I like this mouse better
October 12, 2017
Before this mouse, I had a Razer Naga that I used for almost 7 years. Compared to the Naga, overall, I like this mouse better. I liked the overall size and design of the Naga better because it fit better under my hand, whereas the Redragon is a little too big for my hand. It feels slightly awkward using the buttons on top of mouse besides left and right clicks. However, the number keys are far superior to the Naga. I love the way they angle. They are super easy to press compared to Naga. The Naga had various driver issues through out the years I used it. At the end, it actually died of what I assume to be a driver issue because it could not handle switching computers easily. Razer team refused to fix the issue or even properly try to troubleshoot it. I have not had a single issue with Redragon switching between computers using a USB switch device. For the price however, Redragon is a far better value. The utility is a bit clunky to use but its manageable.
A mouse couldn't do any more
March 23, 2017
Nothing was left out on this bad boy, at least that I can think of. The program on the disc lets you customize every possible variable in regards to the mouse speed and operation. It came with customizable weights and a case for extra weights not in use. Also came with extra / different shapes of teflon slide pads. The sensitivity range is insane you need to be a Jedi to operate it at the max. Although this isn't enough of a con to lower this from 5 stars, it was very confusing to figure out how to change the LEDs independently from the wheel and dpi settings but it's simple once you figure it out. The wheel can be one color and the rest of the mouse another which is pretty cool actually. The side buttons are easily navigable by your thumb across all 12 numbers. Really opens up games that allow for custom key bindings
Very Useful Peripheral

This mouse has been with me for a couple of weeks, and I have to say, so far I love it. There is so much customization that can be done with the functionality of this mouse. It is like one of those things that you didn't know you needed it, until you got it. I am not really a big gamer, so this isn't my primary purpose for this mouse, although i have used it for some gaming, and it works fine. Having the ability to quickly adjust the dpi in either direction is a very handy feature.I am very big on keyboard shortcuts for saving time. For example I use the newer features on Windows 10 which allow for multiple virtual desktops to be opened and utilized simultaneously. Before owning this mouse I switched between open applications, and between virtual desktops by way of keyboard shortcuts built into Windows. With this mouse I was able to program the 12 buttons on the side to execute these shortcuts. So I can open new virtual desktops, switch between them, and preform many other common tasks with the push of a button on the side of my mouse. I am a college student, and computer science major, and having the ability to preform all of these tasks with my mouse greatly speeds up my workflow. The software/driver included with this mouse is great, and greatly improves the product. Highly recommended.
Happy upgrade over the Naga
December 30, 2015
Looking at this mouse, it's fair to be skeptical that a multi button mouse can cost half as much as the famed Razer Naga. Luckily this mouse is much more than the real deal. While I did love my Razer, it died after having it for just a little over a year. The middle mouse buttons were no longer responding and it wasn't worth the hassle to try and fix it. After looking on Amazon, this multi button mouse received more than it's fair share of good reviews while maintaining a price that is still almost unbeatable.Following the description, the mouse delivers on everything that is listed. All of the buttons can be programmed, the 12 buttons on the side are comfortable and easy to reach, In all personal preference, I like the positioning of the buttons much more than the Naga. The customization on this mouse is outstanding. Once you manage to find the software, the world opens up for this mouse. Options allow you to customize the DPI, mouse speed, scrolling speed, and the color. The software also comes with various profiles, allowing you to save and load different options depending on your preferences for different activities. After owning the mouse for almost two years, it shows no sign of slowing down. It's durable, well put together, easy to clean, and functions like any top end mouse. Don't let the lower price tag fool you. This is a true multi button mouse build for your gaming.Like other reviewers, be prepared to download the drivers online. The packaging is very nice, but doesn't come with any cd drivers nor a download link. While a Google link will quickly take you to their website, it's still frustrating for first time buyers. While the mouse is plug n play, you will still need to download the software to make it comfortable to your liking. When you first fire up the mouse, the DPI and mouse speed will be so high that it will be difficult for the average user to use the mouse. The software will easily allow you to tone this down after it has been installed.
First I would like to say my previous mouse was a Razer Naga ...
November 16, 2015
This is a first look review since Ive only used it for a total of 12 hours of gaming. First I would like to say my previous mouse was a Razer Naga wireless and it was extremely amazing, but after 6 years I thought it was time to use it as an alternate mouse and get a new primary. I wanted something with equal precision at a lower price. At first use of the Redragon the appearence is appealing, and the cord is amazing quality similar to my Razers cord but thicker. The top of the shell has a very nice textured surface that feels good on your hands and it may even assist in grip. Since the side buttons are all curved to assist you in finding the right button it was difficult for me to transition from my Razer with an even flat edge of buttons, but the more I get attuned to it the more Im believing the curve assists in finding the correct key Im looking for. There are 3 areas color is projected. The mouse wheel, the keys, and the logo. The Keys and Logo are always the same color as eachother and can be changed to multiple colors, the mouse wheel is a seperate color based on what DPI setting you choose. I made both colors match and manually chose my DPI setting. My only con was the DPI of the mouse. No matter what setting, even if I manually changed all the settings the cursur would feel slugish and move too slow, too fast, or just oddly compared to my razer. After a few hours of playing games however I slowly began to get the hang of its movement and got accustomed to it. All in all I think the mouse is a great mouse for its price.
More mouse for your money
April 12, 2015
I've had this mouse for almost a year and it has never failed. I have small hands and the grip feels very comfortable. With the software you can remap any of the keys and create up to five profiles, and give each one it's own unique color so you know which profile you're using. The scroll wheel has it's own colors for showing the current dpi, and also has a nice rubber grip in the center. The profile selection button is underneath, which seems oddly placed and not easy to switch on the fly. But it isn't worth removing a star just for that. Instead, I simply remapped the little red button at the front-left for switching profiles. There are a set of five weights that can be placed inside the mouse, which is nice for tuning the overall weight. They even give you a special cannister for keeping the weights you aren't currently using. That was a nice touch.I've seen mice with all these pro features costing over $100. Sometimes way over. I had initially wondered if the low price of the Perdition mouse indicated lower quality. Now I realize those other mice are just overpriced. Yes, you CAN make a high quality mouse with pro features for cheap. Redragon did it with the Perdition.

