Mine was perfect.

Seems well made and was as advertised. Just pay attention to size needed when ordering. Mine was perfect.
works great for a glock 26
October 17, 2016
This is an awesome holster for the price. I wanted something I could store in my truck as an extra holster (I usually wear a Blackhawk serpa holster) and love the fact that not only is this concealable, but has a velcro retention strap. I have always been a little hesitant to wear anything without some sort of retention on it, and most IWB or conceal carry holsters have nothing. This works perfect for my glock 26.
It is durable, but not bulky

I wasn't too sure at first. Then I grew to really like this small holster. It works great with a compact 9mm. I leave the gun in it even when it is locked up.
Perfect for what I intend to use it for. Not the best IWB option.
September 27, 2014
I've only owned this holster for a few days. I immediately put my CZ RAMI in the holster and it slid in perfectly and was easy to take out. Then I put my wifes Glock 26 and it was stiff as could be, took a bit of force to get it out. So I have let that Glock sit in the holster for the few days and it is much easier to take out.The holster itself is very solidly constructed and it's great for what I plan to use it for. I think they could have done better with the clip to allow for this to be a better IWB holster.I didn't buy this holster for a IWB carry holster, it was bought for my wife to put the gun insider her purse and keep anything from getting caught up inside the trigger guard. I would not purchase this holster for the sole purpose of carrying my gun inside the waistband. If you carry, spend the money and get a proper holster for carrying, something that you won't have to worry about it coming with the gun.

Review for curvy women
August 4, 2016
I am a 5'7", 265 lb woman. I carry most of my weight in my hips & legs. I orded an x-large to fit my hips (49"), so the handle just sticks above my pantline, it just barely fits. Almost too large. I will be sewing on some more velcro to modify it. I would suggest a size smaller for such measurements. It's a little scratchy on the skin, but today I am wearing a tank top tucked under it, and it's much more comfortable. My ported Smith & Wesson M&P shield fits well, and the sights do not snag on the way in or out. The magazines also fit snugly into the holders. I feel the gun and the magazines are very secure. I've bought 4 different holsters now, ranging from this to hard case, and this one is the most comfortable of all. However, because my hips are so large, I do have to pull the holster down and back into place a few times a day. It just naturally slides up to my smaller waist.Today I am wearing a soft cotton, form fitting skirt with a thin, cotton, form fitting blouse. There is almost no gun print. You'd have to really look to see.
Great holster, Super Price, You won't regret it!
January 30, 2016
I have tried 15 or more holsters and have never found one that was just right. I have carried for years in my front pocket because ankle holsters, inside your belt holsters, fake cell phone case, and all the others did not work well for me. The problem with caring in my pocket was no matter which case I used you could still see an outline of the gun. I saw this holster and was very skeptical that it would fit my needs especially for the price! I have to admit I was very wrong. The holster is very comfortable although it can be a little warm, it fits my Ruger LCP and S and W bodyguard very well along with extended magazines. The holster conceals super well (see my photos) I would say this is a definite buy! On top of me liking this holster tremendously the shipping was exceptionally fast and I received it within a couple of days. I don't normally write reviews on Amazon but this holster was worth it!
Comfortable & Superior Conceal. Superior Price!
December 12, 2015
Comfortable & Superior Conceal. So, I tried this with 3 different guns. 1. H&K .40 cal USP Compact with rail laser (didn't fit because of laser). 2. S&W M&P .45 ACP Compact/4" barrel (fit - but not really a good conceal gun). & 3. Springfield XDS 9mm 3.3" barrel. Also, a 9mm XDS 8 round mag. See in the pics how it looked. I bought a MEDIUM size. I am 6' & 188lbs; waist 35", belly 37". I have about and inch of Velcro left and it was snug and comfortable. It's perfect for my size.PROs:Price - you can't beat the price. You could buy 3 at the price of a decent IWB cordura or kydex holster (both of which I own).Comfort - felt good to me. Breathable.Maximum concealment - aside from an ankle holster (which I own & hate) - this is so versatile to position (up under arms - or down close to waist).Trade-offs (not necessarily a con):Draw - The draw of course is going to be tricky in a quick situation because you'd have to pull up shirt to access. So, I'd probably only use this for maximum concealment if I was in a situation where I could be embarrassed if people knew I was packing. I always carry legally - but not all my friends understand the innate sense to protect one's self with a gun.Material - it's light & stretchy - but wouldn't allow my laser equipped .40 cal to go in because the laser had sharp edges (cheap laser). Also, it's not cut out for that shape. BUT at this price - you can modify it to work (as many on this review board have).I see myself using this when I have to - i.e. summertime - or close social gatherings.PHOTOS: (using S&W M&P .45 ACP compact on MY right; Springfield XDS 3.3" 9mm on MY left in picture; XDS mag)1. concealed with both guns down at belly level. .45 outline can be seen somewhat - but it's a tanktop!! With a flannel - you wouldn't see it. 9mm is not very noticeable.2. unconcealed showing position.3. concealed with both guns higher up.4. unconcealed with both guns higher up.5 NO guns in holster with same tank top shirt.6. Size comparison...Both guns: Bottom- S&W M&P .45 ACP 4" compact; Top- Springfield XDS 3.3" 9mm5 stars when accounting for price. Material is light - but that's what I wanted. Perfect for me.
I love this! As a woman

