Five Star Reviews: | 66% I also purchased it in anticipation of returning to work in a couple of weeks and it fits in my car behind the seat nicely. Keep December 3, 2016 I am an exclusively pumping mom of a 3 month old. I purchased this to keep my pumping supplies fresh overnight for my middle of the night pumping sessions. I also purchased it in anticipation of returning to work in a couple of weeks and it fits in my car behind the seat nicely. Keeps my supplies cold for over 12 hours (all I've tested so far). Very happy & would recommend the product. I only wish it had an alternative handle to carry. Great for a day out with kids November 6, 2016 Bought this mainly because I'm too lazy to carry a handheld ice chest for festivals, concerts and misc day trips with the family. However, this has wheels! And it's a real cooler! Not the flimsy bags that end up spilling water all over your car at the end of the day once the Capri suns aren't holding the coolers shape anymore. Plus it's a seat if you need one. This is one of the best purchases I've made in awhile. Small, easily portable, cold stuff. So much yes. Quite roomy for such a small cooler August 29, 2016 I used this for a three day event that required us to pack lunches. We were able to pack sandwiches, 2 bottled waters, bagged cut up fruit, like watermelon, cantaloupe, bananas, cheese and three ice packs to keep it cool. It was quite roomy for such a small container and small enough where it did not take up a lot of room. Great buy. Perfect size! July 14, 2016 I love the size and portability of this cooler. It is perfect for toting snacks to my quilt group meetings. My husband also uses it to take snacks to work. It fits very nicely in the back of my little SUV, and is small enough that I can lift it out even when full. Love it! Perfect Size October 25, 2013 I bought this cooler for an upcoming trip. I was looking for a smaller-than-average size cooler with wheels and a handle. I cannot handle the larger coolers because I have limited upper body strength to hoist them up into a car, but, this one is perfect. I did confirm that you can put 22 cans in it easily. If you're looking for a small, easy to lift cooler, this one is for you. | 66% That's pretty much what I expect from a cooler July 25, 2017 It keeps my drinks and sandwiches cold. That's pretty much what I expect from a cooler. The fact that I don't have to carry the cooler from point A to B is great. The wheels appear to be well made. All in all I'm pleased with my purchase. Super super lil cooler May 15, 2017 Love loves loves this lil cooler. Perfect for what we need it for. Sits easy in the back seat, then easy to roll to our hotel room when my wife and I travel Great cooler. Holds lots of drinks and roll great. March 8, 2017 Great cooler. Holds a lot of drinks. Keep the drinks cold for a day. The next day the ice is mostly melted but for what i use it for it is great. Cold items cold for a good 4 hours withOUT ICE! December 17, 2016 Sturdy, keeps my cold items cold for a good 4 hours withOUT ICE! I Love the size because it fits in the back seat NOT touching or bothering the occasional person who forgot to call, "SHOTGUN!", stuck in the back next to it. The handle and wheels make it my Number ONE go-to COOLER! Perfect mid-size cooler for beach or short trips March 18, 2016 Handy, sturdy, and has been on several travel adventures with us already. We take it weekly to the beach with us, and it's just the right size to take on a short-ish road trip.We also travel to my in-laws, which is about 3 hours away. this is perfect for that trip. igloo island breeze 28 qt roller cooler vs igloo marine breeze 28 qt roller cooler July 20, 2015 I had asked: "How does the igloo island breeze 28 qt roller cooler differ from the marine breeze 28 qt roller cooler ? (besides blue vs white and $28 vs $43)" I'd like to thank everyone who replied back to my question. I did also follow up by calling igloo, just for additional confirmation. Based on all this:The igloo island breeze 28 quart and igloo marine breeze 28 quart coolers are identical (igloo said the same molds are used for both), with the only differences:- the Marine Breeze is entirely white (helps to reflect sun and so heat), vs the blue bottom of the Island Breeze.- the Marine Breeze has more UV inhibitor in the plastic than the Island Breeze... helps it survive sitting in the sun all day.