This chandelier is an amazing value if you have the time and patience to assemble. It is really very easy but requires nimble fingers. It looks fantastic when fully assembled and hung. All pieces were carefully packed and everything arrived safe and sound. i assembled the main chandelier first and hung it to make sure I had the correct height. Then I added all the glass doodads. (They are real glass!) The only thing I didn't like was the plastic candelabra trims which had dripping wax on them. I thought this looked fake and goofy so I tried to find matching sized plain white ones. Surprising I couldn't find any that fit properly so I got some 4" candelabra trims and cut them down. They don't slide over the bottom quite like they should but once hung they look fine. All in all a wonderful addition to my home.

This chandelier is so beautiful, even better in person. However, be warned, as the other reviews have stated, you literally put everything together, every little part. You even have to do the electrical - it sounds more intimidating than it is, but all you're basically doing is splitting each light's wire in to two sections (A and B), and joining all the A's and all the B's. After that, you need to attach every little piece you see hanging. It takes about two hours, as the other reviews have stated. But...the end result is exactly what I wanted. I used 25 W chandelier bulbs (not included). It's just the right amount of light for my dining room. A bedroom might benefit from a 40 W, but for the smaller rooms, I think a 25 W works great. Absolutely stunning, very large piece also for the price you pay. Fits very nicely, and they do a decent job of giving you extra pieces in case there are any issues. I read some others had to contact customer service, I had a broken piece, luckily it was one that had extras. Very pleased, even after the annoyingly long process of putting this together. Well worth it.

This chandelier is exquisite and looks much more expensive than it really is! My friend was giving me a hard time about buying a $150 chandelier when the other one I was considering was almost 10x that much! It's all glass- I assumed some parts were going to be plastic and joked that wi was going to have to tell people it was "acrylic!"The electricians that hung it had just come from hanging hotel chandeliers and even mentioned how beautiful it was. I'm sure those hotel chandeliers were pricey, so this was a steal!It wasn't a project I was going to take on myself and it took them two hours to take my old one down and hang this new one.I also bought a medium sized ceiling medallion to go with it and it ups the fancy factor even more! I really could not be happier!

This thing doesn't require "some assembly", it requires ALL assembly. There were a couple of pieces missing, but the company quickly sent them out and a few extra pieces. It took an hour or so to put together, but it looks awesome in my dining room.

I must say, this is so much more beautiful in person than the images let on! The crystal drop accents are so gorgeous and the shine that comes off it is to die for!I actually bought this in December 2013 but have put off building it because of other reviews mentioning that it must be built from scratch. Three months later (March 2014), I finally said it's time and I feel like it was time well spent. It's actually not all that bad to do. I did it by myself, and it took me maybe 2-3 hours because there were some things I was confused on. #1 DO NOT REMOVE THE METAL LOOPS that are in the holes of the crystal bowls. I did this and later realized that they are what the drops hang off of. The whole time I kept removing them and trying to the loop the metal wrings the actual bowls! #2 It helps to have a second person. When I built it, I was mostly by myself, but having a second person to support the structure when you install the arms helps.A friend of mine actually installed it into the ceiling since I've never done any electrical work, but it looks fairly simple to do. The end result is gorgeous and you will instantly feel gratification for those hours you put into it. I still can't stop staring at it!If I can find a way to do it, I will add some pictures of the final result The stock one's just don't do it justice.

I was concerned about the size of this chandelier when another reviewer said they put it in their nursery. Was the nursery large or was the chandelier small? I ordered anyway and it is perfect for our dining room (12 x 12). Don't let the "some assembly required" fool you. You will build this from scratch including the wiring! I love puzzles so enjoyed the building part. BUT! some pieces were missing. I was heartsick. With no packing slip and no other info.. I was prepared to send it back to Amazon. On the box was a huge "STOP" sign with a number to call if anything was missing or damaged in shipment. I called and spoke to the friendliest, most knowledgeable lady and within 3 days.. had my missing parts, hence the 5 star review. Readers, let me tell you about this chandelier. It is gorgeous! As the afternoon sun comes into the dining room window, my walls are awash in colors from the prisms. The chandelier is glass, not acrylic or plastic and looks like I spent a small fortune on it. It catches light from all over the room and appears to just shimmer. I love it!!!