I love this! As a woman, it can be hard to conceal under most clothing. This is very discreet and comfy!
A very good buy
October 29, 2015
I ordered three deferent belly band holsters because I have to carry my Glock 26 concealed for work. So whatever holster I ended up with I would be wearing for about 12 hours a day 5 days a week. I have a gut and no butt so belt (inside or out) holsters aren’t great for me. The most expressive band I got was from Falco for over $70. This from one from alpha was by far the cheapest. It’s also the only one I use. It’s comfortable and pretty breathable. It does get hot but all belly bands do, to some degree. I just got used to it. I do maintenance and security work. Meaning I wear this thing while I do a good bit of construction and manual labor, and it does great. All that being said, the band looks nothing like it did when I first got it. It has been almost of year of constant use and I have customized it a lot. I carry cuffs in the extra holster and an extra mag and flashlight in the two loops. I have bolted a retention holster to it, but before I did that the regular cloth holster worked great. At this price you can afford to experiment. A guy I have worked with for over a year was shocked when I mentioned that I carried at work, so that tells you how well it conceals. I will include some pictures to show what I did. Honestly I love this thing. If I get a year out of I will consider myself lucky, so I’m thinking of ordering a few. I mean it’s under $20 so yeah the sticking isn’t amazing, but I believe any holster worn and used like I do wouldn’t last that long. Anyway if you’re even the littlest bit curious about the belly band idea, get this one!
I've owned a few and this is by far the best of them.
January 7, 2013
This is VERY well made. I carry my XDS and two 7 round mags using this. Very comfortable. Very comforting to know that the pistol will not slip out as with the other Belly bands I have tried. Yet, pistol releases with quick tug for quick presentation. I have carried with it for several months now. No issues whatsoever. I purchased another simply because I realize that the one I now use will ultimately need to be repalced. However, not likely for many years.

