Great for making Youtube Bass covers and home amateur bass recording.
June 2, 2016
This does everything I want it to. It connects directly to the computer for recording and to play yousician, it makes a bunch of different sounds and once you go through the mostly clear manual and ask questions it is easy to use. Is a $300 Zoom pedal better, absolutely. But for the price the bedroom rocker cannot go wrong with this.
This acts more like a pre-amp with presets genres
April 20, 2016
Let me be clear, it is not a stomp box in the traditional sense. This acts more like a pre-amp with presets genres. Jazz, Country, Latin, Rock, etc etc etc. Each Genre is broken down to a further 10 subsets. I love what this thing has done for the versatility it provides me. Love it, love it, love it!
Best Effects Pedal for Best Price
May 4, 2015
I really enjoy using this, it works with any of my amplifiers, just simply plug it into the instrument port. I love playing all kinds of rock, and this pedal has all the good sounds that make your guitar come alive. The only disadvantage is the fact that it runs on AAA batteries. They run out quick if you play like I do, for hours at a time. Still, highly recommended. Every guitarist needs this.
Simplicity Defined - Plug and Play
June 19, 2014
I've been playing guitar since I was 10 (I'm 54 now), and can play reasonably well. I've had a Fender Princeton Chorus Amp for over 20 years, and the dirt channel has been getting kind of flakey; so, another band member of mine suggested that I either invest in a new amp (minimally a $300+ investment or much more), or just use the clean channel and get some effects pedals. I did my research, and gleaned that there was nothing close to getting more bang for the buck than the VOX Stomplab 2G. I ordered it (via Amazon prime), it was here in 2 days, and I've been playing with it ever since. Love it.Only minor drawbacks: 1) Order the 9V power adapter when you buy it. It comes with batteries, but the instructions say they only last 7 hours, and you have to remove the backplate to install them. The adapter (sold separately) is only another $9. 2) the user manual doesn't list out what the 100 presets do. That's a personal experiment exercise of discovery. Of the 100 presets, there is more than enough variations to cover just about any patch combo you can imagine; you just have to find it, and write it down somewhere. Plus, you can use the presets as templates, edit them and then save them in 20 additional user defined locations. But over all, being able to just turn it on and dial up a style, and then scroll to a setting that gives you just about anything you can imagine (e.g. Clean or Distortion, Reverb, Chorus, Echo, Delay, Wah-Wah, Synth Sounds, Flanger, Tube-Amp modelling, and much more) it gets the job done. You also have a separate Expression Pedal, Gain and Master Volume controls, so infinite variations are there. It also features an on board Chromatic Tuner. If you're a pro, this "all-in-one" may not be for you. If you just like to play and like things simple and yet sounds really good for not a lot of money, you can't go wrong with this box. Good things sometimes do come in small packages.
Fantastic floor unit
May 27, 2014
This is a fantastic piece of equipment for any gigging guitarist. Smaller than any other true multi-effects unit. And much easier than a rackmount with midi controllers. Just plug in the guitar and the amp and you've got the hot sauce.I went through all the presets and selected the cabinets that sounded best. Then I dumped those into the user presets. Then I tweaked those cabinets with effects like delay, chorus, flange, phase shifter, etc.. I set up all my tones in about two afternoons. Every guitarist in town has been up to look at my rig since then! And I use the silent tuner every time I start a new set on stage and to mute the guitar between sets.I only use it with a power supply, so I never have to worry about the battery going dead.
Instant mojo for $69
June 6, 2013
I play solo jazz, back up singers, small duos and in country combos. I needed a new tuner and a reverb pedal for the price of a modest tuner. This does both (and more) for less. The fewer pedals, the better and they need to work with my 1spot. Spendy gear is not a realistic use of my modest funds. I use a Bad Monkey for my basic dirt as it works with an amp or direct. The Monkey goes into the Stomplab where user patches 1,3 5,7 and 9 have the same identical settings: Modest compression, slap back delay and some room reverb. Spaces 0,2,4,6 and 8 have the novelty effects like flanging, big reverb with big delay, tremelo etc. That way, I'm only 1 click away from normal at any time and I don't have to hop around on the pedal to get out of a weird patch. The tremelo is neither square nor sine wave but in between. I add some delay and it smoothes out. I like the compressor, only 2 knobs and fairly unobtrusive, not clicky. The other modulations are 2 knob and not very complex sounding but hey reminded me of old Magnatone amps. The room reverb is more believable than many more expensive pedals. The spring reverbs sounded amp like - more Silvertone than Fender. The overdrives were not for me. I set the stomplab as clean and neutral as possible. The Ocatvia seemed usable. All the stttings can be made to have the same volume. If your tastes run to Alabama Shakes, Southern Culture on the Skids, or other rootsy lo-fi., you can dial that right in. Try get that stuff with expensive gear! I need clean with some ambiance without a $500 case of pedals so I'm happy. Great price and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Both of my pedals could fit in my gigbag front pocket.CONS: If you buy one, download the PDF manual, cut and paste the charts on one sheet at a font size you can read. The manual that comes with has tiny, tiny print and is not handy to flip through. No power supply included. Not easy to change parameters on the fly at a gig.

