Great quality pan
October 4, 2017
Perfect for cooking an item for 1 or 2 people. No need to use a large sheet tray that is difficult to clean in a regular household sized sink. Hand wash only and this pan will last a very long time.
Superior Quality!
September 11, 2017
These Pans are the Best!...I will never own Teflon anything again...no coated Pampered Chef or otherwise...These pans are super and maintain their shine and quality...very easy to clean, but I'm using parchment paper half the time
Like the bigger version
July 19, 2017
I bought these because I bought the 1/2 sheet pans several months ago and was an instant fan. I had no idea that these would make such a difference. I have used them for baking cookies and roasting vegetables. Like the bigger version, the cooking and browning is much more even with these..

These are great pans. Don't know why I didn't think of smaller sheet pans for roasting, etc. in the past. Heavy and well made.
High Quality Baking Pan
March 27, 2016
Skip the lookalikes and order this pan for a longlasting piece of equipment that will last. The metal is heavy duty and easy to clean. The quality is similar to the large pans bakers use. Avoid the coated pans that supposedly prevent sticking; the coating flakes off after high heat and numerous uses. Use aluminum foil when baking food that sticks or parchment paper for baked items, The French silicone liner prevents sticking and can be purchased for larger or smaller pans such as this pan.
Perfect for my use
January 8, 2014
I bake a lot of bread. 20-24 loaves every few weeks at one time. I recently added bread for communion to my baking. 4 round loaves each communion Sunday using nice rattan brotforms to rise in. My old baking sheets were too large to get four loaves in comfortably. Because they were dark, loaves on the lower shelf got over dark bottoms. The new pans are heavy enough not to warp and the reflective aluminum keeps them from over browning. I use parchment, so there is no clean up and the 1/4 sheet size allows me to get the four loaves in without getting near the sides of the oven. I have a larger size home oven, but it is a regular 4 burner, so it isn't like a Garland, just a GE Profile. I might not have quite as much room in a small oven, but the high wall design of the pan still takes less room than ordinary small baking pans. They are just right for my use. No complaints at all.

Testing these out
July 6, 2017
I manage vacation rentals and previously bought another brand which rusted out within a year. This time I bought three different brands from amazon and I have one in each rental. I will check back in about 6 months to describe how this one is holding up compared to the others.
One of the best cookie sheet sets I have purchased in years!!
March 16, 2017
A good cookie pan is a staple in a large family, without them you cannot cook well and when they get old you have to let them go. I ordered these to replace a set that we had that were well beyond their usefulness. Wow!! These are great. The nonstick actually works and they cook very well holding up to all kinds of different cooking needs. I like the fact they are very easy to clean and so far have not stained which is usually what happens right away with cookie sheets!! I really like this set and will order more as this set gets old which may take longer than I expected and that is a good thing.
Need sheet pans? Buy these. 10/10 would recommend.
March 5, 2017
These are great sheet pans! I was very surprised by their sturdiness and quality when I received them. They are cheap but not cheaply made and I've put them through an average workload through the first few weeks I've had them and they still look and feel great! They do not warp even at high heats and have stood up to the dishwasher well! The most surprising part to me though was the excellent quality of the nonstick surface. Any kind of burn or food that would normally stick to or possibly stain the surface literally just wipes off! The three different sizes are nice too! I would highly recommend these!
excellent cookie pans
January 14, 2017
I purchased these to replace the identical set I purchased a couple of years ago. They are excellent cookie pans and I use them frequently..Winter time I make cookies every couple of days. The pans cook well, I like the light color as they seem to brown (but not burn) the cookies.Thats why I was so upset when I made the mistake of cooking a honey glazed ham on my smallish cookie pan at Christmas...that pan got so crusted with glaze that I couldn't remove that I had to toss my favorite cookie pan.I'm really happy with the pans-which is why I didn't hesitate about purchasing them again.
Great for short time baking or roasting!
September 15, 2016
I was really reluctant to buy this bakeware because of its cheap price comparing to the ones I found in the stores. But I am happy I decided to buy them after all.Quality: The product comes as described and if you take good care of them, you can have them in your kitchen for years. I have been using them for over a year and I followed the care instructions and they look almost as good as new except for some discoloration. Just make sure to wash them after they cool off with hot water and soap and then use a kitchen cloth to dry them out. I have never washed them in dish washer though, maybe this helps! Also, it is worth to mention that the pans bend at high temperature somewhere above 350 F. So these pans would be great for short time baking or roasting. THESE ARE NOT A HEAVY DUTY PANS.Size: The 3 sizes are perfect for most of the baking needs.Price: Those are cheap bakeware pans but they do what were designed for.Overall, I am satisfied with this product and I would recommend buying them for short time baking or roasting.
Perfect at an incredible price!