This is a great fit for my kel-tec p11
January 23, 2017
This is a great fit for my kel-tec p11. I love the nice thin profile. Its not like those thick, padding holsters I have .I also like the plastic clip.it does not cut holes in my shirt when i put my seat belt on. I did have to file the sharp edges of the plastic clip with a fingernail file though. Its a softer type plastic. For $8 bucks shipped with prime free, you cant beat it.The other downfall is it is not super quick draw so, if you want it out in two seconds, it wont happen, you need four.
Great bases on your needs - not great for everyone. I love it for mine.
October 18, 2016
Posted by new gun user/owner:I've read and understand the different reviews. I think you have to like it based on your purpose. It is NOT an EXTERIOR holster if used as is.It is very lightweight and comfortable against skin.It is well molded. The velcro/stretch holder is good. I personally would prefer it on a little more of an angle, but it's better than most that are perfectly vertical. It fits an S&W M&P Shield 9mm perfectly - just to end of holster, no extension beyond. You could even enclose that end if desired. From a female perspective, this is a great starter for me as I get comfortable with it. - It will likely serve as a purse holster with the end inclosed...softens it but leaves it accessible in a purse without adding too much size. - As conceal carry can have some difficulties in concealment for some females, I can think of ways to use this inexpensive holster combined with customized conceal and carry methods so it is a great choice for that without wasting a lot of money on something that doesn't work for me. - I might even modify one for an ankle holster. It would be inexpensive to do, fits my weapon perfectly, has enough to hold it it place without extending my weapon beyond, and would be better than what I can find so far online as a reasonable price.I would have paid a bit more for a metal vs. plastic clip. There are a lot of good reasons for molded or custom holsters. I would say this fits certain needs but certainly not all.
Good cheap holster for temporary ar light use
August 4, 2016
Better quality than expected at under $10. Fits SA XD9sc great, slim profile. I always buy a cheap holster for a new gun so I can carry it for a while until i find or save up for a high quality holster. If you need a holster for temporary use or for a gun you may only carry a few times a year for higher magazine capacity, i would suggest this. If you want a long term holster, just buy a desantis sof-tuck or galco stow & go for a little more.Only knocked down to 4 stars because the clip's edges are so sharp they scratched my skin. Easily remedied with a file in 2 minutes. The retention strap is unnecessary, I just tuck it inside the holster, might cut it off soon.
Great, just 1 flaw.
July 12, 2016
As much as I love it, you can't just pull your weapon out. It holsters your weapon very well, with my big pistol it doesn't latch, but I don't mind that. My big issue is that I actually have to hold the holster to take the gun out.
Great Holster for under 10 bucks.
July 11, 2016
Just got this holster. Pretty good for under 10 dollars. Fits my Smith and Wesson 40 perfect. Probably will be the same for the 9mm.Some reviewers say the the holster can come out with the gun. I run the belt over the clip and it works great. I also like the retaining velcro strip. It can keep the gun in the holster when you are doing things where you have to bend down or squat.I think most people don't like the retaining strap on a holster. Not sure why. Maybe they think if they have to unstrap it that it will take some time to get to the gun. I think if someone is going to rob you or is going to do you harm you are not going to be warned, you won't have time to pull your firearm. They will ambush you or sneak up on you. I carry to try and protect myself and others in a life or death situation. There are many places that are gun free zone so there isn't much you can do about that. Not to worry, when Hilary Clinton gets in the white house nobody will have guns.
Excellent holster for the price.
February 3, 2013
I bought this for my S&W Shield 40. I bought it on a gamble and when I got it, I immediately put my Shield in to check it for sizing. It fit perfectly! The pistol's barrel didn't extend past the end of the holster and the handgrip fit perfectly as well. I put my other S&W SE40 in to see if would fit it also and it did, however the barrel did extend out of the holster an inch or so. So in other words, I functions perfectly for the Shield and almost perfectly for the full sized 40.It does fit inside your pants but the one thing I noticed is that once you take the pistol out of the holster, its somewhat clumsy to get it back while the holder is in you pants. For a cheap option, you can not beat this holster!Update: 2/212/2013I did have to return this holster because the plastic belt clip snapped off. While I do think it is made well, they need change the plastic into a metal slip and that would make this holster really outstanding. Be careful with that plastic clip.

