Great customer service and product warranty
September 8, 2017
After much research and the lifetime warranty, I decided to purchased a Rukket Sports 7 x 7 Baseball & Softball Bow Frame Net for baseball practice with my 10 year old son. After using it 4 times I noticed the seam on the carrying bag have split open and there were some wear and tear signs around the netting pocket and I decided contacted Jon from Rukket via Amazon. To my surprise after couple email exchange and pictures Jon replaced the entire setup for me. I am very pleased with the service that I have received from Jon as well as their product warranty. I will definitely do business with Rukket again.Pros:The unit is very easy to assemble and disassemble.Fairly sturdy, it holds up well with my 10 year old and he has a strong arm.Great customer service and outstanding product warranty.Cons.The carrying bag will not last, I wish it was made up of heavier canvas. The handles on the carrying bag is too long, it makes it hard to carry and if you sling it over your shoulders after few bounces it will rip the seam open. The netting seems to be okay, but the knotts around the pockets could be more attentive.
I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase and the best thing is
March 28, 2017
Got this item for practice, obviously, we set it up behind 2nd base when we are hitting to allow the outfielders a target to throw at, instead of having a bunch of loose balls behind the pitcher (we don't normally have a full team in practice as we are adults hitting softballs). This net has taken a few liners off the poles, some hard throw balls off the poles and thus far has held up exquisitely. I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase and the best thing is, the carry back has plenty of room for a few other odds and ends, I stash a bat and ball in the bag just in case I forget stuff. Cant wait to set it up over at 1st and start getting some throwing in, as a SS I need to have accurate throws and that is the main reason why I purchased a net. The 7x7 might be a little small for slowpitch hitting as you generally want the ball to be up at chest level off of a tee. I have zero complaints, and am impressed with the quality and easy of set up, excess space in the carry bag, and durability thus far. Half the price of a Bownet without any real compromise.
BUY THIS ONE !!!! This is the best there is !!!
October 7, 2016
This is a FANTASTIC practice net. It is truly of QUALITY CONSTRUCTION. I was impressed with the heavy gauge of the metal frame, much sturdier than I was expecting. It comes with anchor u-bolts, but I expect they would never be necessary as the frame is heavy enough as it is. I do not see a situation where the net would fall under normal use. Bought this so my 10 year old grandson could hone his baseball batting skills. He loves it, and said he could already tell it was helping improve his skill. We have been mainly using it for soft pitch practice, but could also be used with a batting tee.The design is perfect. The net pocket catches and captures any hit balls that would normally be playable on the field. If they miss the pocket, the net stops them also, and we consider that as an imperfect hit. The 7 ft by 7 ft size is more than adequate. I would suggest this size over any of the 5 ft ones that others sell. The carrying bag is sturdy material also.We will also use this net for pitching practice. We will weave a red ribbon through the pocket net to form a square target zone. Others sell an optional target, but I don't see that as a necessary expense.BUY THIS PRODUCT !!!!!! I absolutely did not expect to see such great quality and design as what this net offers. The netting itself is very heavy, and I expect will endure well for years to come if left out of the weather. The fiberglass vertical rods are of exceptional diameter and quality. Assembly is extremely simple, with spring loaded ball pins to connect the sections of the metal frame. My grandson can easily put it together, but just needs help reaching the upper net attachment point. We use his dad for that, but a chair would also work.THIS IS A BEST BUY !!!! Don't hesitate to buy this one, you can't do any better than this. And, the manufacturer will communicate with you expressing their appreciation of your purchase. I have never had this kind of personable interchange. They want to make sure you are satisfied with their products. BUY, BUY, BUY this one! Don't consider any of the others out there.
Well Made. Holding Up Nicely.
May 3, 2016
I had my reservations regarding this product since I've never heard of the name before but I've gotta say, it's been holding up nicely. The main reason I purchased this is to allow my son to throw pitches into the net by himself when I'm not there to help catch. The pocket at the end that catches the balls making it easier to retrieve. At first I wasn't sure which side was up but the velcro ties into the bottom pole so I figured it out pretty quickly. This makes assembly/disassembly a snap. Materials seem pretty durable and I like the fact that it comes with a bag to put it all in. The net is also well made and pretty thick stitching.I have not had him hit into the net yet but he's only 10 so I don't think he could move the net very far (if at all) if he were to hit against it.For those considering a 5' net, don't bother. Get the 7' net. Even at this much coverage, there are still a (very) few strays so I can only imagine how it would be on something half the size (esp if you're hitting). (Assuming 7x7 vs 5x5 but you get the point). The lifetime warranty makes this a no brainer too! Assuming they follow through of course.Altogether I'm liking this product so far.
Practice Net Bliss
April 3, 2016
This product has exceeded my expectations. Everything was well made and well finished and it allwent together smoothly and without a hitch. Easy to put up and easy to take down.We have had it set up in the garage due to the bad weather and it has been working like a champsucking up softballs and giving our 12U daughter some needed hitting practice. It is worth everypenny spent on it and I believe that it will give us good service for couple of seasons, at least. The only criticism of the net that I might have is that the areas where the net "sock" is sewn tothe main part of the net the netting material attachment points look a little thin. So far the net hashad a pretty good pounding from softballs and I see no problem with it. I'm sure that Rukket haseyeballed this themselves and likely determined that it is not an issue. Especially in light oftheir unusual and refreshing lifetime guarantee. One suggestion that I would like to make to Rukket is that they include a couple of square feetof scrap netting (left over from the manufacturing process) with the net so that when a hole doesget in the net from carelessness or general wear and tear, a piece could be cut from the scrapnetting to be used as a repair patch. I guess that it could be sewn or woven in but I would try anoverlay with super glue type gel. This would help Rukket get rid of some scrap without puttingit in a landfill and offer a neat looking repair to the net itself.Very happy with the Rukket Sock It and recommend it without reservation.