I somehow got roped into playing hostess on Thanksgiving. I knew that I would be cooking, as well as baking. My old cookies sheets just weren't going to cut it. I saw this deal and snagged it. I'm completely satisfied! This set of bakeware got plenty of use over the past week. The sheets worked very well. They were definitely non-stick, even when I had the heat up to 400 degrees. They are also really easy to clean. I chose to handwash them since it there was nothing stuck to them. They water basically rolled right off of them afterwards, so they dried very quickly. For $10, you really can't beat this set!

Nice pan for baking.
Nice quality quarter sheet pan for my countertop oven.
March 28, 2017
Well, it is a quarter sheet pan. It does quarter sheet pan things. Seems to heat well, and pretty evenly. Seems well made. Happy with it. I bought it to use in my Breville Smart Oven Pro countertop oven, and am very pleased with it. It is also a little bit bigger than a Nordicware quarter sheet pan that I have, and I like that aspect a lot. I use silicone baking sheets a lot, and the quarter sheet size I have didn't it that great on the NordicWare. Fits without hanging over or having to be scrunched in on the Vollrath. Overall, I would say the quality of the two are comparable, btw. Probably will pick up a couple more of these soon. I use my countertop over A LOT, so handy to buy a couple or three.
9.5x13 is a tad bit of an exaggeration.
September 28, 2016
It is a very strong pan and I think it will come in handy, but the actual measurements at the bottom are an inch shorter in both directions than at the top due to the slant of the slides. So if you are relying on the larger measurements, you may be disappointed (like I was, a little, but I'll get over it).
Nice size.
July 29, 2015
It was smaller than I expected when it arrived though that is my fault for not reading more carefully. It has been a great pan though and it fits into my cabinets conveniently. Be careful when drying it because water can get inside the round rim and drip on you when you pick it up. Not a complaint, just a note.
Don't put in dishwasher!
April 25, 2015
I bought two, and the first time I used one (to bake cookies, they came out great) I put it in the dishwasher. It came out horribly discolored. Still usable though. See the picture to compare the one that went through the dishwasher vs. the one that didn't, purchased at the same time. It's a heavy duty pan that I'm sure I'll be using forever, but I was disappointed it's a handwash-only thing. Perhaps it came with instructions but who would read instructions for a cookie sheet.

May 26, 2017
Some reviewers reported warping on high heat. So far I have not had this issue. I hand wash with cool water as I live off the grid and rely on cold rain water for my house hold water needs. I a use Liquid Propane stove/oven. These pans are meeting my needs beautifully. Cakes, biscuits, cookies, roasts, baked chicken all come out great. Clean up is easy. I use this bake ware between 200 (warming) and 400 degrees. So far so good. The metal is not heavy duty but of medium weight. I am quite happy with my purchase
worth my money
July 5, 2016
I bought these cookie sheets because I was in need of new ones and I think I got a good value for y money with these. even though they still buckle at 400* or higher, they get the job done and have been easy to clean. the different sizes allow me to cater to different foods and quantities. the pans have been really helpful and even portraying nonstick qualities when I forget to spray the pans before baking. I recommend these for anyone looking for pans for a nice price. these have held up well to continued uses and dishwasher cleanings.
Great Set!
January 8, 2016
I paid $9.99 for the set, which is a fantastic deal! I have been using all 3 for the last few months consistently due to the holidays and they have held up well. They are quite durable. They are easy to clean ( I hand wash). I love that there are 3 different sizes as this allows me to choose the best size for the baking project at hand. The sizes of the pans are:9 Inch x 13 Inch Cookie Pan, 10 Inch x 15 Inch Cookie Pan & 11 Inch x 17 Inch Cookie Pan
Well made pans, great non-stick surface, great price
January 7, 2016
It was finally time to throw away our old cookie pans, which were brown with cooked on non-stick spray, and we replaced them with these. The non-stick surface coating is excellent, to the point where soap suds just run off the surface. The metal seems thinner and much more flimsy than our previous pans, but they have not warped or seemed to suffer from the thinner metal. I have noticed that water collects under the curled rim, which could cause rust in the future, so I'm always careful to hand wash these pans and dry them at an angle. We have a few brownish discolorations starting to form from baking cookies and Pillsbury croissant rolls after 2 months of use, which is disappointing, but I guess inevitable. I hope these last as long as our previous pans (7+ years) and keep looking good.
Does what there are supposed to. Time will tell how long they last.
November 14, 2015
I have been buying a set very similar to these but with a different brand name every year. I mention that because they seem almost identical to these minus the brand name. They do discolor when used in higher temp ranges and I'm hoping that the inclusion of silicon baking mats will allow these to last longer than the previous set. Keep in mind that this isn't an apples to apples comparison due to the addition of the silmats to the equation but I do see some color changing in the area that the mats don't cover. I do see them warping quite a bit while in the oven under higher temps. My only other complaint, and this may be nitpicking, is that water does tend to stay in the underside edges of the pans where the steel was rolled.