Using this mouse for 582 days and counting...
July 22, 2017
I ordered this mouse on December 18, 2015 and I have been using the very same mouse still today which is July 22, 2017. Surprisingly still running perfectly after 582 days Or 1 year, 7 months, 4 days. I love this mouse. People that see me using this mouse thinks it looks awesome and feels and looks just like a more expensive gaming mice. This is a very nice mouse and extremely durable and could get a lot of work done. I hope you decide to buy this mouse after seeing my review My favorite part of the mouse is the breathing led light and the extra buttons.
Great Starter Mouse for PC Gamers
July 10, 2017
I had this mouse and got one for my brother for Christmas, and he loves it. It's great for MOBA players and people who want the extra hotkeys, but not too many. It's kind of like an intro to hotkeys. If you're playing MMORPGs, this probably isn't the kind of mouse you want as those typically need a lot more hotkeys, but it depends on who you are and what you're playing. I personally love it as a DotA 2 player and would highly recommend it.
Good mouse that lasted a solid year (Old version review though)
November 3, 2016
Bought the old version (T80 I believe) and it worked beautifully during that time, the only thing I had an issue with was the middle mouse button started to glitch out a bit due to me using it a lot for gaming (a lot of games use the middle mouse for melee attacks, or some other thing) I could still use the scroll wheel alright though so it was a simple matter of changing keybindings. Now I have to switch to my default mouse due to the fact that the right mouse button is messed up, (again, a lot of games use the key, go figure.) So it would act like i'm spamming the button over and over, causing me to get disoriented.Well, it lasted a whole year without any major issues, and all the other keys work wonderfully. So that's always a good thing. Seeing as it was cheap i'm surprised it lasted as long as it did.Going to probably buy another one as soon as I have the funds to do so.
I love it. I got two
June 3, 2016
I love it. I got two, one for myself and one for my mom. I like how you can set colors and no matter what you do to the DPI settings, it stays that color. The only thing I notice is if the computer restarts or is shut down for any reason, the settings on the mouse reset. Its easy enough to set them again though. I really do like the variety of color and speed. I have mine set slightly faster than normal, and I think my mom has hers set to normal speed. We both have dual monitors, so constantly not having to pick up the mouse and move it in order to scroll across both is a wonderful thing indeed. The only real grip I have, if any, is all words written on it. They throw off a "color scheme" if youre not naturally picking blue. Its nice to know the DPI settings on the mouse, but its just as easy to write them down anyway, or test it out on the screen, and its very obviously "for the game". However, when you consider similar choices (this or another exactly like it) - its either blue words, or red words... blue is less noticeable - and my color schemes for the two computers are green for one, and purple for the other, so it "matches" better". For those worried about color bleeding, the only color bleeding I saw is in the scroll wheel, if youre moving the mouse, and only between the normal color pulses. Its very incognito and not even noticeable unless youre watching it.
Don't know how I lived without it.
December 1, 2015
This was my first gaming mouse! My only gaming mouse actually. At first I tried to keep it one color, but that requires setting it up to be one color every time I plug it in to my laptop, so I just let it run its course now. I kind of wish there was an option to have it run through a particular set of colors. Hey, still great. It is, in fact, pretty ergonomic, but only for right handed people. I've grown up with right handed mice though, so it's a moot point. All the buttons work, it's compatible with Mac computers, and the cord is nice and durable. I actually prefer the cord, as it beats having to charge it or replace a battery.I've had it for a few months now, it has sustained a lot of excited clicking. I don't think I'll have to replace it for a while, but when I do, I would definitely buy it again.
This mouse was absolutely more than what you pay for.
June 10, 2014
Okay, so when i first saw this mouse i was definitely a little hesitant on whether or not i should spend the ten bucks i had on my card, or wait until i got another 30 for a "name-brand" gaming mouse. Having used a friend of mines mouse in which he spent a decent price for, the only thing i noticed different between his $40 mouse, and this $10 mouse is that he had adjustable weight.. That is it. This mouse is absolutely precise, accurate, and most importantly comfortable. The lights are all very bright high quality LED lights that travel through every lit up part shown in the picture. While some of the side buttons feel a little cheap, the overall quality and weight of the mouse is absolutely marvelous. Do yourself a favor and save some money by purchasing this mouse. I promise you wont regret it. Oh not to mention it has awesome DPI settings. I don't understand how they did it for this price. No complaints whatsoever.

