So far I've been very happy with it. 1 pill, 1/2 to an hour before bedtime; I feel groggy, and fall to sleep quickly - typically sleeping soundly through the night.Another way to look at is to take the product ~9hrs before your day starts. | Not as effective as other pills somehowDecember 23, 2016 I have been using sleep aid pills for some time. For some reason, it takes longer for the capsule form to take effect as non capsule pills I bought from Walgreen. It also feel less potent as the non capsules counterpart although the dosage is exactly the same. The only difference is the price, this is cheaper.It takes more than an hour for my body to feel the sleepiness after taking the capsule, so I have to take it early. Instead of taking the pill and then go to bed right away. But you don't always go to bed at the same time, so it can be a problem. I had to take the other regular pills when I need to fall asleep fast.So if money is not a constraint, I recommend non-capsule form of sleep-aids. With other sleeping pills, I would have been terribly groggy and/or incapable of completing most tasks. With these pills, there was no indication that I had taken anything. I actually forgot that I had taken them. I fully acknowledge that it may be a physiological anomaly, still I would not recommend these to anyone. Chamomile, Sleepy Time/Melatonin,Alteril, Midnite, Neuro Sleep/Unisom, Benadryl/Lunesta, Ambien, Restoril are all far better options. I don't recommend atAugust 30, 2016 It doesn't work at all.