Very concealable, needs major refinement but otherwise a few notches from being a perfect belly band holster..
September 25, 2016
I really want to love this holster @ full stars for what it is, and it has much potential but there are a few minor drawbacks. I'm not always wearing a belt or sometimes I just want to go to the store in sweats so my IWB holster just doesn't work of course. The AlphaHolster is the answer! And the truth. For the most part, I like this holster. It strongly stays on (though it could use more velcro than the tiny strip it has to feel even more secure), and my M&P Shield 9mm fits just snug in there. You do have to adjust th Shield a little in its pocket but it can still leave you feeling a little worried since it doesn't necessarily sink into the band. If you have anything bigger than the Shield 9mm it may or may not fit snugly. It does however conceals very very nicely. I can wear shirts and never have to really worry about my shirt riding up and showing my gun (like my IWB) so that is a welcoming relief. I wish the straps for the extra mags would have been made on the sides because the mags on the front of the belly, I think, shows imprinting depending on your shirt. People may not know what is underneath but it does look very awkward when weird shapes are popping out in the belly region of one's shirt. I did have one experience where I leaned over to pick something that dropped on the floor and the mag fell out since it is only held using an elastic band- NOT a pocket...so beware. Luckily this only happened at my front door! I haven't tried yet, but theoretically the mag could be better suited in the second gun pocket/pouch rather than the mag "band".This belly band is nice. It isn't super comfortable but it isn't unbearable to wear for a few hours either. I've worn it on my bare skin and isn't terrible to do so. You may feel velcro every once in a while but nothing more. I think my IWB holster is much more uncomfortable than this IMO. Since it does wrap around your belly it can feel restricting, especially after a big meal lol. Again, if the manufacturer refined this product by securing more velcro anchors for the belly strap itself and the gun handle strap, added more soft comfort padding, moved and replaced more secure extra mag straps to the other side (and eliminated the alternative gun pocket and sold right or left holsters individually instead of ambidextrous holsters) and you have a winning product that I think could rival IWB sales. This holster is so close to being 5 stars!
great value. Very versatile and light.

I tried out several different options for carrying a Glock 43 and mag on my morning walk when pocket carrying doesn't work so well in flimsy gym shorts. After trying a couple other cheaper belt-bands, as well as the "thunder wear" knock offs, I've ended up either wearing this belt band or carrying in a mountainsmith fanny pack. This is a very good belt band for $16. I haven't tried any of the bands that are $30+, but the other cheap ones have design issues with the retention straps being too long, being thick and not breathable, etc.But this band is lightweight and "meshy". It's got a holster pouch on each side, and a couple of loops for hanging extra mags upside-down. It's advertised as being for "cross draw", but I've had no problem getting my g43 in a normal draw at 3 o'clock. I'm sure a shield would fit in there, as well as smaller stuff. I bet I could get a g26 or g19 in there fine too if I wanted to.It fits me well, and I'm pretty fat right now. About 46" waist. :-\ but there's plenty of range in size for maybe a few more inches, and I'm sure I could wear it if I was quite a bit thinner. The only thing that annoys me is the Velcro corner bugging my back where it hangs over a little and touches my skin. Did I mention I just wear this on bare skin? Under a tank top. Conceals well. A lot of people wear an undershirt with these, and I'm sure if you did, the Velcro corner wouldn't be a bother.Great value.
It's all about appplication

