I love mine. Great customer service by seller.

Just right for shopping trips. I am a stroke patient and couldn't enjoy going with my wife on shopping trips. This baby does the trip. Great customer service by seller. Mine had one anti-tip wheel broken when we unpacked it. One email and I made a call and the replacement wheel was here in 3 or 4 days. The scooter worked fine on our trips. Good product and affordable. I recommend it for anyone on a budget or that needs a scooter for in home and shopping trips.
Best gift I have ever bought!!
March 15, 2015
My sister and i decided to get this for our mom. It came right on time and was not only easy to put together but really easy to use. I had to try it out in my house first and i live in an older house my doorways are very small and it fit just fine. Having read previous bad reviews on this I was a little scared as to what would be delivered. But it was definitely new and every part was included. Worked came with a full battery. I took it to my mom to surprise her and she just loved it. I am so excited to be able to give my mom this gift she truly needed. She sat down in it and the look on her face was priceless she says," Wow, now just think of all the places I can go again." Seriously, Thank you!
Great Item!

Have my freedom back
May 21, 2017
This is my first scooter so I have nothing to compare it to, but am very happy with my purchase. So easy to assemble and disassemble, literally takes less than a minute and no part is too heavy to get into or out of vehicle. Easy to use and maneuver, with very sharp turning capabilities; you can get through tight clothing racks at a store very easily. Front basket is very small so I recommend the larger back basket if you intend to shop or carry more than a purse. Four MPH does not seem fast but it really is...you are whipping past everyone.
Good but be careful
December 27, 2016
Works well.plenty of power. Only negative comment and this is no fault of the scooter but I wish I would have opted for a model with the delta handle instead
OUTSTANDING LITTLE SCOOTER!
June 22, 2016
This Go Go Ultra X 3 wheeler has to be about the best all-around scooter there is. Several years ago I bought one. It was easy to use, fit in the trunk, reliable, I could use it in the house, pretty good range, a whole bunch more, but... I got the idea while camping that a slightly larger, 4 wheeler would be better on dirt, grass, etc. The Ultra X could do it but it was "iffy" (I did dump it once in the park from a gopher hole I didn't see). So... I bought a 4 wheel Go-Go Sport. Longer range, more stability, bigger wheels handled dirt & grass better. I could still get it in the back of the car, but due to heavier pieces, I had to rig up an electric hoist to lift some of the pieces. I traded in my Ultra X when I got the Sport. But, recently, I found myself longing for the ease & simplicity of my old Ultra X. So... I bought one here on Amazon. It arrived on schedule, delivered to my garage by UPS. The outside of the box had some battle scars & had a small split at one end, so I took a couple of pictures just in case. There were some instruction on the box about where to open 1st. Once opened I found that the Pride packaging is extremely protective so the box COULD have been much more damaged & the scooter would still have been unharmed.. I'm somewhat crippled from a stroke (very weak left leg & little or no use of left arm & hand). Still, I had no problem unboxing & assembling the scooter. Both scooters are EXCELLENT scooters. My experience with Pride products has always been top notch. My Ultra X is my everyday scooter. Shopping, mostly. It's so easy to put the pieces in & out of the back of the car & assembly is a snap. For what it's worth, when I had my 1st Ultra X, I found that the battery was good enough for a day at Disneyland but, just barely. I'd do power conservation tricks, avoid anything that was up-hill, etc., but once, my daughter had to push me from the tram to the parking structure. BUT WAIT! If your intended use requires a greater range, I did research, contacted Pride service, etc., & I can positively state that the large battery box & batteries for the Go Go Elite traveler, & my Go Go Sport fit & work perfectly in the Ultra X. So, If your need is for greater range than the standard batteries provide, you can always buy the larger box & batteries on line easy enough.
Excellent buy

Excellent transportation for my wife. Easy to put in the trunk of the car so you don't need a big carrier for it. It has given her a boost knowing she can get around when we go places and not depending on someone to push her in a wheelchair. For the price you get a lot for your bucks.
Great Product and Trusted Vendor
September 20, 2013
I did a lot of research prior to purchasing this. There are more expensive scooters and a few cheaper. Though the Free Shipping helped make my decision and the fact that the seller has been in business for decades gave me the confidence for this $800 purchase. It showed up within the time I expected and the box was delivered with only one hitch. Since it was shipped to a business address the shipping company (Fedex) had to call and confirm delivery. When I opened the box there was some damage to the controls and I needed to contact tech support to get them to repair it. Tech support was friendly and very responsive. A+ there. They had the replacement parts shipped to the local repair technician who contacted me and scheduled an onsite repair that took just a few minutes. So for those who are on the fence on this chair. Go for it. It is a great chair and the support is great. The electric motor has plenty of torque to move me and a ton of equipment I have on it. And it recharges quick and holds a long charge. I held off writing the review until I had a chance to put it through some use and abuse and it sure can take it. Lots of great features and it sure looks good too. If you need more balance get the 4 wheeled version. I am using it for a foot injury and don't mind getting a little loose on the three wheels.
Great Scooter