November 9, 2015
I just received these today and will edit the review as we use them. They look a bit different than our other nonstick pans. The shipment was also delayed a few times. Out of their control in a way, but the first time something has been delayed. I'm unsure if it's because of the nature of the box or just a fluke.

August 19, 2015
These pans dent if you look at them and have to be lined with foil to prevent odd cloudy stains that can't be removed. On the other hand, if you don't mind the dents or stains, they cook evenly and food doesn't stick which is a big plus over other sheet pans I have had in the past.

April 13, 2015
Not the quality I was searching for. I'm sure I will be replacing them next year. The search continues for a great sheet pan. I would not recommend buying.
Otherwise they are fine.
April 5, 2015
They still warp at 400 F or above. Otherwise they are fine.
It's ok
March 9, 2015
The edge does not wrap fully around like an older (higher quality) pan like this which was given to me years ago, but it's ok. Will probably try to find these in a store in the future to make sure I'm getting exactly what I want, rather than buying online.
Good pan, minor weakness
January 2, 2015
Performs well, came with minor scratches, but nothing that hurt performance or remained visible after a few uses. Bead/channel is not as tight as desired, so water gets in when being hand washed....Requires some shifting/tilting to get the channel to completely drain.

Low quality pans. They get the job done but one of them started peeling the first week - reveals uncoated easily-rusted metal
Pop and Rust
March 30, 2017
Over a certain temperature in the oven, it will make a pop noise and the cookie sheet will morph a little bit, but when it is taken out it goes back to normal. Also when I wash it in the dish washer, water gets stuck in the rim, this causes the sheets to rust and when I pull them out to put them away, the rust water gets all over the other clean dishes.
Bakeware wIll warp in moderate heat
March 19, 2017
Warped at 350 deg F Thin lightweight and does not stay flat even with weight on all four corners.Unable to use as bakeware so it is used below as a drip pan instead.
Not the greatest
January 13, 2017
This is ok, but I purchased this about 2 years ago and it worked well for a while. But unfortunately after 2 years of cooking on this it's become very dingy and it looks completely different. The nonstick part definitely wears off and now I have to use nonstick cooking spray on this. I don't know if it's what I'm using it for, but they are baking sheets and should be able to be used to heat up food and make cookies. I haven't had the greatest luck with it. Also, for some reason, mine got a little bit warped after the 2 years and they don't sit flat on the table or counter anymore.
Good For A Little While...
October 16, 2016
I purchased these pans almost a year ago and they worked well for awhile but like other reviewers said, they began to warp in the oven. I put them away for awhile and recently started using them again and they still warp. I'll be replacing them soon.
Thin and delicate!
January 21, 2016
These pans are good for catching drippings from roasting meat... so long as the meat is not touching the pan... as on a grill or a rack. And good for baking cookies. They are thin and delicate and should be treated as such. They are easy to clean, but they stain easily. Cooking any food, especially if wrapped in foil, placed on these pans results in a warping that takes place a result of thermal expansion. This can be counteracted by elevating the food above the surface. Nonetheless, for the price, they are worth it.

Disappointment
March 6, 2017
I was very surprised when I used all three pans for the first time to bake shortbread cookies. The largest of the three pans stained where the cookies were on the sheet. They were not burned but left a dark stain? The other pans did not. Cannot was off.

After 3 uses, these pans have started warping in the oven. I put them in (350-400F) and after some time I'll hear a loud clang, the bottom of the pan has warped. When I take it out of the oven, I usually try to straighten the warp out and it'll cool flat. But the next time I put the pan in the oven, the warp will come back.

January 9, 2016
These don't last very well. They warp in the oven (although they do flatten back out while cooling), but the worst part is the nonstick finish scrapes off just from being slid in-and-out of the oven on the bottom, and they they will begin to rust on the bottom. I only got maybe 15-20 uses out of them before this started happening.

Very disappointed in these cookie sheets; surprised Farberware is willing to dilute their good brand name with this poor-quality product. The cookie sheets are thin, which is okay, but the folds/welds/whatever in the back catch and hold water, and those back folds rust. As a result when you've washed these in the dishwasher or by hand and you've left them to dry, once you pick them up and rotate them, rusty water drips all over the place. It's obnoxious, and, I think, a sign of shabby construction. Oh, and the first time I used the small one, the "non-stick" material stained, permanently.

Discolored and Warped

EVERYTHING BURNS
October 14, 2014
These are sturdy but everything I have baked on them has burned on the bottom. Granola, cookies and even french fries which have been fine on other cookie sheets have burned. Bought mainly to make granola because of the edge. Didn't even try to make my texas sheet cake or pumpkin bars. Afraid to ruin more food. Really cannot use. Will not buy bakeware online anymore.