Best budget MMO mouse
March 24, 2017
Very nice for the price. I occasionally have issues where it gets stuck wanting to go diagonally and ONLY diagonally, but this is resolved by cycling modes. Customization options are very nice, allowing me to customize colors and sensitivity levels. It took me a very long time to get used to the mouse buttons though. They are quite easy to click and as a result I miss-clicked several times during my first month of ownership. There is one major issue though, but it appears to be rare. Sometimes the buttons on the side can come very mushy and soft. They should have a nice crisp press to them, so don't accept one that has weak mushy buttons, return it for a good one.One of the best mice I've ever owned, from one of the best budget brands I've ever dealt with.
High quality gaming mouse with adjustable weights!!!!
September 15, 2016
After reading many positive reviews I decided to purchase this mouse and I haven't regretted it.Pros:Buttons, buttons and more buttons. So many options!!!!Love the appearance and lights. The multi-colored braided cord makes it stand out from other corded mice that I've had in the past and I hope it ensures extra durability.Adjustable weights!Fairly ergonomic, though I wish there was a space for my pinky finger.Cons:Even though I didn't like the rough texture of the mouse at first, I hoped I would end up adjusting to it. 13 days later and I still like it at all.
Good value for MMO/MOBA players, a bit overkill for FPS games
July 10, 2016
Purchased this mouse to complement my Redragon USAS keyboard, and so far, it's held up well. Feels a lot more solid than my previous mouse (an Etekcity Scroll 6E 4000), and I especially like the grippy texture this mouse is coated with, it shouldn't get slippery during intense gaming (my hands do get somewhat sweaty while playing). The driver software is rather comprehensive, if sometimes poorly-translated, but it's not too hard to figure out what goes where. The sensor tracks very well, to the best of my knowledge, but 16400 DPI is honestly way overkill for doing anything except stunts or just goofing off in games (I keep it at 2000 DPI most of the time). Now, here's the subjective bit: the sheer amount of buttons this mouse comes with. 12 buttons on the left side (by default, it behaves like a numpad with buttons 1-9 being exactly what you'd expect, 10 is mapped to 0, and 11 and 12 go to + and - respectively), plus a secondary fire to the left of your left-click which behaves like a rapid-fire by default (not terribly useful, but it's good for quickly highlighting text). Honestly, for the stuff I normally play (Overwatch, TF2, and the like), I find this mouse totally overkill for my needs. I imagine it would suit stuff like League of Legends/Final Fantasy XIV/World of Warcraft very nicely, though, since you could bind a metric buttload of spells, actions and whatnot to it.Overall, it's really good bang for the buck as far as gaming mice go, but some might find the sheer amount of buttons to be too much for their needs. If you primarily play FPSs and the like, the M801 Mammoth might be a saner choice (I'm looking into one myself), but this definitely is a better value compared to stuff like the Razer Naga.
Great Alternative to Razer Brand
January 22, 2016
After I built my PC, I was looking for some great deals for mouse/keyboards. The Redragon brand has very high reviews and offers a product of value (these are way cheaper than Razers, especially on sale!). I paired this Redragon Perdition mouse with a Redragon keyboard and both look really cool with matching colors. You can change the speed of the mouse very easily by pressing the two buttons next to the scroll wheel.I am not giving this product 5 stars because it seems to lack the macro capabilities of some Razer mice (although I could be completely wrong about that, but I have not found a way to macro some commands that I use in games). That's fine though; this mouse still has programmable buttons Numpad 1-9 on the side and offers pretty solid ergonomic support for gamers. Everyone knows that you take a little while getting used to a new mouse (ex. going from Razer to Redragon), but this transition is pretty smooth and now I prefer this mouse over my old Razer. In short, great value and comparable to Razer for the cheap.
A solid replacement for my aging Razer Naga.
December 31, 2015
I recently purchased this Redragon M901 to replace my failing Razer Naga. After 3 years of use the Razer finally stopped working and I searched for a similar product as Razer prices are a bit steep for my liking these days. The Redragon M901 is a fantastic replacement. It is larger and bulkier than the Naga, but I found I had no trouble adjusting to the new setup. With the canted side keypad (my original Naga was the older one that had a flat keypad) I find that pressing many of the buttons is a bit easier. Though some people (especially those with smaller hands) may have trouble reaching the 10, 11, and 12 keys. The customization software was surprisingly robust, allowing deep configuration of specific DPI settings, color customization, and profile management. I found the Razer Synapse system they used for their driver management a bit annoying, the fact that it relied on Microsoft .NET framework and it's seemingly perfect timing to pop up some message about an update or feature change at the worst times. The Redragon comes with a small CD that included the appropriate software (though I actually was able to easily use the mouse and all of it's functions, including the DPI on-the-fly adjustments with just the default Windows Driver). In all this was an excellent mouse for the price. My original Naga was more than 2 times as expensive as the Redragon and that was 3 years ago. While looking at the prices for the new Razer Naga Chroma I was floored again to find they wanted $80 for the Chroma. While I like Razer products and find them to be solid, the pricing is a bit too steep for any perceived benefits from the branding.
Cool idea, slightly unrealistic.
October 29, 2014
As someone who generally sticks to what they know, I was a little hesitant to buy a gaming mouse from a brand I had never heard of before seeing as I used the Logitech MX 500 series mice exclusively for a decade. At the time of this purchase I was playing a significant amount of World of Warcraft: Vanilla on a private server so I wanted something geared towards MMO game-play. I figured the buttons would take getting used to, and there was no way I'd ever feel comfortable navigating all of them, but I liked the idea and gave it shot. The construction seems well done. It's not flimsy or loose and the plastic is hard. All of the buttons have a nice response. The placement of all of the buttons, sans some of the thumb keypad, are comfortable and not a problem during repeated use. The mouse wheel flows nicely and there aren't many accidental middle button clicks when using it heavily. The rubber grip helps keep the wheel moving evenly as well. Ergonomically the mouse feels nice in your hand overall. The only reason I am giving this 4 stars is because of the thumb keypad gimmick. While it is a nice idea, even someone like me with small hands and fingers cannot comfortably navigate all of them, especially on the fly during action in a fast paced game like an MMO. Many of them are easily reached and quickly pressed, which is acceptable, but I ended up not assigning some of the middle, and back-middle buttons at all, or to things I rarely had to use. If I were to continuously reach for some of the more oddly placed buttons, my thumb would assuredly get sore over time. I could set my hand back further on the mouse to have better control over navigating them, but then the mouse felt more awkward in my hand. The software was pretty straight forward and much like other gaming mouse software. Not much to add here. The cord is nicely cased and the glowing LED is a cool novelty. As a whole this is a solid addition to the world of gaming mice and I am happy with my purchase over some of the more well known brands and models.