We have been using full size scooters for years but since we purchased our small car, we have not been able to transport them. It was necessary for us to purchase a regular wheelchair for appointments. I did a lot of on-line research and decided to purchase this G0-Go Ultra. We received it yesterday and we really like it. My mother, who does not do much lifting, picked up every piece of this scooter with little trouble. She can put it together and take it apart. We plan to keep it in the trunk of the car and carry the battery to the house. We will not be using it outside but it has good power and it is easy to turn. We are familiar with the "Pride" brand and it holds up very well. We have only replaced tires and batteries on our other scooter. My mother is anxious to try this out at the mall. The charger is very small and light.

Great little scooter for shopping trips
January 27, 2015
Got this for my mother to use just when we go shopping. It is light enough that I can get it in the back of the car myself but putting the front wheels on the tailgate, then lifting the back wheels into the car. It is quiet and she had no trouble navigating through small aisles in the stores. It is adjustable so that it is comfortable for her. The arms lift up as well so it is easy for her to get on and off. Since we don't use it outside, I don't know how well it would work on uneven surfaces. It is just right for what we need it to do.
works just as good as the more expensive ones
December 13, 2014
it isn't too roomy but I am 6 foot tall and it gets me around just fine. I carry it on a class a bumper hitch rack that I bought from Harbor Freight and without it I couldn't get around. At first I wished I had spent more money and bought a pride Go Go after owning it a while I'm glad I didn't.I don't understand all of the problems. Mine's swiveled just fine. I finally sold it and got a real Mobility chair but mine swiveled until the day I sold it. Sorry if yours is different but mine did just fine. I wouldn't have posted otherwise.

Good, but 4-wheel maybe a better choice
August 23, 2017
I bought the 3-wheel model because it navigates store aisles better (shorter turning radius). But it tumps over more easily than the 4-wheel. If I were doing it again, I probably would buy the 4-wheel.
A winner
August 6, 2017
Great scooter at a great price. Easy assembly. The turning radius is really remarkable, and the scooter itself is narrow enough to travel through most household doors. Although there is a control to allow you to adjust the maximum speed, I wish that it would allow you to select an even lower top speed. Some disabled people have reflexes that are not quite quick enough to prevent bumping into door frames or furniture even at the lowest setting for this scooter. Still, this is much more controllable than a power wheelchair that uses a joystick.
The scooter is great for price
April 6, 2017
The scooter is great for price, controls etc. It is about 30 pounds lighter than the other one we had, it is much easier to lift in and out of car.
I like this GO GO scooter very much
May 31, 2015
I like this GO GO scooter very much. I appreciate that it is easy to take apart into 5 pieces which then fit into my rather small car trunk. The weight of each piece is manageable for my wife. The only difficulty I have is control the speed at the start, it responds often in a jerky spurt like of way.I have Parkinsons disease, trouble with walking, and it serves me well. I hope it will do so without any problems for a long time.At this point I would buy it again.
Keep on trucking.
February 27, 2015
I recently bought this for my mother in law. She had surgery on Her ankles and didn't get around the house very well. It's perfect for tight spaces and easy to maneuver.Only takes about a minute to break down and load into the back of a car. So far it's exactly what we needed.Lightweight, high and low speed, and very comfortable.
No assembly requirered
September 23, 2013
My father has had this product before and it lasted almost 10 years. We thought it was time for a replacement and like horses you don't quit a winner. So I order him a new one and he is very well pleased with the scooter and the fast service. He has only one problem and that is with the 2 small wheels is the back , they get hung up on door threshold and he has to turn the scooter off and on to reset the unit.Other wise all is good.

GREAT SCOOTER FOR THE PRICE BUT
January 19, 2016
Had problems with the charger not being 110/220 VAC, can't believe it was certified CE for Europe and the charger was only good using 110 VAC. The battery gauge didn't work properly, that's a big problem so I could never tell if the batteries were really charged. Amazon was great about it and refund my money. For some people this scooter might be OK but if you don't know how much gas (battery charge) you have in your scooter what good is it....
Awful assembly instructions, hard to disassemble for transport.
September 7, 2015
This is a decent little scooter and will work well for my mother in her senior housing complex. I wouldn't go of-roading in it.The reason I gave it so few stars is 2 fold;1. The assembly instructions are awful. No where are the part's listed and labeled what they are and where they go. We ended up with an extra washer that doesn't seem to go anywhere.2. Even once you have it assembled for the 1st time, taking it apart for transport is much more difficult than it needs to be. Had I known this I would definitely have purchased her a GoGo like mine. Hers has to have the wires for the batteries and the rear wheels disconnected. The batteries are loosely put together and not in a solid case for ease of handling. If I didn't have the comparison I would never have known how elegant and simple transport could be. Spend the extra and get a Pride GoGo if you are going to be going out and transport it.
Worth it
January 20, 2015
I bought this for my mother. I love the idea that it's portable so we can take her places. It is easy to set up and transport. However, it has a small engine and a small battery. So, you have to run it every day and charge it every day so it will operate properly. I was a little disappointed at first, but now I'm glad I bought it.

