This cooler is amazing! Used it on a Sunday with ice and bottles of water and still had ice and water over a week later! We were amazed! Love the nice large size and its mobility with the hand and wheels. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

I'm using it as a mash tun for home brewing and it has been great. The drain being on the same side as the handle is nice. That allows me to easily wheel the cooler to the dump pile and empty out all the spent grains without the valve scrapping across the ground. I've only used it a couple times but it holds temperature really well. The size is perfect because it allows me to do some really big 10 gallon batches.

This is an amazing cooler. It keeps tons of food cold for extended times under any circumstances. I was surprised by the amount of space it has and how long ice stays frozen.

Light weight, easy to move when filled, durable.

Took this to summer camp. It was between 75 and 95 for 5 days and this held our meat. It was able to keep ice when not opened frequently for 3 days without issues compared to our 3day cooler that could not hold ice for 1 day. The wheels make it easy to handle and the size is just right before getting too heavy to lift into the car (results may vary my wife disagrees here).In the end this is the only cooler that holds ice and food this long other than a yeti which is 3x more expensive.Been over a year now. Took it to summer camp again this year and has held up to the wear and tear of monthly campouts and bbqs. It has only had one problem where a handle came loose and snapped back into place without issue. I load it up at least monthly and the boys are into it as well which means it takes a beating. I would buy it again.4/3/17: Cooler still going strong and survived a few summers. I stored it on a shelf and it fell off ripping the lid off but for $6-$10 I can order replacements. I think I will go with the plastic so the hinge breaks and not the cooler. It lasted so long still 5 stars especially for the price.

I ordered 2 of these things. Great coolers for the price. Don't believe the posted days that Ice is supposed to last though. Maybe if you fill it with ice and nothing else and leave it in the shade, but for regular use, 2-3 days at best.

When it arrived, I opened the box. no damage, then placed it in the back of the pickup with a black cover and left it. It was very hot the next day, and overnight it stayed hot in the pickup bed. The next morning I opened the lid. The Kool Pak inside was just barely starting to thaw. Air temp inside the cooler was cool, not frosty cool, but close to 35 or so. Amazing to be that cold for a day and half. Now we can go shopping in the morning, put frozen things in the Igloo, shop the rest of the day then head home for an hour drive. Would buy another when I need one.

Exceeds my expectations!! Very durable, large and light weight! Fits perfectly into my center console 26' Mako boat. Fits right behind the leaning post. I did not want to screw fasteners to the floor so I just bungee corded it around the post. I haven't been out for 5 days in 90 degree weather but have no doubt things would still be cold. After 8 hours in 105 degrees ice was still frozen rock hard. I highly recommend it for hard core fishermen as myself to keep your food, drinks or fish cold. (I just put fish in my live well).The top of the cooler has a ruler for you catch of the day.

Great bargain!! We recently went on a 5 day camping trip at a bike rally. I did a lot of prep work making foil packets for 9 people before we left and froze them. We packed up and put one bag of ice in the cooler with all of the frozen foil packs. By day 3, the packets on top had just started to thaw on the edges and the ice had just started to melt. When we returned from our trip, we still had half a bag of ice and everything was still cold. I recommend this to anyone!

I'm impressed with the size, quality and price tag on this cooler. I've owned a few coolers over the years and this is my favorite one. It's my typical go to cooler unless I only need something about 1/3 of the size. I read some of the other reviews about some of the hinges and parts breaking. I like the fact that it sounds like if they ever do wear it, it will be easy to replace them with some stainless steel ones that should never wear out. Unless this gets lost or stolen I can't imagine needing to buy another cooler for a very long time. I would most likely pick another one of these up.

I love me New cooler. For some odd 25yrs or more, grocery shopping meant gathering all our coupons & taking me wifey out to hit ALL the stores she needed to hit in a single day. We only had a 48qt Igloo cooler, always left in me van, to put refrigerated items in. This USUALLY meant bouncing around hitting stores Willy-Nilly, making sure we cuds use cooler to fullest potential. Now me wifey's passed, and I's STILL shopping the same way. Except NOW, I's got the New 120qt cooler in addition to the 48qt. I cans now take me time shopping and hit all me stores in order on me route, instead of jumping about... And if'n this cooler lasts as long as me other Igloo, well Hell, maybhaps whomever has it after I pass, can use it for the rest they life too.

fantastic cooler. kept ice for several days. only problem I've had is the big handle (opposite side of the wheels) constantly pops out on one side making it difficult to pull when the cooler is full.

Keeps it cold as advertised. Ackward size.

Keeps stuff cold, lid stays open when you open it if on a level surface, unlike some models you have to keep open with one hand or your head while searching for a cold drink or a piece of cheese. Ice does last a couple of days, depending on how hot it is outside and how much you open/close this. Full of ice and 'stuff', it can be pretty heavy, so bet someone they can't lift it out of the truck for you, all it will cost you is a cold drink, but you'll save your back.

Only disappointment was lack of quality in attachment of handles. On return to Houston from Portland, OR, I checked it as luggage.When I tried to retrieve it from the conveyor in Houston, a handle at the wheel end fell off. When the large handle was then grabbed, it came loose, leaving only one handle intact.

This is an awesome cooler, I only had to put ice in it one time for a 5 day camping trip. The only thing which would make it better is if it came with a removable basket or 2 to keep things out of the ice.

Good price with plenty of storage , The lid hinges did break within the 1st year and was going to purchase replacements online , but I contacted Igloo and they shipped me the stainless steel ones free of charge . I really could'nt ask for more .

Not a bad cooler. I've been able to fit 40 lbs of ice and a quartered whitetail deer in here no problem. Ice has lasted pretty good for the 2-3 day range but I wouldn't want to push it past that. I haven't had any issues with the latches or hinges yet, but they do feel kinda flimsy and wouldn't be surprised at all to see them fail one day.

