I was having a serious issue with consuming dairy even in the smallest amount and it was not in a normal Lactose intolerant sort of way and it has finally put my fears of accidentally eating even the tiniest bit of dairy to rest. Yay! I did notice that on the 4th or 5th I had a really intense stomach ache for most of the day but then it went away and I felt fine. Not sure if it was the probiotic that made this happen, this is not a usual thing that happens to me but I thought I'd throw that in there. The Best ProductOctober 22, 2016 I bought this product 5 months ago. I needed a probiotic, (per my doctor), because I had a stomach virus. I went online and started to search around and found this one. It was the best recommended, so I said, "why not". This has been the best thing. I now have my fiancé taking one in the morning, as it keeps us regulated. It gets rid of the bad toxins in your colon and helps keep the lining clean. At night we also take a capsule of magnesium citrate and cleanse more. This combination works really good for us.I recommend anyone in their late 20's to early 30's to take a probiotic. Don't wait until you have stomach issues. I came across this products impressive lab testing results by using an internet search for best rated probiotic products. In testing it met all purity standards, which is really important, and not only that but it also exceeded it's viable bacteria count by a very impressive amount. That's doubly important because many products loss their count over any kind of storage/shelf life. I think it is the special packaging they use with this product. Which coincidentally also makes this product super convenient to travel with - no refrigeration is needed! The price is really reasonable for such a quality product. This product actually made me feel too bloated but I didn't want to waste the capsules and instead put them to good use. I'd read some articles on how probiotics were beneficial to the skin if topically applied. I popped these suckers open into a dark glass jar of water and honey and mixed and refrigerated it to make a probiotic serum! Really good stuff lemme tell ya, if I pop a pimple or have a breakout, I put this stuff on with an organic cotton ball and the mark goes away in a day or two. I think the good bacteria overpowers all the p. acnes and unnatural dirt from LA smog or what have you, and so it helps irritation a lot! | Still assessing this product.December 4, 2016 This product seems to be as promised. No adverse effects notice in the brief time of use. I have used probiotics for years. An IBS problem has made it necessary to try several brands. Some cause extreme gas and bloating. I have not had that experience with this problem. It doesn't have to be refrigerated and each is individually wrapped in a foil bubble, which I find made it easier to take on vacation with me. I've purchased ones that proved to be a complete waste of money but the Naturo Sciences Probiotics are definitely up there with the better ones I've tried. | Too early to reviewSeptember 25, 2016 I purchased this product recently and have not been taking it long enough to see a difference. I had taken a different probiotic and it took about a month before I saw improvement. I am trying this product based on the reviews. If I do not see improvement in 3 weeks I will update this review and return to the probiotic I was taking. | Stomach Aches and Loose StoolsApril 11, 2017 This was my second time purchasing this product, but it just isn't doing anything for me. My stools are loose and it gives me stomach aches. I am pretty sure it wasn't a die off reaction, because I ended up switching to a Garden of Life product (Dr. Formulated Once Daily for Digestive Health, 30 Capsules) and that performed miracles on me.
