| | Great MultivitaminOctober 14, 2017 This is a great multivitamin. It has everything. It's whole food based, which is a must. It's got enzymes. It's got probiotics. Plus it's got all the other healthy things people have come to rely on for good health over the past many years like wheat grass, green tea(polyphenols!), kelp, spirulina algae, echinacea, and so many more. And it's also got 42 fruits and veggies in its formula, whereas most of the others I've found have at most 23. Love these vitamins. I wanted to start taking a mutivitamin for 2 reasons: to feel better physically and help boost my immune system. These vitamins make me feel better than a good cup of coffee. I always found myself to be really tired and sluggish but now after taking these for a couple of weeks I see that I don't get tired as easily and can go the whole day completing errands and tasks. I'm really happy with the results. I always thought I was stuck feeling so sluggish and gross but these really do help me significantly. As we approach cold season I will see if they help with my immune system as well. Will definitely continue to take them for as long as possible. Quality GMP certified Multivitamin!October 2, 2017 This is a quality Multivitamin. I used to be a Rep for a Nutritional company and there is a real difference in ingredients as well as GMP Certified. This is a much higher standard than most on the shelves simply "food grade" vs "Pharmaceutical grade". Additionally, it sets the standard for manufacturing in how the lines for it on the equipment are cleaned and much more. I like these very much and have been taking them for more than a year now. I have recommended them to my friends. ... not a fan of vitamins but I'm surprised how good are. I'm feeling great after 5 days taking it.The only cons it's the big size of the "pill" and having to take it 3 times per day.Thank you Noticeable difference.July 8, 2017 It is nearly impossible to judge the efficacy of multivitamins, even over an extended period of time, since there are many factors that would influence overall health. What is remarkable about this combination is the fact that it is truly energizing. The difference is noticeable within the first week. This product I am getting vitamins ( that I might need) and seeing a noticeable difference in my daily energy. can't believe the difference!November 14, 2015 I am not one to leave reviews and I am not being compensated for this. I am simply a customer who feels so good after starting these supplements I had to share! I have only been taking these pills for one week but I felt a difference almost immediately. I have more energy throughout the day, my skin looks better, my nails are stronger, and most importantly I an sleeping better after months of insomnia. I don't think it's a coincidence that all of this began when I started these pills. As long as these results remain consistent or improve, I will be a lifelong customer! Can't recommend these enough!! |

| | Loaded with good stuff!October 1, 2017 These are some of the best vitamins I have taken. Full of just about every vitamin and mineral our bodies need. They are quite large although not so much its a struggle to get them down. One drawback though is having to take 3 per day. I often forget that afternoon dose. What I like about them is that they contain natural ingredients and provide a wide range of vitamins. | | Careful the 'energy' may keep you awake well into the night.September 8, 2017 I love the Dr. Tobias brand and am an advocate for many of their products. This, however, is not for me as the side effects are too much. For the past week, I have had the worst insomnia and diarrhea in the middle of the night. The only thing that changed in my life was taking this product.After the 6th night of nearly no sleep, I threw the bottle in the trash in the middle of the night. Large Uncoated Pills are Difficult to SwallowAugust 1, 2017 Massive pills are not coated and very difficult to swallow - I choked on them almost every time I tried to take them. I take a fairly large B complex pill but it is coated and smooth and is easy to swallow. This pill is rough and big so very difficult to swallow. Even when I was able to take them, I didn't really feel any different. Total waste of money. Grossed outJuly 19, 2017 I'm sure these were really healthy however, I think they had more magnesium than my body could handle or maybe there was something else in them that made my stomach churn and bloat, yuk and then it might be tmi, but I need to share for anyone else whose had this problem. These turned my poop black, like coffee grounds. I threw them out sadly and I'm going back to my vitamin code raw multi.