I do not carry with this belly band (or any belly band, for that matter) every day/casually. I normally carry IWB at a sharp 3 o'clock. However, when I have a formal occasion or a reason to dress up, IWB is difficult to achieve -- tucking in your dress shirt around your IWB is a pain and it's normally too hot in my region to wear a full suit or blazer. So that leaves open carry, ankle carry, downsizing my weapon to pocket carry, or awkwardly tucking around my IWB....or I could use this belly band. This band is comfortable, does not sweat me or make me feel hot, and it stays in place without making me feel like I'm being squeezed. I wear it underneath my dress shirt at roughly 8:30-9 o'clock, and you cannot tell my subcompact 9mm is there. I've even carried it over my dress shirt, under my slim-fit vest, in the same position without it printing or protruding. It's not as fast as my EDC, but almost all my dress clothing/formal concealment options will limit that. This is a good compromise between concealment and accessibility. I can still jerk my shirt up with my left hand and quickly procure my pistol with my right. If this holster has a downside, it's the velcro. If your band runs small or large in sizing (mine was larger than the size chart led me to expect; this actually wouldn't be a problem if the velcro section was longer around the band), the velcro can pick at your shirt, depending on the material. Furthermore, the velcro straps for your pistol are slightly longer than they should be, and they are not quick to rip free if you're using it to secure your pistol. You can simply not use the strap and tuck it behind your firearm, but the velcro area where it should have stuck will pick at your shirt, as afore mentioned. I do suggest you consider how comfortable you are with your firearm/carry protocols before you consider this -- unlike a protective/secure leather or kydex holster, the holster/sleeve that your pistol is held in is just elastic. Unless you could rig a kydex insert that fits, you will not have secure trigger protection (if you're carrying a singe action semi automatic with no external safety, be aware of what you lean against or allow near your firearm). Also, I am less than impressed with the magazine slots. They have no retaining mechanisms aside from being elastic, and I've actually had my double-stack 9mm magazines fall out of them after a period of movement (thankfully I observed this while wearing/testing it within my home, as the magazines fell straight to the floor). I have started using them for carrying a small flashlight and a folding knife (both of which have pocket clips to hold them in place).Overall, I am happy with my belly band and have found it to be my best option for formal events, church, etc. It has made my carry life easier at a price point which is appropriate for how often I use it.
Pleasantly surprised with this holster
May 19, 2016
This holster is actually pretty good. Frankly, in 36 years I have never found the perfect holster, especially for plain clothes.Note: sized as expected, cross draw style (right and left hand sewn in holsters), sturdy with large velcro for sure hold.Pros: Lightweight, somewhat breathable More comfortable than you would expect Fits both medium and large frame / caliber (but looser overshirt required for 100% concealment Probably ok for small caliber frames Also can hold 2 magazines or 1 plus a duty knife Hand washable Very inexpensiveCons: There is nothing "fast" about retrieval. In fact it is slow and a little awkward. On duty - plain clothes be aware that there is no simple re-holstering (requires both hands) Off duty or CCW, this will be for "I really need my gun in my hand" situations only due to difficult to re-holster.You probably can say the same for most undercover holsters. Bottom line, I recommend this holster especially for off duty or CCW carry.
Good option when not wearing a belt.
January 30, 2016
It does what it says however I find that the firearm is still somewhat noticeable under anything but a baggy shirt or jacket. I am 6'0" and 165 lbs and carry a Springfield XD-s. The gun tends to slide too far into the pocket also. The band is well made in construction and the Velcro closure allows for plenty of adjustment. This would be a good option for someone for bicycling or under a suit jacket assuming the jacket is not too tailored.I bought the tan color because is is a closer match to my skin tone and therefore less noticeable under thinner garments.
Sizeing and mag. holders problem
November 26, 2015
I am giving this item four stars but have a beef with the sizing. If you are a medium get the large, and so on, I got the large and found the size chart was not accurate. It also came with two pistol holders and two magazine holders. The large was snug, but worked. Finally decided to get the extra large and it fits great, but did not come with magazine holders, like the one before, did have two pistol holders. I carry a nine MM. SCCY. just the right size I feel good with. The holster carries it well and has a Velcro strap which holds the weapon in place well. Depending on the shirt from tee to button down I found there is some bulge but my shirts covers the weapon and I feel that even with some bulge I am still within the laws where I live. Also the weapon is held snugly and have had no problem with the weapon working its way out, comfortable when sized right and just right for conceal carry.

Meh. Fit my HiPoint well. But the clip is very flimsy and the Velcro isn't great. If it had a snap closure and a metal clip it would get 5 stars.
Fair Product
September 26, 2016
This item was in fair condition. It was very inexpensive, so I wasn't expecting it to be extra durable. The clip is made of plastic, and it barely grips. So, when you try to pull your gun from the holster, sometimes the entire holster will come off. Not good, if you're in a situation where you need your gun right away. Otherwise, you get what you pay for.
Good
August 8, 2016
First and foremost, it gets the job done! It sucessfully conceal carries my handgun! However, the clip is plastic and many reviews say it is flimzy. They are correct, it is, but if you are wearing a belt and the clip is under the belt (clip over pants, belt over clip), that holds it so much better and adds more protection to the clip from breaking. I would not recommend this for law enforcement or any real "life dependant" situations... Hope this helps.
Held the revolver fine and concealed it
May 14, 2016
Used this with ruger sp101 3 inch. Held the revolver fine and concealed it...though the comfort to wear and ability to draw the revolver is limited. The clip on the holster is kind of bulky and catches easily which is rather annoying. In the end I went and got a different holster. This is a inexpensive holster and does the job if you need to just carry your revolver and never plan on using it.
Not practical
December 19, 2015
It does work as it says it will but I will need to invest in something better. Access to the gun is not easy once it is in this holster and on you. The Velcro strap does well at keeping the gun in and that is the problem. It is hard to get the gun out with the strap and the fact the the sides of this holster cover pretty much the entire gun giving you nothing to get your hand on when going for it. If you are looking to just have the sight of being armed with out being able to use it effectively then this is for you.
Decently made. Would be better without velcro strap.
February 2, 2013
I bought this item to carry my weapon (Taurus TCP) in the waistband off duty. Price was good and build quality is decent. The velcro strap is not the easiest to manipulate. The holster was recommended for my weapon but is quite a bit bigger than it should be. If you are buying this for an Ruger LCP, Taurus TCP, KelTec P-3AT or anything similar look at other options. This holster is better suited for 9mm compacts like the Ruger LC9. One thing I would change with this holster is the velcro strap. It is not easy to grab and in an emergency situation may be very hard to manipulate.

