Makes my two cats' coats shiny and soft. It thouroughly cleans their fur and is gentle on their skin. Plus the scent is light and airy. Love it.

Nice smell. Cheap. does the job.

My kitten wasn't great at covering up her mess in the litter box and needed some baths. This shampoo worked great. It lathers well, smells nice and leaves her smelling pretty for a while.

It works well and does not irritate kitty's eyes. She was calm when I washed her with this shampoo (for a cat.) It smells nice and her coat feels softer after use. She seems happier too.

While she doesn't /love/ it, she still tolerates it WAY better than other shampoos. She really starts to smell bad after a couple of weeks (she's a tad bit chubby [read: lazy] and gets gross over time), so a bath is in order whenever she starts stinking it up. I'll be buying this shampoo immediately every single time I run out. (Sorry kitty)

This product along with the shampoo has saved us so much heartache. Our dog suffered so much from allergies and we suffered not being able to find something to help and we tried everything ! I came across this product and decided to give it a shot. That was almost 3 months ago and his condition has improved so much. It makes me sad to look at the before pics but I want this to help other dog pet parents the way it helped us. The first 2 pics are from 3 months ago. The last 3 are from last month. He is doing much better and the hair on eyes have grown back.

Apply 2,3 times .Red spots are gone.Easy to spry direct spot ,no allergy and dog even did not lick the spray off .Result was increabl amazing.Recommend for urinal redness skin allergy ,for other redness with infection is good to advise with vet to make sure for inner infections or other diseases.

I use this on the fly bites on my cat, it reduces swelling and they're healed up in a few days. What's great about this product is that it is not a creme or paste, it doesn't make my cats fur sticky like those do.

Relieved my dog's itching and scratching and her skin was smooth again within a week and a half. Sure beats going to the vet for a simple skin irritation! Great value, and will always have this on hand now that I see how well it works.

This thing is a miracle. My dog was on antibiotics twice, on steroids twice and nothing helped. Vet said just to keep him on flea protection. WTH... so after some research I found this product. And see for yourself in my attached picture - one is taken March 21 and the second April 24th. Just amazing diference. I sprayed the spot untill wet 2 times a day. I still continue 1-2 times. My dog still gets this weird rash, but the spray is helping it amazingly. If he chews on it and its raw, this spray will desinfect it and dries it out. LOVE IT!!

After multiple rounds of oral antibiotics and lots of Benedryl tabs that only offered temporary relief of my dog's skin rashes, I finally read an article about treating dogs with skin problems topically with Chlorhexidine. First we tried the shampoo, which helped but necessitated twice-weekly baths for my largish boxer mix. I just couldn't stay consistent with that regime due to the struggle keeping him still for 10 minutes to let the shampoo stay on his skin and the huge, wet, smelly mess that a big, wet dog makes in a bathroom.I finally ordered this spray, and wow, what a difference! Two days after I started applying this to the irritated areas, the redness was gone, and the skin on his belly that had darkened from all the irritation and incessant licking (poor guy) was looking much better. This stuff really worked for my dog's skin problems, and I just re-apply once a week if I see any areas getting irritated or notice him scratching and licking again.I can't recommend this highly enough. It's worth trying before going down the road of expensive vet visits or unnecessary oral antibiotics.

My cat hates this, but I love it. It makes his coat soft and shiny. Bathing him is always a death sentence though. Maybe your cat will like water?

Worked great, soft smell, I wish the scent lasted on the cat at least 24 hours, but I guess the cat wouldn't have liked that as much as me.

This is a really good all-around shampoo. The smell is fine, nothing amazing, which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It does smell very clean, and it doesn't seem to bother or irritate my cat at all. The best part is that her fur is so silky and smooth after being washed with Magic Coat. I would definitely buy this product again.

I bought this for my cats. I have researched several shampoos and was concern that I won't find anything that will not have any side effects for my cats. I'm so thankful I came across this product and after reading some of the reviews, I was happy that I bought this because it did not give any bad side effects on my cats and the scent is very mild. I have a tabby and domestic short hair and the shampoo works just fine.

Wow, quick results on what might be a few week process. I am using this combined with 2 baths a week using the Synergylabs shampoo and conditioners. So far my Benjamin who suffers from hot spots and itching issues during the spring season is showing some improvement. I plan on doing this for close to a month to try and get optimal results with longer lasting effects. The only issue was about 1/3 of the liquid leaked out, other than that no issues!