Excellent Pedal Board, One Month Review.
March 4, 2017
The Behringer PB600 is an excellent pedal board with a very reasonable price. I play out once or twice a week and it keeps my pedals organized and protected. I am using one Boss pedal, one Digitec pedal, and four Behringer pedals. The noise stays quiet and one of the pedals is distortion. I have used the Behringer for one month and have had zero problems. I am keeping a close eye on the case latches, they seem fragile. As long as I do not do anything stupid with the latches, I think they will be OKAY . I am happy that I made this purchase, the price can't be beat. I will update this review after three months of use.

January 15, 2017
This is a great Pedal Board for the money, I picked it up for 79.99$ and it was worth it. Comes with all the cords you need to plug your pedals in (power and sound), and the foam that houses the pedals are adjustable so you can put longer pedals in or wider ones, whatever you may have.

I still bought some replacement daisy chain cables (0.5 ft length) of a higher caliber, probably didn't NEED to, but its my hobby and I like nicer cords so I forked out another 20$.

The case is nice too, it comes with a front cover that clicks on, and the whole unit effectively becomes a brief case. Make's it very easy to move around which is also nice.
Works great for the number and size of pedals
March 7, 2014
I read mixed reviews of this pedal board, but I had tried half a dozen multi effects pedals and modeling processors and pedals with limitless combinations all in one. However, I found all of those too difficult to adjust to my needs, or too cumbersome to flip through all the channels to get to the sound I wanted and then modify it. What I wanted was four or five single effects pedals that I could preset to the value I usually use and then turn on each effect as needed, giving me lots of combinations. I had a couple of Boss pedals and one Behringer one and I ordered a couple more of the inexpensive Behringer units, which I'm generally pleased with, though they're perhaps not in the elite category. They work fine for me. I didn't want 5 or 6 units cluttering up the space and each demanding its own wall wart.
This compact board with its built in case and cord management was the perfect solution for me. Instead of the Velcro found on many boards, this has foam cutouts which hold the B and B pedals securely and give enough room for the connectors and daisy chain power supply to stay tangle free. It all plugs in with one adapter (provided) and it also comes with all the short connectors to connect each pedal together.
My pedals are incredibly easy to use and extremely well organized now. The case holds them securely and the lid fits on and holds everything in place for transport. Everything is ready to play by just removing the lid and plugging into the outlet.
The latches are not the most secure, just a simple plastic slide that looks like it could easily break. However, there are matching holes right next to them so a small lock or even a twist tie could be inserted if the latch does malfunction.
Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. If you're doing something similar to me, I'm sure you will be too. The foam cutouts can be manipulated for other sizes of pedals. I have exactly enough to fill it, with the addition of a dedicated tuner that mutes everything while I tune.
Solid Pedal Board
September 17, 2012
I've played guitar for years but was never a big pedal guy. I still wouldn't consider myself a big pedal guy but I've started playing gigs with a local guy and having your tuner (Boss TU-2) and overdrive (Fulltone Fulldrive 2) loose in a bag wasn't practical. I didn't want to make my own so I started doing research on all-in-one boards with power supply already built in. I pretty much decided on the Boss BCB-60 ($169) but saw this was a lot cheaper and pretty much the exact same thing. So after more research I decided on the Behinger PB600.