Not the best.
December 7, 2016
I have another belly band that I love but its black and cost quit a bit more. I wanted white so I don't always have to try to hide the band under lighter clothes. I figured I would give this a try after reading the reviews. I'm really not that impressed and I wish that I would have just spend the extra and got a different brand. In a review it mentioned that they use this to wear on their hip and back. You can of course turn the band around and have the gun at your back but then you have the second holster pocket on the front and it sticks out and looks ridiculous. Since I don't ever carry more thatn one gun I just cut the second pocket out. It does make it less obvious. This may work better for people who carry on their hip or who wear looser fit clothing. But as a woman who sometimes wants to wear a more snug top this does not work well. The material is also rather rough feeling and if I didn't wear a under tank I think it would be super uncomfortable on my skin.
A better design would be nice
August 30, 2016
You get what you pay for. The velcro strip is long to allow for different size waist lines, but the connector is short so if there is extra fabric it tends to move up and down on you rather than overlap. A better design would be nice. I tried to wear this thing low almost inside my waste as shown in the pictures. It did conceal the weapon pretty well but it was a bit uncomfortable for a bigger guy. i had an extra magazine in the magazine holder and it fell out when i was going up stairs. if you wear it too high it is harder to get to and more likely to imprint. Also would not recommend this for the range as it is very difficult to reholster the weapon. You really have to use two hands to put it back in the holster. It does have uses but I wouldn't recommend it.
Good band for small CW's.
July 4, 2016
My 9mm weighs 26oz without a full clip of 16 rounds, heavier than most CW's. I ordered the large, 38 waist, wore it over a t-shirt and under a button up loose fitting shirt. The band was comfortable and breathed well. Unfortunately the band kept working its way down my torso, had to readjust it several times during the day. I suspect the gunis simply heavier than this band was designed for, a smaller gun would likely be fine.A bigger concern was how the gun shifted deeper into the elastic pocket as the day went on. When I went to remove the gun the barrel sight protruded below the pocket and was snagged on the fabric. I had to stretch the fabric to remove the gun, not good for emergency draw situations.I ordered another underbelly band with leather holsters, will let mywife use this with her Kimber Micro 380. Not a bad buy for the money.
Great for peitte women and good for men with six pack abs.
May 7, 2016
I want to love this setup. But it is not stiff enough for people with hips or a bulging stomach. It will start to curl in together top and bottom. The elastic holster area has little retention and tries to bend outward with heavier guns 26 oz and over. The magazine holder is really only meant for single stack magazines so if your have double stack you can get them in but in a life or death situation reload time will end your life. The velcro holds despite the curling minimal sliding up or down depending on your movement. If you are petite and have curves like a two by four this is just not for you.
This belly band is great except for that
November 30, 2014
Why wouldn't a co. pay an extra penny or two, to make the velcro strap a little longer? Come on guys! Really? This belly band is great except for that. It would handle large size pistols if the strap were 2 or 3 inches longer. I wound up adding some velcro to the strap myself. Had to make a run to Walmart, spent a $1.77 for a package of velcro, but now I can carry my M9 comfortably.
Thin

The plastic clip is useless. But it can hold for you CC, but you will have issues upholstering it as the clip doesn't really do anything. You need a medal clip to stay in place.
The clip is s***. It doesn't hold to pants/belt ...

