The Monitor Is Worth The Money
June 3, 2017
This monitor is awesome. I expected a lot from Samsung and they delivered. The screen is nice and wide and the color is exceptional. It does what a monitor is supposed to do. I utilize it for everything from work to gaming. It gets the job done. It has an HDMI port as well as a VGA. It does not tilt, but it does not need to because it is perfect the way it is. You will have to utilize plug-in speakers because there are no speakers on the monitor. Despite all of this, it is what it supposed to be, a monitor.
Very Happy; Solid Value
June 19, 2016
At first I was worried because this monitor is so light-weight compared to me other Samsung monitor of the same size. Some of that is attributable to this one having an external power supply, but it's just lighter and cheaper construction too.

I bought this to have a second monitor on my home computer, with my older Samsung being the companion. When I first hooked it up, I thoguht the colors looked quite cold in comparison. Well, they do because the whites on this monitor are actually white, whereas my older Samsung they have a bit of a red or yellow overtone. While the difference in color bothered me at first, I have come to prefer this newer monitor, to the point that I considered replacing my perfectly good older model. (In the end I didn't).

I am very happy with this purchase and consider it a great value.
Great monitor, Great price. It DOES TILT!!
January 5, 2016
I can't yet speak to the longevity, however I am very impressed with this monitor.
Colors are great. I did notice a slight improvement using the HDMI port
Some folks mentioned that the screen is too bright, it is so easy to adjust just about every aspect of this monitor... so ... easy fix
For those folks that are not as tech savvy, there are a few very easy auto tune functions
Another reviewer mentioned the viewing angle being problematic here, there are adjustment available in the menu to address this and in my opinion remediate any issues.
Be advised that it does tilt, (unlike some previous reviews state). It is very stiff. There actually is a you tube video showing that it will tilt and not break

So many were having the same issue that a youtube video was made
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_NnauizvzQ
Solved :-)

Also, some have mentioned that it is too bright. I found that if you turn off game mode and adjust the contrast to 60 or so it really addressed this well.
Good monitor at a great sale price.
December 11, 2015
At it's normal retail price of $200, I would say it's worth it. It's a mostly no frills monitor that has pretty good color reproduction, and a decent size and build quality from a brand name. At the $99 sale price I picked it up for, it's a really great monitor for that amount of money.

First thing, when you power the monitor on, you'll probably have to adjust the brightness and contrast levels, because everything comes from the factory jacked up to 100%. This is probably something I assume most people will do anyways with a new monitor, but it's worth mentioning anyways.

Actual build quality of the monitor as a whole is quite good. The one weak point being the included stand, which is a bit rickety feeling when I was first putting it together. When it's actually installed and hiding the monitor in place, it feels a lot better though. The actual shell and bezel of the monitor is glossy, and keeps a good solid seal around the screen. The component ports on the back are all solidly installed, and don't feel loose or move around when you plug cables into them like some monitors that I've dealt with before.

Picture quality is very good. Not the best I've seen, but the best I've seen for under $200. The response rate is also pretty snappy for its price point. This one hovers around a 2ms response time, when many of the sub $200 monitors I've seen are around 5ms. In use, I haven't noticed much lag time between mouse movement and screen movement at all.

Also, no dead pixels. I'm pretty happy about that one for probably obvious reasons.

I am quite happy with this monitor. The only drawback is the stand, which while it does it's job, isn't great. And there's no option to vesa mount it either. So that could be a deal breaker for some people. Also there's no audio out, but that's not a big deal, more of a nice to have option.

In spite of the few things this monitor is lacking, I do recommend it. It's an entry level monitor priced product that exceeds the price tag. And the deep sale price didn't hurt either. This is one to look for during sales season.
good quality, beautiful display but still not perfect
November 2, 2015
the screen displace well, it is really good for playing games. But when in some high-speed rotation situation, this screen makes me feel a little dizzy. I don't know it is the reason of screen or the game. Another problem is that the screen do not have an audio output plug, only HDMI and VGA plug are allowed. if you want to play PS4 with this screen, you need to buy an audio spliter to output the sound. Moreover, it is too bright when you do some office work, even you set the brightness to the lowest.