A decent gaming mouse at a great price!
July 30, 2017
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this mouse is. Feels good in the hand, buttons have a nice reassuring click when pressed, and the braided cord cover is nice. Great color selection for the RGB feature although the instructions on how to change the colors aren't very clear. Other than the light weight it compares fairly equally to my old CyberSnipa Silencer mouse that this one is replacing. I don't think anyone should have any complaints considering the great price, features, and feel.
Good gaming mouse
June 23, 2017
I like how comfortable this mouse is since my hands are very long. The LED feature is really cool, but what's more important is the quality of the buttons. Each button is crisp and has a good balance of travel. I love the double click button on it and use it all the time. It saves my index finger a lot of fatigue! The option to change the sensitivity of the point on the mouse itself is immensely helpful. There are some games that I need lower sensitivity for, and it's so easy to push the button to adjust. The LEDs are kind of annoying. It's not the brightness or anything, it's the fact that you cannot change the breathing affect on the mouse, so it's always flashing. Also, there are white LEDs in the mouse that are totally useless, because you're only able to use the LED colors that aren't white. The variety of colors is great, but just not the fact that you cannot change the breathing effect. That aside, the value you get for the price is great, and it really is comfortable an efficient for casual gamers.
Well made, good value for the price. Nice pulsing led light that changes colors.
February 14, 2017
Comfortable and well made and has a nice heft to it without being feeling too heavy my only issue is that double click button (Its placed more than a bit awkwardly.) People with bigger hands will likely find it just right though. In all I think it more than well worth the price. Comes with a braided USB cable that is rather durable. (I have a gaming headset with that same braided cable and it has endured heavy use for months)
this mouse works great and fits well in my had
April 20, 2016
this mouse works great and fits well in my had, as I have very long fingers and a large palm. my only issue that holds it from 5 stars is that one of the buttons doesn't work at all; on the left side the three silver buttons: one in the middle doesn't function which is suppose to be used to move forward. My only other complaint that is not about functionality is that you cant set the color to what you want, it just cycles through a rainbow of sorts
Great mouse for a casual gamer.
December 13, 2015
After dabbling in a bit of casual gaming, I decided I wanted a mouse that fit the bill. I also wanted something with several buttons and the versatility of a light that changes. With that, I ordered this mouse. Here is my experience:Things I Like:-My hand sits comfortably on the mouse. It may be a bit big for people with smaller hands but I have not heard any complaints from anyone who has used it.-The lights are very nice. With so many options for lights, it can match any other hardware that you might have or you can simply put on a light show! It looks fantastic.-Because the mouse is wired, you do not have to worry about the connectivity issues of a wireless mouse. I hate when my game is interrupted by Bluetooth failure.-The DPI is adjustable. I have become accustomed to this feature and can honestly say that I would struggle to use a mouse without it. Certain tasks require different sensitivities and this provides that capability without having to deal with tons of settings.Things that need improvement:-The only thing that I can find to complain about is that the forward/back buttons are a bit on the cheap side. With that, I have used the mouse for an extended period of time and have not had any issues with durability. For those who are just getting into gaming and are not ready to drop 50-100$ on a gaming mouse, I strongly recommend buying the Zelotes 5500 DPI 7 Button mouse as an alternative. Additionally, I have used the mouse daily for several months and the product has held up very well, thus proving quality to me.
while the number of cons is pretty high, all of them are very minor things ...
March 10, 2015
This is a 10 dollar mouse, so the cons list is going to be a bit longer than the pros, because well... it's a 10 dollar gaming mouse. That said, while the number of cons is pretty high, all of them are very minor things that are pretty easy to get used to.Overall, the designers of this mouse did a great job mimicking many of the expected features of a gaming mouse while bringing the price down to a very good deal.Pros:1)It has a very flashy look. While I wouldn't give it any design awards it looks pretty dang awesome.2)It feels very solid. I wouldn't throw it against concrete but I'm also not afraid of it falling apart.3)The DPI selector allows you to choose the sensitivity that feels right for you without digging through OS settings.4)It works a lot better than what I would expect for the price point.Cons:1)DPI selector with 5 settings but no up- or down- button is just really clunky. It would be nice to have just 2 (user adjustable) settings to toggle between, so i have a more sensitive setting for gaming and a less sensitive one for office work. With an up/down selector 3 would be nice so I can have a very sensitive FPS setting, a mediums sensitivity MMO/Raiding setting, and an insensitive office work one.Unfortunately, it comes with 5 settings and you have to toggle through all of them to get to the desired setting. I don't even touch the DPI selector (after picking the most comfortable setting for me initially) because of this.2)The button next to the left mouse button is a doubleclick. it's not programmable. This mouse technically has 7 buttons on it, but practically speaking it's a 5 button mouse because they counted the DPI selector and doubleclick button too.3)The lights don't turn off when the computer is off. That's a problem if you sleep in the same room where your computer is, but easily solved by setting a pillow on top of the mouse.4)If you go a long time without moving the mouse, it goes into sleep mode. Waking the mouse feels like a ping of 300 to 700ms and only affects the first movement. This shouldn't have an effect on gaming, because it takes several minutes of not touching the mouse at all for it to go to sleep in the first place, but it's still a moment of annoyance after waiting for a raid to start or any other task that involves using only the keyboard for an extended period of time.5)It's designed for a very specific hand size. My hand is about 1.5 times that size. My fingers don't fit into the grooves on the mouse very well but you get used to it and the design still prevents any kind of injury or pain even after several hours of game play. The ugly:Despite what I said about it feeling solid, the doubleclick button feels very cheap. I wouldn't be surprised to see it be the first thing to fall out or break, even though I barely use it.

Not as good as a naga but close
June 13, 2016
I am going to give this four stars. I from a Razer Naga epic wireless MMO mouse and can't definitely tell you that this mouse feels like Chinese plastic. The weights added definitely help but some of the materials still fell a little cheap. But overall quality for 35 dollars is still there. The buttons on the side feel nice and the lighting is good but the software is a little craptastic. If your buying this for quality similar to Razer it isn't but it is still a decent mouse and will save you money. The 16400 dpi is over kill for an MMO so if your coming from a Razer Naga you may just want to stay with it. But if your looking for something new this is a good choice especially since the chroma mouse and keyboard are extremely expensive. Another nice touch is the mouse is matte and not smooth kinda rough which is great for those sweaters out there.Update: changed it to three starts because the color on the track wheel only goes off dpi setting so the mouse will never match in colors really.. unfortunately it is just my ocd for lighting. I have tried to use the program to match color but doesn't seem to be a way to do so.

Worked great, however the cable seems finnicky after 4 moths of usage. It now has to be angled at a certain angle to get it to connect. It'd be perfect had it not broken so quickly. I'm still using it as it is an awesome mouse it's just a bother when I move my pc or anything of that sort as I have to fiddle with the usb connection to get it to connect properly. It's not the Usb connector either as I have tried it with many different devices and they work perfectly fine. The device is great with the customization options the program it comes with allows in depth customization of its dpi its rapid fire and all of the buttons. Even the colors and breathing.
good mouse for gaming.
April 11, 2016
This mouse is normal size. weighs about the same as a wireless mouse. I was really hoping it would weigh a bit more but overall the weight is okay. There is a bit of a learning curve, which was to be expected. I like to think I have average size hands, but I can only hit 6 of the 12 buttons on the mouse comfortably (1-6). While this works great for what I need it to do I just thought to mention hitting 7-12 still seems a bit awkward. The software works well and and pretty easy to figure out and configure the buttons.overall I would give the mouse it self 4 starsI did have one issue with the software. My issue was when I programmed a button to be keystroke CTRL+1 I would sometimes get a response from just 1 with no CTRL. I seem to have over come this by changing the setting from a combo key stroke to a macro that was recorded of me pressing CTRL+1. I wrote to their customer support and my only response was that my issue was forwarded to tech support. it's been about 4 days now and no further response. so -1 star for lack of customer service.
White, looks nice but...

