It works very well, I bought a size larger just in case it wouldn't fit me and it fit almost perfectly. It was a little too big but the velcro straps on the wrists and zipper on your ankles fixed that. It helped keep retain the heat and definitely got me drenched in sweat when I went for morning run. I use this suit during my weight training and cardio afterwards. If you work out a lot, it will help you stay flexible. It's extremely durable, as I am a 370lb, 5'10" weight lifter with a 58" chest, 36" thighs, 22" arms, and a fat 55" gut. I got the 6XL and it fits like a snug glove. I will continue using this suit as long as I am working out.

My son is on the varsity wrestling team as well as a seasoned boxer. He's used this on several occasions to make weight for an event. Don’t know how safe any of these sauna suits are, but if you're in a pinch to make weight for a tournament, this will help get the job done. |