The clip is s***. It doesn't hold to pants/belt tight enough so the holster comes out together with gun when you try to pull the gun out.
Spend more for safety sake

I am a lefty so I was hoping to use this in the middle of my back. Unfortunately the very first time I used it the gun slipped up off the waistband and fell out. Luckily all we had done was go to dinner and I found it behind me in the booth at the seafood place we were eating at. It could've been MUCH worse.
Not too big, not too expensive either

This is my first concealed holster and I picked it mostly beachside of the price. I will still use it until something better comes along but the strap is Velcro and pretty good Velcro I might add so it's not a great self defense holster. If you only carry to feel safe then it will do but if you need your gun in a hurry... Better keep looking.
Something Missing
September 20, 2012
This holster is well made, one of the best nylon inside the waistband I have purchased and it is perfect for a small 9mm auto like a Kel-Tec, Ruger, Khar, etc. The nylon material is heavy duty, retains its shape well and the Velcro retaining strap is elastic for a secure fit. The problem is that the plastic belt clip has no "hook" at the bottom (on the inside) to secure it to your belt. Consequently, more often than not, when you draw your pistol expect the holster to come with it. Ooops.

Not the Best Holster. I Expected Better
December 23, 2016
I bought this holster to use when carrying my Sig 380 and not wearing pants that would otherwise hold a belt holster. I knew it wasn't going to be what I expected as I was taking it out of the package. The material this holster is made out of is very stiff and didn't appear that it would be comfortable around the waist/stomach area. Just as I suspected, the holster is very uncomfortable and scratches your skin if you wear it underneath your shirt without another shirt underneath the holster. I tried it with my small 380 and after the strap was secured across the hammer, I put my t-shirt on and you could easily see the outline of the band and top of the strap. I wear loose shirts and it was easy to see the outline. It also didn't feel the firearm was very secure and would feel very uncomfortable wearing this at a brisk walk or jog. I can't imagine wearing this too long without it becoming a problem. I guess for the price some might say it's a bargain, but for me, if I have a firearm strapped to my stomach/waist, I want to know it's secure. This holster just didn't feel that way for me. I'll stick with my alien holster, which cost about 3-4 times as much and is much more comfortable.
Great Idea, Comfortable...VERY CHEAPLY MADE
November 21, 2016
The best way for me to rate this item is to score by category.4.5 for Comfort though it did slide down1.5 Velcro attachment too narrow to maintain weight of 4" medium frame pistol0.0 Barrel and sights stick through and wear your clothing down. (I ruined a $100.00 dress shirt wearing this only 1 day! NOT GOOD! see photos)1.5 Fabric will roll and fold over as you bend, sit, etc.0.0 Magazine slots are not secure, should be closed at bottom...needs strap to secure, otherwise you have a magazine pop out and sliding around under your shirt or fall down your pant leg. Not good to have happen in a public place.Velcro edges too sharp and scratches skin.0.0 ZERO DRAW ABILITY since weapon, sights will get caught on material as you try to draw it... gets tangles...sorry...YOUR DEAD!
Seemed like a good idea but...

The sizing was exactly as it should have been (I measured my abdomen not my waist).Clips fit in the loops in front but it is a terrible place to keep them unless you normally have a hard point sticking out of the front of your stomach. It held a variety of sizes of handguns well enough but requires the velcro strap to keep them in place.Once the weapon is in place it is difficult to get the strap off and draw the gun.The velcro is just a cheap piece cut from a roll. No folded back tab or anything to grab and it is just long enough to reach over so I can't modify it.With it under a shirt it is quite difficult to get the shirt up, the strap off & the gun out. You would need quite a bit of time to deploy the weapon.
Well constructed but some design issues.