- The Marine Breeze may have more "rubbery wheels" than the Island breeze... (I assume, to minimize the potential for scuffing.....though, I just received the island breeze and the wheels have a somewhat rubbery feel to them... they are definitively not just plain plastic). There was one reply back to my question that suggested the marine breeze also came with cup and/or fishing pole holders.... from what I see, that is only true of the largest (60 qt) marine breeze... the 28 qt size doesn't include those.Given the above, the marine breeze is marketed a bit differently, geared to "greater exposure to the outdoor sun", and hence the potential for a different pricing. | 55% Nice August 17, 2017 Nice solid chairs, pack relatively small, relatively light. No thrills, but also no problems. They do what they are supposed to do, and do it well. And cheap. I'm happy with them - warmly recommended. Great portable chairs! May 8, 2017 We need portable chairs for sporting events and these are perfect! We bought 2 this year and love the mesh back to help with air circulation in the hot summer weather. Works Great! March 10, 2016 Functional and compact. I love it! It's sturdy and fairly comfortable. There are no signs of wear or weakness on it. I would recommend this! Great chairs for all outdoor uses February 8, 2016 Got these as part of a gift for my son. Got him an entire camping setup and he loved the chairs they are easy to fold up and carry because of the carrier strap on the case and he says very comfortable Perfect for a small person March 12, 2015 I do animal rescue, and bought this chair to take with me to adoption events. I'm petite (5' tall, 116 pounds), which means a lot of chairs are too big for me. This one is not too tall, and the seat it not too long for my legs. I find it very comfortable. The drink holder will hold my smaller aluminum water bottle or a soda can with no problem. As others have mentioned, the carry bag does seem pretty cheap, but it also makes the chair easy to carry. The chair is heavier than I expected for such an inexpensive chair, but not actually 'heavy'. It probably weighs less than my purse! I don't really need the mesh back now, but it will be nice in warmer weather. A tall or large person might not be comfortable in this, but if you're smaller and looking for an inexpensive folding chair, it's great. | 68% Great for lunch boxes September 16, 2017 These are perfect lunch box coolers, and includes four separate packs. They are very slim, enough to put one under food, and one above, or on either side. They also don't take up much room in the freezer.Since they are rather thin, they don't take much time to freeze. They are a perfect size for lunch boxes, but not very helpful for larger coolers. Love that these are slim and can fit in narrow ... July 26, 2016 Love that these are slim and can fit in narrow spaces in lunch boxes!I use 2,one on top of my entree and the other by my beverage to keep them both cool!Still able to fit lots of other stuff in my lunch bag too! These are great space savers!!They also stay cool for around 12 hours, which is nice incase you forget your lunch or forget to unpack your uneaten items quickly once home from work. Great ice packs! June 21, 2016 I ordered these after I got some fit and fresh containers and discovered how much I love the thin ice packs. I can slip this into my lunch box around the edges between box and food, slide them in between my sandwich and my drink, and put the smaller sizes into even smaller spaces! They are light weight and do a great job of keeping my food icy cold for hours. I highly recommend them.***Update***I have had these for over a year now and they are still going strong. One of them bulges a bit, but nothing scary. They also fit into Coleman FlipLid 6 Personal Cooler with no problems. The smaller fit and fresh slim ice packs also fit into the lids of the fit and fresh boxes, giving me even more cold in my lunch box without taking up any additional space! I don't know if you can buy those separately, but here is one of the sets I have. Fresh Starts 1 Cup Chilled Lunch Containers with Removable Ice Packs Great slim ice pack for lunch box March 18, 2016 These lunchbox ice packs are perfect for using in kids' lunchboxes. My child carries a very slim lunchbox, so as to take up less room in his backpack. (This one: eBags Slim Lunch Box (Black)) This ice pack is perfect for this particular lunch box because it's thin enough not to take up a lot of room in a bag that doesn't have a lot of width to begin with. I can slip the ice pack in the mesh area in the top of his lunch box and have plenty of room left for a growing boy's lunch! The ice packs freeze quickly and, due to their shape, also don't take up a ton of room in the freezer, which is great. They stay frozen quite a while and keep my child's lunch cold until lunchtime everyday. And with a pack of four, I always have extras in the freezer as needed. These ice packs are a really great value for the price. At about $2 each, you get a great ice pack that fits in a lunch box and keeps the fold cold until it's ready to be eaten. You really can't beat that. Keep Cool and perfect size for Lunch Boxes. January 9, 2016 These have lasted through 2 school years and been used almost everyday for school and summer camps. We have ordered more because I find they get used a lot...tailgating, road trips, golfing, these things fit into small coolers and hold the cold for a decent amount of time considering the small size and weight. Great product, very happy I came across these when I did. I had always used the larger and bulkier cool packs in the past and found these were a much better solution. They are awesome, and if you google these November 6, 2015 Here's how we pack our kiddos lunches:1) Ziploc divided rectangle containers - I don't know why these were ever discontinued! They are awesome, and if you google these, you will see there are so many out there just as disappointed as me! Including Lisa Leake from 100 Days of Real Food, as this was the container she suggested using!2) This luncbox - http://www.amazon.com/Columbia-Northern-Upright-Lunch-HardBody/dp/B00UMY3NK8/ref=sr_1_1?