Pretty easy assembly. It's better if you have two people but you can do it by yourself. Pretty easy to collapse for storage, again it is easier with two people. I helps if you take off the foot piece, fold it up and then put the foot piece back in. That way the foot piece holds the inversion table more in its collapsed position. The cotter pin doesn't really do much for keeping it in the collapsed position. It wouldn't fit under MY bed but all beds are different. I was able to put mine in a corner or in my closet. Most importantly, I was able to get it out of the way when not in use. The lumbar vibrating and massage with adjustable settings works great. The cord is plenty long, but it would be nicer if it was rechargable and cordless. Head height adjustable too. Wonderful!

I had done a lot of research on inversion tables, and decided on this one based on reviews. We have had this table for a month now, and are still impressed with it! It is super sturdy, and all of the parts fit like they should. All the tools needed for assembly were provided in the box. I have to admit that the heat and massage pad is my favorite, and I sometimes use it without the inversion table. It has a alternating low, medium, or high massage function along with the heat.My only negative: I was hoping that it would lay flat so that I could store it underneath my bed. However, the handles aren't removable and don't allow for a super flat storage.

I have in the past used other inversion tables, but never one with massage and heat, so when I seen this one and the price I decided to order it, so I could have one available that I could go to when I was suffering with back and shoulder pain.Putting it together took about 45 mins and wasn't all that hard, there is only one part that you actually need help from another person, other than that I put it together myself. Easy to read instructions and also comes with the tools, even though I used my own.The 1st time I used it I was a little hesitant but it went pretty smooth, the grips on the feet area made me feel safe and secure and are adjustable for the size of your ankle. The massage pillow is great and a added plus, it has multi- mode massage settings with auto and manual selection for a complete massage experience, it also has a.4-Position adjustable safety pin for easy positioning and safer inverting over old strap systems. It has a large energy foam comfort backrest and padded removable head pillow, with soft touch foam handles.You will be so comfortable during your inversion, I invert twice a day, morning and night for approximately 10 mins each and I have seen a huge difference in my pain.I would highly recommend this inversion table. Was easy to Set up, all necessary tools included. Easier with a ratcheting socket wrench though.Heat Gets moderately warm and only takes a few minutes.Vibration is not overbearing but strong enough to help relax low muscles while inverting.

I have degenerative disc disease, degenerative arthritis, and spinal stenosis. After using a new yoga dvd, my sacro iliac was in agony. I could not reach down as the back of my upper legs, outer legs, and butt muscles seized up. I did therapeutic yoga for the sacrum, no help. I took anti-inflammatories, no help. I took prescribed pain medication, no help. I ordered this inversion table....it arrived 2 1/2 days after purchase. My husband put it together, I got on it one time. I got off it and already felt improved. In 3 days, I could touch my toes again and the leg pain was gone.Even better, I have cervical stenosis and herniated discs in C3-4, 4-5, 5-6, and 6-7. Moderate to severe. When I worked my way up to an incline of 60 degrees, my neck pain diminished. Now, I use it every day for 5- 10 minutes. All the pain in my back improves.I'm sold.

Really good unit for the price. I say that because it is not the highest priced one out there. I have only used one other table before I got this one. Here are my impressions on the inversion table itself. I am not going to talk about inversion, you already know the benefits or you wouldn't be researching inversion tables.The table arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. The unit was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. All parts and instructions were in the box. The instructions were laid out well and had pictures as well as descriptions of what to do and when to do it. The hardware kit was laid out well with each group of bolts or related hardware in a bubble with the step number just under it so you knew what to use when. Nice idea!! The included tools are not great but more than adequate to assemble the table.The welds are decent, the finish is good, the pads feel well made. All in all, good quality.I have read others talk about how long it takes to assemble some of the other brands of inversion tables out there and the poor instructions and poor fitting parts. This tool me 1 hour and 10 minutes to assemble from unpacking the box to finished table. I took my time and was in no hurry. Assembly was easy and straight forward. All the parts were there and protected in the packaging very well.The inversion table is sturdy and I feel no play or uneasy feeling using it. Very sturdy when assembled. It is rated for 300 pounds and I weigh 200 pounds. The head cushion and lumbar pad are nice extras. The lumbar pad does massage and heat your lower back. This pad is adjustable up and down the table via Velcro straps. The power cord for the lumbar pad has a crazy long cord to plug into the wall, really nice so no extension cord needed.The height setting seems to be right on the money. I am 6' tall and the setting is 6' and it is right where it needs to be for balance. The ankle lock system works well and holds securely.Now my only flaw in the unit. It does fold up so you can store it in a smaller space, but it does not have a way to lock it when it is folded and is hard to keep it folded up and move it. This is a small issue for sure and for me, really a non issue as I don't plan on folding it up. Just wanted to mention it.A very good, stable, well built product that arrived fast and complete. Would buy it again.