Strong and sturdy!
June 18, 2016
I couldn't be more pleased with this training net. So easy to put together, and the kids have had hours of practice and play already. Strong and sturdy construction, so that I don't worry about having to replace it. Should be around for a long time.
Great All Sport Net - tried and tested
June 20, 2015
So we looked around for a while for a net to put behind my son for soft pitching, pitching practice and eventually found and bought this one. Its BIG... much bigger than others that are much more expensive. I am almost 6 ft and can stand inside the frame of the net. You need to follow the instructions while assembling... and when we store this in the garage we actually leave the poles in, but remove the T-bracket parts (so it stands up, but flat). We are especially happy to say this IS a multi sport net. My daughter has used it for kicking soccer balls, throws, etc. and my 8th grader has used it to practice throwing the football. Its sturdy, durable, does what we need and didn't cost a fortune.
Helps develop power and accuracy
November 3, 2014
I got it for practicing soccer with the kids, but realized when I set it up that it could be used for baseball or softball too. I noticed the other teams that practice where we do checking it out and asking a lot of questions like how much I paid for it. After a week of use, the kids developed more power and accuracy. Great product and great price.
Great Product
May 4, 2013
I bought this for our Softball team expecting it would only be used for soft toss or off the tee batting practice. But after being put in bind for practice space we used this as a backstop for our pitching machine and it works great. I was a little difficult to put it together the first few times, but once you get the hang of it the net goes up in two to three minutes with only one person. It is very durable and I plan on buying a few more before the season is over.
perfect
March 4, 2013
This net has been perfect for soft toss, and pitching practice out in the yard for my nine year old son.during soft toss the net has stood up too about 10 buckets of balls per week, with no signs of damage or tearing yet. Even i have taken some cuts into the net and it had held up nicely. Works good for golf practice as well. During pitching practice, the net is big enough to stop 95% of my sons wild pitches. The net sets up in about 7 to 10 minutes the first time. I leave the net poles in the net and take apart the pole holders, then store it in the garage against the wall, it then sets up next time in about a minute or two. All in all this net has done everything i have needed it to do. For the price i very highly recommend it.
Playing golf in the backyard everyday.
February 26, 2013
It's a lot bigger than what I thought.. But I understood why it should be that much big after couple of shorts. Golf ball can fly more than what you expected, and it could harm the window glass or anything... Easy to assemble and strong enough be stand in the wind and heavy rain. I feel like I have a golf driving range in my own backyard. I am playing everyday and my golf got improved a lot. Recommend to everyone who looking golf practice.

