Better for my body and health.
August 24, 2017
I have been using this for years for heart health and also to help with joint pain and aches. On the days I have forgotten to take it, there is a difference in how I feel overall. As for "fish burps", I take mine after a meal to help digest it easier and eliminate this problem. This is something I have even given my dog on regular basis, after my Vet said it was a good idea, as my dog is getting older.
Seems good to me.
September 7, 2016
The gell caps are easy to swallow even though they are fairly large. No odd taste or smell that I can notice. Some people complain of "fish burps" with fish oils - I've never tried other oil to compare it to, but I've never had any issue with these.
Quality fish oil
July 28, 2016
Pros:Quality, authentic fish oilLarge quantityWell made and easy to swallowCons:Not coated, so your burp will smell like fishThe pills can get a bit soft if left out or if you live in a humid environment, which makes it feel like they might break.
Leonard says this is a buy.

I take these daily. Fish oil isn't something you feel, but hopefully I'm steering my Omega 3:6 ratio in a better direction using them. My wife gets some fish burps with them, so she takes Krill oil instead of these. I don't get fish burps from them at all though. The biggest benefit is that the oil is from small fish (sardines) so there's no real danger of mercury, which is a real concern for fish oil. This is definitely a buy!
Essential Ingredients, Great Quality, Great Value
April 23, 2015
I have always been impressed with Kirkland products, and this one is no exception. Kirkland is the store brand of Costco, which carries products that tend to higher-end and higher quality than clubs like Sam's Club, to begin with. The Kirkland brand products are designed and manufactured to be of slightly better or much better quality than the name brand - and with a typically much lower price. I have never have a problem with any Kirkland Signature brand products, including this one.I do get the slight "fishy" aftertaste. The capsules, although kind of large, are easy to swallow and I have had no digestive reactions. This product offers the essential Fatty 3 products (EPA and DHA) at a great value. Other fish oils either don't have these or, if they do, are much more expensive per dose. Plus, this has the Kirkland Signature quality! I take this everyday and consistently reorder.
A GREAT DEAL
March 2, 2015
A great deal on a whole lot of fish oil. I give two a day to my older dogs. Combined with a glucosamine supplement it I could really see the difference. My dogs are 200 pounds with some arthritis and they are now running around like they did years before. Note: I searched ebay and amazon for a good priced chewable supplement for dogs and found most are a huge ripoff. Today at Walmart found a huge bottle of the store brand for under ten dollars and they have 500 mg of glucosamine per pill, much more than the others. I take glucosamine but not the condroiten myself since I am a vegetarian. Condroiten is made from cows and glucosamine is made from shellfish unless you specifically get the Hsi glucosamine which is fermented (non animal). Also be sure to take msm (sulfer) with glucosamine or it won't work well. They add it to some supplements and I think you can buy it separately as well.

Very Good Product
April 28, 2017
It was suggested by my ophthalmologist that I take a strong dose of EPA for my dry eye. This was the best (most potent) that I found. It has worked beautifully and I really like the product. I did find it difficult to swallow such a large capsule at first, but I discovered that if I swish it in my mouth first and get it wet, it slides right down. The company seems VERY interested in doing a good job and selling a good product.
A High Quality Product In All Regards
October 27, 2015
I've tried a lot of fish oil supplements in my life ever since I was a little kid (My mom is a big believer in omega 3 fatty acids for keeping you healthy) When I first starting living on my own I stopped but later I did notice a difference in my health when I started up again. Anyway I recently went on a mission to find the best fish oil supplement I could. So far these get my vote. My skin looks cleaner than ever, my joints feel great and as a added bonus I wasn't looking for - I've lost a little weight and gotten more cut. I look stronger and leaner without a shirt. This is something that has never happened before with any other fish oil. If your on the fence about getting these don't be. They really do live up to "Platinum" name. Oh I almost forgot... the company is very pro active, I received a email from the president asking about my experience with their product....they have my respect and continued business for that.
Great product. with the high amount of what you're taking fish oil for (EPA/DHA)