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1446852695&sr=1-1&keywords=columbia+lunch+box3) The Fit & Fresh Slim Ice PacksThe above is the winning combo!! I regularly pack string cheese or freshly cut cheddar cheese for my kids lunches. By lunchtime, the cheese would warm and I would find them in their lunchboxes at the end of the day. I'm happy to report that there is no more wasted cheese. It seems to keep the product cool enough until lunchtime. There is condensation/perspiration in the lunchbox at the end of the day, but I would expect that from an ice pack. They are slim, so they don't take up alot of room in the freezer. Since the pack comes with 4, it's the perfect amount to for a family of 5. We currently only pack 2 lunches a day and the 4 works for us. | 79% There are no reviews yet |
Four Star Reviews: | 21% Easy to handle August 9, 2017 Purchased this to keep wine bottles cold. It works perfectly for that. Easy to handle, not too heavy. One issue with the cooler is when you are wheeling down a ramp or decline, the handle goes in making it almost impossible to continue rolling it. If Coleman could redesign the handle so that it locks, it would be perfect. Even with that issue, I would still recommend this cooler. The size is perfect. We bought this to take to the Indianapolis ... June 18, 2017 The size is perfect. We bought this to take to the Indianapolis 500 and the dimensions were fine. Our son also uses it for daily sports camps in the summer. It's a good size for his lunch and a few water/sports drink bottles. The handle is SHORT. It doesn't always lock into place. My son is 5'2" and I'm 5'4" and the handle doesn't pull up high enough for us to roll it comfortably...the handle needs to be about 4-6 inches longer, but it serves the purpose ok. Great Little Cooler September 17, 2016 I've been using this cooler for over a month and it's nearly perfect. I wish it had a strap to pick it up, but there is a review that talks about how to make one, so I guess if I really want it, I can fix it. Otherwise, it's a great size; fits behind the front seats on the floor, holds plenty of drinks and a sandwich for a day at the craft fair, rolls along behind, and I usually use a bungee cord to to fasten a bag of stuff to the top. Great Cooler May 28, 2016 It's a very good cooler, my husband use the cooler for work. He's a delivery driver and the cooler sit very well behind his seat and holds enough drinks and lunch. I would recommend this cooler. | 21% Great for almost everything! August 23, 2017 Its great for storing my ice for my snow cone stand, but the handle is a bit short for a 6 "4 Guy, thats the only downside. Very Pleased July 27, 2017 Bought this as a gift and my husband loves it. It maintains the ice for well over a day. He especially likes having it on wheels. The only thing missing is a drain. If it had a drain hole it would get 5 stars. Seemed to keep the stuff inside reasonably cool for at least 48 hours at a time when ... June 10, 2017 Only used one one 5 day camping trip so far. Seemed to keep the stuff inside reasonably cool for at least 48 hours at a time when packed with about 30% ice.It sweats a little more than I would like, and a drain plug on the bottom would be nice.I just hope it holds up durability-wise. A handy cooler October 27, 2015 A handy cooler, which fits behind the seat in my car, in case I want to buy something that needs refrigeration and can't go straight home. I also appreciate the wheels and long handle, as it can become quite heavy. great cooler, except no drain and handles are a little awkward November 1, 2014 Love this cooler. It fits lots of stuff, stays cold for a long time, and is quite sturdy. I can use it as a chair, too. The only complaints i have are that the side handles to lift it (like into the boat or trunk of the car) are kind of awkward and there is no drain. You dont want to pick it up by the handle for rolling, it just doesn't seem sturdy enough and the lack of a drain is pretty annoying. Otherwise, a great cooler and a good value for the price. Good for day trips. August 25, 2014 Convenient for day trips. Fits more than enough for a family of 3 and keeps things cool for the day. We used to take a polystyrene white box with us however I got annoyed with the endless 'squeaking' and also from having to carry it to/from hotel. We went for the Igloo as it was a similar size, had wheels and had reasonable feedback.I don't think it provides as much insulation as our free polystyrene white box however it is good enough. When going away for multiple days on a car trip we fill it with ice each morning from the hotel ice machines. It might benefit from having a plug for draining water and the handle is a little wobbly - hence the 4 stars - other than that