Here is my experience...Good...Looks nice, cool color effects, dpi buttons are nice, nice feel to scroll wheel and having 5 profiles that are fully programmable is a plus.Bad...Solid hard smooth plastic (if hand sweats or body oils, you will find it difficult to hold), 1-12 side buttons (also hard plastic and difficult to press), Left and Right click (I have experienced when clicking the left mouse button and then attempting to click the right button it mostly will not activate and have to press twice which in gaming is a solid NEGATIVE).I bought the white one, is the black one any different or better....I wouldnt know. 3 stars for trying to be a decent gaming mouse and for its rather cheap price tag.
Excellent replacement mouse
April 1, 2015
Bought this to replace my 4 year old Razer Naga Epic that had started to disconnect on reboots and double left click. Have used for a couple weeks now and I'm liking it! The setup and customization was very simple and intuitive. I was up and running in minutes. The mouse comes with adjustable weights but even with all of them in, I found that the mouse is still significantly lighter than my Naga was. It isn't a problem but very noticeable at first. As other reviewers have noted, the form of this mouse if quite large so if you have small hands it might be a bit awkward for you. I have large hands with long fingers so it fit my mitts quite nicely. There was a learning curve to the buttons for me even after using a Naga simply because the buttons are beveled and placed in two rows of "V" (more like the Logitech G600, I believe) unlike the Naga that has them all flat. It was less than a day to get used to them. I don't feel that I mess up hitting them any more than I did on the Naga. All in all, very happy with this mouse. Great choice for a less expensive but feature rich replacement/alternative to a Razer Naga.EDIT: November 2015Mouse failed on me. When pressing the 1 button it registers 1 and 5. Same with the 5 button. 1 and 5 simultaneously. I unplugged, reset, uninstalled, reinstalled, reboots, the whole deal. No change. Sadly I was only hours from a raid night and had to replace with a Naga from a local store.
I really wanted to love it.
March 4, 2015
I bought this mouse because it was exactly what I was looking for, and at its current price, it seemed like a steal. When I received this mouse and opened up the box, I wasn't immediately disappointed. It felt sturdy, well made, in my hand. Its black finish felt almost rubberized, and offered excellent grip. The software that came with the mouse was easy to install and easy to use. I had high hopes for this thing. The real problem lied in wait until I actually started using the mouse in an MMO. I am a woman, with probably average sized hands, but compared to a man's, I would consider them small. While properly resting my hand on the mouse, my thumb could not reach the very important top row of buttons 1-3. They were completely out of reach until I shifted my hand strangely to the side so that my thumb was in a higher position. Playing for hours at a time with my hand not placed at its usual, comfortable angle made for a sore wrist at the end of the gaming session. Over time, I probably could have gotten used to it, if that were the only problem I had.The next problem presented itself to me at the most inconvenient times. It was a struggle trying to find the right button to push in the mess of 12 buttons my poor little thumb had to navigate through. Now, I will admit, that maybe this has more to do with me, and less to do with the mouse, being that this mouse was my first 12 side-button mouse. But, I can't help but feel like there wasn't enough distinction between each button. They seemed to almost all blend together, especially the buttons in the middle column 2, 5, 8, and 11. I could not hit those buttons properly if my life depended on it, and being a Healer in this particular MMO, not only did my life depend on it, but everyone else's too!And finally, the last problem I noted was the mouse's overall jitteryness. I messed with the settings for extended periods of time trying to make this mouse move smoothly during gameplay, but each time I only ended up making it slightly better than it was before, but still not where I wanted it to be. This mouse would make the camera in my game rather hard to control and its movement was shaky. I tried lowering the DPI, while upping the acceleration, lowering them both, keeping them both at the same level, the whole bit. No matter what I did, cursor and camera movement always felt a bit unstable. The only way I could achieve some normalcy in this department was if I turned both the DPI and acceleration down to an almost sluggish level, then things would finally feel somewhat smooth.I wanted to love this mouse... I really did, and I tried hard to make myself love it. I gave it a solid week to prove to me that it could be what I wanted it to be, but it just didn't make the cut. It's not a terrible mouse, and I could see this working better for someone with bigger hands, or longer thumbs, but unfortunately, I made the decision to return this product and continue my search for something that fits me.