I ABSOLUTELY love this chandelier. It was EXACTLY what I wanted and looked perfect for my space. It was fun and easy to put together, came with a few extra pieces, very well wrapped with good instructions. I was looking for a chandelier for a long time on Lowes and Home Depot and none was as pretty and perfect as this one. I wanted an all white to hang close to the ceiling (it comes with a chain that you can hang as you wish)

Beautiful chandelier, priced right. Perfect for bedroom. Put it together in no time. I added additional crystals for more bling. I did hire an electrician to hang.

Finally got this installed and love it.My husband wired it to be plugged in and it works awesome. Was easy too!I suggest using a soft light lower wattage bulb since it's not covered.

The chandelier is beautiful. The original assembly instructions are not very clear, as noted by the supplier. I called the 800 number listed and was immediately connected to a pleasant and extremely helpful agent who e-mailed me a great picture clearly showing all of the parts and their locations. With this information I was able to easily assemble the chandelier. This is a very beautiful little chandelier--just stunning in my small, remodeledantique white kitchen.

Assembly was easy, but instructions were not so clear. The installation was moderately difficult for me because I also added the medallion that everyone is typically buying with this piece. This was the first time I installed these two pieces together so I learned a little along the way. Read all the instructions a few times so you have a clear game plan before tackling the project.The piece is pure white and looks great in the small transition room adding some jewelry to my old house.I would recommend for the price and value of the piece.Also, a few more things to consider:- make sure you figure out the height before final installation; the minimum height in a room (not including dining room) is 7 feet). I removed a couple links after installation to achieve this min. height.- if installing a medallion, place the medallion on the ceiling then screw in the piece that attached to the electrical box in the ceiling. This 'T' piece will help secure the medallion to the ceiling.- be very careful cutting the chandelier wire; don't cut too much.I purchased Titan Lighting 11 in. White Ceiling Medallion Model # TN-5933 Internet # 204609379 from Home Depot and looks great with this piece.

Don't think this is crystal but polished moulded glass. Several pieces had "mould marks" that were not completely polished out but all-in-all it looks great, for the price. It was a bit of a jigsaw puzzle to put together but it went up fairly quick. My biggest real gripe is the wiring does not feel like copper and the strands were very stiff which made twisting everything together to secure with a wire nut next to impossible. Once I finally got ell of the strands pointed in the same direction I had to use wire nuts for 12-14 ga solid wire as the included ones were way too small. Another complaint is that the bulb sockets are E14 European sockets, instead of the E12 like all of my other fixtures of this type, so I had to order adapters for my bulbs to fit.

This is a great chandelier if you have the patients to put it together. I am very satisfied with the finished product. It looks beautiful. Putting it together was easy for me and I was happy to not have any missing or broken parts. They actually give you a couple extra pieces. There are no written instructions but the pieces are numbered and the diagram is easy to follow. I highly suggest laying out and separating all of your pieces before you start.

I love this chandelier. I was hesitant to buy something like this online because what if I didn't like it once I spent forever trying to put it together. But I'm so glad I did get it. It does take quite some time to put it together. I laughed at the instructions which say it should take 10 minutes to do this or 10 minutes to do that part. It definitely took me about an hour or a little bit more to put it all together. Then my husband helped with hanging it. I like the meticulous work of setting up the crystals and hanging the items in the right place. You should definitely follow the YouTube videos they will send you. The videos go really quickly so you have to stop and hit pause pretty quickly. We bought it with a 15' medallion and I would highly recommend doing that as well. It really makes the room look so elegant.

For a cheap chandelier, it's perfectly fine! I wouldn't put in a public room - the acrylic is pretty obvious - but my young daughter loves it in her room.Pieces did arrive broken, but luckily, they were the same ones that had extras. Like other reviewers, it took nearly two hours to assemble - be patient! You didn't pay for speed, here.The wire nuts provided are way too small for the job. We had to use larger ones. Other than that, no issues, and it's been up for a while, now.

The chandelier is gorgeous once it is assembled. The instructions were vague at best. The estimated time to assemble the arms and wire them to the main power source took more than the 8-10 minutes the instructions claimed it would take. Once the chandelier was installed, I added the prisms, etc. The connections to the base were not easy to attach. I would have given this chandelier 5 stars if it wasn't for the poorly written instructions and the difficulty in attaching the prisms, etc. Also, I have Amazon Prime. It took 3 days for delivery, not the 2 days that I was told. I had to postpone the electrician appointment by a day.

