a little freaky to hang upside down like a bat
April 11, 2017
i got it and got itr put together, and tried it out. a little freaky to hang upside down like a bat, but it works just fine. had no clue what i was getting into, but i truly like it.
easy to put together
March 11, 2017
A few minutes every day or when my hips or knees are bothering me makes all the difference in the world. Well made, easy to put together.
Well constructed
February 9, 2017
This is a very well made inversion table. I like that it has a safety cord to prevent over inversion. It is heavy and difficult for this women to fold up . Pick a spot for it and leave it up because it will be difficult to fold and move.

This table is great! I have a physically demanding job and lift weights 5x's a week. I wanted a good way to stretch my back...this does the job. I was a little worried that the table would be of lesser quality than those of more expensive brands...It is solid. I use it twice a day and it will last through my lifetime.
Best pain relief in minutes!
August 20, 2016
I suffer from Loeys-Diets syndrome, a degenerative connective tissue disease with no cure. While that in itself does not cause pain it has caused osteoarthritis in my hip socket, and my knee and also in the back hip. I also have degenerative disk disease in my neck. I am on a constant regimen of pain killers as since my condition causes aneurysms I cannot take NSAIDS for the arthritis since those thin the blood. Narcotics, I really cant do much of anything because I am doped up. That being said... I decided to try this to see if it would help separate out my joints a little and help fluid to go back into them for pain relief. I have to say this is the best 100 bucks I have spent in a long time. Just a few minutes upside down I could feel the tension easing. This is the first time in MONTHS I have not had any pain in my hip and back without being doped up. I am not sure how long it will last, but I know when the pain come back relief is just a few minutes away.I know a lot of people are skeptical, but this is probably the fastest and easiest way to get pain relief from compressed joints, or arthritis. It really does work. I have a friend who has always been curious about this and asked to try it. Just a few minutes she is now a believer and going to buy one for herself and her husband.I like the fact it folds up to be moved out of the way. It is a little heavy and since I am not able to lift much of anything my son helps me move it to an open area to use and then we put it back until we can find a dedicated spot for it. It feels very stable and was easily put together. You really are not going to go wrong with this purchase.
I LOVE Decompression Therapy!
August 2, 2016
I couldn't believe that I bought a $400 table for $100, until it came. As I was assembling the table, the height adjustment bar would not go into the support tube mounted to the back rest, the cause: a glob of metal that formed in the tube when the bracket for the safety strap was welded to the frame next to the height adjustment knob. The height adjustment bar would only go an inch, or so, into the tube, and no further. A trip to a local welding shop, ten bucks, and it works just fine.I am 65, have two bad disks, and arthritis in my lower back, which limits the time I can be in one position. I used to hang by my arms from a compressed air pipe, years ago, so I was pretty familiar with the advantages of decompressing the spine. In reverse, hanging by my feet, the same decompression is accomplished, and my back has felt really good. I'm not going the full 180, yet, but that's the goal. I am really just starting with this therapy, I have a Physical Therapist who put me into a traction device, to see if I would respond to decompression therapy, it felt great, so I bought the table. I also have a doctor from Pain Management who is interested in my progress, which has been very favorable at this point.I have been using my table since July 1, 2016, I have the table set to go back about 120 degrees, and decompressed for two minutes at a time for the first two weeks, then three minutes. Soon I will go to four minutes, and eventually five minutes, after which I will re-adjust the angle, and work towards ten minute sessions. When I can do that, I plan to go totally inverted. I am doing this at the advice of my Physical Therapist, who cautions me to go slowly, because my side and stomach muscles could become irritated by the intensity of the decompressing stretch.

Great Inversion Table!
December 31, 2016
This is one of the best investments I have made for my back and the price was great. Pros: It's sturdy, provides complete inversion, you can go from partially inverted to completely inverted. It is easy to get on and off without any assistance. Cons: It was not easy to put together, my husband had to ask a friend for help. The assembly instructions were not great. It is not easy to move but that's because it is sturdy. I was hoping it would be easy to fold up and store, but since I use it every day I suppose that's not an issue for me. I recommend wearing really thick sock, boots or high-top tennis shoes to make your ankles more comfortable.