Good, with a few drawbacks
June 7, 2017
This mouse works well. The LEDs are bright and it fits nicely in the hand. There are a few problems, however. Firstly, The "forward" button only seems to register as a click when I release the button. This makes it impossible to use for headlook in games like War Thunder or Elite: Dangerous. Secondly, the button next to the left click is not bindable, as it registers as a double left click. The only game that I can see benefits from this is World of Warships, where double clicking fires all of your weapons at once. Otherwise, it's only good when browsing and you get lazy.Overall an okay mouse. Would recommend as an in-between mouse until you get something a little better.
Exactly what I ordered
April 26, 2017
Perfectly fits the product description. Great job listing the L,W,H, cord length, ect. More vendors should do that. I don't like the fabric around the cord and would prefer if the cord was 2 meters long. It would also be nice if the part that my palm rests on was raised higher up. It could also slide a little smoother. The mouse is big enough and has been comfortable so far. I like the scroll wheel too.
It's nice as a mouse
September 1, 2016
It's nice as a mouse, however my mouse 4 button doesn't submit a signal until it is unclicked. That is, it doesn't do anything until you RELEASE it. As I use it for gaming, I have many buttons that I have to click, and had historically used it for a charge skill. That being, I cannot use this charge skill as I cannot not hold down the "unclick". This is not the case for the mouse 5 button. (Mouse 4 and 5 being the top and lower buttons on the side (not the double click button). It is game breaking to me as I am not willing to change my playstyle for one particular character as I use the same quick keys for all 13 of my characters. (Other characters don't have to charge, but have similar skills, hence I keep the similar skills on the same quick keys.)I am looking for a replacement.Nice feel in the hand though, larger than my wireless mouse. Nice stitched cord. Real shame about that one button.
Not for the devoted gamer
August 29, 2016
I found this mouse is decent for gaming; however, it is not superb.I used this mouse with a Windows 10 and play a lot of fps and mmos.My experience with the mouse would be decent. Though it responds well, it has an ever so slight delay. If you continue motion with the mouse after a period of time, it will not catch on quickly. Also there is a tendency for the mouse to lose connection with your computer. Even though it is a wired mouse, there are issues with it being "lost". This requires you to unplug the mouse and plug it back in. Other than that...It fits perfectly in the palm of my hand, and the buttons are easy to press. The mouse is overall easy to handle and control. The lights on it aren't too bothersome and all the while enjoyable. Please keep in mind that the lights don't do anything special. It's just for show.
Eh...you get what you pay for
March 17, 2016
Would have given it a five if I could have selected a single color for it to be at all time rather than it constantly cycling through all of them. That said, does it move my pointer and look nifty? Yup.Had issues with it working with my wife's laptop though. Not sure what that was about. Works fine on my gaming computer though.
Seems reliable, got unlucky.
February 11, 2016
This is a pretty good mouse, but my mouse came with a couple flaws that could easily be solved by returning it (but my dad was too lazy to return it, so now I have a faulty mouse). The problem I have with my mouse is the mouse wheel and the double click button. Sometimes the double click works as it's supposed to. But if I click it, it just spams left click until I use the actual left click or right button. The scroll wheel doesn't scroll, but I can still click with it, so I can deal with it a little. The mouse has a very nice contoured body, and has a slight down the middle dividing the two unused fingers on the right side of the body. The thumb rests on the left lights, which is okay I guess. It would be better if they had a rubber pad there, but it doesn't make my thumb feel uncomfortable. The side buttons feel really squishy, and I would prefer if they clicked instead of just mushing inside like jello.

Decent mouse, but not a Naga replacement.
April 4, 2017
I bought this to replace my aging Razer Naga that was starting to have issues. While many other reviews say this is as good or better as the Naga I didn't have the same experience. For those of you interested here are the differences I found:1. The mouse is very light feeling, even with all of the weights installed.2. The side buttons are angled two different ways, which allows you to know where a button is but it makes the back row (10,11,12) harder to reach.3. The side buttons are very stiff, the amount of force required to click them is substantially greater than the Naga. So stiff in fact that occasionally I would press two buttons at the same time. For those of you that haven't used a Naga this mouse will probably be fine for you, although for marathon sessions you might get a sore thumb from the side button presses. If you have a Naga, you might be disappointed.
Good mouse except the side buttons
March 14, 2017
Pros:Nice designCustomizations in softwareFeatures of a more expensive mouseConsSide buttons are not consistentLeft click was sticky until warmed upI use this mouse primarily for League of Legends. I say my side buttons to control my summoner spells, but the 3 button does not activate consistently. I didn't have this problem with either of my other two mice. I have to dock this to 2 stars because the side button quality all together is not great in my opinion. Also the software crashes on me when trying to set a macro.
FANTASTIC mouse for the 3-12 months, but then left mouse button breaks off.
May 31, 2016
First I just want to say, this honestly an awesome mouse and it works incredibly well and is a fantastic value while it works. So why the 2 stars?Unfortunately the plastic/design used in the making of the mouse makes it a ticking time bomb on the "left click" plastic piece where your finger sits. After a year of using it during a gaming session the left mouse just fell off, cracking apart from the rest of the mouse. I came on to Amazon to see if I could find the support info and did a search on the reviews for "broke" and was surprised to see so many others with the exact same issue. For them support seems to be good when they post a negative review. I've hit them up on their website with no response as of yet so we'll see if they respond here.Bottom line: Its a FANTASTIC mouse for the 3-12 months you'll be able to use it, but ultimately after that you'll be replacing it when disaster strikes. Next up I'm going to try to superglue it and see if that gets it back into fighting shape for a while.
Mouse is solid, but I seem to be afflicted with an issue no one seems to be getting
May 22, 2016
The mouse worked fine for the most part, the only issue is it seems to mess with my PC's USB. If I boot my PC with the mouse plugged as soon as windows loads all my USB devices flicker on and off and cease to work until I reset the computer, remove the cord, start the PC wait a while and then re insert the mouse. After the entire ordeal, the mouse and my USB ports all work fine.I tested this numerous times with many other USB devices, it is not an overload on my PSU either. If this issue would not have happened I probably would have kept the mouse because it functions just as well as any other of the mice with the ludicrous amounts of buttons. The only offsetting thing about the mouse other than the USB issue I am experiencing is the blatant infringement from the cursors the client use lol, essentially harmless, but still strange nonetheless.I am returning the mouse and matching pad I had purchased, but ONLY because of the issues I seem to be exclusivity experiencing. By all means it could simply be an issue on my part although I highly doubt it.

January 19, 2016
Trying to save a bit of money, i opted to get this Redragon instead of a Razer Naga. Instead of writing a paragraphed review of this mouse, I think it would be more beneficial for everyone on Amazon looking to buy this for me to just list the pros and cons.Pros:- For larger hands, this mouse has a great fit. It is very comfortable with a good grip.- Has 12 macro enabled side buttons just like the Naga. (More info in the cons)- Braided cordCons:- The stability of the laser tracking is extremely unstable. Works fine and smooth one minute, then all of the sudden the cursor will jerk all over the screen. Of course it seems to do this when i need it most.- The main reason people get a mouse like this is for the side grid of buttons that are able to use designated macros. If you are planning on doing anything more then just a single key macro, do not get this mouse. If you macro multiple key presses at the same time (Example: Alt+4), this mouse will lag about 50 % of the time and use each key separately with a few milliseconds in between. Also, if you try and use a grid button a second or less after you have already clicked one, it will not register. You have to wait about 1-2 seconds inbetween clicks. For me, these cons are a very big deal. It makes my games unplayable quite often. I can't by any means recommend this mouse to anyone. If you need a mouse with the side grid button layout, look at the Logitech G600, Logitech G602, or Razer Naga. I have personally tried each of these and all 3 are leaps and bounds better then this Redragon M901.