Fantastic Monitor With A Great Picture
January 12, 2017
A superb monitor, one of the best purchases I've ever made. I bought the 27 inch model of this monitor when it was on sale over the summer and it has surpassed all of my expectations. The picture is amazing, and the size is great for gaming, working or watching TV. I use this monitor for everything. The width is plenty wide to allow for 2 webpages to be opened at the same time side by side and still feel like they are their full pages. I am also an avid gamer and have used this to play a number of rpg, fps, and mmo games. I've always found it's responsiveness to be great and it provides a great picture. The design is also fantastic, it has a very simple and sleek look that will fit in great with almost any system setup. I've also enjoyed the 2 HDMI ports and the simple setup. This monitor will work with any PC or console right out of the box without any adjusting. Overall I highly recommend this monitor.
Beautiful, Bright Image right out of the box
December 1, 2016
Disclaimer: I've only had this monitor for two days, but I'm so impressed with it I had to write a review. The image quality on this monitor is amazing! I had ordered an AOC monitor first because it had built-in speakers, but when I plugged that one in, the image was grainy and the colors were all off. Even after tuning the monitor and adjusting it according to the instructions, the image was sub-par. Not so with the HP monitor. I plugged it in, and immediately loved what I saw. In fact, it even looks better than my MacBook Pro's Retina display in terms of vibrancy and color (the MBP has a much denser pixel quality, and is an awesome screen on its own). Because of the difference in pixels per inch, there is a shift in size when I drag items from one screen to the other, but I can get used to that. I use an ACER monitor at work, and was happy with that model, but the HP blows it away in terms of image sharpness and quality. Overall, I am very impressed with this monitor.
These Are Great Monitors But IF You want To Buy 2 Of Them READ THIS FIRST!
September 14, 2016
Great monitors love them, great quality and 27inch is plenty big enough to get your work done or just enjoy whatever it is you enjoy on your computer. One issue I came across in my setup was I have 2 of these and when I am watching Netflix on one and turn off the other one and go back to turn it back on it will not feed me any image, says the HDMI is active and everything but just wont feed me the computer screen. What I found out and don't know why (and might just be my setup) is when I closed the Netflix browser the 2nd screen comes on automatically. So try that if you find you 2nd monitor is not coming back on.Another issue since I order 2 of them The colors didn't match out the box and that irked me cause I have a very clean setup and very particular how things look but I tweaked color the settings (RGB) and they matched up just fine so was happy and glad I didn't listen to that one review that said the color doesn't match. One thing to keep in mind the color issue is only an issue with the whites, the other colors matched perfectly.
More Bang For Your Buck

I purchased two of these monitors to be used with my MacBook Pro. The picture color and brightness is wonderful. I really feel this is such a great value when considering other monitor options. They look great, modern, clean lines that accomplish a "Mac" look without the "Mac" price! I highly recommend this product and could not be happier with the performance from these monitors over the last six months.
Excellent display for my Mac.
July 23, 2016
I purchased the HP27xw to replace an older 24in. HP display connected to my MacBookPro (2012, 13in.). Very pleased with the performance. The main objective was to make use of CAD easier for my aging eyes. The display is bright and sharp (1080p). I had no trouble using it in the Mac OS X environment, provided that one remembers to switch off the overscan feature in the monitor itself (Menu-Image Control-Overscan OFF). The price seems very reasonable, and the design fits well with the Mac environment. I had no trouble with the tilt, and used a UNITEK Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter to connect the two.
Great size (27xw) and amazing picture
February 6, 2016
Beautiful monitor. Got the 27xw, the size is awesome. Text is sharp. Pictures are lifelike. Was concerned that 8ms response time would affect games, but they work without any lag or issues, look as if playing on a gaming monitor. The only negative that I will agree with other reviewers about is glare. Because the screen is glossy, expect a fair amount of glare if you are in a bright, sunny room.Update: A year and a half later, still love this monitor. Use it for work at home with the laptop and with the home computer connected with a KVM switch. Both look great on this monitor and switching between them is seamless. Not sure why the negative reviews, the resolution and brightness are great for me.

amazon provided the best value for this monitor size/brand
January 23, 2016
this is my 3rd samsung monitor in the last 5 years and is a replacement for my oldest 21" monitor (works perfectly fine but wanted the hdmi outlet option so gave to my parents who are using it with my old dell pc). i've been shopping for a larger monitor for a few months and found the best deal on amazon (vis. BJs and Best Buy). this monitor has already seen variegated use from a pc monitor, watching cable tv, and playing ps4. the display is crisp regardless of the source and when purchased at the sale price, provides a good ROI.

the only issue i have is i'm unable to adjust the monitor's tilt. it feels like it's in fixed position and i don't want to risk breaking the stand (i've applied sufficient force but to no avail). i have a smaller monitor with the same mechanism and i can easily make adjustments on this one. due to the size, it's not much of a necessity for this monitor, but more of a "nice to have."
Depends on current listed price
December 12, 2015
For the price of black friday price $99, I cannot complain for what I got. But for those who are comparing to other monitors that are $120 & up, here's some potential cons to note:

- No buttons, uses sensors at bottom of monitor (Not the best sensors. Have to rapidly tap sensor to adjust settings, holding finger there does not work ~ gets a little annoying, but really depends on how often you need to change monitor settings)
- Only has HDMI and VGA. HDMI quality is much better than VGA, however, my graphics card only has 1 HDMI, 3 displayports and 1 vga.