I had no idea how much I would love this Table. My lower back LOVES it! I have scoliosis - an upper curve and a lower curve. The chiropractor recommended I use an Inversion Table. I found this one at a reasonable price. It was easy to put together and my back loves it. I try to use it a few minutes twice a day. I also think I am thinking more clearly and less stressed also. I have read that these are some of the benefits. Time will tell if it is actual.

This inversion table is great, and can not do without it now, for the relief it provides for myarthritis in spine and hips, and the pinched nerves in spine. No need to buy the moreexpensive tables, as this one does all that they do, without the high cost. This inversiontable is well made, and I am extremely satisfied with this product. I definitely recommendthis inversion table to all who have back problems. You will immediately notice a differencein energy levels, and pain relief.

This inversion table works great. I had sciatica and after a few weeks at an average of 5 minutes, 2 times a day, I now have little to no pain. I cannot say for sure if it is all due to this inversion therapy, because I do physical therapy as well. However, I did notice that after going on this table, that is when the pain started to subside dramatically.

I have been using this inversion table for about 3 weeks and it works very good. I have had a bad back for 30 years and now I am getting some relief. The table is very stable and the ankle holds are very comfortable. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I use this table about two times per day for about 10 minutes. When I first tried the table I was getting dizzy, but I went slowly at first for short periods of time and now it doesn't bother me at all. I recommend this table to any one with a back problem that has to do with with the spine. My wife had some muscle spasms and it didn't help her at all.

I suffer from chronic back pain and have been through several sessions of PT and am on narcotic pain meds. I was just at my wits end with the same old routine and wanted to try something different. I asked around to several people to see if they've ever tried an Inversion Table for their back pain and all were in favor of theirs. So I decided to try it. From day one this table has been my best friend. I use it first thing in the morning for about 5 minutes and again 5 minutes in the early p.m. On particularly bad days, I may use it more often. The stretch I get and relief from the pain is amazing.and instead of taking 4 Norcos a day for pain, I can take one Aleve in the a.m. and one Aleve in the p.m. I really don't see how a more expensive version of an Inversion Table would be of anymore benefit than this one is. This does everything that is needed. I'm able to move around almost like I was able to before I had back problems. I love, love, love this product and would 110% recommend to anyone!!

Inversion table it AWESOME! Very sturdy & strong. The heat & massager are just ok, hence the 4 star rating. Took me about 30 minutes to put together, but I am always slow at putting things together in all fairness. Instructions were very straightforward & easy to follow. Like most of my purchases, I followed for several months to buy when it was on sale. If you are in a hurry & need right away, I recommend just getting it. If you can wait, I would follow and you might be able to pick up it at a pretty decent discount.

Good product, easy setup and comfortable. The only flaw I would point out is having to bend over to latch your ankles in place. For someone like myself with a herniated disc, that can be very difficult and painful. I had to tie a rope to the knob so that I can activate the ankle lock while standing.

Overall this product is of good quality and works as it should. We bought this for my father-in-law who wanted to stretch his back. he tools worked fin e for the job but are somewhat uncomfortable due to their thin handles, I didn't have any other tools available so I used the included tools without issue. Assembly is a little complicated and the illustrations are mostly good, but sometimes it's hard to tell if a bar goes over or under a certain part. This lead me to put it together 3 times before I managed to get it right. I did get it right and the whole family tried it. When you adjust the foot bar to the right height (one spring loaded pin) it just about puts the user in a neutral balance to be able to rotate forwards and backwards. It never felt as thought it would tip over or fail in any way. We tried it on 5 foot to 6'4' persons and the inversion table had settings for all. There is also a set of settings to vary the amount of inversion with a hard stop from lying nearly flat to completely inverted.

Works well! We use it every day. Saw a great improvement in back pain, shoulder pain and posture.

The machine works very well and feels secure and sturdy when in use. The heat/massage pad actually helps with posture even when not using the features on it. The head rest pillow could be smaller so it doesn't slide down to your shoulders when inverted. Overall this is a great machine for the money and we have enjoyed it a lot! Would be nice if it could collapse a little more.