My other 60qt igloo is over 25 years old. Great plastic latches and hinges that never broke. These hinges and latches look a lot cheaper. And after reading some of these reviews I'll probably have to install some stainless steel latches and hinges sometime in the near future. That's very disappointing. However, when you do get the stainless steel hinges and latches installed you'll have a very durable cooler that should last for years. Ice melts after 3 days not 5.

This chest is in our small fruit and vegie stand and will hold ice in out 105 degree for a couple of days. The only thing that is bad are the hinges and locks on the frond. The locks on the front wore out in one season, but our season is only 4 months long and these are opens all day everyday for these four moths so not the usual usage.

Gave it a four day weekend Had to add ice. Would say it works like any other regular cooler.

Would've gave 5 stars but tote handle came apart after loading this thing up, really too bad. Great price, fast delivery, and I hate that it sdidnt live up to my expectations.

The cooler does a good job of keeping food cold and obviously is quite large. However, the pull handle and wheels are basically useless unless you like your heels being bashed the whole time you're pulling it. A longer or extendable handle would solve this.

The handle unattaches every time I try to wheel this cooler if it's more than half full. Very difficult to maneuver or drag. That said, it did a nice job of retaining ice in the summer sun.

Shipping & purchasing was very easy. Unfortunately, the same thing happened with this newer model of this cooler as had happened with the older - the lid is heavy, and the connecting strap to keep it from falling backwards when open snapped shortly after receiving it.

Decent cooler. The worst hinges of any cooler available. 3rd replacement. Don't know why I keep doing this. While waiting for these to arrive I found some rubber gasket material, removed hinges, cut gasket to fit under my broken hinges (same footprint as the hinge), screwed everything back in with gasket between the cooler and the hinge. Works great. A piece of leather will work just as well.

Cooler No Problem, But ! the locks are very poor . The steel locks I bought did not allow cooler to close the way it should . For this reason I would not buy again, or ask anyone tro buy.JD GoldKleinMaryland

Needs better hinges! And needs a strap on both sides to stop the lid from falling back. It broke on the 2nd day we used it, just screwed it back in no big deal though. Didn't keep our ice cold for 5 hours like it said, although we did open it a lot to make drinks. It was a great deal for the price though & made our camping trip easier.

The size is good for my fishing trip. The wheels and handle frequently fell off which I don't think you would like to experience. Lost it last week without knowing. Trying to look for a replacement wheels, cant find it here at amazon.com or even coleman.com. A bit disappointed. bought this November 2016. Less than 15 fishing trips used.

It did not keep our ice frozen for the duration that it said it would. Not a good buy at all...

The handle is USELESS! This cooler is too large for the handle to pull the loaded cooler so the handle pops off everytime. This cooler is large and seems to keep ice well but don't plan on taking it on a picnic!

Nice quality cooler but impossible to open without something to pry the lid open. Considering sending it back.Update: Contacted company and got a very timely and courteous answer. They said it would loosen up with use. Will see how that goes.

I've had it a year, and the top has broken off, and the wheels need to be put back together all the time. It's a cheap cooler, so you can't really have high expectations. Next cooler I buy, I will spend more money to get better quality.

plastic strapping broke first day but I didn't want to deal with the return etc.

we love the cooler but the hinges are already broken off which really stinks for the money the hinge clips should be stronger, we purchased and replaced the latches and they lasted a month

The cooler was three weeks old when the snap lock broke. It does not keep ice for 5 days more like 2.. It is a big day tripper.

Very disappointed hinges broke 1st time out replaced with stainless front latches broke within 1st month had a larger igloo prior lasted many years on my boat seemed to keep ice longer also not happy probably changing brand this year

If you want to just buy a cooler and use it, this thing is awful. Very cheap brittle plastic. Bought three of these coolers and in less than a month we've lost two lids off the back of the truck on the highway because either the front or back pieces meant to secure the lid broke off. Also one has cracked on the bottom and leaks water. We have also already had handles break.

just bought this last week and took it on a family vacation. the plug/stopper leaks and there's no way to tighten it.water leaked all over the floor all weekend, and put a damper on our vacation.i thought coleman was a brand name. guess i was mistaken.

During the first use of this cooler, the pull handle broke off even though it was empty.

Really nice looking, great size. Absolutely useless if you attempt to keep anything cold in it. Do yourself a favor and get one with hinge locks (very common on almost all ice chest). The lid is not tight at all. 5 bags of ice melted within hours down to water, and we never even opened it during that time. Every time we have used it, it has done this. Bottom line, worthless.

This cooler is terrible it would not hold ice. It say it will keep ice for 5 days. All I keep in this cooler was water bottles. I would fill it with 3 bags of ice in the morning and by 6pm all the ice was gone. I did this every day for a week in 90 degree heat in the shade. Never once would the ice not be gone by 6pm. Just a terrible cooler

Supposed to have damaged box but cooler in perfect condition. Not true! Box was slightly dented. The cooler is a bust. The latches fell off due to screw holes are wallowed out and screws just fell out. Also noticed there were several holes where someone tried to remount screws but then latch wouldn't latch. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in quality of igloo cooler. I can't even buy replacement latches because there are so many holes put into cooler lid. This cooler needs to be replaced and trashed. Definitely not impressed with igloo quality. This should not have ever been sold.

Terrible hardware for the hinges.. I took it out of the box and 2 of the 3 hinges were broke. I have not even got to use it once. Amazon is gonna lose money on this one with all the shipping back and forth. If it had the metal hardware this would be a fantastic cooler.

Cooler is not air tight and does not keep ice long. Also used it to store dry goods and during a rainstorm the contents got quite wet.

Do not buy this product because the hinges and locks are so easy to break.