I have a 3 monitor setup (2 of these monitors + 55 inch tv). I use the hdmi for my tv and vga for both monitors (purchased additional vga to displayport adapter). It's probably better to find a monitor than has displayport outputs if you want to take full advantage of your graphics card. Otherwise, in the case of a dual-monitor set up, you're stuck with one HD monitor and one that's a little more pixelated (unless your graphics card has 2 HDMI).

In the future, I will definitely be paying attention to the output types (HDMI and Displayports are the best quality). VGA is outdated now and I didn't realize there would be a difference until I plugged these in. Both monitors had the same desktop background, and the VGA-connected one definitely had more "noise" in the picture and was less smooth.
Sturdy, easy to set up, good display. Not quite as vivid and colorful as other Samsung monitors, but also less expensive.
August 30, 2015
The title of the product says it all: Simple. I have several Samsung monitors and televisions, and I have been satisfied with all of them, including this monitor. It is easy to use and I primarily use it as a an external monitor for my keyboard. I plugged it in 5 minutes after its easy assembly out of the box and everything worked perfectly with no hassle. It is made well and has a sturdy stand. The only reason I gave it 5-stars is that of all my Samsung monitors, this one has the least vivid and colorful display. I'm guessing that has something to do with the "simple" branding, which puts it at a very good price point. Something probably had to be sacrificed to make it affordable.
The Auto feature is great
January 6, 2015
The Unboxing revealed its glory. I like this S22C150's over all look. Sleek and modern, thoug no hdmi the light weight design makes it easy to tilt and move around my office desktop. The power cord it came with had the wrong prong. Recieved credit from the seller which allowed me to run to nearby tech store for a replacement. The automatic screen button is helpful to me in saving time from adjustments of brightness, contrast, etc. I would recommend this product.
It's All About the Angle
September 29, 2014
Fine image as long as I tilt it back at about a 12 degree angle. The stand does not allow for any adjustment so the front of the stand is propped up about 3/4 of an inch. Otherwise the image appears very washed out. Also the stand attaches crookedly no matter how much I try to straighten it. So it is also propped up about 1/4 inch on the left. If you can get the angle right, its a nice image. A tilt-able stand would make all the difference.

Definitely a 4 Star Monitor
September 17, 2017
This is definitely a 4 star monitor. Display is pretty crisp. Colors are accurate, I guess. It looks good and works well with my Mac mini 2012. I like that the Mac mini fits on the base of the stand, so it's almost like having an all-in-one... kinda sort of. The only bad points I can think of is that the display has small bezels, but the display area itself does not go from bezel to bezel, rather there is still some additional space between the bezel and where the screen starts. The other thing is that there is visible backlight bleed on the lower right corner of the screen. IPS screens have bleed, but this is more to do with the design of the housing, it has a gap that makes the light more visible. Lastly there was some tape on the housing that held a cardboard cover to protect the screen. Unfortunately removing the tape left some residue on the display housing, and it's pretty visible and I've had no luck removing it.
Outstanding value.
April 27, 2017
What an amazing monitor and a shockingly low price. I love it. It's really pretty. The only negative is that it does not have a VESA mount on the back so I can put it on a monitor arm. That's not a "must have" in my current use, but given I already own a couple of arms and would want to mount it if I was using it at home, this is disappointing. Still for the price this is one heck of a deal.
It's ok, but 1080p is really noticeable at desktop viewing distances.
October 25, 2016
You get what you pay for. This is a servicable 1080p monitor. The screen is bright, evenly lit and has a pleasing design. I just didn't realize what a big hit in quality 1080 was going to be. I figured that at 25 inches 1080 would still be a fairly respectable pixel density, but sitting in front of it, the pixels look pretty big and chunky. I wish I had spent the extra $100 on a 1440 monitor.
Crystal clear monitor
March 22, 2016
Holy crap this thing is clear. Unfortunately I can now clearly see just how blurry and indistinct some of my desktop wallpaper images are. On the plus side, the resolution is great, I love the color balance, and the footprint on my desk is pretty minimal. The base is a little bit wobbly and does lead to some shaking of the monitor when someone walks briskly behind me but that can just as easily be blamed on the floor. On the whole I can say I am very happy with my purchase and don't regret it (even with the vast amount of choices available).
Not bad, not bad at all...
February 10, 2016
I bought 2 of these and was about to give it 1 star cause both flashed on and off when connected by HDMI, but today I stumbled on the fix. So if this is happening to you and you have an Nvidia graphics card; open Nvidia Control Panel, Display/Adjust desktop color settings, near the bottom is a setting 'Content type reported to the display', change it to either 'Desktop programs or 'Full-screen videos'.I went from an old HP LP2475w (ISP) and an old cheap Asus to 2 of these and now they are finally set up and working the picture is very sharp and colors very good in comparison. Not sure how they compare with others out there but for me they are huge upgrade, I can edit audio now without squinting. I paid like $600 for my old HP a few years ago, and it was the cheapest ISP monitor you could get, so these are a steal imo (as long as they last awhile).
Loved that the monitor trim is silver and not white
October 21, 2015
Loved that the monitor trim is silver and not white. The stand and back of the monitor is white though. They claim it to be "bezel-less" in order to accommodate more screen area. The bezel at the bottom i can deal with. What bugs me is that the rest of the sides have a quarter inch bezel which you wouldnt know until you turn the monitor on. Kind of ruins it to be honest but aside from that, beautiful panel, gets really bright at only 50%.

