These drink powders are amazing! I bought these for my Ragnar relay race and I added these to my water for hydration. I tend to get dehydrated easily and regular water doesn't cut it for me. I need those extra electrolytes. I also appreciated the little caffeine in these to boost my energy during the 2 day race! All 3 flavors were great! Even others in my group wanted to use these! The only downfall is the size of the tablets, you have to break them in order to fit them in a 16.9 oz water bottle. I used my refillable water bottle, so they worked great!

I have been looking for a hydration product for a while now that I can take before grueling run/hikes in the mountains. I can't count how many and how many types I've tried. I've finally found what I was looking for in these little gems. Easily portable, and they don't create that awful taste or coating most hydrating products leave in your throat when you take them while training. The carbonation is minor and the flavors are good.

I recently gave up coffee (who am I kiddiing, I was mostly drinking flavored creamer) and was looking for a low sugar alternatiive that would still give me a boost in the morning. Nuun has been awesome, I drink it before and during my morning runs and workouts and it keeps me going. The taste is great, it's easy to use, and the price is reasonable. I have not yet tried a flavor that I don't like, but Wild Berry is definitely one of my favorites!

These tablets make the difference between a 16 mile hike with swollen feet and a 25 mile hike without being swollen from drinking so much water to hydrate without the needed electrolytes. The caffeine adds a a nice boost as well. I take these on about every hike over 10 miles and they make a huge difference in how far and how fast that I can go. Shorter hikes don't make as big of a difference, but the long ones sure do. The tablets help me hydrate and replace the electrolytes that I sweat out on the trail. I also seem to be able to absorb the electrolytes in these tabs much faster than eating salty trail snacks or other solid foods. Prior to discovering these, I could hike up to about 16 miles in a day then hit a wall and be more prone to muscle cramping. I could make myself go further, but my tank was obviously on empty. With these, I was able to go the next level without feeling as wiped out. Replacing the electrolytes also seems to keep me from being as sore the next day. Definitely recommend them.

Use them all the time, for every day water drinking and while exercising. Give you a caffeine boost when you need it without making coffee or having sugary soda.

Best long-distance running electrolyte replacement I have ever used. No nausea or tummy issues, and it lasts a while. All flavors are yummy and refreshing, but my favorite is the lime. This works waaaay better than Gatorade, Powerade, or any of those syrupy-sweet drinks.

These work very well to help active people stay hydrated.

I've eliminated carbs in my bottles for rides under 3 hours unless it is a very hard VO2 session. But, having a little flavor and fizz in there is a nice distraction and there is some data that the taste of sweet on the tongue, even w/o the calories of the carbohydrates, allows you to push through. So, I usually drop half a tab to a tab per 16 oz bottle. Not expecting any performance improvement, just doing it for the flavoring.On long solo outings, where you will have access to water but don't want to carry your own powder mix, carrying these tabs is so much cleaner and convenient. You just need to carry calories separately as solid or gels.

I purchased a tube of NUUN from my local running store. I love this product and it is cheaper to purchase online then individually in the store. I do like the fact that it is low in calories and sugar contents along with the necessary replacements. I initally purchased because I'm training for my first half marathon and on long runs I needed the replacement fuel. However I now use it when I go to bootcamp and after short runs.

I am not sure if its psychological or if physiologically due to these tabs or a little of both, but after i have started to use them I feel like my exercising and performance and recovery time seems to have drastically improved.Lets paint the picture, I am roughly 6'1" and 235 lbs. I currently am doing an expat for work for a few years in Singapore which is roughly on the equator in Asia in a very humid and tropical rain forest climate.I roughly (5) times a week do trail runs and/or mountain bike rides in jungle for anywhere from 1-3 hours per outing. Having done roughly the same thing prior to using these tablets it would be very painful towards the end, and on rare occasion i would feel light headed, even though i would drink tons of water.Adding these supplements seem to have improved both my physical performance both in time and distance and my post exercise recovery seems to be better as well.My process is that prior to exercising I take a Hammer Nutrition Endurolyte Pill and then use the NUUN Tablets in my camelbak as well as adding to my post workout cooldown water consumption.