Background:I've suffered from lower back pain for over 20 years and have degenerative disc disease and grade 1 spondylolisthesis of L5-S1. The pain and discomfort I suffer from range from acute sharp pain in my lower back/hip to an aching pain from waking up in the morning. I'm an athletic in that I lift weight and practice yoga regularly.Assembly:If you know how to follow charts/directions and use tools, it's easy peasy. Otherwise, it's fairly daunting for a novice to put together. It took me about an hr or so to put it together and I'm an experienced mechanic.There are a lot of small pieces to assemble. In my case, I found that the hole for the ankle brace was misaligned. I had to open up the hole to get the bolt in. (picture attached)Use:Straightforward - just screw and set the pin to your desired inversion. Upon first use, I set it to 60 degrees and noticed instantly the muscles in my hip and lower back stretch. It was immediate relief. I've used it for about a month so far spending 10 mins a day on the table and have noticed a decrease in back pain and discomfort.The lumber support heat and massage pad does work fairly well. It's removable so if you don't like how it feels, just take it off. My qualm with it that there is a set timer for 15 minutes where the unit would shut off.One more ding to this review is that the ankle brace is uncomfortable for long inversions. It's a hard foam where you'll feel discomfort on the top of your foot.Final words:From someone who have suffered from lower back pain for years, this table is worth the try if you've tried all the less invasive rehab. This is a long term fix and not a quick one for anyone has longterm back pain It's cheaper than the competition and it's construction is fairly solid. The lumber support was the extra point for me as it adds extra comfort.

It took a little bit to put together, about an hour, it would have gone faster with my own wrenches. The materials are not cheap and its very sturdy. I use it almost every day, its very relaxing. I need to adjust the foot holster so that the cross bar on the back doesn't hit anywhere while I'm using it because its very uncomfortable. Otherwise I love it and you can't beat the price.

Descent inversion table for the price

Seems sturdy. I wish it had a chain rather than a strap and that footbar length could be longer. Chose this one for folding and price. It has helped w back problem. Thanks to Amazon reviews, we didn't try a steep incline, working up to that slowly.

This is something that I always wanted. It took about 20 minutes to put together and works like a charm. Im 6 feet tall and can hang fully inverted on this device. The only reason that I didnt give it 5 starts is that it hurts your feet after about 3 minutes of hanging. Wearing shoes helps but that only buys you another few minutes before the pain kicks in.. Its a small price to pay for back relieve and decompressing the spine..

I'm very happy with the inversion table after getting it set up and adjusted for my 290 lbs which it seems to handle well. I really like the way it can be folded and leaned up against the wall when not in use. The foot rest pads were very uncomfortable the first time I used it but that's mostly a function of my weight and it's acceptable wearing 2 pairs of thick socks (I'll probably install some denser, closed cell foam on the upper pads at some point). Had a minor customer service issue that was dealt with quickly and fairly. Overall, I'd buy one again from this seller.

It serves the purpose. I am 150 pounds. SO glad I did not purchase the $500 model. I put it together myself. I am A 50 year old female who is not mechanically inclined, so if I can put it together, you can too. I noticed some of the parts were already " put together" so it confused me a little while following instructions. I do have about 3 pieces left over and not sure what to do with them. I love stretching my back since I hurt it working in the garden.

It's a good product for the price considering it's on the cheaper end of conversion tables. However when talkign about the quality of the product, ease of use, etc.. by no means does it deserve 5 stars.The first major issue you'll have is the space required for it. When fully assembled it is a very bulky and unless you have a large home with space to spare you might want to reconsider it. The product does not fold up. To store it you'd have to disamssble it. Assembly took me an hour and a half (including time to read instructions). If the product wasn't also quite an eyesore I it wouldn't be so much of an issue.When using the product it leaves a couple things to be desired. A more ergonomic ankle support and the ability to invert 180 degrees. The product nearly reaches only 170. (It claims 175).I heated massage is a nice touch. It is why I chose this model. But unless you have space for it and plan to use it frequently and year-round, I would heavily suggest searching for a model that can be stored.

The required assembly of this item was far too taxing, to say the least. That being said. I like the assembled product... Or should I say... My tired aching back needs the product regardless of the very aggravating assembly process I had

Think either I put it together wrong or this thing is dangerous have to have someone flip u back over cause there is no way in heck if you are short that you can do it alone..the bars to flip you back over I can't reach when flipped over..lol. I really think I need to take it all apart and do it again...

This product is great however the comfort of the leg holders should be modified. The design otherwise is very standard but nothing exceptional.

Work well, could have a better foot lock release. Difficult to reach

the heating pad did not work, when plugged in the power indicator light flashed as it was supposed to but nothing happened when any of the other buttons were pushed. The height adjustor sticks, very difficult to adjust with one person.

not overly impressed with the quality of the table. Shoddy welding (seems are rough and look like a 3 year old did them) and electronics in it are very cheap. Plug in for back rest has very cheap wiring and not at all what I had expected. I realize that it's not that expensive but pay the extra $100 and get a better table, sending mine back and ordering the better table.The vibrator system is velcroed to the table and the head rest is also.The ankle holders are quite nice thoughbut as stated above not impressed with quality or workmanship of the product.

Does not balance as supposed to. My last one all I had to do is bend my knees and I would return upright. This one you have to pull yourself up.

Unit will not tip over far enough to let you hand free and manipulate your back while free of the unit. Unit does appear to be very sturdy and well built

Made for someone only up to 6 ft. Tall, also not the sturdiest of inversion tables.You get what you pay for.

