Great nursing pillow. Lots of firm filling so it doesn't go flat after a day. Fits my tiny newborn way better than the other, thinner ones that had to have an additional 1-2 pillows under them to get him on the right spot.About the only thing I don't like is that all the patterns are kinda ugly. Oh well, it's just going to get spit up on it anyways.

This is the BEST nursing pillow I've ever tried. It actually feels better than a Boppy (like it'll take longer to flatten out) because it is incredibly full and firm (and obviously the stitching and materials are great too).I've been using the My BrestFriend pillow for 3 months and although that is secure and great (especially with the bonus pocket), this one is actually thicker and easier on my back.I only bought this one for traveling but actually it's my new favorite!I took a photo of it in action so you can see how perfectly thick it is (and baby loves it)

My friend had a baby and she told me she wanted a boppy because hers had gone flat. I bought this one for her because her baby theme was blue and duckies. This is better than a boppy. It seems better quality, thicker, more durable. I fell asleep on it once and had to order one for me!! I know that sounds so weird but it's literally the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on. Love this pillow! Great price too :)

Got this for my wife, and it's perfect and cheaper than a Boppy.....Boppy covers also fit fine...washing is a bit of a chore, as the stuffing is loose inside, so you have to remove it all, put it in a bag, wash cover, then re stuff the whole thing...positive side of this is the stuffing gets moved around, so no lumps, flat spots or any other issues that may make the baby uncomfortable

At less than half the price of the Boppy original (we bought an Amazon open box), this was a great buy. It's firm, comfortable, and the LO and DH love it. Some reviewers have commented that they don't like the fact that you can't remove and wash the cover. Yes, it's a bit of a nuisance, but not an issue for me since other covers can be bought or made.Updated:Still love it. We had no problems throwing it directly in the wash a few times. It has uses beyond nursing and sitting up and I am now buying one as a present for a friend who - like me - found it a terrifically comfortable head and neck support/reading pillow. I am sure we will keep ours until it falls to pieces.

Absolutely couldn't live without it. I had a boppy with my daughter and i truly don't see a big difference between the two. I like this one better

If you you are looking for a nice firm boppy pillow this is it.it comes with a pink cover and a red little stuff 🐶 dog! This is perfect for my Brazilian butt left! And cheap my looks and feels expensive.

I have been a Boppy user with five babies. My Boppy was used so much to the point I finally had to toss it. Well yay, baby #6 is on the way and I find myself trying to justify the cost of a $40 pillow that I won't use as often as I did when having the first five because this is likely our last child. I came across this NurSit pillow and I was REALLY hesitant to purchase. I noticed great reviews, the pics show a decent looking pillow so I decided to take the chance. I got the cloud print with removable pink cover.It arrived in a plastic bag, with rope handle, much like a Boppy. I noticed right away that the packaging states it is filled and finished in the USA with recycled and hypoallergenic material. This pillow is FULL and so plump. I haven't measured next to a Boppy but I think it is plumper than Boppy. Part of my hesitation to purchase this pillow, sight unseen, was because I did not want a flat pillow. I found that my Boppy was getting flatter and flatter over time. I need my nursing pillow to be nice and full; that's how I prefer it when nursing my baby (I see others left reviews in the negative for that but it's a positive in my book!). I do not want to have to lean over to reach baby when nursing. A plump pillow means baby is closer to my chest.The fabric itself is super soft. I feel that the fabric texture is definitely comparable to Boppy. One thing Boppy does have going for it is that they have more chic and modern prints. But you'll be covering up the print on this NurSit pillow anyway which leads me to..........My only issue - why is the print on the main body of the pillow, only to be covered up with a boring solid colored cover? That seemed odd to me. For the price this issue isn't a deal breaker whatsoever. I just found it a little backward.I will update my review when baby is here and I've actually used it for intended purposes (feeding baby).My first impressions lead me to leave a five-star review at this time! In fact if this pillow is everything I'm hoping and dreaming when I actually nurse baby I'll be getting a second pillow to keep on another floor of the house (I always forget to grab my pillow when going up and down the stairs all day!).

I had the original boppy and the off brand that Walmart carries with my first child, and this one is my favorite of the three. It's more firm and more fluffy. It is well worth the price especially since it came with a slipcover. I also like that the pillow itself is striped and not plain white (I hate white anything, I don't even buy white clothes). Haven't used it for nursing yet as I'm still pregnant, but it does fit decent around my waist already and I'm not "little". So I think it's going to be perfect for breastfeeding too. Will update once baby boy is here.