It's a beautiful chandelier and looks great now that it's done, but I had a couple of issues with it along the way.Upon opening, I found that three of the glass pieces arrived broken (despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in styrofoam). After assembly, I noticed that one of the candle arms was manufactured backwards and wouldn't fit like the others.In both cases, I called the 800 number on the box, and customer service didn't hesitate to send me replacement parts, no questions asked.In fact, they were SO fast and SO understanding that I imagine they get these sorts of inquiries all the time. Because of the rock solid customer service, I do recommend this item. But take the time to inspect all the pieces and parts upon arrival, and make sure everything is intact BEFORE you start assembling it.

Looks Beautiful, would have been easy to install. EXCEPTION: very small space in which to screw in bulb (no bulb included but should have been). Took two trips to hardware stores to find one small enough (first bulb purchased wasn't small enough). Waste of time and extra $$. Should include the correct size bulb with item or in the very least, a slip in the directions that tell you exactly what size bulb to buy.

Smaller than I thought so instead of the main light fixture in a bedroom, I'm using it over the master tub. Very pretty though.

Adorable little chandelier. This added just the little bit of girlie bling I wanted in my bath. It's perfect size for a small bath. Easy to assemble and went up without issue!

I just hung up my beautiful chandelier. My husband did the electrical connection but I put on all the crystals. It is a tedious job that is done only after the fixture has been installed - you are standing on a ladder for quite a while putting on each crystal strand and each individual hanging crystal. Thankfully they were already made into strands when the arrived. We had to find a small enough bulb for it. IT IS WELL WORTH THE EFFORT!! BUY IT WITH CONFIDENCE.

I needed a small chandelier for my daughter's room and this one worked. It only came with the ceiling hookup and the cord didn't had a plug at the end. I went to Home Depot and bought a long cable with plug and made the modification myself. One can fit a small 60Watt light bulb. I ended putting an LED light bulb because it doesn't get warm. The crystal is hooked up by rings (just like the ones where you would hang your keys), but lighter/thinner ones. Easy to put together.

I purchased this chandelier initially for my master bedroom closet but ended up needing to move it to my office because it was against electrical code (exposed bulb) in a closet. It only takes 1 60W bulb and it is VERY dim. I ended up purchasing about 6 different light bulbs before finally finding one (53W clear halogen) that puts off enough light. Otherwise it's very pretty & I get lots of compliments on it. It is pure white, crystals don't look cheap. I can't comment on ease of assembly because my electricians did it.

As others have said, this comes completely unassembled and takes a couple of pain-staking hours at least to put together. The finished product looks pretty nice though.

So, as you can see from my picture- the chandelier is gorgeous and I love it. With that being said- it has been the biggest headache from the get go. I have read many reviews stating there was a help number to contact for missing parts, trouble, etc. My shipment came with no such information and the "directions" consisted of a picture of the chandler by number and a few broken English steps for the actual mounting part. So, no help whatsoever. I reached out to the seller for more information and/or a video tutorial and although they were prompt in responding- clearly my request was lost in translation. Once I figured out how to get it started, it was pretty straightforward (although time consuming). Once it was put together, we had an electrician come to hang it. Not only were the screws it came with not long enough (and maybe not enough?), he also had to replace the crossbar above our island through the attic (in FL where it is a billion degrees) to safely hang it, and the standard E12 candelabra bulbs do not fit and I apparently have to buy an intermediate to small light bulb adapters to get it to turn on. Again- once it is all said and done it looks beautiful and much more expensive than it is, BUT if I could do it all over would I have bought this product? Probably not.

Overall it ends up looking nice. mine had some additional challenges like a lack of a wiring diagram (thankfully i am not an idiot and knew there were only 2 options and a series circuit wasn't the right answer), and that the entire thing was crooked and so i had to disassemble and reassemble the center piece to get the washers to sit properly.Bottom line, took me about 4+ hours, but it looks nice the wife loves it so whatever.