June 2, 2015
This cheap alternative to the Razer Naga Epic is pretty sweet, it has plenty of functionality but my better half sits next to me using a Razer Naga Epic which has allowed me to compare the two since clearly, this is an obvious competitor that appears to be almost identical in functionality. This mouse is very light and the naga epic is heavy! Perhaps it's just the battery pack since you can use the Razer as a wireless mouse, but it's too bulky and slippery for me to get a good grip on. I have average hands. One feature I with this mouse had that the Razer software has, is the ability to detect which game you load up and automatically load up a configuration you've preset for that game! It's a fantastic feature. If you're looking to change profiles with the Redragon you have to save it to some folder and load it up manually. Both support multiple profiles but auto loading is a fantastic feature! The only drawback is some games, specifically those that use launchers (like League of Legends) often don't get detected by the software so you still have to change the profile manually.Another neat feature is you can bind a keybinding to switch to another profile with the Naga. I cannot confirm if Redragon supports this but it's a sweet feature when you can click a button and macro it to change your mouse profile based on what mode you're in. Unfortunately I had no reason to apply this but I can see it being useful for some.My rating for this is mostly due to personal taste but make no mistake, this is a cheap alternative to the Naga that does the primary functions all the same. It provides you with plenty of buttons, the ability to bind macros or other actions of your choice to those buttons and supports multiple profiles. If you really want automatic macro switching and pretty lights (this glows red but the lights on the naga can be customized) or even wireless capabilities, go for the razer naga epic. The only major complains I have is the DPI for this mouse seems weird, the mouse cursor does not move smoothly across the screen and seems pixelated, for lack of better term.Personally I'm going to find a new mouse because neither of these fits my taste but so far it's worked just fine, surprisingly great for what I paid.

Product Randomly Stops Working
November 24, 2016
I bought this product in April and it was working great. I do not know the lifespan of this mouse but I know it cannot only be 5 months with minimal use. Sometime in October I go to use it and the mouse does not work at all. I plug it into other computers and it still does not work. The lights do not come one nor is there a connection response to any computer. I would like to know what the issue is and if it can be resolved because the product works great but dies on me after minimal use. I have not used the mouse much since I bought it. About 3 times a week for games. Kept it away from dust. There must be something wrong with my purchase. Would give 5 stars if it lasted longer than it did.
... was excited to get this mouse but I was disappointed when I received it
November 12, 2016
I was excited to get this mouse but I was disappointed when I received it. The mouse is very big and the accuracy of the mouse is not very good, also the buttons do not respond sometimes so you have to click hard for the action to register. I have had a similar mouse in the past which was the (DBPOWER DB72 3200 DPI 7 Button LED Optical USB Wired Gaming Mouse Mice for Pro Gamer-Black), and I loved it! I wish I could buy another one but they don’t sell them no more, and since this mouse is very similar to this one I thought it would have been great, but instead just got disappointment.
50% chance of working
September 10, 2016
I ordered 2 of these from amazon. Looked ok when it arrived .. packaged well. The sad thing is only 1 of 2 worked. The other was DOA.I've used different gaming type mouse and this one does not feel right in your hand when you move it around. My hand literally keep coming off the mouse. It's like the shape is designed wrong. It's not possible to pick it up, move it and put it back down when you run out of space on your mouse pad. It will slip right out of your hand. It's got a little weight to it. It's designed so that the it gets smaller as you go up but they did not have any curves built into it to provide a little grip . It is strictly designed to be used on a large area, not on top of a mouse pad.The work around is to change your DPI so that you don't have to move your mouse around alot but then mouse moves too fast. I give this a 3 star rating minus 1 star for the 50% survival rate to your door.
6 months play time, no software drivers, horrible customer service
August 22, 2016
We got this as part of our sons (13)birthday, it lasted maybe a year. Then it just ...quit....it wouldn't work at all for no apparent reason. Although it worked for a year and is fairly cheap, I still vote to invest your money in a mouse that can actually have its software updated and is made by a company that backs up its product. Customer service is not even truly present. The colors are fun, it's comfortable under your hand...and it'll work for about a year. My son had an hour of game time a day and honestly some days were so busy he didn't even play on the computer, other days he just chose not to. So I think a more accurate time frame is actually SIX months, not 12.
Nice DPI settings
May 31, 2016
Pros: Nice DPI settings. Looks wonderful. Attractive price. Works wonderfully at first.Cons: Suspect quality. Stopped working within 90 days. Its roughly 90 days since I received this mouse. As of about 2 weeks ago, the colors LEDs have gone out and it no longer changes DPI if you press the button. Additionally, the scroll wheel no longer works. For right now, the pointer portion and main buttons still work, although at this point is is a flashy looking basic mouse rather than a gaming mouse. This will be junked once its replacement arrives.Unfortunately, there is only a 30 day warranty period through Amazon, so this will just be going in the trash.

