times as much. It is also bigger.

This mat is awesome. I really can feel the difference from standing on a tile floor not to mention it catches the hair spray and hair debris. It cushions and gives life to the heels of my feet. It's a decent size however I wish I would've ordered a larger size. I will continue to use this and may purchase a larger size in the future but for now it works.

Wife loves them. We put one under the fridge in order to protect our foreign magnets from breaking, should they fall. Helps me stand at the sink and oven for a long time. I can notice the difference without them.

I heard about this mat and questioned if it would really help. Let me just say that this makes a world of a difference. I can stand so much longer with comfort. I now just need to figure out how to cover my whole kitchen in these! :)

Nice nice mat. Real firm compared to the rest. This mat is actually supportive. Not as big as the Novaform mat we had before but the size of this mat is perfect. Great price too.

Great price at around $30 and makes it much nice cooking or doing the dishes. I liked the first one so much near the sink I bought a second for near the stove. Makes a real difference, particularly after working a long day and already having tired feet.

I ordered this for my home office & it is working perfectly. I can easily slide it under the desk when I sit down & slide it back out when I'm standing.

This premium mat does its job and then some. As a person who works from home alot, it helps a great bunch when you are at your sit and stand desk 13+ hours a day. It was perfect and has been a great addition to my home office.

thinner than I thought but comfy

I ordered this for my standing desk at work. Great size and nice cushon. It is laying on carpet and tends to move a little after awhile so I sometimes need to realign it. Other than that it works exactly like it is supposed to. I think it is great! For my added comfort I purchased some dearform slippers to wear too when I stand. No one sees my feet when I am at my desk :)

I am on my feet most of the day in my shop, so I put it where I spend the most time. Its a good product and I definitely have noticed a difference in my feet and back. Good product worth getting

I ordered this to put into a motorcycle seat. I didnt use much of it but it seems to be soft but with resistance to flattening out like most memory foams. So far so good

This may is nice to stand on. I have it in my kitchen to stand on while washing dishes. It has a lot of foam and seems to be sturdy. I got the black and it looks really nice. However, shortly after I got it something got spilled on it and will not come off, while it is easy to clean (wipe down or mop) I'm not sure how to deep clean it or if that would create any issues.

Good quality and comfort, they do tend to 'travel" slightly on my tile and are not as easy to push back to their original position but I am still happy with this purchase and am VERY happy they were shipped flat instead of rolled like the 1st set I ordered and returned.I would purchase these again.

Not too bad by itself, although it is a little on the thin side. I had a memory foam mat that I put on top of this, and together they are awesome. By itself it just leaves me wanting just a little more cushion.

Much stiffer than I thought it would be, not as soft as I hoped it would be, but the price was right, and will work fine...

This standing mat helps, but didn't change my world. I have a stand-up desk for work and would find myself sitting because of sore feet. I bought this foam mat to see if it would help. It does, it's more comfortable than the standard office panel suedo-carpet but I still have to sit after a couple hours. For the price I'm happy but I'm curious what some of the more expensive options out there would do...

I think my expectations were a bit high. It is a good, seemingly durable mat for in front of my sink, but it doesn't have as much cushion as I anticipated. For the money, though I would probably purchase another.

It's just okay. You get what you pay for. I am not thrilled with it

I'm somewhat shocked by the excellent reviews. The mat is never very thick at all, I don't feel much of any cushiness when standing on it. I know it's cheap but I expected a lot better than this based on the reviews. I have a co-worker who has one in the $60 range and it feels a ton better on knees and feet standing on that. Will probably be returning mine, or maybe my expectations were too high. The company has been great to work with however

Its certainly better than standing on the floor directly, but I really feel like my feet sink into too quickly. We use another brand at work, and I find that to be much better than this. I will continue to use this for a while, as I am still getting used to standing, but I feel like my feet still get tired quickly with this mat.

The item itself looks and feels pretty great. I've been using it as a standing desk mat for 3-4 months now, and it took me this long to release a review on it because I tried a friend's standing desk mat. He uses the royal anti-fatigue mat, which costs $5 more, and that definitely held up to the claim of anti-fatigue. I stood on that mat bare foot for quite a few hours, and never really felt soreness in my foot at all, where as for this amazonBasics mat, my feet start to hurt after about 20 minutes. My heels sink pretty far and I believe this is what contributes to the soreness. I thought it was a pretty good item, but upon trying another mattress only a few dollars more, I have to give this 3 stars unfortunately.

Feels good but way too thick. Easy to trip over, blocks a near by door from opening.

The top layer peels off. But relieves your feet and back from standing on tile or concrete all day.

It worked okay for the first month after that it just gave out. Started to rip all the common things. For the amount paid I feel it was okay but would've love if it lasted longer.

I ordered this and the Sky Mats mat, and the Sky Mats mat was WAY more comfortable for standing than this.

Not super cushy. Is pretty darn stiff. I have stood on mats before where my whole body instantly felt better - this is not that mat.Still works at my standing desk, but I may eventually look for something better. Seems to be pretty sturdy, so this may may hold up well.

I don't like the way it slides on occasion, afraid I am going to fall, I use it at work only because I need one.

The items arrived late and I'm not happy with the mats. They're not very thick and do nothing for my aching feet. More like something a mechanic would use in a repair shop.

It's better than nothing... but it's a little thinner, (harder) and less cushiony than I expected.

The biggest issue with this product is the smell. The second is that the mat is not thick enough for a standing desk. Disappointing.

It works as advertised, but it is not as plush as I would have hoped. A friend bought one from Costco that cost less and was more comfortable.

Update May 2017: Now the seams are split open on both sides, so it has to go in the trash. Not as durable as it should be. Do not buy.Update 4/20/2016: I have to revise my review from 4 stars down to 2, because today I discovered that, after only 7 months of light use in a household with only 2 adults, one of the seams has split open, so it has proved not to be durable. I'm very sad because I thought it was a good product and I really liked it until now.Original comments: It is very comfy for standing in the kitchen and easy to clean.

Stinks! Its been well over a week and it is still stinking up my office with a horrible gas off smell. Does not seem suitable for long use (standing desk) but prob ok for a lighter duty cycle.

Not nearly as thick as many other mats that cost a few dollars more. If you plan on standing for 8 hours or more per day on it, I would recommend spending another $20 to get the Sky Mat or the CumulusPro. This mat is really designed for limited usage, like doing dishes, not for extended stationary use. Overall the size is good, it does off-gas quite a bit after removing it from the box, however it does seem fairly well made.

I order from Amazon all the time and never bother to write reviews, but I am so disappointed with this mat that I have to warn others. My co-workers who also have standing desks have great mats that really cushion their feet. This mat does not at all - it feels exactly the same as standing on the floor. Also, if you have a desk that goes from standing to sitting, this mat is very difficult to roll a chair onto. Spend the extra money and get a mat that actually has some padding - this one was a complete waste.

This mat does not have as much cushion as other standing mats I have tried. I suggest paying a little more for a better quality product.

I've had this mat for 13 months and it looks horrible. The edges have begun to curl and the top of the mat is coming apart.

We have had this mat for 4 months and the top layer is beginning to separate from the foam pad. It is creating a trip hazzard.

Returned - Very hard. I bougt after I had my stand desk about a month, my feet hurt within the hour. I returned it.

I have had a great experience with other Amazonbasics purchases but this one was disappointing to say the least. The mat looks great as it does in its pictures online however the feel when you stand on it is disappointing. Unfortunately to me it's not worth the money. To add merit to my review I have two of these types of mats from another company and they are much more comfortable.