Great product. with the high amount of what you're taking fish oil for (EPA/DHA) .The PLATINUM Series fish oil is Very Cost Effective High Potency Fish Oil, I've taken fish oil for years. I actually bite These pills to see if they are rancid and they actually have a very mild taste; there's no weird fishy aftertaste either. I chose this product for two reasons - its free of contaminants (Molecularly distilled) & the low price per EPA/DHA gram of fish oil.I am on my third bottle. The product arrived quicker than expected and was well-packaged. It's pretty nice how they send you another e-mail confirming your order along with an ebook containing some health tips.Very pleased with the quality and fast delivery Will definitely be ordering this again.PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil, 1,400mg Omega 3, 800mg EPA, 600mg DHA, Free Ebook, 120 Count
Truly the best fish oil around!
September 20, 2015
PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil is the best fish oil I've found to date and I don't think I'll be trying out any new brands for a while. I've been taking fish oil for over 10 years for an autoimmune disease and I've tried quite a few different brands and strengths. PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil is by far the best. I have MS and my body is quick to let me know when I've run out or the fish oil I've taken is not up to snuff. The muscle pain returns with a vengeance, along with cramping, all over soreness and unbearable fatigue. The fish oil also helps immensely with the arthritic inflammation I suffer from a shattered ankle and a hip replacement. PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil is the highest strength I've found for such a reasonable price. Give it a try, I did and I was pleasantly surprised. BTW, the fish oil taste came up one time in 60 days and that was my fault, I was in a hurry and took the fish oil cap with a sip of water rather than with the usual glassful.Update: 05/24/16: The 2 orders before this last one I didn't receive because both times Amazon had run out of product, very popular brand.Update: 11/28/16: Lab test of my once high cholesterol shows it is now perfect according to my doctor. Truly the best fish oil around!Update: 09/23/17: I have familial hypercholesterolemia a rare genetic disease that causes everyone in my family as well as my body to make too much cholesterol regardless of diet. So my perfect cholesterol started yoyoing and my doc asked how I was handling it and she was surprised and amazed when I told her I was taking three PacificCoast NutriLabs 2000mg Fish Oil caps. She asked me to up the number of caps by one and I upped by two for a total of three in the am and two in the pm. The last 3 quarterly lab tests have be perfect even lowered my tryglicerides which helps clear up my psoriasis. Thank you again PacificCoast NutriLabs!
I wish everyone who reads this the best in life
July 12, 2014
I have come to believe that depression is caused by inflammation - not an imbalance of neurotransmitters that the pharmaceutical companies would have you believe. Billions in profits are at stake despite their unproven premise. Review presentations on depression & inflammation on U-Tube with an open mind - especially research performed by Dr. Barry Sears using high dose fish oil for psychiatric disorders. I consume a high-dose fish-oil regimen (15 grams/day) and Meriva (Curcumin) with 9 months of success so far. Hardly a scientific study - so take this review with a grain of salt. But at least the only side effects have been improvements in my joint and back pain - not the horrid side effects that the SSRI's and SSNI's caused me and the many people who take them. I chose this product for two reasons - its free of contaminants (Molecularly distilled) & the low price per gram of fish oil. Anyone taking an antidepressant must not simply switch to fish oil without consulting with their physician. And the only physicians advocating high dose fish oil for depression or mood disorders practice, "Alternative Medicine." And yes, I have made lifestyle changes to boost my mood. Daily exercise, an ultra low carb diet, and trying to seek out positive opportunities and people. I wish everyone who reads this the best in life.
EXCELLENT
March 26, 2014
I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH ANOTHER BRAND OF FISH OIL - FISHY TASTING BURPS.I wanted to find something else that would be more pleasant to take. I found P.C. NutriLabs. When I followed the directions (like placing the bottle in the frig.) and taking them with a cold beverage, Ifound that they worked great. The capsule coating has a pleasant vanilla taste and to my surprise,no fishy burps and you only have to take them ONCE. The other brand had to be taken 3 times a daywith every meal. The capsules are smaller .I am a new very happy customer of Pacific Coast NutriLabs and will continue to use these wonderful fish oilcapsules.I recommend it very highly.Chris