I would definitely recommend this product to first time users of NUUN. It's a good way to try out all the flavors they have to offer and then pick a few favorites to re-order from there. I'm a big fan of the strawberry lemonade! The product quality was just as expected and it shipped fast. Definitely would purchase from this company again.

I have dysautonomia and I was told about this product by others with dysautonomia. I used to drink Gatorade or Powerade to help with my electrolytes. I usually drink two a day. I've been feeling a little better since I've done this. I also love that it's low in calorie as well.

Really enjoyed the flavors on these. I use them for hydration when traveling/doing a bunch of hiking. It's nice to have the option for the caffeine boost as well, since I typically drink lots of coffee and don't always have access to it on these trips. The added caffeine definitely helps keep my headaches at bay! I'll definitely be reordering when I run out.

my favorite is the Cherry Limeade...i put a tablet and a halk in a 24 ounce bottle and it has quite the blast of flavor. i drink it for the electrolytes and it seems to work wonders for me. i like to run but i have low iron and get fatigued really fast and nuun seems to do the trick! Great product!

Flavor is good, especially for being no-calorie. Definitely like the caffeine boost.

Purchased these for a multi-day bike ride.in the MO heat. I found that I like them when I mixed them on the stronger side than the weaker side. Orange was my least favorite flavor, but the others were great.

So, when you buy a pack of nuun you typically get 12, but these only hold 10. That would be okay if the caffeine had a positive affect, but truly the dosage is too low to even matter. I recommend nuun, but not the energy nuun, save the extra money and buy the regular product and pair it with a half a cup of coffee if you need an almost not there boost.

convenient and portable are the pluses, The little bit of caffeine is helpful sometimes. Of the three I like the cherry the best, wild berry second, lemon lime is my last choice. Flavor choices are very personal though and would be different for everyone. Not my favorite electrolyte supplement, but it has it's uses in my life.

It made a big difference at the end of my bike ride or work day. No longer feel wiped out after hours of sweating- in the sun or not in extreme heat. I just wish the tablets were small enough to fit in a smaller water bottle or split enough to use different size containers.

Great product, I've been on adventure races,triathlons and mtb races and this product has helped me when I am dehydrated. The only downside is that as time goes by they get a weird after taste.

These are a great source of electrolytes during and after activities. I personally use them for hydration when feeling sick and to speed up hangover recoveries. I also use them for their intended purpose when playing tennis and other sports. The sodium and potassium in the tablets give the drinks a salty taste and the tablets dissolving gives a carbonated effect. They are something that might take time to adapt to, but work better than any other sports drink option.

Love these more than any other I have tried. The triple berry and strawberry lemonade is my favorite. Cost is great compared to other brands. You cant go wrong. I recommend getting a variety pack to see which flavor you like best.

I really like this product! And love a variety however I did give away 3 tubes as I didn't care for some of the flavors. Now I know which ones to purchase in the future. I usually will have this post run and it helps with the probably dehydration after running 2+ hours. I eat beans/stingers during the run so I tend to stick just to water and leave this for after.

I bought this product for my daughter to try. She struggles with staying hydrated and hates the taste of water. Surprisingly she liked it. The variety pack gives you an opportunity to try flavors we wouldn't necessarily buy.

The product is amazing, but when i received the product, it was already opened and missing one tablet. Not ok...

I actually prefer the non-caffeinated Nuun tablets to these in terms of taste. I didn't notice a difference in terms of the caffeine and effects on performance, alertness, etc.

This has a weird taste. Not sure what it is, could be whatever is used to sweeten it.

Good flavor profile, but just wasn't feeling these. The tablets are actually kinda large so I had to break them in half to fit in a water bottle.

I bought this because other people said it was convenient and tasty, and I wanted to try to drink something healthier than coffee. I'm not sure if it's healthier than coffee, and two of the three flavors (wild-berry and lemon-lime) aren't very good, but the cherry limeade flavor is delicious.

You get less tablets than the normal Nuun packages. Plus if you are looking for a caffeine boot from these tabs, there isn't a lot in there. Less than a cup of coffee.

i HAVE BEEN USING THIS, HOWEVER, I AM NOT CONVINCED IT DOES ANYTHING EXCEPT TO COLOR THE WATER. I DO NOT FEEL ANY PEP IN MY STEP.