Purchased a Go Go Ultra X in Dec. 2013. Worked well until this July (7/2014; approx. 7 months) and then began to have the following trouble. Fully charged, after going about 10 blocks the unit would stop, the battery display would go from fully charged to No charge, then flip up to one or two red bars but would still not budge. Twice it failed in the middle of an intersection which was a bit scary (UNDERSTATMENT!).Called Pride which said to call Mega-Motions which took a number of calls before getting a response back. They said to call a company XMED for repairs. The auto answer system at XMED is one of those that send you around in circles and then just recycled into a number of circles of choices non of which was answered by a human. After 2 days of this..I finally got one choice that allowed me to leave a message. 6 days later I got a call from XMED.By that time I have found a repair shop in Denver which I had to pay. Even though the Pride comes with one and three year warranties stated in the brochure...they are worthless from Pride or Mega Motion and XMED is just plain fraud. The Tech thinks the units had a max range of about 10 block before a rear brake overheats causing the unit to shut off. NO WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Caution! The ride may windup stuck somewhere included a cross walk on a very busy street. This unit is great for indoors or going around a residential area but I highly suggest another brand for going more than 10 blocks where you have to cross busy streets or through shopping center parking lots.Mel

very nice, but
July 7, 2017
When it works, very nice, but. Received DOA - called Drive Medical with the error codes the scooter provided and they sent replacement parts for repair. When received, they contacted a repair service to be covered under warranty. A week and a half later I'm on the road. Now three weeks later the battery won't charge, and on inspection it's leaking and bulging out. Bought replacements on my own rather then go through the hassle and time of trying to go through the manufacturer again. Batteries are covered by the battery mfg., not Drive Medical. Like I said, nice when it works, but it hasn't been too often lately.
I am very disappointed.

I bought the Bobcat for my 74yr old mom. For my surprise I needed to take it out of the car and charge it in order for her to use it mostly on weekend. In addition, it is very heavy to take it in and out of the car by myself. I needed help to do it. Over all it did not meet our expectations.I am very disappointed.

September 1, 2015
Cart drives well but the range is nowhere near as advertised. Only getting, at most, 2 miles per 12 hour charge.
Disappointed
April 15, 2015
Not satisfied. When we took it out of box and put it together, it would not move. We took it apart and tried again, finally plugged up batteries, then after a few hours of charging, it moved a little. Nothing on speeds 1-5, and a very sluggish start in speeds 6-10 and barely moving - felt like it was in speeds 1-5. Felt like it had trash in gas, but no gas tank - so I called manufacturer. They sent parts and a technician, who replaced parts and worked on it. The technician was very thorough and professional is why I gave it 2 stars. Finally got it moving in lower gears, but still very sluggish to start. It has a delay, but should not be jerking. The manufacturer rep told me this is natural in a scooter of this size and with the smaller batteries. Somehow, that doesn't sound right, but he is the rep, so guess he knows what he is talking about. Cannot give it more stars, because it is still sluggish, just not as bad as it was before repaired. Battery doesn't last very long on a charge. Really like the size, but that's about all and not worth an extra star. Won't be buying another one like it.

Scooter sucks!
October 28, 2017
I purchased my scooter last February so that I could return to work and life in general. I just wanted to be able to go to work and the store with some independence and ease. I do not have use of my one foot just yet. I weigh 135 pounds so I am not attempting to work the scooter too much. My work day consist of being able to get from my car to my office and then to the bathroom a few times a day. It would be nice if I could attend a few meetings in other buildings, but every time I attempt to venture beyond a mile and a half or so the scooter dies with no warning! It indicates it has a full charge one minute or almost full and the next minute it is dead! I have been working with Pride for 7 months on this and I even asked for a new scooter since this one is a lemon. I was told there is no lemon law on scooters. I am stuck!I will be calling Pride on Monday, again! The scooter is dead once again. I gave it two stars because the company I bought the scooter from is trying to stand behind their product and has replaced parts at no charge. They would like to give me a new scooter, but they need Pride to approve it and that has not happened yet,
NOT AS GOOD AS THE ONE THEY MADE 9 YEARS AGO
August 2, 2011
The scooter you get will NOT BE like the one shown. The one shown is how the scooter USED TO LOOK!This is the second one for me. The first one I got 9 years ago and it had the 2 batteries in a plastic pod as shown in the picture and was weather proof. And I never had a problem with it; I just replaced the batteries as needed. There were no wires exposed. The one I got in March 2012 has the batteries in a canvas bag and the wires connecting the batteries to the motor come out of an opening in the bag and the connection to the motor wires that are exposed to the elements.Today I called for service on my one-year contract because the scooter just quit running. The batteries were good and all was all right until it suddenly quit just like that. And there is no power. The scooter is dead.