works well. | 23% Sort of cheap quality, but, I expected that, it's the NEW Coleman September 12, 2017 Rather cheap in quality. but they were on sale and I bought 4 of 'em. So I better like 'em or I wasted my money. But, they are rather flimsy and cheaply built. Great chair + great price = Score! September 5, 2017 These Coleman chairs came recommended through several on-line surveys of "top-rated folding chairs". Caught these chairs on a deal (Under $10ea.). Sturdy construction and heavy material used in this chair. Personally I wish it reclined just a little bit more but I'm not complaining. Well worth the price and looking forward to years of outdoor activity with these. Work fine, not perfect, but $10 each on sale. August 24, 2017 Fairly comfortable, tho daugher has a higher line Coleman with a small ice pocket in the arm with a zipper and a slightly more comfortable shape, but for $10 each they are great. ... go these are great- plus mesh back keeps you cool on those long days at the fields July 2, 2017 As far as folding chairs go these are great- plus mesh back keeps you cool on those long days at the fields! I recommend. Durable chairs, look great too December 7, 2016 Very comfortable, folds up small, fits into the carrying case. Great for soccer moms and football dads. Also useful for beach trips. I bought two and have been very satisfied with how durable they are. | 13% Yup, they are slim July 24, 2017 When they say slim, they mean slim. These are probably less than 1/2 inch wide. They stay nice and cold, and would be nice around sandwiches, but they aren't going to keep you can of soda cold all day. When used like an ice pad, they last about 20 minutes. These are good think cool packs which i use in a lunch ... April 13, 2017 These are good think cool packs which i use in a lunch bag. they stay frozen for an hour or two and cool for another hour or so. I don't think you will have success with it trying to use it to cool down something warm or even room temp, but if you are just trying to keep things cool for a few hours, they work perfect and don't take up much room. Could stand to be a bit thicker/heavier duty but great for the size December 28, 2016 The cooling capacity seems a bit light, but the package is also conveniently thin. Pack two and you still won't over-burden your kit but you will keep everything cool. Slim to slide between items! July 26, 2016 UPDATE: i have had these for just over a year. I'm a teacher and use them daily in my lunch. One of these has started to leak blue goo on my freezer shelf. I took off one star for that, because it is inconvenient. One out of 4 leaking for the first time after a year is pretty good. The bagged blue ice leaks after just a few uses. I still recommend buying this. Having 4 is convenient. These cooling ice packs are my favorite! These last for hours and do a great job of keeping food & drinks cold. I love how slim they are and how easy they are to slide between food or drinks. They take up much less room than other ice packs! Great price on Amazon as well! Perfect for small Lunch Boxes February 11, 2016 I like these because they are thin for starters and easier to use in soft side coolers and any smaller item such as a lunch box. The other reason is these dont sweat all over like the older gel packs that were soft sided. And lastly these retain their shape unlike those soft gel packs that stayed in the shape they formed while in the freezer (which was often not a shape I desired or it was uneven). They stay cool all day July 13, 2015 I got these coolers for my lunch bag. They work pretty good because the keep my shake and sandwiches cold all morning and when I get home and put them in the freezer they are still cold so the stay cool almost all day. | 9% There are no reviews yet |
Three Star Reviews: | 6% Side handles need some work September 11, 2017 Convenient little cooler only problem is when you want to carry it for the sides the handles have no grip or indentation to slip your fingers in I think that is faulty design. But this cooler does get the job done. This would be fine for hard or firm surfaces August 20, 2016 This would be fine for hard or firm surfaces, and the compact size could be convenient, but the wheels are small and likely wouldn't work on beach sand, which is how I wanted to use it. I returned it via Amazon, which was super easy as we have an Amazon drop off location nearby. 