HIGH QUALITY and CONVENIENCEJuly 26, 2015 I have been using the Honeywell dispenser for the past week and I have to say it has surpassed my expectations (and they were high). First and foremost, it works very well. Both the hot and cold water work perfectly for each need. I particularly like the convenience of the ready-to-serve hot water as it allows me to brew my tea and other hot beverages on the spot! Second, it is very well built and feels solid. Installing it is very easy and intuitive. Importantly, make sure you have a level surface as it works better. My recommendation is that you used the supplied anchor screw to fix to the back wall to keep it in place; specially if you have 2 young kids like me! Talking about kids, the kid's safety on the hot water works very well.
Important to note, I ordered this with the Honeywell HWB101S Filtration System. This is an amazing product I discovered they have which replaces the need for ordering water bottles! This is placed on top of the dispenser and is filled with regular tap water and has a filtering system. I strongly recommend adding this product! | | | |

| not recomendedJanuary 11, 2017 bought this for a bit more money about a year and a half ago. The hot side stopped working after about a year. The cold side was never very cold even after adjusting the temp screw at the back. Water taps are plastic and feel cheap... The loading feature broke a few months ago. The unit leaked half a 5 gallon container on the floor.

I've had better luck with the off brand inexpensive units than this thing Cheap and very loud!December 27, 2016 The thing works great, but makes a very loud buzz when the refrigeration unit kicks in. I regret throwing away my old one. It sometimes made a hum, but you could hit it and it'd stop. But this thing is so loud that I can't hear the tv over the noise, and it's in the other room!