Great Product!!!
January 4, 2017
Great Product!!! Santa brought this to my 13 year old son (yes Santa). My son has been playing travel baseball for many years now and we are about to embark on JV and Varsity baseball at school too. The set up is a snap...he puts it up and tears it down without any help and can do this in roughly 3-minutes. He has used it twice since Christmas day, and due to the weather we set it up inside the garage. Both times he hit two buckets of balls (110 baseballs). Out of these 110 baseballs I think I counted roughly 10 that came back at him, and these were due to him either getting on top of the ball or under the ball, but all of the rest went right into the pocket of the net and it held them perfectly!!! After each bucket we cleaned the pocket out and started again. The frame and net swayed and bent back and forth as it should as it is absorbing the energy of the ball. The actual base didn't really move at all - and that shocked me - I was looking for bags of sand and/or bags of fertilizer to lay over the legs since we were using it in the garage, but come to find out that they weren't needed. We can't wait to use it outside this spring as tee work is important!!!
Good net
November 14, 2016
Overall good product. I wanted to take some time to allow for proper review. A couple of things to improve and it should not cost any more to improve with a good sourcing agent. -1. better epoxy for glueing metal parts to the fiberglass rods. Both of the caps and one of the inserts for the bottom post have come completely unglued.I have secured using JB Weld and is holding up to the team so far. -2. the velcro closure at the bottom needs to be better velcro and about 3 " longer overall. After 2 months of 10 13U players, 3 times a week taking soft toss and or off the tee, there is allot of stress that happens and the velcro is becoming worn out. I would recommend this product.
Good for the price
April 14, 2016
Great net overall. I do like it better than the bownet I purchased last season. Products setup quite similarly. Only 4 stars as the carry bag doesn't seem like its going to hold up much better than bonnet bag (bownet carry bag was junk in a matter of weeks). Also the stakes for keeping setup in place are poorly designed and thin. They bent and deformed quite easily when trying to install. You guys would be way better off going to a single stem anchor of thicker material with a hook on top. Bownet has you beat there currently. These Rukket nets are affordable and that is helpful for coaches like me who are purchasing these. However I would gladly pay and extra 5-10 bucks for a bag that would last and better stakes for hold down.
Works as advertised. Easy to assemble.
April 7, 2016
Just rec'd the net and first impression is that the net and hardware look solid and very sturdy. It takes minutes to assemble and seems very durable. I purchased this to help with baseball practices. Being a coach for 7-8 year old Little League, I needed a net that the players can throw towards. Ideally I would have 3-4 other coaches helping on the field, but that never is the case. So, as I work with the kids on their throwing technique, I plan to have the players throw into the net. This will allow me to focus on their foot work and throwing and less about having someone catch (and retrieving) the baseballs. I also intend to use at home plate when the kids are fielding and throwing home; as well as the players hitting off the tee. To test, I set it up in my garage. I threw hard and the net absorbed the throws without tipping. I also hit off a tee into the net and no problems. I can definitely see this as a great practice aid for the 7-8 year olds. Another plus, on rainy days my kids can use this in the garage. I definitely recommend the 7x7. The size is very good, especially as the players get older and more advanced. The true test will be when I get to use it at a real practice on the field and on windy days. It does come with U-stakes to secure to the ground. I'll report back after a few practices and comment on the durability. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I chose the Rukket net based on other reviews and had been looking at the Easton and some other brands. The price point of $99 and the other reviews was the deal clincher for me. I never heard of Rukket, but was willing to give it a shot. Hopefully I can use this net for years to come as I have another 5 years of Little League coaching ahead of me...Update (4/11). Used the net a bit more over the weekend. Worked great and never fell over. However, I did notice the stitching on the Velcro tab that wraps around the bottom pole is starting to tear. Definitely disappointed with that. I've purchased a Velcro loop and I'll wrap it between the net and pole. Hopefully this is the only issue I'll experience. Dropped rating from 5 star to 4.