1 use and the wheel broke off May 16, 2016 It's a great size, but one wheel fell off after only a single use. The metal cap that holds the wheel on broke off and disappeared. Luckily my son was able to put some epoxy glue (?) on the end of the metal rod to keep the wheel from falling off. I wouldn't trust it on rough terrain, or beach sand, because the wheels are also small. | 5% ... finger space is not deep enough to get a good grip. Went on a weekend trip August 12, 2017 The lid is difficult to open as the finger space is not deep enough to get a good grip. Went on a weekend trip, one bag of ice kept 2 days. It doesn't roll all that great on rough terrain but again January 29, 2017 Gets the job done but the handle is a little flimsy. It could use some sturdier side handles or grabs for picking it up to put it in the car or what not. It doesn't roll all that great on rough terrain but again, it works in a pinch. Flimsy telescoping handle August 20, 2015 Great cold retention. Ice lasted over 24 hrs. Three star rating based upon flimsy telescoping handle that I expect won't work properly for long, which means it won't be a rolling cooler for long. If I am wrong about this, it is a five star cooler and I will be a happy camper. Just OK July 18, 2015 A bit smaller than I expected (on the inside), and it doesn't really do a great job of keeping things cool. It isn't terrible, but I have to pack quite a bit of ice to keep stuff truly cold. This is fine for drinks or short trips but wouldn't work for keeping things cold long term. Nice size wheeled cooler June 23, 2015 Great size cooler with wheels, probably could have purchased for a little less at Walmart. Cost aside, the handles seem a little small and not quite deep enough when the cooler is fully loaded. Was a little surprised by how easy the large telescoping was scratched and dented by a curb. I think the cooler will hold up, but probably not as well as more expensive units. Could use a little help April 21, 2014 The lid is very difficult to get open. The side handles are poorly designed to pick it up, they are little, and the extending handle just seems awkward, something about it is just off. It will hold 4 half gallon mason jars, if you put something in the bottom like a towel. It has a slanted bottom, because of the wheels, but it really limits bottom floor space. Needs more design help. | 10% Not really comfortable for long periods of time but OK for limited ... September 6, 2017 The back feels high when sitting. Not really comfortable for long periods of time but OK for limited use. One good one bad June 27, 2017 Ordered two if there for our camping trip. One is fine, the other broke after the first use. The frame of the left arm broke off the frame. Disappointed in Colemans chair for breaking after just one use. Amazon was great sending out a replacement right away though Great deal for the price July 13, 2016 I was expecting the chair to be a little wider than it was - It is good quality, as with most coleman products, but definitely not the most comfortable...however, for the price - it is a great deal! | 9% I bought these for my daughter to take in her ... September 23, 2017 I bought these for my daughter to take in her snack box to school. She eats an hour and half after school starts and these keep her drink and snack cold. But when I used these to keep drinks cold on a trip to the park, they were melted and room temp within 4 hours. And the drinks were already cold when I put everything in the cooler. So everything that we needed cold quickly lost their chill. Not for long term use. Great ice packs however they did not keep cold an ... September 22, 2017 Great ice packs however they did not keep cold an entire school day.Bought these for my granddaughter for her lunch bag.We have had some hot days in California this summer.By lunch time they were melting a bit.Do like the fact they are slim I was able to fit all 4 of them in her bag.The set comes with 4 slim cool coolers. They are reusable ice packs non-toxic.you can use them in your grocery bags as well for your cold items. WATER NOT GEL! September 21, 2017 So after these arrived I double checked the description and it doesn't say if it is gel or water. I wanted gel. I know that gel stays frozen longer and I had no idea what temperature the school keeps the classrooms. Every day these (2 over the food container inside an insulated box) come home completely melted and nothing is cold. My daughter says it is cold at lunch time when she eats her lunch but honestly I am a little leary about that. I guess I need to do a time check over the weekend. But either way payday is next week and I will be buying gel packs. I have not had any leaking or any other problems other then them not lasting long enough. I know have 8 of these taking up space in my freezer. I guess they will come in handy for picnics? Good but could be better July 21, 2017 I really like the size of these they're the perfect fit for my lunch box while leaving plenty of room as well as not taking up much space in the freezer. My only complaint is that they do not last long. They keep my lunch cold 4-5 hours which is acceptable as I'll eat my lunch within that time frame but I'd like it if they would keep drinks cold through out the day. I will say I live in Florida and it's extremely hot all the time so I may be expecting to much. For the price I am satatisfied but still searching for coolers that last through the Florida heat. Not cool enough for late work lunches July 27, 2016 I had every intention of liking these. They are innovative. I like that they are slim. However, my challenge is my husband's lunchbox. He commutes 1.5 hrs each way and often by the time he eats, he found that these packs not only weren't cold, they were tepid. Granted, my husband's lunch conditions are not ideal, but we had to search for something thicker that did keep his lunch cooler. I ended up passing these on to a friend with a larger canvas cooler and they will work great in that situation. She was thrilled. Don't last as long as I expected when frozen February 26, 2015 I bought these to keep my insulated lunch bag cold inside between leaving for home around 7:45am and having lunch around noon. Usually, by the time I have lunch, these have completely thawed out and the contents of the bag are approaching room temperature. For that reason I'm not a huge fan of them, but they are thin, relatively cheap, and fine as long as you aren't keeping something cold for several hours. | 4% There are no reviews yet |