I really really hate leaving bad reviews, but I wish someone had pointed these things out in a review which would have made me think twice about buying it. With all the good reviews, I felt confident purchasing it, but it just isn't for me and I felt I should explain why.First of all, I am 5'3" and around 130lbs...just for size reference. This holster felt like a girdle on me. It goes from just under my breasts down nearly to my "lower" waist (where I wear my jeans) and I don't have a short torso. When I realized this, I was like, that's ok, i'll just pull it down farther so that it's partially under my jeans (like in the photos), however, this made it really uncomfortable while sitting. Also, I would have been wearing this over a cami top and under another shirt for concealment purposes, except, I would only have my CZ in the right holster leaving the left holster just sort of sticking out making my concealment shirt stick out funny on that side.I gave it two stars because it is very well made, material and construction wise, but it just didn't work for me.
dangerous
July 27, 2016
It works okay, but the trigger of your pistol isn't protected at all really. The material is thin, which allows the trigger to be pulled very easily, even through a shirt. One of the primary functions of any holster or carry system is to guard the trigger. While it would take a fairly specific action to inadvertently pull the trigger through this belly band, it can be done, and it requires very little effort. As for the reviews that said the magazine slots were too small, they must've fixed that. As of July 2016, they are elastic and will easily hold any pistol mag on the market, including double stack Sig or Glock mags. I might try to attach a thicker piece of material to the outside of the band where the pistol is held to protect the trigger. But as it comes, it's unsafe.
Better than Nothing...

It works but it does have its flaws. I usually use it when I have to go out and run a quick errand or I'm coming back from my gym and I usually have like a drawstring type shorts on. I carry at my 3 o'clock which puts this velcro closure that my left kidney so it's a little bit inconvenient putting it on then spinning it around and then holstering my firearm. The mag pouches umm, more like pen holders. Also if you wear this up against your skin it will make you sweat and will just get your gun all sweaty so you have to put a t-shirt underneath of it which kind of kills the whole point of walking around with shorts and a t-shirt.The bottom line is it's better than nothing it would be nice to have some kind of barrier to keep the sweat off the gun. So I use it when I need it but I'm still looking.

Very comfortable. But I'm very disappointed

This product slips out of your pants even with a belt. Gun and holster fell out twice and once I got it in time. Very comfortable. But I'm very disappointed.

This holster is dangerous and could get you arrested depending on your location
April 24, 2016
I purchased this holster based on the relatively good reviews. I have to admit, I'm confused why it has a four star rating. This holster has a serious design flaw that would be easy for the manufacture to fix and it would be a good holster. Let me explain:1) 99.9% of the time, the holster comes off with the gun when drawing the gun. That could get you killed if you were trying to use your weapon for self defense. I will explain a possible fix later in my review..2) The holster works loose when sitting or moving up and down causing your pistol to fall on the ground. In some locations, it is against the law for your concealed weapon to show. If it falls out in public you could be arrested and prosecuted. Check your local laws. I would imagine the MFG could have some serious liability problems with this holster.3) The problem is the clip. The clip is designed to go over the waste band, but under the belt, or the belt is supposed to be outside the clip. The problem is that the lip on the click that is meant to keep the holster from coming off when you draw is too small and ramped. The result is the holder comes off the with the gun almost every time it is drawn.I will be returning mine as defective.Update: 12/22/16I retried this holster with a much smaller weapon. An M&P shield. The holster still comes off with the weapon when its drawn. A very, very dangerous thing. I don't recommend this holster with any weapon of any kind.
CHEAP PLASTIC BELT CLIP DOES NOT STAY ON YOUR BELT - FALLS OFF EASILY
February 17, 2016
the waist/belt clip is plastic and does not maintain retention on your waist. from regular walking the gun will ride up and off your belt and onto the ground. stay away

It holds the gun fine. NOT comfortable at all. Velcro strap over the gun impedes drawing it when needed. Without the strap the other side of the velcro will rub you raw in a day. Will not allow you to re-holster the gun.

Barely fits Sig p320. And it isn't very tight when running. Not worth it if you are looking for a new running belly band.
Not As Pictured

When I ordered this it show a strap on both sides to hold extra clips, when it arrived it was bare on both sides no straps just one on each side to go over gun to hold it in
Velcro is not a safe way to secure something to your body.
August 28, 2016
I really wanted to like this thing, but I finally had to throw it away. After the first week I had to get out the needle and thread to fix it to keep my weapon in place. After a month, the Velcro started to lose it's grip, and would bust loose falling from my body. I finally ordered a waist pack for people that exercise and want to carry their phone, and solved MY problem. I could not recommend this to anyone wanting to safely carry.Sorry...