First and foremost the kids absolutely love the net it gets them fired up and we all know how kids like new stuff. My concern is two practices I already see an opening on net. Two spots where the net is already lost net, not bad but it's there. The recoil on net is pretty big, however I love the Bownet. Hence the 4 stars. Easy to set up and take down the boys and girls I coach can do it. Well not the top bc they are 12 and under.Worth it I say just be mindful of net, mine is not bad enough to stress. Overall happy with my purchase.
Solid Portable hitting net - Affordable!!
February 8, 2016
Background - I coach a few softball and baseball teams. My nets tend to get abused. I purchased this one late November 2015 to use for our indoor practices. I was curious as it was half the price of my other nets. I put this in rotation along with my aging Bownets(2). So far after almost 2 months of use at 3 practices per week - the new Rukket net has held up. I was concerned at first - just because you can never be too sure about reviews - but i was pleasantly surprised. I have not needed to call customer service - ask me in a few months as April is soon approaching and these baby's will get used daily. We use these for soft toss and T work with regular softballs/baseballs - no weighted equipment. Occasionally they will get used for pitching practice. I have no issue answering questions as time allows. When my bownets go - provided these are around the same price - I'll pick 2 more up.

Not Bad
July 17, 2017
I got this for my kids (5&7) to hit softballs and baseballs into, as well as for me to hit golf balls. So far so good. I do not love the design and having to put this together and take it down after. I would like to just fold and store it but unfortunately that is not possible and may be another reason the others are more expensive. For the price you cannot really beat the deal especially if you are only using it once and a while. If I was using this daily I would go with one that folds down and goes up quick because this can take a few minutes to set up and I usually have to have another person with me.Feels fairly sturdy but I will update after a few months.Suggestion, when taking it down do not pull the poles out, push them through.

February 10, 2017
It's taller than I anticipated. It is not as fast to set up as I had hoped, so I've just left it staked in the yard. I had hoped to pack it up and take it to the gym for wiffle balls. My son uses it for baseball soft toss and he seems to like it. The net is a bit tight and the balls sometimes come back.Overall, pretty good.
Kids and dad enjoyed it for pitching practice
September 16, 2016
2 years after buying I was looking for aReplacement net as the nylon has ripped in several spots. Got an idea from another review to repair with duct tape. This net has been great- dragged from the garage to outside and back, store flat against the side of the garage wall so it doesn't have to be disassembled for eachuse. Kids and dad enjoyed it for pitching practice, whiffle ball backstop, hitting golf balls.
Our 3rd one
May 17, 2014
This will be our third one. The kids use them for soccer and baseball. We leave them up for days and that's when the weather or my landscaper trying to move them, breaks the connecting rods (our fault). Be careful when moving them or you WILL break the fiberglass type rods. Take your time the first few times and get the bottom connectors right or it will collapse easily. I would glue and tape back but it's not worth the headache after a while. At this price, I'll get a new one every six months. Paint the connectors with bright paint, as they will fall off and be hard to find in the grass. Great price, and now we have extra parts from previous purchases.
OK for softball T work
November 13, 2010
For the price, this net was worth it. I set it up by myself, though it took about 15 minutes (mostly to figure out how to get the 2 composite linker poles into the connectors). The ends of the two linker poles connect at 90 degrees in a plastic connector (the poles are first threaded through the nylon boarder of the net). The first 3 ends went in without too much trouble but I really had to push with all my strength to get the 4th pole end into the connector. There are 3 little U shaped stakes that are used to hold the net down (if you have a grass yard, those wouldn't work in artificial turf). I just set it up on the side of the yard and left it there. My daughter went out and did T work into the net. Over the course of about 1 year it started to weather and it finally started ripping (first the netting, which I stitched up with some string and then the nylon holding the poles ripped). When the nylon went the net was no longer functional. If you don't have to take it down and put it up, it does just the job we wanted. I'm going to buy another one. If it lasts a year, the $40 cost is well worth it. I definitely would not use this net if I had to set it up and take it down every time we wanted to use it. If you have an old piece of carpet I would put that down in the open area inside the net. Weeds started growing in that area and I think that's what tore the netting. If I had been less lazy it might have lasted a little longer. We have a JUGS pop up net that we take back and forth for use at our team practices. It's easier to set up and take down (...once you get the hang of folding it up).