I couldn't be happier. It took about 45 minutes to set it up (out of the box) and once it's set up it takes seconds to get up and running at a show. You just place it at your feet, take the top off, plug in the power and then your amp and guitar and you're good to go. I don't get any interference and my pedals work perfectly. Just for the record, all of my pedals are Boss brand except my overdrive which is stated above. They all fit perfectly in the pre-cut out slots. I had to cut an extra hole for the overdrive but now that it's in place it's fine.

I would recommend this product. I hope this review helped in your decision if you're really looking into one.

Great product in a small package. Tons of user control.
August 12, 2016
This is an excellent guitar pedal for those that really like to deep dive into their tone. It has around 100 presets that I didn't find useful at all, however the pedal allows you to store 20 of your own presets and you can use one of the 100 programmed settings as a base to start from.Overdrive/Distortion - pedal contains several different amp modeling features that will adjust the tone and crunch. These were decent but really lacked the depth I like from a dedicated OD pedal.Expression Pedal - tiny but effective. I primarily used the pedal as a volume instead of compression, whammy, tremolo, etc.Reverb/Delay - I was actually really impressed by these mods. The delay doesn't go on for an extended length but I would rarely use it like that.Pros: able to store presets in advance. When on stage I could easily click into the next setting rather than hit two or three individual pedals. Volume pedal works great for swells.Cons: too many settings for my taste. Hard to get that exact time your looking for. Overdrive seemed to be lacking substance. Hard to match output volume between presets.
Very Small - Perfectly Priced
August 9, 2015
Small, sturdy, simple. I figured out how to program it after an hour or so of playing around. The expression pedal is very small and minimally useful but I think it was worth the extra money. It includes a very necessary noise reduction feature that you can adjust for each individual channel. The volumes are all over the place for the presets. This is now the only pedal I use on stage. It's probably better suited for recording than it is for live performance, though. The tuner is a little wonky, especially if you're used to a Boss tuning pedal.
Great Solid Pedal!!
June 6, 2015
Nice pedal! Could've only wished for a USB to make it better. Some effects are alittle "wtf" and others are somewhat "digital" however; overall sounds can be tweaked and I run with an EQ also so those were easy fixesl Great Solid Unit!!
Learning Curve, but it's worth playing around with for a while.
February 28, 2015
Smaller than I expected, which is fine, but the expression pedal could be a bit larger. The sounds you can get out of this thing are great, varied, odd, classic, whatever you needs. However, it is kind of a pain to have to turn to the book to figure out what to do next. But once you get the basics down, it becomes easier to edit and save lots of tones.
Effects galore for beginners
November 9, 2014
For the price, and amount of effects you get, its a steal. I am still trying to find a few sounds I can customize and save to my favorites, it takes time to get used to the controls but, I'm having fun, discovering all the different tones I can get from this pedal, it is a bargain, buy it you will be surprised by the versatility of it. If you have a drawer full of pedals, and other effects you may not like it but, for portability you cant beat it, because it is like taking over 10 other pedals with you.
Vox did a good job and kept the price low.
January 31, 2013
Versatile and user friendly. The metal case is a plus as is that it is made in Japan. For short money you get lots of effects and a tuner in a small neat package.Changing the batteries is a bit ponderous, a gate access would make changing the batteries quick instead of removing four small screws and removing the bottom plate. It is a minor inconvenience. It works well for my needs.

Behringer Pedal Case
October 6, 2015
The pedals have to be the right size to fit into the cutout spaces, but you can trim the lining to make other larger pedals fit. Also, the pedals do not stick to the bottom. However, the case is well constructed and smaller pedals do sit in the spaces nicely. The power source is good and the input/output mechanisms are good. This makes it a very handy pedal board but it's pretty clear it was designed for particular Behringer pedals. Behringer is a great company, however. They offer quality products at reasonable prices, so don't mean to ramble, just giving my take.
It's on the cheap side, but delivers.
July 5, 2015
Let's be clear. This is a big piece of plastic. Period.