I doubt I'd get these again. There's better tasting powders out there; this one leaves an alka-seltzer aftertaste that I'm not impressed with. I would look towards propel if you want electrolytes, Mio is you just want flavored to taste water. The Mio energy ones didn't have a great taste either so I'd say B vitamins and amino acids are a much better way of getting an energy burst for sports training. Optimum nutrition amino energy tasted good in orange, only flavor I've tried, and has some caffeine too if you need/want that.

didn't read the details closely enough - has caffeine. Also has artificial sweetners. Taste like flavored Alka-Seltzer.

These taste chalky, almost of baking soda. Other products in this segment do not have the same odd taste and are significantly more flavored. After using a competing product I would not buy these again.

I don't like the taste as well as the original and only 10 to a tube makes them pricey.

Ok so my original review was five stars until I noticed some swelling issues. The sodium is high in these tablets and if you have two or more a day plus food, you will bloat and swell. Even eating clean and just having two a day I had a hard time putting my rings on my fingers. Nuun won't be a daily ritual anymore, nope.

One of the tubes did not have it's safety seal, so I was unable to use that one.

The taste reminded me of Alkaseltzer. I got the variety pack in case I didn't like one of the flavors. While they all have a flavor, there is still an unmistakable Alkaseltzer taste to all of them.

This is not the past formula. It says right on the tubes i received 'New & Improved'

Received the new formula despite the title claiming "past formula". Returning.By the way, Nuun, if you're listening, you ruined your product.

Horrendous. I should have paid attention to other reviews. This tastes terrible. I love plain lemon in water so thought this would at least be comparable. Not. Ugh!

I have never tasted sodium bicarbonate before, because why would anyone try to drink baking soda? The taste was awful! I could not finish a quarter of a bottle. I bought this to enhance the boring flavor of the bottled water at work. Turns out I prefer the taste of plain water to this.

the taste is very plain. the capsules are too big to fit into a standard water bottle. it has to be broken in half. I also didn't feel any affects from the caffeine

The product is in itself is fine. The one star rating is for the price gouging route that they chose with this product over standard Nuun tablets sold here as well. You're actually being price gouged twice. Once for the fact that this is twenty dollars for a 3-pack as opposed to the standard 4-pack which costs the same and has the same vitamin makeup, and gouged a second time for the fact that you get 10 tablets per tube instead of the standard 12.Get some caffeine tablets and throw half of one into the same bottle as a single Nuun tab and you're done making your own "Caffeine Enhanced" Nuun. Don't support producers that price gouge.

I was a NUUN addict, these were the only hydration/electrolyte tabs I could tolerated and even made me want to drink water! Then they changed the formulation and they are horrible! The taste is now overrun by non-sugar additives; perhaps it is the monk fruit? I believe the company was sold by the original founders. Very disappointing and I'm searching for a replacement product.

If I could give this no stars I would. I was trying to stock up on the OLD Nuun formula since the brand just switched over to a disgusting 'diet'-tasting update, but once the package arrived I found that it was the new formula (Nuun Active). The image is totally misleading. Don't buy this product if you are wanting the old/original Nuun product. Maybe one day they'll realize how much the new one (Nuun Active) sucks and go back to the old one.

I'm disappointed in the formula change and will not be purchasing any more of the new flavor. I have started actively searching for a new electrolyte replacement source for marathon training and other activities. I will also make sure to not recommend this product when friends and acquaintances ask what I use when training.I'm also disheartened that the number of tabs decreased in each tube while it appears the price was not. I understand business and feel the new formula and decrease in tabs was a bad move.

This is misleading. All of the answers state these tubes have 12 tabs/tube, which is the old Nuun. Additionally, the tubes pictures don't have the "new and improved" banner on the top, which leads you to believe these are the old Nuun. It's not - this is the new Nuun. Just keep it in mind if you're like me, who does not like the new Nuun.

This wasn't the original Nuun flavors, which are delicious in every way. It was the new "active" version, which are just terrible. This is false advertising, as the image clearly shows the original bottles and not the "active" versions.

This is for the new and terrible Active, not the great original. There are two fewer tabs per tube to go along with a very disappointing changed formula. It was my favorite form of hydration, now I will no longer be buying any form of Nuun.