Overall the net is good but it is beginning to break apart along the seams. Don't know if its craftsmanship or simply a defective product. When I replace it I'll probably by an Easton hitting net.
Good net design, quality could be better.
October 17, 2016
Like the net. I got this net earlier this year. The bag ripped out at the end from the polls. I let the seller know and they sent a new bag. Had the metal fittings on two of the poles come loose and I had to reglue them.I like the net, and it works great. I just would like it to be made more reliably.
Ok for the Price
May 17, 2016
Easy setup, serves the purpose. However, after three light uses I've already had to glue the connectors on the side support rods. The net and base are firm and it appears they will hold up well, but the side supports rods are not as robust.I was going to use this for my Rookie team, but think I will keep it just for my boys since I'm not sure it would handle the load 12 boys will bring.
Great for a short time!!!
April 20, 2016
I purchased this almost a year ago and it has worked great for us. I don't use this that often but it has worked great. The only thing is that yesterday at practice, we had a ball go through the netting which caused it to make a hole in it. It would not be a big deal except it is in a spot that the ball frequently hits. Is there a way to repair these?? I hate to have to buy a new one because of this but right now it is pretty much useless. Everything else has been perfect with this and I would leave a higher rating had this lasted longer. Not sure how to contact the seller on this but I would like to know what can be done to fix or replace.

First day was excited to get this product. Whole family loved it.Seemed like a good quality item.....butUpon the second usage the metal tip that holds the net came off.Update - Emailed company and received very quick response, they seemed concerned about the issue. They are working to correct the issue, very impressed as of now.
So the product overall seems to be of good quality for the most part
January 19, 2016
So the product overall seems to be of good quality for the most part; however, only 1 month into hitting (13 year old and 9 year old - juggs light softballs (foam/soft/lightweight), the netting is already starting to unwind and tear. For the type of balls we're hitting (lightweight) there really shouldn't be any wear, especially since in 1 month I'd say we're only averaging use maybe twice a week (total 40-50 hits). I will be paying close attention to the netting and if it does tear all the way through I will contact the company for replacement.

Adequate net for baseball
June 23, 2015
Very large net. Easier to set up and leave setup than to break it down each time. Stitching ripped out because it wasn't setup exactly correct. Handles batting and pitching of baseballs into it well.
NET: GREAT, POLES: NOT SO MUCH
April 27, 2015
It's not hard to set up if you read the instructions. The net is fine for anything you hit into it. The problem with the net are the poles. They are fiberglass and bend at the joints. After a while, the poles can break off into the metal joints. You can get some pliers and pull the broken off pieces and continue to use the shorter pole(s). If you never disassemble the net, you may not have a problem. They sell replacement poles for a reason. $10 for the poles aren't bad.
You get what you pay for!
November 1, 2014
Looks great, works ok, but it is flimsy. When you try to feed the frame through the thin cloth material, it is very weak. Ours broke the very first time. Duct tape will fix it for a while. You need to have at least 2 people because you are going to put a lot of stress on the cloth material as you feed the frame through as you have to force it to bend. SKLZ should have made the cloth material much thicker and stronger and doubled the price. The other problem is at the junction of the two frames. It is weak and as the wind hits the huge net, it will cause the frame to twist making the net useless no matter how much weight you use to hold it down.
Nice net, but such a pain in the A$$
April 8, 2014
The net works great, seems like decent construction, but what a pain to setup and take down. The "shock Cord polls" (Like tent polls) often come apart during assembly and diss-assembly. The more you do it, it does get easier to deal with. Looking for one of those easy fold up models soon.
very large net
February 27, 2014
This thing is big. It does say "7'" right in the title, but it didn't really hit me until I got it all setup. It Works OK as a backstop when I am soft tossing to my son to hit baseballs (it is a pain because everything goes to the back of the net). I works even better when he hits off a Tee into the net. It also works well for stopping golf balls, even full swing driver shots if it is staked down. Now for the cons. I can't say enough how big this thing is. It is unwieldy to move around. It is a real pain to store when it is assembled, and I really hate tearing it all apart and putting it together every time I want to use it. Also, after one season of use, I have the beginning of a hole in on of the nylon sleeves, all of the connectors on the shock-cord poles are cock-eyed, and I don't think for a second that the plastic corner pieces will make it through another year. I'm not sure I'd buy this item again.
Good for the $$ but could be better
March 19, 2013
First of all, once assembled the net works well. I have 13 and 14 year old boys hitting baseballs into it and it stands up to the abuse. The good:Low priceNet will catch hard hit balls easilyLooks goodComes in a nice compact carrying bagThe bad:It's not that easy to set up or take downThe tent like poles used ripped though the nylon the second time we used it (I think this was partially our fault)When you hit balls into the net they get stuck way in the back and you have to crawl in to retrieve them

