Better than expected, I've been using it almost every day. I'm 39 and exercise a fair amount (soccer, MMA, mostly).As for benefits, I bought it for my hip and lower back, which is often tight. Helps with that for sure, but it really helps my ankle, which had swelling after exercise. Using this has virtually eliminated that swelling, which I didn't expect. Also, my body just feels good overall after using this inversion table for a few minutes, especially after exercising.It's comfortable and easy to use. I find that barefoot is a bit hard on the ankles and top of the foot, but with tennis shoes it's really solid. I started out just going 45 - 60 degrees, but have now started going completely inverted. I also use it to do a few sit-ups and it works for that.The instructions kind of stink in that they might be for a slightly different model, but it's fairly intuitive to put together so you should have no problem.Highly recommended.

Solid...seems well made...comfortable. Allows me to hang 180 either touching the back rest or hanging freely. I like it.

I love it! The instructions where intimidating looking, but not really that hard. The table is comfortable & works nicely. It's shipped quickly too.

This inversion table is excellent. Arrived in 1 day, was easy to assemble and works great. For $100, it was a great deal.

Needs more padding. The cross bars make it uncomfortable to stay on any lefty of time. I use a foam padding with mine.

Works great. The only negative things are the table isn't very comfortable and it hurts my ankles when hanging. Other than that, we love it.

I was really excited to receive and try out my new Adjustable Folding Inversion Table from Alpine but unfortunately after only a few times my Vertigo decided to act up again. The few times I was able to use it I absolutely loved it. I told a friend jokingly that if I keep hanging upside down I might get back the inch and one half of height that I have lost in the last 10 years...one of the reasons for losing height is that over time your spine compresses...I have suffered with bouts of Vertigo for the last 25 years. This is not a teeter, but it does have fast shipping, and it cracked my back first time I used it... However it took over a half hour before I got to use it. 4 out of 5 stars due the lack of directions.Here's my favorite step of the directions half way through Step 6: "insert the Hex Head Bolt (11) halfway through the square bracket, use the hook to hold the ring (23), slide the Bolt (11) through the ring at the bottom of the Spring."So here's is probably the most complicated task in the whole setup and the first thing I read is Hex Head Bolt (11)... I looked for 5 minutes for a hex head bolt before going back in the directions to realize Bolt (11) is a phillips head screw. The directions didn't make sense all the time, but the pictures were good.Another reason 4 out of 5 stars is Step 5 the last sentence ends with "using a Hex Head Bolt (40), a Nylon Nut (15), and one Washer (13)"... ONE washer, when you clearly see TWO being used on EACH bolt, beside the bolt and beside the nut.

Some hardware was missing, strap to hold table from inverting all the way slips and does not hold (used a chain to fix the problem) otherwise table is all I expected.

Directions were slightly confusing considering you only have drawings to go by but I got it together and it works fine. Wasn't what I expected as far as it's fictions but I still enjoy using it. Also one of the pieces was broken when I opened it but other than that it arrived way earlier than expected and is priced just right.

Ankle adjustment spring knob has cracked. Still making it work but cheap plastic locking screw has gave way. I still love this machine. It saves me and my back.

It was missing nuts and bolts. The slide to adjust fir height is really tight and very difficult to adjust especially for weak people you slmost have to beat it in and out. Besides that it functions fine.

the delivery was very prompt the box was in rough condition the instructions are vague pour some of the screws were missing I had to go to the hardware store to get some placements and the strap that holds the incline position does nothing also had to replace that strap other then these issues the table does what it is designed to do the price is great compared to other similar products out there

I got my package on time. However after I opened the package and started to assemble it, there's a few missing parts. I missed one spring, two covers on the metal bars, and there's a plastic cover inside the core bar is broken. I also noticed that the package seems to have repackaged with extra white plastic strips. It is not as sturdy as expected.

am still missing screws, bolts, etc. I will go to hardware store, pick up items and finish putting table together

The strap broke the first day leaving my son stranded upside down. Quality control issue for sure.

PRODUCT WAS NOT COMPLETE

Lumbar area extremely uncomfortable. The adjustable limits are difficult to adjust at best. It does not disassemble to stow as in instructions. Don't buy this one !