I was going to buy a bopoy brand pillow, but didn't think it was worth $30. This is basically the same thing except better priced! I ordered it on Thursday & with Amazon Prime I got it by Saturday! Definitely would recommend it and any other product sold by NurSit!

I never owned the original Boppy pillow (I couldn't stomach the $40 price tag), so I can't compare the two. I can say that this pillow works excellently for nursing and for half the price of a Boppy. I love this pillow.12/05/13 To clarify, the pattern of the pillow is on the actual pillow construction and is not removable for washing. The solid color is the removable slipcover.

This is a good nursing pillow. It's a little smaller in the area that goes around your waist than a Boppy,but that's fine with me. It's firmer than the Boppy also,so I actually prefer it.

This is super fluffy, and the print is cute (baby likes the dots). It is really good for helping him sit up but I really wish you could actually take the cover off and wash it. As others have said, the zipper opens to reveal the loose stuffing, so it's not really a useful zipper in any way. I guess you could adjust the fluffiness of the pillow by adding or removing fluff though... In any case, it is a great price and a great buy. You can always get a cover.

Regular boppi pillow cases fit in this pillow... Its cheaper than the name brand. However, I only have it 4 stars because I'm a size 18 and it didn't fit real well around me when I was nursing.

Perfect for breastfeeding moms! Very soft and cushiony. It allows for support of the arm and baby's neck while feeding. The cover isn't removable which would be a great feature for easy cleaning, but I was able to spot clean.

I was looking for a cheaper alternative to the Boppy pillow and came across this NurSit Basic Nursing Pillow. The zipper was broken so I wasn't able to take it out but when I did get it unzipped, the inside was loose stuffing. I think it's misleading to have a zipper if you're not really able to take the cover off to wash. You have to throw the entire thing in the wash. Overall, though, it is a nice, more cost-effective alternative to the Boppy. The price is good so you could buy 2 for the price of 1 Boppy so you could alternate them while one is in the wash.

I rate this 5 stars ! Much cheaper and exactly the same but better than the boppy. A few things I liked :I saved money! This pillow only cost 20.00 versus the much more expensive competitors. Boppy covers do fit the pillow.The pillow seems more supportive due to firmness. I also use it to lay my son on his back and he enjoys the view .I am not sure why it has a zipper . You can't really take the cover off because the foam/stuffing is loose inside. However, I washed and dried the whole pillow and there was no changes to the firmness or the size.

Works great as a nursing pillow, though I wish the cover was easier to get off to clean it (I'd suggest getting another cover so you can take that off to wash it).

This nursing pillow is a little bulky, so I rarely use it for actual nursing. It does provide a nice seat for baby to lean on, and my chi dog loves to curl up in it. The duck print is really cute. I would have given it only 3 stars, however, since personally I find it to be too full/stuffed to work well as a nursing pillow. But... Since it comes with a free cover AND a free toy (which the chihuahua also loves) I am giving it 4 stars. It is still useful, just not as intended.

I purchased this pillow because I damaged one I had previously purchased from nursingpillow.com. For $18 it was a great deal because it also came with the cover. I was supposed to have prime shipping but it was shipped via the usps, which I hate, so I had to wait 2 extra days to get it. My daughter must be elevated when she sleeps so I was a little upset I had to wait which defeated the purpose of having prime shipping. Once I recieved it there was a little gift inside, a small stuffed animal. Compared to the other pillow I had, this one is huge and much more firm. Aside from the shipping, I am happy with this purchased.

Finally, a quality nursing pillow that doesn't break the bank. In my opinion, this pillow is better than its higher priced counterparts. It's stuffed very full so it is supportive and fits nicely around my larger than average waist. The cover is t-shirt material and a lovely shade of royal blue. Overall, I'm very impressed with the quality of this pillow. I've already recommended it to several friends.

It's definitely a usable and affordable alternative to more expensive nursing pillows, but I've noticed it's a lot softer, so it doesn't provide the same amount of support as a Boppy. I'd buy it again and I'd recommend it to a friend because the price is hard to beat, but it's not as high-quality as you'd get if you'd pay more.