Net is very flimsy construction - holes after 9 year old used it for less than one month
July 13, 2017
The frame itself is durable, but the net itself is not. Our 9 year old son has already made multiple holes in the net and he is not using it every day. This arrived June 3, and wasn't used for a couple weeks until his season ended. Since then, he has hit baseballs into it a few times a week. Balls are flying out of the net and hitting neighbors houses now because of the multiple holes. Very disappointed. Most durable nets have a plastic coating on it - this does not - the strings are very flimsy and we already need a replacement net after less than a month of use. For a 9 year old, that is very poor.

August 9, 2016
Not bad but I suggest looking for another brand. Looks great but the sleeve the rod slides thought ripped on the 6th setup. It's junk material. Look for one that has a better material for the sleeves. Metal collars came off both poles on 3rd setup. If you lose them, you can just throw it away.
in good conscience, recommend this product at this point
April 20, 2016
The storage bag has ripped rendering half the zipper inoperable and the netting is fraying after a month of light use. This is not the item others have raved about. I'm not sure how this bodes for future durability. I can't, in good conscience, recommend this product at this point. Time will tell.
One season?
April 2, 2016
The product was damaged right out of the box. I was able to make it work but I have the necessary tools and adhesive, I'm sure not everyone does. After only one use the net is started to fray and the balls tend to pop back out of the sock. Spend the extra cash and buy a Bownet

I wanted to like it. We only got about a week of use out of this net. Net ripped on the first day of practice, which is to be expected in any practice net. However, it was useless after multiple tears were produced after continued BP. The final straw was the pole snapping after the second take down. Much better products can be bought. You get what you pay. However, keep in mind Baseball and Softball equipment is "made to throw away". Everything has a lifespan. This one is just really short...

The elastic bungy that threads through the framing poles came apart after 4 or 5 uses. I havent been able to get the bungy strings back through all the poles so its basically useless for me with out the framing.
don't leave it outside...
January 26, 2015
Didn't last very long and apparently it isn't meant to be left outside... After a couple of months of being in my backyard the sun apparently weakened the net... I hit a softball off a tee and it flew right through the net. Recommend putting it away after each use...
Not Great....

Bought this to put in my backyard for my 8 year old daughter to practice hitting into. It only lasted a week.1. The poles were too long. I tried and tried and couldn't figure out why the poles would not bend enough to get into the ends of the netting only to finally realize that they were too long. After I cut off one section of the "tent" poles, they fit. Not a super hard fix, but I should not have to change it at all. Work on your QC guys.2. After about a week, a section of both poles broke off inside the metal connectors (which is not fixable). It's not just sitting in my yard in a pile...3. I bought this one because of price and the fact that it said "portable" because I wanted to take it to games for my players to warm up with. It's not nearly as portable as some of the other ones. You can definitely take it down and move it when needed, but it's not the quick, foldable kind that I was really looking for. You basically have to take out all the poles, and then re-thread them at your location. Sure, it doesn't take a super long time, but I was really wanting something that folded up quickly. It's a super cheap option compared to some of the other items, but cheap still isn't good enough if it doesn't work. If they would use better poles, I think it would be fine for a stationary thing to keep in my back yard, but now we can't use it.