We saw a small amount of improvement in my dogs infection on her back legs. After we switched her to a yeast free diet of just ground chicken and eggs cooked like a meat loaf, with probiotics and dog vitamins - big improvement once we cut out all starch, even grain free food!

Pretty good so far but have not used long term. It is soothing and does not seem to be uncomfortable. My dog does not try to run off. I need to give it more time, but for skin conditions like hot spots, it seems to be quite good.

The spray works great. I have a Bull Dog and he gets hot spots and skin infections constantly. When he starts to itch, I'll spray this in the area and rub him down and he stops scratching immediately. If he has a wound, I spray it directly on the wound bed and peri wound increasing the healing time and lessening the chance of infection without stinging him at all. The only con is that it is difficult to spray at times; would be great if it would spray from upside down angle as well.

Our dog has had skin problems ever since she was a puppy and has gotten a little worse as she gets older. She always licks and scratches your belly which leaves her with rashes and dry inflamed skin. When I see her skin start to get pink I spray this on and use a cotton pad to wipe it around her entire belly. After a few hours I notice a difference already. It's not completely gone after a few hours but it does look better.

Good to have on hand as a separate treatment option for dogs with itchy skin. In between baths, this stuff keeps the itchy skin from being further irritated if your pet scratches and irritates their skin. comes in a handy spray bottle, EZ to part the fur and get to the area to treat, with one hand spray ability. Fragrant, but not flowery or overpowering. NOTE: This product will NOUT kill fleas, ticks or other biting/blood sucking insects. A good buy and I use it frequently as a grooming spray as well as a treatment for yeast or other fungal areas.

It's an okay product. I understand why it was so cheap. Not as good as the cat shampoo which has oatmeal extract in it.

Doesn't seem to be the same as their old formula and doesn't leave the coat as smooth and silky as it used to.

Doesn't smell as good as the last bottle of kitten shampoo I purchased (several years ago) They must have changed the scent. Still works okay.

I used the Magic Coat Tearless Shampoo on my 1 year Kitty and with was okay. I purchase this product because I had used it in the past (2008) and really liked it. This time, however, it did not seem to do anything for special. The Magic Coal shampoo is definitely tearless and the fur was clean but it was not soft or shiny. I would have further doubted the products efficiency but my cat is all white and her fur looked clean. The one thing I did not like was that the Magic Coat shampoo’s plastic bottle's opening did not come with a protective seal.

The solution itself is relatively pleasant smelling, not like a "clinical" smell and seems to be effective in addressing hot spots. That said, the pump spray bottle is REALLY difficult to use for application. A much better solution would be a trigger spray bottle instead of the pump action bottle. I had to transfer the solution to a small trigger spray bottle to use the product.

My 8yo Chihuahua lost a patch of fur that was the size of a quarter at the beginning of summer (May/June). I went to the vet and they said it's due to an environmental allergy resulting with alopecia and prescribed me Gentocin (a topical spray). It didn't do anything and the patch grew (reference the photos). I bought the Dermagic package (Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion) and was hoping that would help, but it didn't. (08/09/17) :( I bought this spray and started using it 08/24/17. It's a little before the 1-month mark, but am not seeing too much of an improvement. There is some hair growth in a little bit of the patch, but not much. I just purchased the shampoo (synergylabs) and some topical cream (durvet Nu-Stock) for demodectic mange. I will give another status update in another month. Hopefully, my baby's fur will be growing back and I can leave a positive review for the shampoo and cream.

I don't know if I have an OCD cat ,but she wouldn't let this spray stay on her ,she chewed and licked the site of her boo boo that was almost healed (doing nothing , not putting anything ),and made it worst , I have had more luck with distilled white vinegar diluted in water. Maybe the spray is good , I checked the ingredients and they are fine , maybe the boo boo needs to be out of her reach , it was on the side of her back leg . Sorry!

My dog has an all over skin infection/allergy and it is particularly intense on her legs. I decided to give this a try to give her some relief because despite spending hundreds at the vet they have been fairly useless. Anyway, this spray makes her less itchy but I can't say much else for it. It smells very strongly like a perfume or hairspray and she hates it. So overall it's an alright product but not nearly as great as I was hoping.

Seems to provide temporary relief for itchy spots but I think regular Cortizone cream works better.