I bought this pillow for my son. However when I ordered the pillow it advertised with a blue cover so I was really disappointed when I got my package and it was pink. I didn't bother to return it because I'm all the way in Trinidad. The case however, although a nice soft fabric the seams are coming apart so I wouldn't be purchasing a replacement the Boppy Covers although a little snug does the job just fine. The fabric of the pillow is great and easy to clean so far I've only spot clean so I don't know how it would hold up to a machine wash. My only issue though is that the middle of the pillow seems to be loosing its firmness but I suppose its expected from my frequent use of the pillow.

It's a little too puffy for baby and doesn't stay wrapped around me easily - there was a surprise little puppy stuffed animal in the package but...I wouldn't buy this again

It hasn't gone flat yet but it tore up within the first week of use. Repaired with needle and thread. Bobby pillow was better quality compared to this.

I'm glad this was cheaper than a boppy brand pillow, and it seems to be just as good, but I cannot get the zipper open to wash the cover.

Haven't used yet, however first impression are fine, except of strong fabric smell, would be better if it comes in set with cover so will be easier to wash and maintain.

This boppy is pretty large, larger than the average boppy, I would say. I ordered a custom made cover for it, only to shove this pillow into the cover. So if you plan on doing the same, I would purchase a different boppy. Or give exact measurements! It is very fluffy, and a lot cuter than I expected it to be.

The pillow itself works ok. The problem is that I purchased 2 of these and only 1 of them came with a cover. That cover was coming apart at the seems after washing it, before it was even used. And they don't sell additional waterproof or color covers for them. I ordered Boppy ones and they fit well enough.

The pillow is great, I wish the zipper was along the edge not on the backside. I can't flip it over and use the other side like I was hoping. The extra cover is really thin, you can see the print underneath and I don't see how it's even going to protect the pillow itself. But the pillow itself is very nice.UPDATE AFTER USE : no it doesn't retain its shape well and ive only been using it for 1 week and the seams are popping, ill have to mend it. Also i dont even use it to breast feed, only to lay baby down in, and it can't even handle that!

This pillow is worth it for the price. This pillow is not a really Boppy pillow. I owned real one years ago when I had my first child. It work the same way, but the only thing different is it very hard from the original pillow. I initially bought this for surgery for my butt to help not sitting on anything except the edge of the pillow for my flight and driving needs. This pillow did not even fit in the seat flying home. It very big and hard compare to the Boppy. I don't even use it for sitting. Even though I'm a very small person. This pillow wasn't working for my needs. I just use it now to side sleep as a regular huggable pillow. I will use it if I have another child to help support the baby when feeding time. It definitely a good pillow if you are using it for baby purposes.

Sadly,even after reading numerous reviews saying that Boppy covers would fit the Nursit....Once we got it, we found that was not the case. My daughter opted to return it, and buy the more expensive Boppy. She wanted to be able to have multiple covers for ease of cleaning and washing.

Ok so this product gets three stars mainly because it's size is nice and big but the fabric and cover are horrible! The green stripe fabric you see is NOT a cover it is the pillows main fabric (why not just white?) and mine came with a pink cover that was a cheap thin material that was nearly impossible to get on. I sewed my own cover for it, now I love it. It is bigger than a hoppy but because I am tall (5'10") I like that. If you are more petite you might want a different pillow.

This pillow is certainly an acceptable alternative to the more expensive brands. However, it is a little more narrow at the opening, so I feel like it is quite a stretch every time I put it on. In addition, the pink cover is starting to get little holes in the seam around the inside where it gets stretched when I use it. However, I happened to have another cover that I can use on it. I would recommend purchasing an extra cover. (A good idea with any nursing pillow as you will want to wash the cover and this allows you to keep using it without spoiling the non-removable cover.)

The "hole" is too big. Bear with me. When I have this around my waist and I sit back against a chair, I can't get the pillow to rest against my stomach because the "arms" push against the chair. This makes my baby fall into the crevice instead of sit on top of the pillow. Not sure if other brands (Boppy, etc) are like that because this is the only one I've tried. I'm average weight (130lbs).

A little too big to be comfortable. This is lrfer than a boppy and the material used to fill it isn't s soft either. I used it but not for too long.

Its a cheaper version Boppy nursing pillow, which you can get anywhere, baby r us, walmart, etc. I don't know why I returned my Boppy pillow which I regretted it later because Boppy was great. I thought i would have gotten a better deal. The opening for Nursit is also two narrow. I hardly used it 3-4 times. Long body pillow works better.

cute print, but the fabric seemed like it was "second" quality...had some weird dye marks and random white spots that weren't part of the pattern. I returned it and went with a different brand. if you don't care about that or plan to put a cover on it, it'd be a good money-saver.

