My husband, who does shift work, tried to use them a couple of times and they made him very wirey. He could not continue using them. I use them occasionally and they work well for me. I needed a supplement that would help me stay asleep during the brightness of the day but also I needed to still be functional when I awoke. I don't feel groggy when I wake up after taking the supplement which is a huge plus. The product is a little difficult to swallow. The larger capsules are intimidating and must be taken with a liquid. I only take the capsules on the nights/days that I work and have no withdrawal symptoms on the other days. Prescription medications often have the horrible side effect withdrawals when not taken everyday. This supplement gives me the freedom to take it when I need it. I hope this review helps others who are looking for a safer/natural product for sleep.