September 23, 2016 Wheels are super cheep plastic and the area around the bar that connects them always breaks and it becomes useless. Went through 3 of them in one year. Total waste. It does not have provision to carry with one hand I like the cooler July 16, 2016 I like the cooler , however I couldn't give it a high score because the handle doesn't lock in place when you extend it out. It's frustrating that the handle keeps sliding back down. Sadness March 25, 2016 Sad that Coleman coolers seem to be getting worse with every design iteration. They used to have a small 6-12 can cooler with no wheels, no silly extendable handle, and a LOCKING LID!!!! I don't know who's idea it was to release a cooler that can't be secured to prevent spilling but that person/team should be fired. No wonder they're losing the market to yeti. It does a decent job of insulating and keeping things cold but the usability problems negate that. I just want my old Coleman back :-( Its a good cooler but January 24, 2016 1) You cant keep the lid shut 2) Wheels fall off (this disappointed me the most) 3) The handle doesn't lock 4) Bottom isn't flat 5) you cant carry it with one hand. good stuff= 1) cheap 2) wheels don't get locked up, and you can take them out. but if they get snagged they fall off easily. | 4% The wheels fell off the first time we used it ... October 29, 2017 The wheels fell off the first time we used it but they did go back on. Kind of small for what we wanted so i gave it to my mom. it is the perfect size and we loved it until that happened July 24, 2017 The wheels fell off of this after only about 12 uses. Received Cooler with Broken Handle...Returning March 11, 2016 Arrived with a malfunctioning handle that wouldn't stay up when you let go of it. Returning for something of higher quality. poor design or cheap parts February 14, 2016 i had this type of cooler b4 and lasted a long time. February 11, 2016 The handles on the side of this cooler are super shallow, forcing you to grab on awkwardly with your fingertips, there is no spout at the bottom to drain the melted ice, and the top is hard to open / close. I would not buy this again. good idea bad lid December 16, 2015 While the telescoping handle and wheels is really neat, the lid is VERY hard to open. I've had to resort to opening it up with a flat head screw driver. If you try to open it up in the front which is the only place to get a small grip, you'll end up breaking a nail. | 5% overall not comfortable for a 5'9" 160# man June 8, 2017 small, narrow, sits at nearly 90 degrees, overall not comfortable for a 5'9" 160# man. But it is easy to setup and put away. Sad face February 23, 2017 Had it for a week then it broke, good for holding miscellaneous items now tho Quality....NOT!! October 26, 2015 Maybe OK for a little child but not an adult raising ones self using the arms for support because one or both will break off as did ours so from first trip out then right to the garbage can. | 5% the picture made these look like they were much larger than they are - bought ... September 2, 2017 the picture made these look like they were much larger than they are - bought to use in the wheeled tote and way to small - disappointed - should have been pictured next to a ruler so you can tell as the picture was so blown up it was deceiving Do not stay frozen long. May 30, 2017 I am not a fan of these at all. They are filled with a watery fluid instead of a gel. They sweat and do not stay frozen for long. I have to use at least two of them just to keep my lunch cool until time to eat it. Don't trust them to keep things cool very long February 21, 2017 These don't stay cold very long. Whereas other ice packs I've used for school lunches come back still mostly frozen at the end of school in an insulated lunch bag, these are completely liquid again by the end of school. Don't trust them to keep things cool very long. I've had to start moving things to a fridge as soon as I get to work so they don't go bad. December 10, 2016 These only stay cold for about 3 hours. I use 2 in my lunchbag, and my bag is room temperature all day. I pack it at 8 in the morning, and open it up around 11:30 or 12 noon, and they are usually unfrozen, and the contents of the bag (soda can, sandwich/salad, ect. Typical lunch) are just barely cold. I've had to start moving things to a fridge as soon as I get to work so they don't go bad. Not Cool