Now, it's light, seems durable enough, it's very flexible and works. So look no further because it delivers.

It has some cons, at least I found some.

1) The "Plasticness" of the whole thing makes it look cheap (and it is!).
2) The "locks" are also made of plastic and if you go coo-coo, they'll snap out. (You can later put them back, until you eventually break them, I'm not there yet).
3) I always seem to try to put the cover the other way around… maybe I need help? :)
4) The power connector (and all other plugs) is perpendicular to the ground, so it's easy to step on it and destroy it. (Happened to me, but luckily it didn't break).

Remember… it's a cheap piece of gear, but it works.
Great Pedal Board
May 20, 2014
I got this to eliminate all of the cords that powered the effects units as well as get something to house everything securely. This board does the job for at least 6 pedals. The Behringer pedals fit nicely into the foam slots and so far have not moved around during play. What I have to get used to is that the pedals are no longer against the floor, meaning that I not have to lift my foot higher to get over the boards edge to press them. It should just take some getting used too. One concern is that the linked power cables don't have anyplace to disappear into. I will be working on this. What I am not happy about is that the board is ALWAYS ON when plugged in. The only way to shut off the power is to unplug it. I wish it had a power switch.
Seems to be built sturdy, the included cables not so much
March 20, 2014
I ordered the Behringer PB600 as a inexpensive powered pedal board for my first board. The first board sent was defective with a high pitched hum when the pedals were connected. Amazon quickly replaced the defective board and shipped the new board out.

The cables included are TERRIBLE, but that is to be expected. After purchasing higher quality patch cables, it worked like a charm. I use it multiple times per week as I am a youth pastor and have to move it multiple times per week. So far so good!
In love!
January 24, 2014
I decided, after too many years to count, I needed a pedalbaord. It had to be small-ish,powered and protect my beloved Bad Monkey and his assortment of pals. The PB600 does just that.

The case and cover are closed cell foam padded, sturdy and well designed. The latches stay latched and are lockable. This is a great grab and go pedalboard.
The included power supply is a run of the mill daisey chain with 8 supplies(with a bag of off beat adapters).. I know folks are saying the supply can be noisey..mine is DEAD QUIET.

It took me about a hour to set the board up and again..very well designed( meaning no WTF's popped up). I currently have six pedals on the board..you could fit a couple more if they are nano sized. The board has stereo outs which is nice and if you like to run modulation thru a effects loop..the stereo outs can be configured to do that..nice little feature!
The power supply to the board is a wall wart and is my only complaint. It will be the first thing to fail.If you are crafty..installing a male 110 v. jack is pretty easy. Now you can use a nice heavy cord. Behringer are you listening??
Would I recommend the PB600? Absolutely. The pedalboard keeps your pedals tidy and VERY safe.

November 9, 2015
Good enough sound, but the interface isn't exactly intuitive and overall the thing is just too small. I don't exactly have big feet but it's difficult for me to hit the right hand button without accidentally hitting the left one as well. For the price, though, it's a decent product.
Vox Box Works Well
August 4, 2015
Still working on figuring out all the different sounds this box can make. I have found several that work well for my playing and songs. So far I'm glad I bought it.
A SO-SO UNIT
February 2, 2015
Vox never tells you that a power supply does not come with it...and they do not tell you of the outmoded and annoying way batteries are installed. If I knew this I would have passed on it. However, it arrived and that is when I found these facts to be the case. As for the programmability? First off, I seldom need to do that. Secondly, it requires a learning curve and the effort is not worth the results. Out of the 100 presets I found about 15 useful ones...and those are the ones I will use when I do not want to carry my pedal board. For short gigs or open mics this unit will be fine with the 15 sounds I noted as usable. If it cost anymore than it does I would advise skipping it...but for the price...it is okay.
Not All Bad
January 3, 2014
For the money it's okay. Shell out for the tube driven ToneLab... It's much smoother, and gives a greater emulation of tube driven amps. This one's just a little flat and dry.
I had expected more from VOX
January 16, 2013
I own and love a small VOX modeling amp. Based on my satisfaction with this product I purchased the Stomplab to add modeling effects to another amp I own. The Stomplab comes with minimal documentation and is not intuitive to use. The bigger problem is that the volume level is different for different effects. If you change effects while playing the volume suddenly increases or drops. A slight change in volume would be okay, but the difference is enough that you have to stop playing to adjust the volume back to a comfortable level. As for the range and sound of the effects, they are good.