I own one of these and enjoy it so much I decided to order another one
May 6, 2016
I own one of these and enjoy it so much I decided to order another one.

The second one got here and for some reason it doesn't work. It just flickers on and off, and I know it's not the computer because the other monitor works just fine. Tried other cables, PSU's and computer input and it still wouldn't work.

After getting a refund for it I will more than likely order another one in hopes that it works.
Please cancel my return
January 16, 2016
The product works well. Support is less than satisfactory. The monitor suddenly just stopped working. I did all of the standard elimination of possible input causes, etc., before calling support. They couldn't figure out what the problem was. After I got off the line with them and initiated the return, as I was taking the monitor off the stand for shipping, I realized that the monitor wasn't well seated in the stand. So I put the pieces back together and everything is working well.

Now I'm just not sure how to cancel a return.
Not What I Expected
December 28, 2015
Picture quality is ok, but you need to have it tilted just right -- if you view from any angle other than straight on, it really degrades quickly. My biggest disappointment with this unit is that it only has a VGA connection and does not make this clear in the product description. I just assumed any new model monitor these days would certainly have the DVI connection as pretty much all video card have these days (my dual monitor video card only has DVI connections). Fortunately I had a VGA to DVI adaptor that allowed me to use this unit. I thought I might need to return the monitor until I found the adaptor. Also I'm not thrilled about the power cord. It is not a standard power cord, instead it has the built-in converter box with a wimpy (low voltage) connector to the unit. If you damage this power cord, you are hosed.
It's okay, especially for the price.
August 27, 2015
Great price and good resolution for what I use the monitor for. Cons: the base/stand is cheap and weak. There is a lot of play/movement. Monitor did not come with instructions, although you don't really need them for assembly. However, the controls are non-intuitive. The symbols and indicator lights are on the lower right hand front of the frame, but no buttons or other indication of how to manipulate them. I thought maybe it could only be controlled with a remote, but there wasn't one. Found out by accident that you simply touch the frame underneath each function to use them. There are no indentations or other indication of this part of the design, but once you figure it out, it works fine.

OK bought this monitor back in June of 2015. Great monitor beutiful picture great for gaming. Reason for 3 stars I didnt reaserch enough about it and found out it has a knoiwn problem with the backlight (the one that lights up the screen) only had this monitor for 2 mos and the problem started.while monitor is on will work great for awhile then it starts flashing... black screen.... desktop.....black screen..... desktop seversl times then stay black with the power button blinking. You turn it off and back on and it works fine for a couple of minutes the does it all over again.