non functioning button AGAIN (second mouse, different button)
June 22, 2017
Look like a really great mouse! I am disappointed to say however that i just received mine today and have already asked for a return label. the number "6" button is permanently pressed. When you touch the button it has no movement at all. It is as if it was super glued in the pressed position. I have asked amazon for a replacement however they said they cannot do a replacement since it 3rd party seller they recommended return and reorder.I will update my review when the second mouse arrives...Updated 6/25/2017:I have received my second mouse, I am really disappointed again. The number 2 button does not work unless pressed so hard the it may damage the mouse with continued use. even still it does not activate on each attempt. It only works about 5 times out of ten times pressed. I really want this mouse to work like it is supposed to, every other feature is so great. It is comfortable and the primary and secondary mouse button seems so good. i will contact the seller and try one more time maybe (22222 <--- ten presses of the 2 key right here)
Potentially Malicious Software
June 7, 2017
Running Windows 7 (64bit)Installed easy, program started up easy, was easy to figure out the setup, got the macros set and went into FFXIV to test it out, mouse felt great in my hand..... That's the end of the good parts....COMBO BUTTONS DON'T WORK! I set it up with the keys just like the macro/combos in my Logitech G600, wouldn't execute them properly!Macro manager windows wouldn't open in the program, Wouldn't save the files properly, couldn't even run the program properly, kept crashing.Tried to uninstall and reinstall, figuring a bad install, and couldn't even Uninstall it, kept getting the error "PDMon File is still in use".unplugged the mouse and rebooted, still didn't work. After trying a few things, I had to reboot in "Safe Mode" to uninstall the program! SAFE MODE! Come On! I shouldn't need to do this for a mouse program!I'd bet this disc comes with additional Malicious Software on it that the company will use to track you PC.Either way, even if it doesn't, save your money, go with a Razor or Logitech Mouse, 15 years, no problems with either of those companies.Needless to say, ill be returning the mouse!
Durability issues sorry to say.
September 6, 2016
Purchased this mouse to replace a Logitech G700s (which is a festering piece of dog dirt).Pros: The tracking is very smooth and I didn't need to adjust the removable weights. It fits my hand very well and I haven't experienced any cramping. The matte tactile texture of the mouse is perfect. The button response is quick and accurate. The adjustable colors are nice especially in a darkened room. The software is a snap to use and I really like that you can setup as many profile files as you want and save them to your drive.Cons (more like things I would prefer changed): This is predicated on the fact that I have very large hands. The side buttons are a bit too small for me to push w/o pressing more than one at a time. My thumb "bottoms out" when trying to press the bottom row of buttons. The two top dpi adjustment buttons should be raised higher instead of being essentially flush with the top of the mouse. Have the ability to change the preset color of the mousewheel led to any color on the pallet. Ability to change the description for each profile (i.e. instead just "profile1", you could change it to, say; "home" or "WoW"). I miss the mousewheel tilt but knew this mouse didn't have it (would be icing on the cake if it did). With all mice, probably the most important aspect for me is durability and I will report back on this mouse's ability to withstand all the mmo madness it's going to see.Edit - after 3 months of use the right mouse button no longer clicks and needs to be pressed very hard just to get it to respond and the scroll wheel no longer scrolls. Needless to say the mouse has durability issues. I contacted Champion and they will replace the mouse if I pay for shipping. Considering this thing likely uses cheaper quality components, it's probably not worth paying additional money to get another that won't last much longer than this one did. Naga, here I come.
I can understand the poor reviews of the left click
April 24, 2015
I can understand the poor reviews of the left click.ONE day of use and I can see why people are saying this mouse "fell apart"It rubs on the left side of the left click button. Not a huge deal right now, but if you're looking for your left click to "mean something" when you push it, this will not work for you.The initial feel of the mouse is good quality, but after a few hours of playing I can tell the construction here is not worth the money that you're "saving" The only other MMO mouse I've had was the Logitech and I wish I would have forked over the extra money to get it. That one was nice.Skip this one, it is too good to be true.
Redragon's worst product.
March 13, 2015
Awful mouse compared to the Mammoth model. Clicking with the Perdition is like trying to set the time on a digital watch. You have to press hard to make it click, then you have to almost completely lift your finger off the button to let it raise back up. Trying to double click almost always results in just one click because I didn't raise my finger in the air to let off of the button.Seriously, if you don't need the buttons on the side, skip this model and get the Redragon Mammoth. The Perdition isn't even suitable for web browsing and will leave you very frustrated.
Broke down after a year of ownership. Avoid!
December 2, 2014
I bought it for the side button functions, but the they just seem really awkward and cheaply made. But it works though, and fairly easy to program. The problem is, after a while, because of the awkward thumb location, my hands feel really tired. I also realized that since I am unfamiliar with the side buttons, I end up completely ignoring them in most games, because it's faster for me to press the corresponding keys on the keyboard (you can only chain them to a keyboard command + forward and back--aka mouse 4, mouse 5), making them novelty items.i would avoid this unless you really really need mouse commands or macros for a particular game, and you don't mind your hand being sore afterwards.Update: The primary left button no longer holds and drags. It will release before I release the button, making desktop work needlessly infuriating. This happened slightly after about a year of ownership. Shipping back would be half the cost of a new unit. Bigger companies just send out a replacement unit, so stick to the name brands.

Not bad. Not great.

***Updated*** literally 1 day after i posted this review, this thing SIMPLY STOPPED WORKING!!!!, appeared to "reboot" itself every few min....Garbage....total garbage and now i can't return it!!!! AVOID THE AMAZING PRICE.....IT IS GARBAGE.***review was 3 stars when it actually worked.****Not bad. Not great. light weight. Not heavy which some may find annoying. RGB is adjustable but if you leave the PC off for awhile the custom color reverts to color cycling.. Dpi feels off, and the 7th button next to left click is just an instance of the left click, so a quick click? It cannot be assigned without assigning the left click. Grip is slippery.... gets annoying after time. I honestly took some sticky back craft foam and put it on the sides for more comfortable grip. It's more of a Mouse with LOOKS over Function!......

August 30, 2015
I purchased this mouse May 12 and received it May 14, since then the mouse has been slowly malfunctioning. The problem is the optical sensor would periodically give out and not track the movement of the mouse. The other buttons work fine but you would suddenly lose mouse movement and this is a huge problem for a gaming mouse! The only way the mouse can recover from this malfunction would be to unplug the usb wire from the computer and plug it back in. I've tried this on multiple computers but the problem persists. Hey, what can you expect from a $11 mouse...
Don't waste yout money...

This thing breaks easily. I only had it last December, and only use it sparingly. Waste of money.Do NOT BUY THIS BRAND. You can google it.
this mouse does not look like a cheap knock off
January 23, 2015
The one I ordered took awfully long time shipping, My guess is they shipped it by sea to save the cost. I totally understand therefore no complain about that. The item however, is defect: cursor would not move at all, while click buttons and wheel work. Had to return it for a refund. Guess they won't refund the shipping.I learned my lesson for buying a brand with little quality control. To be fair, this mouse does not look like a cheap knock off.
Bad QC
December 21, 2014
Ended up getting a refund because the product was faulty. It has nice weight and design and mimics a very similar Logitech mouse. Plugged it in and all of the buttons worked, but not the pointer. Nope, it wasn't a driver error - we tried on two different computers, both Windows 8.1 and Mac OS X and had no luck with the thing.