Okay for a beginner or a minimalist. Would Recommend PB1000 for a more robust rig.
September 6, 2015
I had to return this when I realized just how little it compromises with pedal overflow. If you want an expression pedal, say goodbye to two small pedals. If you want a big fancy pedal, so goodbye to two or 3 small pedals. This is good for a minimalist or a beginner but not somebody seriously designing their own board layout. Also, just a note to people who haven't found this out yet, but it's bad practice to power all your pedals with non isolated jacks. Another reason you won't be able to rely on this board for long if you are serious.

Poor comments aside, I find the durability, and the was it packages up to be well done. If you aren't gonna be going crazy with pedals anytime soon and you aren't very concerned about a bit of noise from the power polluting the signal, this is one cool little board.
Do not buy this is you use any amount of overdrive/distortion
January 26, 2015
I'm serious, I ordered one of these and there was an insanely loud buzz coming through my amp when the distortion pedal was engaged. I play rock/metal, so this was obviously a problem. I had Amazon send me another one, thinking it was a defect. Same issue with the brand new one. If you hook directly to the pedal(s) from your guitar then it eliminates the buzz, but the point of the pedal board is supposed to be so you can plug your guitar into it. Plays clearly if you only play clean but otherwise useless besides powering your pedals (which you could save about $90 by buying a daisy chain instead)

Good sounds, too complicated, inadequate battery life
August 9, 2014
This is way too complicated to use and the battery life is just a few hours. Has some great functionality if you invest the time in learning it, but really complicated to use and must be plugged in if you don't want to change the batteries daily. Wall plug not included and must be purchased separately. On a positive note (pun acknowledged), range of different sounds available is very broad - extremely flexible if you have the patience to tweak it.

Get used to a loud buzz if you use multiple pedals with this daisy-chain 9v power
April 4, 2016
Buzzes a lot, nothing you can do about it except plug each pedal into a wall wort separately. I imagine you wouldn't have this buzz if all you had was behringer analog pedals. But I have a tube screamer, analogman compressor, Ditto X4 Looper and Beatbuddy, and sure this board powers it all just fine, but there is a very loud buzz that you just can't silence and people usually comment on it, so I stopped using the onboard PSU and just stick all the power cables in the case for all the pedals, sure it is a mess, but better than that buzz. Kind of frustrating because if I knew that the buzz was permanent I would have returned the pedalboard and gotten a board with an actual guitar fx power supply like the gator or voodoo, but I've already used this one out in the field so am stuck with it now.

Decent little stomp box with nice effects BUT the horrendous battery / AC power situation make it useless for an actively gigging musician. No AC adapter is included. As other reviewers have stated, no AC adapter I tried works, even correct voltage and amperage. Makes we wonder if the plug is cosmetic. Furthermore the battery life sucks. It can't make it through two 3 hour gigs. There is no battery level indicator so you basically have to change batteries every gig or risk the embarrassment of your guitar dying midway through a set. 4 AA batteris every gig is major hassle and will cost you a fortune in the long run. Lastly, to top it all of, you need a Phillips screwdriver to change batteries. Another pain the arse. This product is a joke. The cheap f**ks at Vox should have included the AC adapter and charged $10 more. As it stands, this product is a toy...

cheap connectors , buzzed a lot when I played with power through the unit. With batteries powering my pedals, sound was better, but the connectors still sucked. Bought better connectors (live wire), used batteries to get best sound. At this point, this was just a glorified "case". The latches on one side broke and it was no longer even that (all of this was over six months, with only 10 trips to and from the studio where we practice. you get what you pay for.
