April 12, 2015 One way to feel safer in today's world is to give your body the benefit of protecting the gut w/ this excellent Probiotic with such a good blend. It is not dairy free for some who want that consideration. Also it would be nice if the label was easier to read, you almost need a magnifying glass on a portion of the label!. Does not require refrigeration, which is a benefit when travelling.I rotate various products as I do with many supplements to keep from maxing out on one item and keeping the reception at a better level. Then I started with only one a day of these with my meals for a couple of days, Then I started taking only one on an empty stomach., Boy did that make a difference. Now into 13 days and the gut is settling down. My skin has cleared up and the scalp has stopped itching. Thank you July 17, 2014 This product has completely resolved my digestive issues! Before taking it I thought I had irritable bowel syndrome and gall bladder malfunction. Constantly irregular, gas, bouts of constipation then bouts of diarrhea, heartburn, bilious feeling, acid reflux, and often nauseous. These symptoms changed gradually as I took the product. (I had been taking other probiotics routinely for years.). Now, this is my second bottle and nearly all of these problems have resolved! I eat whatever I want. I do take a few other vitamins and supplements, I do my best to avoid products with sugar and a lot of people say I eat very healthy by eating lots of vegatables, lean meats such as chicken and salmon, drinks lots of water and a protein drink. With all that being said I run 3 or 6 miles once or twice a week and have been doing this since 1977, I go to the gym for weights and cardio around 2 to 3 times a week for 2-3 hrs, and I also ride a bike 9 - 25 miles at least 2 to 3 times a month. Ever since I started taking this particular probiotic I seem to have way more energy and for me I think this the bottom line.....I think that it has really cleaned up system and some how has made my body absorb all the nutrients I consume much better. I was having a serious issue with consuming dairy even in the smallest amount and it was not in a normal Lactose intolerant sort of way and it has finally put my fears of accidentally eating even the tiniest bit of dairy to rest. Yay! I did notice that on the 4th or 5th I had a really intense stomach ache for most of the day but then it went away and I felt fine. The Best Product October 22, 2016 I bought this product 5 months ago. I needed a probiotic, (per my doctor), because I had a stomach virus. I went online and started to search around and found this one. It was the best recommended, so I said, "why not". This has been the best thing. I now have my fiancé taking one in the morning, as it keeps us regulated. It gets rid of the bad toxins in your colon and helps keep the lining clean. At night we also take a capsule of magnesium citrate and cleanse more. This combination works really good for us.I recommend anyone in their late 20's to early 30's to take a probiotic. I came across this products impressive lab testing results by using an internet search for best rated probiotic products. This product actually made me feel too bloated but I didn't want to waste the capsules and instead put them to good use. I'd read some articles on how probiotics were beneficial to the skin if topically applied. I popped these suckers open into a dark glass jar of water and honey and mixed and refrigerated it to make a probiotic serum! Really good stuff lemme tell ya, if I pop a pimple or have a breakout, I put this stuff on with an organic cotton ball and the mark goes away in a day or two. I think the good bacteria overpowers all the p. acnes and unnatural dirt from LA smog or what have you, and so it helps irritation a lot! Works great!!! It doesn't have to be refrigerated and each is individually wrapped in a foil bubble, which I find made it easier to take on vacation with me. I have felt better since I started taking it. It took about two weeks to feel a change. I will probably order it again. I love the product December 8, 2015 I bought these because of the packaging. I had to go out of town for work and knew I could not have a cooler with me at all times to take my other probiotics. Overall, I love the product. However my dr. says it's a good idea so I'll stay on them. New Probiotic for Me February 20, 2014 I am waiting to feel results of this probiotic, which hopefully will take place after about two weeks, according to advice given online.. Hard to know February 12, 2014 I've been on probiotics for some time, recommended by my doctor. Because I take other medications which can cause constipation I cannot know how the probiotic is working in that regard. I believe in the product and wii continue it's use. Two Star Reviews: | 4% Four Stars January 18, 2016 Did not include dosage instructions This contains SOY It should had been displayed clearer. Soy is an ALLERGIN may explain why this only worked for the first few weeks I believe this is making me ill. Did not work for me. November 13, 2014 Price seemed very good, but it does not seem to be as effective as somewhat more expensive brand I have been using. I suffer from IBS and have been using probiotics as a way to help manage it. I probably have to make more changes to my diet, but probiotics have helped me a ton. Unfortunately, with this brand my IBS symptoms returned full throttle after a week of using them. Maybe I got a bad batch I do not know, but I am sticking with some of the more reliable ones I have been using even if they marginally more expensive. Other than that Amazon delivery was quick as usual.
