It works very well, I bought a size larger just in case it wouldn't fit me and it fit almost perfectly. It was a little too big but the velcro straps on the wrists and zipper on your ankles fixed that. It helped keep retain the heat and definitely got me drenched in sweat when I went for morning run. The suit works extremely well in making you sweat, I mean SWEAT! I also like the fact that the suit helps in retaining heat so that your muscles stay warm. I use this suit during my weight training and cardio afterwards. If you work out a lot, it will help you stay flexible. It's extremely durable, as I am a 370lb, 5'10" weight lifter with a 58" chest, 36" thighs, 22" arms, and a fat 55" gut. I got the 6XL and it fits like a snug glove. I will continue using this suit as long as I am working out.

I do not claim that this sauna suit is the magic bullet but I will say it is a definite aid and helper to my weight loss journey. I bought the 6X size and I will admit that it was small when I bought it but now it is much more baggy. The top fit the first day I bought it but the bottom was too small in the crotch area but not in the leg area. Possibly because I am tall and my inseam is usually comfortable at 32. The middle of the crotch ripped in a small hole. I DO NOT BLAME THE SUIT. This suit is very durable. I wore it at 6'1 396 pounds and I think it held up under the pressure, stress and strain I put the suit under. I sewed up the middle and tried it again when I lost more weight. I think the limit to the pants, for me or a person my size is about 370 lbs. I've been using the full suit now with no rips. The top is top notch. It does not rip. It takes a beating and can withstand almost any workout. I wouldn't try planks in it as it makes you sweat profusely and you may injure yourself slipping inside the rubber. I would recommend this product. If you never used a suit like this before, take your time in the beginning. Take it slow and monitor your breathing and water levels. This really helps.