June 13, 2016
Instructions must have been upgraded as there are only 8 or so well illustrated steps. The complicated assembly is already finished. The price, design and material quality is 5 star. There is a slight registration error on the assembly (either the weld or mounting of the back board) on my copy that makes it slightly off center. It will sometimes latch in the upright position when the length adjuster winds up next to the stop bumper instead of on top. Thus the missing star. I'm over 200lb and 6'3" so that may play a role. It's a simple matter to re-center the table before mounting. The relief from my first use makes it worth every penny. A trip to the chiro costs more than this.
... an entry level table so it's not the most comfortable, but it will get you inverted
May 22, 2016
This is an entry level table so it's not the most comfortable, but it will get you inverted. I bought it to see if inversion was going to work. I didn't want to spend a lot to see if it would. I have several herniated discs. I suffer from sciatica and muscle spasms. The pain has been so bad lately I was willing to try just about anything. I put the machine together and got on it after making adjustments. As soon as I got my head lower than my feet the first time, I felt movement in my spine. Over multiple attempts, I got further and further inverted while getting more at ease with each attempt. From what I can tell from using the table after the first day, I think inversion is going to help me get some degree of relief from the sciatica. This is the first day I have been without intense sciatic nerve pain in months, If you have it, you understand what that means,
Just fine for an inversion table
April 29, 2016
The inversion table setup took me 30 minutes so assembly wasn't difficult at all. My ankles do begin to hurt after several minutes but I'm hanging all the way upside down and they don't hurt too bad - wearing shoes definitely helps! I've had an Ironman inversion table years ago and that was much more sturdier than this unit but it's not bad. It's an inversion table for hanging upside down and this unit does the job so no need to spend $200+ for one that does the same thing.
Instruction pamphlets only use is to start a fire...

The product is awesome. It works great. Pa Kate came exactly at the time Amazon was predicting, down to the hour of the day. Super pleased over all. My only complaint, as many other I see, the instructions for this product are piss poor. Like seriously awful. The were not helpful at all. We also couldn't find a you tube video on assembly we were ready to pull our hair out trying to get this thing together. But once you figure it out, it's great. Definitely need, better, more detailed and more up to date instructions.
Here's the REAL story!!

Great Inversion table, terrible instructions just look at the pictures on the web site and use common sense you'll be just find..just HANG in there!!!

Could have improved foot/ankle pads
October 1, 2016
The unit is sturdy and easy to assemble and adjust. There are two items that could be improved, and may be better on higher-priced models however. The first is that the foam foot/ankle pads are not thick enough and the foam is too soft, such that I experience pain in my feet and ankles if I invert for very long. I plan wrap these pads with additional foam, and terry cloth towel material, to ease the pressure on my feet. The second item is the so-called lumbar support pad, which is a very thin piece of foam covered in fabric, which attaches with Velcro to the underside of the table. The strip of Velcro is stapled onto the underside of the table and this strip came off when I attempted to adjust the placement of the pad. I now do not use this lumbar pad, as for me it is not needed anyway.

As described. Instructions limited to a picture of the finished product on a 6" x 6" piece of paper.. The unit was an obvious return and re-box with signs of wear and use. New tools and hardware were provided however. Assembly was OK due to father and son being mechanical and logical and able to make it work. Lacking that, people might not have a clue how to put it together. One note- it adjusts for body height but the shorter you are, the further from the floor the entry footrests locate...hence the 5'2" woman has to step up and in while the 6'1" fellow just steps in. The adjustments on the pivot brackets supporting the table have settings (3 different holes) which affect the balance... that in conjunction with the height adjustment may affect the overall balance- and the ease with which you can tilt and return.
The instructions are poorly written and parts initially sent were received bent or smashed.
June 28, 2016
The instructions are poorly written and we had some serious problems with parts initially being received bent or smashed BUT the company did own up to their product and sent replacement parts (twice because of a mix-up with their (assuming) parts and shipping departments. As for the product itself.... this is the reason I'm giving it a 3 STARS instead of a 5... Mainly the problems with the parts and I actually had to request parts to be replaced and then replaced a 2nd time and and the assembly instructions are very poorly written. The FINAL assembly Step of the table is lacking as to exactly HOW to attach the table to the frame. The instructions and anything I can find use YouTube is inferior. As for finally getting to use it... once it was properly assembled at the final step by trial and error the table works as advertised. Getting better results as the table gets more use. Reading 3rd party information, using the table at just a couple to under 5 minutes at a time more frequently yields better results than using the table a longer session.
I guess the old saying you get what you pay ...
June 22, 2016
I guess the old saying you get what you pay for is true. this one is cheap for a reason, parts do not fit together properly and the rotation of the table is extremely stiff. the table "works" as long as you dont thing your going to be able to use it without assistance.
Only one missing part
November 12, 2015
Putting it together was fairly easy for a 64 year old,125 pound woman. The only problem I had was the missing knob, part number 26. I haven't been able to find out who I should talk to about replacing that part. I actually used the table anyway and it works really well.but I really would feel better and would give the other 2 stars if I could receive the missing knob.
works great but directions lacking .fit and function of plastic to metal poor.
September 8, 2015
Went together fairly easy directions are not very useful end caps on the foot rest don't stay in (they keep falling out. also came with a padded mat with Velcro on each end , cant figure out how or where it attaches now laying in my scrap pile