good price on good product and happy with purchase. Would recommend if you are in the market for fish oil.
Delivery and price are excellent and I do not notice any negative attributes
July 15, 2017
Delivery and price are excellent and I do not notice any negative attributes, except for the size of the capsules. The size is truly daunting. The attached photo shows a fish oil capsule adjacent to a 325 mg aspirin tablet, a 200 mg ibuprofen tablet and a quarter. I would find it worthwhile to take more capsules that were of a smaller size, even if the cost was higher.
Too big
March 10, 2017
Product is good but I stopped taking it because they are so big.
Decent purchase/Big Pill to swallow
January 8, 2016
I actually purchased these for my dog (boxer) to improve his dry skin. It does work for him but I was taken back by the enormous size of this pill. If I had to take this pill I don't think I could/would, and it is recommended that you should take 3 pills a day. It is much larger than previous fish oil supplements I have purchased for him. Of coarse he has no problems swallowing them down! I think for the money this supplement is a decent purchase but just be aware the pills are pretty big.
Solid Basic and Affordable Option
April 1, 2015
Pros:-Extremely cost efficient.-Credible basic source of fish oil.Cons:-Low potency requires multiple capsule doses.-Basic gelatin capsule means possible brief fish aftertaste.Overall: This is a go-to product if you're looking for basic, affordable fish oil supplementation. If you are concerned with the number of capsules you'll be taking, the potency, or coating to prevent brief fish aftertaste, consider looking at the higher price ranged fish oils. Also consider other options if you are vegetarian or strict Kosher.
Helps with dry-eye (would you believe?)
January 15, 2015
A few years ago I gave up on fish oil for arthritis and cholesterol. But my eye doctor suggested fish oil for dry-eye. He wanted me to buy an exceedingly ultra-pure version but I did some online research and although opinion is not unanimous, it seems that any kind will do. The capsules smell a bit fishy in the jar but my wife tells me they don't make my breath smell bad. (And I appreciate her participating in this olfactory experiment.)http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/dry-eyes/basics/definition/con-20024129

Quality product . . .
April 18, 2017
Have been taking fish oil supplements for years and needed a refill. Looking through Lightening Deals, product reviews, and decided to purchase. Since I have been taking fish oil supplements for many years, I don't have problems with burping anymore. So I can't really attest to their not being a fishy aftertaste, but I think with all the testimonials for this product, I believe there isn't. I am pleased so far and physically feel good since I started taking. I notice a difference when I do not take regularly, and feel better about my health when taking. I will be repurchasing as I feel this is a quality product.
Good product. Annoyingly persistent customer service.
March 4, 2017
This is my 3rd or 4th bottle of these fish oil caplets. They definitely look and feel like a high quality product. I purchase these in particular for their purity and potency. However, they occasionally have a very fishy smell when you burp. This is to be expected, but it's seems to be a bit more pronounced in this brand. Perhaps it's due to its higher concentration. It should also be noted that, when you purchase their products, PCNL will flood your email with requests for feed back, etc. Let's be honest here. It's just fish oil. It's probably one of the least important decisions I make in my day to day life. I'm writing this review mainly in hope that the emails will stop.
Platinum Omega3 Fish Oil-high potency
June 19, 2016
I have only taken this product for a few days so couldn't give a full 5-star review accurately. However, I was more than impressed with the Amazon ratings of this fish oil (80% 5-star and 11% 4-star) and decided to give it a try. I do not feel I will be disappointed with my purchase. So far, I have not had any negative side effects (fish aftertaste, etc). I feel it is much more pure than the other brands I have ordered and certainly a much higher potency per dose. I have auto-immune issues and hope for some relief from symptoms such as inflammation, brain fog, etc. So far, I have been feeling quite well while working under high stress, so I wonder if this hasn't already had a positive effect...time will tell :) Hopefully, in the next couple of weeks I will have taken the product long enough to change my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Would recommend.
No fishy after taste and great customer service!
January 26, 2016
So far so good. I bought this product for two reasons: to help deal with my terrible terrible cystic acne and to enhance my fitness regimen. To be honest, I have only had this product for a month and feel that it is still a little too early to say whether it has helped these circumstances. But what I can say is this. 1. The customer service is awesome. I have been offered a 20% discount on my next order of this supplemental brand, received an e-book detailing the benefits of fish oil and giving advice on daily dosage, and been offered a second bottle free of charge. 2. I was skeptical about trying fish oil knowing that it commonly has a fishy-burp after effect, but that is not the case with this product and I truly appreciate that. So all in all, I will continue using this in my daily supplemental regime as I am satisfied with the product itself.
Great replacement for the prescription meds my health insurance suits refused to pay for.
October 22, 2015
My Doctor had me on a prescription fish oil product, but the suits at my health insurance refused to pay for it. So the doctor explained to me what to look for in a quality fish oil product and I found this one. This are gel caps and have a vanilla flavor. They go down good and have absolutely no fish flavor even when I belch. My only complaint is that the company seems to be obsessive about how these must be changing my life. They send me emails about how to download a 'living naturally' brochure which I read but realized that I am really on their nature wavelength.Anyhow, the product arrived on time. Was exactly what I expected and will soon, apparently, dramatically enhance my life.