This spray helped for about an hour or two to relieve my dog's itching but wished it could've lasted for a longer period. I'm sure it may work on some.....but just didn't work for mine. Actually I found rinsing him in Apple Cider Vinegar helped better than alot of anti itch sprays I have tried.

Not impressed. She looked dirtier after this shampoo than before I cleaned her...Poor cat. Had to torture her twice because this stuff sucks!

Just didn't work for me. I have a female black mouth cur on concrete kennel and she sits on her hips and has developed some hot spots. I tried sever products without success, including this one. I used Pinee and bitter apple before the hot spots started healing.

The product works to help my dog but the sprayer is really stiff so I need two hands to use it. Plus, I have to use it upside down and sideways and it always runs out of product so I have to turn it right side up and pump it up again before I use it. They used to have a better sprayer but the new one doesn't work well at all. It makes the product virtually unusable.

There is a strong aftershave or essntial oils smell to this spray, so you can't use it anywhere near the dog's head without him being annoyed by the fact that he smells funny.I guess I got one with a defect nozzle - There is no hole in the nozzle so the contents don't spray out, they drizzle out the sides making application near impossible.

I saw no improvements in the condition of my dogs skin after using 1/2 bottle. Would not recommend

Love SynergyLabs VF Clinical Care Antiparasitic, Antiseborrheic Medicated Shampoo and have been using it for over 6 mos now to soothe and heal my dog's itchy yeasty patches, along with her Dr. recommended salves. Bought the Antiseptic Spray to use in between baths. Unfortunately, the spray has a very overpowering perfume-like smell and is too strong for her sensitive skin, she immediately tried to rub it off.

My dog has pyoderma, I was hoping this would help, sorry to say it doesn't. When I use this, it makes her skin look birght red! I used the shampoo also, it's too soon to tell, I hope it works...

Received the wrong bottle. Different scent than I wanted and lid was broken.

I looove the smell of this shampoo. The scent is very pleasant and sweet and lingers on my kitty the whole day, which makes my house smell great too, haha. My cat is pretty much a dog trapped in a feline body. He loves to go outside and roll around, he chases his tail and gets into all kinds of messes. He also traps dust and dirt in his coat that makes my allergies act up beyond belief. Normally I'd have to bathe him every week but it's been over two weeks since we used this shampoo on him and he's still so clean! It makes his coat soo soft and almost "repels" filth haha. Can't go wrong with this price (and that smell!)UPDATE:As much as I wanted to love this shampoo, it unfortunately doesn't agree with my kitty. After the first use, I noticed he had a bald spot on his shoulder a few days later. I didn't think too much of it since he's rambunctious and tends to get himself into trouble. But he had a second bath a week or so later and the spot got bigger! I haven't shampooed him in about three weeks now and his patch is filling back in. The hunt for another bottle of shampoo continues.

Our older cat needed a bath (first in her life - she was a meticulous groomer until her flexibility started to wane). So read the reviews (very positive for the most part). But how ANYONE can suggest the scent is pleasant is beyond comprehension. Smells like cheap industrial perfume that is used at sewage plants to hide the odors.Why do you any of you want your cat to be scented? I hate the smell and no amount of rising was able to get rid of it (the cheap scent is still on my hands after multiple washes hours later). I can only imagine what my cat thinks - if it's too powerful/unpleasant for me, it must be nearly torture for a cat with their vastly more sensitive sense of smell.Now my cat is desperately trying to rid herself of the stench (and that's what it is - a sickly cheap-perfume stench) and is grooming herself everywhere - been doing it nonstop for hours.

so every time I wash one of my cats with this she gets sick and has diarrhea. The other cat is fine, maybe it has something to do with long hair cats. I've used other cat shampoos in the past without problems

Smells good an that's where it ends , waste of money

Do not ever use this product!!! I used this on my dog Oscar this morning and found him like this! His entire body was covered in red open wounds and his hair was falling out. He was immediately brought to the vet and now he's got weeks worth of medication and ointments that he needs to be on. Do not use this on your animals.

I will try the product and it may work well. But I am not too happy so far, the bottle was only half full when it came to me. Has that been the case with others?

Not even sure if the product works as the very first time I tried to use it, the pump completely failed. It seems like more and more, I'm having to return items to Amazon either because they are defective or missing parts/pieces of that it's an item Amazon apparently is reselling from a returned item. As an Amazon shopper who does 95% of his shopping on Amazon, I find I might be heading back to a brick and mortar as it's just easier to return stuff.