This is very uncomfortable...the brace bar does not have enough padding and it presses into my back when I invert, and it is highly uncomfortable...

Doesn't fit together well. Replace nylon stop-strap with steel chain. Good luck putting this together.Please read ALL the reviews, then toss out the 5 Star ones. Those have got to be 'plants' saying that stuff.

manual very difficult to read for assembly instructions, the 2 metal brackets with the round slotted two and half inch knobs which essentailly hold the entire weight of the person were bent by 5 degrees too much, had to use a racheting tie down strap to bring everything into alignment so the table would sit correctlyHave yet to finalize the assembly & try it out

I purchased this for my boyfriend, who has a lower back problem. He may have used it three times total, however the children and I love to get on it. The other day when I went to adjust the height the plastic nut holding the bar in broke so after less than six months we will not be able to use it anymore.

Finally got around to assembling my Innova ITM4800 INVERSION TABLE today. I was pretty excited about the possibility of relieving some of my sciatica symptoms. I was getting close to finishing the assembly when I noticed that the backrest assembly was off. I carefully removed the backrest, took off the plastic, and realigned it and screwed everything back together. Unfortunately, one of the bolts never tightened. It just kept going around and around and around. The fixed nut had come loose from the particle board. Then, I couldn't remove the bolt and finally had to insert a vice grip behind the backrest to clamp on the nut that had partially come out. Very aggravating. Well, that stinks! I now have a backrest that I have to devise some custom fix for or...see if the manufacturer will come up with a fix. I will keep you posted!

Not very happy with the quality. There are quite a few plastic pieces and a lot of them were broken when we took them out of the box to put together.We ended up putting it together without using the broken pieces. I suppose it will still get the job done.

The heat an massage was not up to par.was goin to return but charges for shipping. I sold to a friend for what amazon wouldve refunded. Was very heavy and hard to put together

There are two major problems with this product. The first has to do with the heat/message unit. The unit is the width of the back support, and is about 2 inches by 4 inches. It is not unlike placing a 2x4 on your floor and laying down with it under your lower back. It actually is very uncomfortable. The second problem has to do with the length of the table. At 5 feet 11 inches you wouldn't expect problems with the length of the inversion table. The adjustment for height is clearly marked. With the adjustment set at one notch under 6 feet my head was unsupported by the table. At six feet three inches and with the head rest attachment just barely on the velcro strips to hold it on the head rest still is hitting my upper back. In addition at the six feet three inch setting it is difficult to get the table into the inverted position and it doesn't want to stay in that position.If you want an inversion table this is not the one to buy. You will regret the purchase. I do.

This is a horribly over-priced piece of equipment. Yes, it technically serves its purpose as an inversion table. Yes, the lumbar pad heats up and vibrates. I don't know about you, but for $170.00 I expect a very polished product with great fit and finish. I did not recieve that in this product and, honestly, if it weren't such a gigantic pain in the ass to take apart, I'd send it back. The weld quality is awful, which only matters if you care about structural integrity. This table uses cheap, weak plastic pieces at the pivot point on the table, which I discovered when I noticed that one had shattered prior to delivery. While this could be due to rough handling, etc., the fact remains that a crucial component is made of cheap plastic. I also discovered during assembly the the two main metal frame pieces are not the same size, but you can't tell until you're trying to bend a bolt a half a degree to line up with the hole it is supposed to go into. The hardware supplied is so poorly finished that one of the nuts actually damaged the threads of a bolt to the point where tightening the nut was akin to bending steel beams with your hands. Again, if it weren't such a huge pain to take apart and return, I would. Do yourself a favor and go for a quality brand.

I am very disappointed that straight out of the box, many of the bars and pieces are scratches and dented up. It looks like I received a damaged floor model. The pieces were wrapped nicely before they were packed but they were wrapped up already damaged. I wouldn't recommend purchasing this again since it looks like it was a floor model. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for. The price should of been much lower if I was just buying a floor model.

I had a bad experience with this table. Odor upon delivery was a big one, it smelled like a tire but the smell was STRONG.

could never get this thing to work

When I received the package and started to assemble, the pivot arms were bent and it is impossible to put together. Very unhappy.

It's too bad I didn't know about the health warnings ( glaucoma) until I bought this and read the instructions. I never put it together because I can't use it.

I'm going to have to return this item. I just tried to assemble it and putting the first pieces together but when I do, it's obvious that they don't reach each side of the main support. Not only that but when I try to put the silver pivot arms into one of the knobs, it's impossible to get them to fit. This thing is poorly made and I am on my way to return it

This product is so defective that it could cause serious injury or even death. The screws and bolts dont fit, nothing fits together properly -- must have been manufactured in china at the lowest standards.