Coolers... October 21, 2016 I liked the thin design of these so that they would fit easily in the freezer and lunchboxes. I quickly realized that having the thin design is not worth it. It takes at least two of these to keep your meal cold until lunch...and, if you want a snack at the end of the day, even with all four cooler packs, you can forget about it. All of the lunchboxes we use are quality, well insulated lunchboxes that have worked very well with other ice packs. These just aren't quality ice packs. Nope May 21, 2015 These are a nice idea, but miss the mark on function. The size really is wonderful, they take up so much less space than the thicker ice packs. However, they just don't last long enough. The #1 purpose is to keep your food cold, and that is sacrificed with the slim design. I pack my lunch at 8am, and when I eat it at noon (just 4 hours later) the pack is liquid and only the things that are right up against it are still cold. My lunch box is kept inside a large closet that is probably 70 degrees or so. I can imagine that a lunch box kept outside or in an non airconditioned room, or just in a warm area, wouldn't be cold longer than an hour or so. I'll see if two packs will fit in my lunch box, otherwise will go back to the thicker ones that are still FROZEN after 4 hours!!! | 4% There are no reviews yet |
One Star Reviews: | 4% Wheeled cooler June 28, 2017 Just got the cooler.out to use and the handle will not stay up guess i.should of check it.out when I got it Handle doesn't lock in upright position June 10, 2017 The handle does not lock in the upright position. We missed the date we could return this by or it would be gone! Ps.. today was the first and last time we use it! This is the worst cooler I have ever bought August 20, 2015 This is the worst cooler I have ever bought! The ice starts melting as soon as you put it in. Total waste of money!! good cooler bad design on hadle June 19, 2015 the cooler itself it's good but the handle its terrible it doesn't stay locked .i hate it | 4% Had to return it. The last link in the ... November 14, 2015 Had to return it. The last link in the pull up handle was broken and would not stay up. Not good! May 9, 2015 This cooler sucks! The size is good and I like that it is wheels. The problem is that what should be handles used to pick the cooler up are almost non-existent. There is only a slight indentation where each handle should be and it makes it difficult to pick up the cooler to carry down the stairs. | 7% Disappointing ... September 6, 2017 Very flimsy chair. Not very comfortable either. If you want to sit for a while, you'll be hurting. The back isn't very high either, making it a bit useless. Leaves bruises September 4, 2017 bruised my legs, seat poles are so narrow. They cause pain. Arm rest slides down every 5 minutes. Poor quality June 16, 2016 I bought 2 of these chairs & they are now just overifying a month old and used maybe 7 times and the arms are broke on both of them. Buyers beware! September 7, 2015 Buyers beware! Inexplicably these were the highest rated chairs when I purchased two back in May 2015. One broke on the first camping trip. Please read the other 1 star reviews because they are spot on. Don't bother buying a name brand! June 18, 2015 Very disappointed! Thought buying a name brand that these would be made slightly better than the Walmart or Dollar General brands; I was wrong and 1 of the 2 broke in 4 weeks (we used them on Tues/Thurs for our kids ball games)! | 5% Do not stay cold for more than two or three hours indoors. September 27, 2017 I have to say find another product!. I wanted use these to keep a sandwich cold in my insulated bag. I am 74 years old and confined to a wheelchair. I did not want to go from the bedroom to the kitchen in the middle of the night. The temperature inside the house is 74 degrees. I put three of these in the bag with my cold sandwich, the bag was in the fridge since morning Three hours later the blocks have all melted, the sandwich was no longer COLD. Fortunately the meat and mayo was still cool, another hour and the sandwich would have been in the trash. If you use these for your child's lunch box, don't give him/her anything like mac. salad or chicken salad (mayo based). Really, I would find a better product, the 'Blue Ice' blocks stay cold much longer. Save your $$$ September 14, 2017 Waste of money. These are very thin and do not stay frozen very long. Does not stay frozen long enough September 10, 2017 I bought these to replace my kids' lunch blox blue ice coolers. They are the perfect size to keep sandwiches cold but they do NOT stay frozen. My kids said they were completely melted by lunch and not even cold! My lunch blox coolers would still be frozen when the kids got home from school. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Don't buy! July 11, 2017 I'm a police officer and work a 10 hour shift. I use them for my lunch box. My food does not stay cool and the cool coolers are always melted prior to the end of my shift. Yes they are kept in a insulated lunchbox in my patrol car. | 4% There are no reviews yet |