Beware of battery life
April 18, 2017
At first if would go all day on a single charge. Then after 2 1/2 months I had to start charging 2 a day. NOw it is about every hour. It is used strictly in the house and it is not a huge house. I feel that this is unacceptable. I did contact Drive Medical and was told this would happen. I truly wish I had known this ahead of time because I would not have purchased it. So now I am stuck with it and have to charge every hour and I am sure soon I will have to get new batteries.
Damaged Scooter
November 13, 2016
I would like to add zero stars, but gave me no other option. This scooter was damaged upon arrival. My siblings and I thought it would be best to have an additional scooter for my disabled mother to get around. The no return on this item is a complete disadvantage and a total waste of money. I will be filing the proper documents to get either a replacement or a full refund.
Model not adequate for indoor use (home and stores included)
July 29, 2015
No stars would have been awarded for this if it was an option. This model is not fit for daily use. It has a 15 degree turn radius. What does that mean to you? You cant easily travel in stores or in a home using this model. A technician for the company advised us this model is mainly for going in a straightish direction, like you would at Disney World -- not for daily use. If this turn radius would have been advised in the description we would have never ordered it. a 30 degree (or more) turn radius is optimal for indoor use.DO NOT get this model if you are planning to use it indoors.

I thought that this scooter was going to be a good buy but it turn out to be the worst thing I ever bought. I took it out for the first time and I was so happy when all of a sudden before I came out of the bldg., the scooter turn one less green and it was fully charge. I got so mad. Went back home to charge it again, then the nest day took it out again and again when I got to the place not even a quarter mile it went down to one less green. I had to charge for three hours at the place, then went home and when I was one block away from home the charge was in red, wow. Amazon was very helpful but it was no good. They refunded my money.

You better hope and pray you never have to fix your Pride Scooter -- their parts, service and repair game is a total scam.
November 18, 2016
I've had a Pride scooter (last year's version of this) for almost a year. It's been great. Indoors and out.But I recently lost the plastic button that covers the horn assembly. It's a white plastic dome shaped cover about the size of your thumbnail. Its' the button you press to activate the horn -- it snaps on over the activation pin and cant cost more than fifty cents to make.It must have gotten knocked or broken off while loading or unloading the scooter into the car. And since then - everytime I even slightly touch the plastic pin that gets pushed down to make the horn beep -- the horn starts screeching full blast. And I have to stop the scooter immediately no matter where I am or what I'm doing, and shut the scooter totally down in order to shut off the piercing horn noise. And then restart it. Sometimes 3 or 4 times before it actually stops the screeching,So since the manufacturer doesn't sell to the public, I got the name of some local dealers from Pride -- but they all only service or sell parts to customers that they sold their scooters to originally. So I then searched all over the internet for a mail order parts supplier -- but nobody has it.I called Pride back, gave them the details, and said I've been searching around for over an hour -- but I can't find the part anywhere. And when their rep finally looked the part up -- she tells me that they don't sell that part by itself. Instead, I would have to buy the entire electronic assembly that fits onto the tiller -- including the horn, the starter, the speed adjustment dial, and the throttle levers. And that assembly combination will cost me somewhere north of $89.95 -- plus tax, plus installation, or plus shipping and handling -- if I think I can actually install it myself -- AND IF I CAN FIND A DISTRIBUTOR WHO WILL SELL IT TO ME -- OR DO THE WORK ON A SCOOTER I DIDN'T BUY FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!You better hope and pray you never have to fix your Pride Scooter if you are unfortunate enough to buy one from one of their useless dealers -- their parts, service and repair game is a total scam.

Pride maybe OK, but don't deal with reseller Medlife Health
October 25, 2012
I ordered this item, manufactured by Pride Mobility but handled for Amazon by reseller called MedLife Health. The item was listed as Prime for 2-day delivery. It was immediately posted as SHIPPED, specifying that the carrier was UPS but with no tracking number. Nothing ever showed up. I queried MedLife Health and they told me that it had indeed shipped and would be there "very soon." A week later and three more queries from me and MedLife responded that they would check with Pride. I called Pride and found out that they were unwilling ever to do business with MedLife Health. I cancelled the order and MedLife responded that I could have a similar but better item in a few days for only a little bit more. I told them to take a hike.