Poor quality

Low quality used for the net. Within 1 month it started to rip. I wanted to give this brand a try, but I should have stuck with Easton.

I have used this net twice for tee work with my daughter. It is used in an indoor space and was taken down between use. I put it up today and the net is already unraveling. I have had another net fir 3 years and has been used for my daughter and son and her travel team and is still going strong. Not good quality.
Broke after two days

Small cord attaching net to the frame broke after two days of use. They would not send me this one small piece. Go with someone who offers better service for their products.

Low quality Product

I should have paid more attention to the reviews before buying this product. It is a really big waste of money. I waited a while after receiving this product to start using it so I could not return it. First, the pole broke within about a week and it was not from abuse or misuse. It just broke on it's own while it was setup. I tried to take it down to see if I could fix the broken pole and the bungie cord holding it together broke. Ugh!. Second, unlike the PowerNet Baseball and Softball Practice Net 7 x 7 with bow frame product, retrieving the balls is more difficult. Third, this has a huge footprint and takes up a lot of space. It is NOT easy to setup and take down. I urge you to not buy this product. I highly recommend the Powernet product as it is well made, easy to setup and takedown, easy to retrieve the balls you have hit.
Low quality, stay away from it.

It's a low price but it's low quality. Received my net Less than two weeks ago and it already snapped a support rod and it has cracked elbow brackets. My 5 year old tee ball player is not a happy camper....

No instructions, box was taped up and I believe some of the parts are missing. It doesn't stand on its own using buckets of water to stand it up. Looking at the picture it looks like there are two plastic corner pieces that the supports fit so it stands....didn't receive those parts. Hard to tell what is missing if anything since the instructions didn't come with it. Not a new product by any means, net was stained. Have purchased often from amazon and this is the first time I was disappointed. Not happy!
DO NOT BUY!!!

Complete junk! I set up the net and we used it, no problem. Went out the next day and the bottom (tent pole) had snapped in half overnight. Now it won't stand up and is complete garbage. I waited over 90 days to use it for the first time now I'm completely out $55 bucks for a piece of junk net. DO NOT BUY, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND MONEY!Update: After contacting SKLZ customer service, they agreed to send me a new net. Great customer service, but still a sketchy product. Morale of the story, you get what you pay for.

I got this net for my kids to practice hitting baseballs into. This is not a quick set up and take down net. It comes with a convenient travel bag, but I'm leaving it up because my kids wouldn't be able to set it up alone. The main reason for the low review is, after just a week of using the net, the cheap material at the bottom of the net has torn, exposing the inside pole. I will either have to look into returning it or duct tape it back together.
If you want a net that is easy to put up & seems like it will last a while I would look elsewhere.

Purchased this net for my 8 year old son to practice hitting in the backyard. I was tired of having to go to the neighbors to get balls that went over the fence. I read the reviews so there was no surprise in the setup. It's like a tent, 2 long segmented poles connected together by a bungie fed into 2 different sleeves then they connect to a "L" shaped plastic piece so that one arc is on the ground & one arc is in the air.So I set it up & my son hit about 3 full buckets of balls into it. We came inside, had diner & I went back out to take it down. I started to remove one of the poles and realized the bungie was gone. I guess the knot that was tied at the end to prevent it from going through the pole had come undone. I thought I could just feed it back through but there is no way to do that because their are small plastic pieces inside the poles that would make it very difficult. It was then that I realized that the metal sleeves that hold the poles together had also bent. I'm sure this is not a huge problem but it just seemed that it I spent money for something I shouldn't be having all of these issues the first time it was set up.I returned this net to Amazon & ordered SKLZ Quickster Net. It is more money but cheaper than others and built much better than this net.If you want a net that is easy to put up & seems like it will last a while I would look elsewhere.