Cheap fish oil...

These Fish Oil capsules are very big to swallow. I never got the feeling that these were helping me, so I have switched to the much better Krill Oil.
My Newfoundland Loves them.
January 25, 2014
I used to take this brand of Fish Oil until the package got warm during the summer and all the capsules molded into one. I now give this brand to my dog daily which her vet recommended and will continue to buy them for her. They are in-expensive and she loves the taste when she bites and pops them open. When I was taking them I often would have a burpy after taste. I switched to Barleans organic orange flavor fish oil for myself and I have never had that after taste and they never have become attached to each other. I will continue to buy Barleans for myself.
No enertic coating
May 31, 2013
The price was right for this fish oil purchase. However, I probably skimmed the information too quickly. 300 mg of omega-3 is good and pretty typical these days. Getting omega-3 from fish is a great way to do so, but I don't like fish. I won't eat it, can't stand the smell of it cooking, and often walk out of seafood restaurants if the smell is too great. So for me, having that enertic coating is a must. For those who don't know, the enertic coating allows the pill (and therefore the fish oil) to pass through your stomach and into your small intestines. This allows for digestion to occur there rather than the stomach and effectively eliminates fish-burps and other fishy nastiness. While this was my own mistake for not reading enough to see that there was, in fact, no coating, I feel that fish oil supplements have been around long enough for the enertic coating to be utilized all the time. These are great pills, and if you don't mind the fishy burp every once in awhile (eat a meal just before or after taking your dose to reduce burp probability) these will do ya just fine.

I tried switching from Optimum Nutrition's fish oil for a month, and after these first two days of taking PacificCoast, I noticed a lot of fish burps. I don't get these with Optimum Nutrition, so once I use this PacificCoast bottle, I'm going back to Optimum Nutrition :)
Pacific Coast NutriLabs Fish Oil review.
November 25, 2015
Product pricing is competitive and Amazon delivery is spot on. I take 4 tabs per day (2.7 grams) per doctors order. This in combination with other meds is working. I will ask my primary care physician if I can cut back to 2 tabs per day. There have been recent discussions on the effectiveness of fish oil? So I am wondering if I need to continue to take 2.7 grams daily?
Good product but fishy taste
July 23, 2015
I purchased this product after reading the reviews. I like the ingredients, however, they are not completely "burp free" like most people say. Nothing like the taste of fish in your mouth. Not as much as others I have tried. I would buy it again, though.
Fishy Taste
January 10, 2015
I purchased because of cost effectiveness and the ingredients. Forgive me for TMI, the "burp factor" is somewhat fishy. It seems to have gotten somewhat better the more I take them. I will finish the bottle and then decide, whether it is worth it to purchase again. The higher priced fish oils with the same ingredients, I have purchased in the past, have never had any fishy taste whatsoever, so I was very surprised by this.
Burp Burp Fish
September 17, 2014
I'm a true believer in using Omega 3's because this is one supplement that is consistently posted all over the internet as one of the essential nutrients to take for everything from boosting your immune system and mental health to reducing inflammation and cholesterol. These pills are a little large but have a slightly sweet taste to them. However, I did experience the "fish burps" on occasion with these pills and will try another brand with enteric coating. Everyone is different and if these work for you, then I say keep using but for me these were just ok and there is nothing worse than tasting fish in your mouth.
Lemon Flavor (Sort of)