It was a job in itself trying to get the pink to actually cover the pillow, and it still doesn't fit right. It was made entirely too small.

I really wanted to like this pillow and it did what I needed for the first couple weeks however I'm concerned about the quality of the materials. For the last week and half my baby girl has had a terrible rash on both her cheeks and around the back of her neck. We weren't sure what was causing until we realized the rash is covering all the places that the pillow touches baby girl, and no where else. Sense stopping using the pillow the rash is starting to clear up. Baby girl is only 5 weeks old. I did like pillow prior to discovering it was cause of rash but if I could go back I would have spent the extra money on cleaner/greener materials that would be rubbing on baby girl's face, especially with the amount of time we spend nursing.

I bought this because of the price. I didn't see that there were more than two print styles available. Bummed I didnt get the cloud print. It has an extra slip cover that fits OK. The pillow is small and over filled. Definitely smaller than a hippy. I'm a tiny woman and its uncomfortable even around my waist. Being over filled makes it difficult to use. It still beats spending $40 on a boppy. Let me add that it came with an adorable beanie baby sized stuffed lion. I guess as a free thank you gift. A very surprising pleasant gesture

Wish I would have just bought another boppy pillow. Very stiff. My boppy covers fit but are very tight. The open is smaller but ok- if you are anything over a size 8 the waist would be tight. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Not a huge fan. Although this is far cheaper than the boppy, and comes with a complimentary stuffed animal and slipcover, the quality is simply lacking. There is a zipper on the back that is missing its toggle, so i jimmied it open with a wire twist tie, and found that it was actually hte access point to the inside of the pillow, which is stuffed with balled-up fabric, at least in the back. The cover it comes with is very poorly sewn, and is made of an unpleasant-feeling fabric. This is bad because although the pillow itself is made out of a nice, durable fabric, it makes a loud zipping corduroy-like sound when i try to gently lift my sleeping infant off of it to place in his bassinet, and it wakes him up every time. While it is thicker than my boppy, which helps with my back, it still needs another pillow underneath it to get my infant high enough, and since i have to do this with my boppy anyway, i just stopped using it unless i am stuck upstairs and am willing to risk him coming wide awake after he eats.

I really did, the delivery was as promised, it looked great, liked having 2 cases however, therewas a strong chemical odor that was undesirable. The return was easy as was the exchange.

It does not specify that you cannot remove cover in order to wash it out which does not make it very practical for when its stained with milk. Ended up returning it

Not as good as a boppy brand. Should have spent the extra ten bucks. The insides feel weird. Not firm but not soft. Weird.

Not a removable case, very difficult to wash, began to have holes after a couple of month's regular use.

It can't be washed, its not a pillow with a cover as a boppy pillow.. this "pillow" it's a cover with stuffing inside.

When we initially received it we were excited because it looked identical to the boppy. Upon opening, you could tell they were not the same quality. While looking at the cover, we saw a large brown stain on one side which looked like baby poo. Upon further inspection, the zipper for the cover was found to be broken.After struggling to get the zipper open we found it was just packe with a bunch of stuffing inside. If you needed to wash it you would have to remove all the stuffing and place into a container.

I received this in the mail and it was completely stained all over .then I went to take off the cover and wash it to see if that helped considering my baby was going to be here in 2 days, I really needed it and the zipper was broken off so I couldn't even take the cover off to wash it..in the process of contacting seller

The quality of the product is actually Okay the reason why I'm giving it one start is because I bought it specifically to help my baby who is learning to sit up and it didn't work. Also it's kind of small to be used for nursing in my opinion.

Hated this and returned it, the cover is horrible. Ended up spending the money and buying a Boppy. So happy that I did! I actually use this pillow for myself after breastfeeding was finished. Im a side sleeper and the Boppy curves perfectly around and behind my neck, super comfy.

Did not provide much protection, and they became shaggy after one wash.

I was excited to use this pillow until it came in and I saw it said * flame retardant * complies with California's laws... Which is also highly toxic. I definitely will not be laying my newborn on this pillow daily..or at all.

I don't even want to give this one star. It came to me STAINED. In MULTIPLE PLACES. There is no zipper handle so I had to use a paper clip to try and get the cover off, so I could try to clean it - even then the stains didn't come out.