My Inversion Table
August 24, 2017
I received my inversion table promptly after ordering online. It was easy to assemble by following the printed directions. I adjusted it according to directions and climbed aboard. I could not move.. The only way it moved was with two people helping. I am six feet tall and weigh 260#. I have had back surgery several years ago and have chronic back pain off and on since. This looked like a way to decrease the back pain. I have tried moving the length adjustment without success. I don't know how to make this work. The table should work like a teetertoder I can't seem to adjust the length to make it work. I hope this is not wasted money. Allan Miller

Dirty and Old
December 11, 2016
I think they sent me one that was sitting in a damp warehouse for a long time. It is dirty and the metal looks really old. Its really heavy. But... it gets the job done.
Not for me and missing parts
October 21, 2016
Crucial piece missing. It was the tightener that held your feet in place. Could be bad if it came apart and you were upside down. After using it, made my head pound and my back have a sharp pain. Went away after a few min but i couldnt even bend down. Thats my personal opinion and how MY body felt. Everyone is different so read other reviews. This is a type of product that needs to be experienced. Unless your missing parts.
Better designs out there. Not this
March 13, 2016
Wish I had gone with my instincts. A lot of users complained about the broken flimsy legs. Guess what? Mine broke after first usage.2) some screws can easily scratch you if not careful. Product wasn't well designed.3) not all the screws could be used.Till they actually come up with a better design for this. Don't waste your money on it. Just look at those flimsy leg stands
Not great shipping

Base support broken during shipping, please send a new one. Doesn't stand evenly without it.

I'm not very happy about this situation
April 12, 2017
I didn't realize that parts were missing when I opened it up. I started to put ir together and that is when I realized parts were missing, now I can't return it. I'm not very happy about this situation.
Connecting arm metal bent and it fell while I was on it
December 31, 2016
The connecting arms that invert the table seem to be made of cheap metal. I went to invert on it and the left arm came out and it dropped with me on it. I'm not an engineer and don't understand metal strength etc., I'm just glad I wasn't inverted when it dropped. It wasn't that expensive compared to other models and had a 4 star rating so I tried it. I'm returning it and will not request another one.
I consider that VERY poor workmanship/quality and a major problem
October 24, 2016
The handlebar bolt holes on both handlebars do not line up exactly so cannot get the bolts through. Tried adjusting the support sheets (#9 and #10) so they not in absolute rigid position just temporarily for mounting those handlebars and would place in rigid positon afterwards. That did not help ... no matter how I tried adjusting anything those bolt holes still do not line up. So, I'm goin to have to hire someone to come see if they can do something with the bolt holes to get them lined up. I consider that VERY poor workmanship/quality and a major problem. Also notice the knob on the mainframe crossbar that the height adjustment tube comes to rest on is NOT in the middle of that crossbar so the height adjustment tube only rests on 1/2 of that knob. More poor workmanship.I would have been better off to purchase an inversion table "locally!"
so painful on my feet!!! Makes me forget about my back pain...
September 11, 2016
The bars on the bottom kill your feet, its so uncomfortable to hang. I can only bear it for a minute. Theres no foot support and hardly any padding.