Right now I'm in limbo because Samsung is making me wait for the "Tech" department to get back to me and was told it would take 1-2 business days.
Other then that its been a great monitor

Nice picture and viewing angle. Limited viewing options.
December 10, 2016
Good quality monitor but no position adjustments except for lean angle. Fixed height is very annoying, requiring me to adjust my chair height if I don't like it. Kind of ridiculous. It also cannot be mounted on any standard monitor mount which is also ridiculous. The usable viewing angle is excellent, unlike my older HP display which only works over a very limited viewing range. Sharp enough for casual text processing and the quick set selections are good for quickly switching to text, movie or gaming modes. Good color balance overall. Also has one custom setting which can be saved. This size is about as big as I would want for a standard resolution display as the sharpness is borderline for text and would fall off substantially if it were any larger.Subtracted 2 stars due to idiotic mounting and adjustment limitations.
It's a good size and perfectly adequate!
August 23, 2016
I got this as a second monitor to my 27" iMac with Retina display and made the mistake of putting them side by side. Granted one is much much more expensive, heck it's the computer. I'm sure on it's own this is a perfectly fine monitor, I just didn't have a chance to judge it without the comparison. It works fine streaming old episodes of Star Trek on Netflix while I perform minute Photoshop edits in high-res on the adjacent screen. That sounded mean. Now I feel guilty. The truth? It's a good size and perfectly adequate. Oh, that just sounded like a reassuring partner.

July 9, 2016
I love this monitor. I bought two of them for the built-in color profiles. Now for the not so good. One monitor came with a large vertical scratch on the left side. I'm okay with that I don't use it as my primary monitor. They don't have DVI-D. 2 hdmi and RGBLastly you cannot mount them. There isn't any holes for a vesa mount. The smaller versions of this monitor you are able to purchase an adapter plate so you can use a monitor mount.
Almost there.
June 19, 2016
This monitor has some of the best all around performance i've seen from an ips, but it's held back by a yellow tint issue that not only makes skin tones look greenish yellow but also makes the whole greyscale look yellow. This is not correctable by adjusting any of the picture settings nor can it be corrected by switching to a different preset mode. In fact, when you try to fix this tint issue by adjusting RGB values you just change the color of the tint. So instead of yellow, it will turn blue or red depending on which color value you reduce. I initially thought this was just due to the panel that I received being faulty but when I received my replacement this same tint issue was on the new monitor.HP needs to fix this issue because when they do, they'll have a hidden gem in the monitor marketplace.Your move HP.

May 30, 2016
I really like the design of this monitor - I'm using a MacBook Pro with it - and no matter what I do - it is zoomed in just a bit too far so that and full screen windows get cut off on the left, right, and bottom. I have fooled with the various image settings (horizontal, vertical, clock) and even the resolution and it is still too large. Idk what the deal is. I really want to like this - but it's hard to use when everything gets cut off.
No VESA standard mounting option!
August 19, 2015
Nice looking monitors, response time is a little slow but a 25" IPS for the price isn't bad. Unfortunately these DO NOT come with any standard VESA mounting holes. The HP site references an adapter, but it does not seem to be available as vendors and HP itself seem unable to find the actual part in their system.(HP CVB100 VESA Mount Adapter Kit (L6V75AA) - http://www8.hp.com/us/en/products/oas/product-detail.html?oid=8525135There is a 3rd party adapter, but it is black and ruins the point of the white monitor for us.http://www.amazon.com/VESA-Mount-Adapter-Bracket-Pavilion/dp/B00TIMRXWO?tag=viglink20237-20With the additional cost other monitors become viable options so unless you're fine with desktop stand you may want to look elsewhere - otherwise it's a nice looking display at a reasonable price.

Poorly designed base/neck, otherwise good
August 9, 2016
image quality was fine but the neck and base were really poorly designed and seemed for a really long time to be inflexible. I finally had to call support, they had no clue, finally I found some tip that you just have to apply way more pressure than you would expect and then the screen will angle back to a normal viewing angle...

August 31, 2015
I was looking forward to receiving this product, but when I received it, it was in really bad shape. the box was dented and sad looking. I dont know if it left the factory then, but it was a pretty sad birthday gift. When I opened it, it looked squished and damaged, but there was no particular flaws with the monitor. Looking normal, I tried to set it up, but it did not turn on. It was probably a defunct monitor. I will try and get a replacement, and from there, I will post another review, but until then, I will leave this review as a 2 star Monitor.
Buy a Different Monitor
August 23, 2015
I have a lot of Samsung products, LEDs, appliances, etc. I purchased this to use with my Mac Book Pro and finally disconnected it today. The white levels and contrast on this monitor just don't cut it. If a you are looking at white/light colored items, you're out of luck as you can't see them very well at all.