Beware Of Claims
September 14, 2015
There were some misleading claims on the label of the original bottle pictured on the add when I ordered this product. There was a reference to "supporting joint health." As you can see that bottle label is changed. I suspect that it is still good for "supporting a healthy heart" if that is what someone is looking for.
HDL cholesterol
June 20, 2014
If doctors recommend 1000 to 1200 mg of fish oil because that amount of fish oil contains the total amount of omega-3s the doctor wants you to consume. One thousand or 1200 mg of fish oil doesn't equal 1000 or 1200 mg of omega-3s. The average 1000 mg fish oil softgel typically provides around 300 mg of omega-3s (even less of the important EPA and DHA), and so in order to meet the 500 mg intake guidelines, a minimum of two softgels would be necessary.I tired taking these in hopes of raising my HDL cholesterol level (good cholesterol). I've been taking 1 every morning for the past 8 months. It has had no effect on raising my HDL cholesterol levels. My HDL level was 37 in Dec and now it is 35 in June. The normal healthy HDL range is 40-90. I plan on increasing my intake to 2 per day and adding flaxseed to my diet.
Something's fishy???
May 15, 2014
I first discovered the fishy taste while eating Oreo's, I thought that there was something wrong with them and tossed the package into the bin, at that point I had not suspected that it could be the concentrated fish oil is was taking. I honestly figured that problem had been worked out by the manufactures. I am looking for a replacement as I type this review, focusing on "Pharmaceutical Grade" Fish Oil.I am surprised that so many people are willing to put up with the fish taste to same a few bucks.
Fishy
October 28, 2013
I'm sure these are doing what they're supposed to do, but damn, you eat them and you taste fish in the back of your throat for the next 4 hours. I'll finish these off and look for another poduct that does the same thing without the aftertaste. ew.
Don't get these if you don't like fish.
April 29, 2013
I've had fish oil before, but these were different.First off, they are coated in oil... Fishy tasting oil.... I don't know if this is to keep them from sticking together, or because one pill exploded during transit. All I do know is that it puts a fishy taste in my mouth that I can't get rid of until I brush my teeth again.Secondly, the burps. Although not as fishy as the initial taste due to the oil residue, I am experiencing mild fish taste anytime I burp. (About 30 minutes after I take them, for at least 2 to 3 hours after)Overall, i'm not impressed.. I will be going with a different brand next time, I guess that's what I get for going cheap. In the end, I guess if you like fish... Go for them, but I'll steer clear.

November 27, 2015
Between the fact that I get fish burps and how, um, old they taste/smell, I'm not impressed. Maybe I got an old batch, but I've taken cheap fish oil capsules and I've tried many of the top-of-the-line. This brand was yet a new venture. Ugh. Lovely presentation, and great concentration/ratio, though.

I received the product in July 2015. However, I recently opened it. The pills melted completely to one-side of the bottle. It couldn't have happen at my place because I let the bottle stands, thus it happened during transportation or in store!!! But now I can't return it. It is horrible! I am so disappointed. Open the bottle when you get them immediately just in case this happened to you. I didn't get to use one pill. I would have give 0 star if I could.
Please don't consume this product, read futher. Average guy in Alaska
July 6, 2015
I have used these for a couple years and they don't break down in my stomach causing upset and indigestion. On running out of the product recently I was brushing my teeth upon wake up. When brushing my tongue 3 of these gel caps came back up- several days after taking the last of the remaining gel caps. (had happened before as well) After not taking these gel caps I have regained normal digestion and no more sickness felling in my stomach. This product is a lot of gelatin and can cause blockage, then rancid fish oil in your body and free radicals, perhaps breeding cancer or illness. Use a different method such as a liquid form or flavored packets. Don't make your self sick and avoid this form of supplement.

HORRIBLE
September 23, 2017
I took the "lightning Deal offer" for this Fish Oil, as I had been using Dr. Tobias Fish Oil. BIG mistake. I started PCNL and all day had "fish burps" and felt queasy, salivating like you are about to vomit. Continued for 3 days, same issue. Thought "coincidence", so stopped taking for a week, was fine. Started a week later, same issue. Threw away the bottle. I don't know about its efficacy, but fishy breath and burbs not acceptable. Half the price of Dr. Tobias, but wont ever take an Amazon Lightning Deal again.