The monitor does tilt forward and backwards, however there is no height adjustment. I just replaced it with a Viewsonic VG2239. I will continue to consider Samsung products but was disappointed with this purchase.

This is a beautiful monitor and has worked flawlessly since I purchased it in April of 2016 ... until today. It has absolutely just up and died out of nowhere. I paid $129.99 for this and only got 15 months out of it.Very disappointed. I've never had any quality electronics die after 15 months.
Great, until 4 months of use.

Unfortunately, I am quite disappointed with the quality of this monitor. After reading the rave reviews I was sure I would love it...Physically it is impressive....but the picture quality is just plain dull....not as vibrant as the Asus it replaced....I've tried every setting, brightness nearly to 100....makes no difference....and as I'm out of the US....returning it is not an option....sad

Maybe I am spoiled by a Macbook Pro with Retina display but this monitor had a magenta-ish cast that I could not get rid of,, even after attempting to calibrate it several times with Datacolor SpyderPro4. Samsung warranty service is frustrating and I am not sure that I have enough perseverance to continue wading through their bureaucracy. so far I have spent time in an on-line support chat, was directed to the service portal, was kicked out twice, directed to call, spent time with technician on phone, was told to try plugging more sources into the monitor and then call back later.
Not a good buy.

This monitor has been bad news from day one. The tilt is hard to adjust and the colors are washed out. It is either too bright or the whites are grey making the text hard to read I have tried to adjust the brightness, color and contrast but to no avail and it keeps getting worse. I probably should have sent it back when it arrived but I was sure Samsung would have an upgraded driver that would fix the issue so I patiently waited. It was bought to be the main monitor on my two monitor set up but it had gotten so bad that I switch it to a secondary use and am using my 12 yr old 20" Dell as the main monitor. I have been secretly hoping for an excuse to rid myself of this monitor and it finally happened. A vertical line has appeared at the top middle of the screen and it appears to be growing it now extends about 1/3 of the way down the screen. I have ordered a replacement monitor and will be so happy when I can unhook this piece of junk.
Surprisingly poor quality for a Samsung
June 10, 2015
I used a slightly smaller Samsung monitor for many years and was very pleased with the quality. When it finally bit the dust, I only looked at Samsung models to replace it. That was a mistake. As other reviewers have noted, this monitor has a large dark section in the upper left quadrant. It's okay if you're facing it directly, but the view from an angle is really bad. Yes, it's a cheap monitor, but that's not an excuse. I replaced it with the same size Acer at a lower price, and the Acer is much, much better.

such a bad purchase

literally such a mistake! I am so disappointed in this monitor and unfortunately I am now stuck with it... I purchased it while I was in school and by the time I got home the return date had passed. The resolution is just awful.. It is not clear it does not feel like you are looking at a 1080 screen.. Also it is really glossy so if there is any light at all in the room it reflects. I honestly can not use this screen. I am a software developer and have to stair at a computer screen for the majority of my waking hours. I fear I will go blind looking at this screen because of how burry it is and how much it reflects light. Really disappointed... I suggest going with the Dell ultrasharp series. They are pricier but way better screens that wont make you squint because of the blurry writing
I'm not pretty sure why
September 18, 2017
The monitor sometimes appear irritating line on it many times! I'm not pretty sure why. I changed into 3 other HDMI cable to check whether the cable is the problem, but it appears to be the monitor itself as the lines still appear. Is it just happen only to me or to other buyers too? Need help. Thank you
Stand does not lock into monitor - makes it unsafe for any movement.
December 10, 2016
When you get older, the bigger screen is a must! I don't "game" but I do appreciate the clarity when surfing internet or working on other things that need done. Ordered this for new HP system and found it easy to assemble. However, after using monitor for several months, it continues to come off the stand with very little movement. It never did actually "lock" into stand, but at first thought that was how it was. Now find that it is a pain and unsafe to move at all. No longer recommend this monitor because of stand defect.
Dead pixel line
December 5, 2016
Bought 2 of the 25 inch monitors. Worked nearly flawless for 12 months. Minutes after the warranty expired, the dreaded dead pixel line running down the left side of the screen.
Major Letdown
May 30, 2016
Not at all what I was expecting based on reviews from trusted review sites. Both panels had glaring defects with extremely uneven gamma and unbearable light bleed as well as IPS glow. The overdrive function did not work at all and, it had less motion clarity than my Dell U23H11 which is overclocked to 72Hz. The picture was extremely clear thanks to a non-aggressive screen coating but the panel quality was very sub-par.