The fixture and pieces arrived without damage. The wiring is aluminum which poses significant fire potential in homes. It would be preferable to rewire with copper. The "crystals" are mostly plastic but the price does reflect the materials -- no one should act surprised. The threaded pipe connector between the ceiling cross bracket and the chain is too short if using a ceiling medallion. I would be careful buying light fixtures from the Chinese manufacturer.

The chandelier is beautiful once it's put together. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because we were completely unaware that we would have to assemble the entire chandelier. The directions were confusing. It took about 5 hours for two men to put together. Once it was done it really is a stunning chandelier.

Assembly was a nightmare! Parts wrapped randomly in paper sacks, tissue paper or plastic bags (think this had been previously returned by someone else). Instructions were not concise and drawing that accompanied parts list had a sketch of a chandelier with disclaimer that it was not necessarily representative of your purchase. I printed picture off web to help with building this light. Hanging chain was missing, called customer service & they said they would ship it. Don't have it yet. Electrical connections for the 8 arms of the chandelier were necessary INSIDE the chandelier. Was definitely not an expected part of assembly requirements.

It is smaller than it appears and is a nice piece for a small bedroom or large bathroom... not thinking it is worth $100 unless it is a must have item.

Bought three of these for a new store I am moving in to. Have not put them together yet, I sure hope it's not to hard and that all the pieces are intact

Dont buy it,,,,u will regret! I just got the stuff, the idiot that wrote the letters to identify the packages, where u should follow the steps ,did not bother to write correctly!Not to mention there was packages that came with no letters at all, making really hard to guess where to put the stuff! I end up put things where i should not put! If u dont have a good site, and have no long nails, u will have a hard time to put this shi together! I'm considering sending this back. ........

As others have said it arrives looking cheap which is very true and rather expensive for crystals that are plastic. I wanted a smaller light so I was ok on that front but hated the quality of the crystals. I went through and removed all the plastic ones and bought real crystals for another 30.00 elsewhere. I'm pleased now but out of the box the quality is not there.

Although it has a standard sized socket, a standard sized bulb glass shell is too big. It took half a day to put together and install. One strand came broken, but a few extra beads was included to cobble together. And for some unknown reason, one line of five beaded strands is not included as a standard. If you look closer at it, it is obvious and appears incomplete. The strands and beads are attached with flimsy little O-rings that are hard to manipulate and make it uncertain how to dust it without a ladder and holding each bead so that they don't come off or break.

It was smaller than I expected when I got it. So check out the dimensions which I should have done. My fault. The low rating is because a large number of the glass pieces were broken. I returned it and got something else.

The fixture is a lot smaller than expected or looks in the picture, it was hard to estimate how it would look in the space.

The wrought iron crystal cahndelier is not as shown or what you read. it is smaller then what it said

Absolute piece of junk - the threaded inserts on the arms strip if you try to tension them sufficiently not to flop around - should have been keyed to to align and keep them in place

Bought light a few months ago. But didn't get around to getting it installed by an electrician it till months later. Half the arms on chandelier were not working. When I called company to explain problem they told me I could not return item and insisted the light was working. They actually insisted that my electrician to give them a call.

I do not recommend this item.

Worst nightmare of my life....the arms are not connected probably so they swing around..on top of that it is extremely hard to put together. Waste of my money and two arms broke because they are not secure on fixture. I'M PISSED I WASTED MY MONEY.

million pieces

bought this for my granddaughter in Oct.for a Christmas gift and I cant return it because window closed in nov.to return very unhappy with this productivity does not work. Now I have a $79 out of pocket and can kiss it goodby

Came broke

I was excited to order this chandelier for my daughter room. We started assembling and realized it was missing the hooks to attach the crystals. Most of the crystals were loosed in the box, not in the labeled package. I was really looking forward to putting this up in my daughter room, very disappointing.

It was nice until you put it together and it was missing parts! It was very frustrating to find parts missing.

I am giving this one star because it came damaged - rust spots (more than one - about 5) and chipped paint on the base. I ordered this for my daughters newly decorated room and now that it is hung, it looks nice, but it took too much to get there. Be warned that this is not an easy chandelier to assemble, I happen to have a handy husband, so he was able to assemble and hang this, but this is not for the faint of heart! I kept it only because we were able to go out and by spray paint that matched to repair the rusty spots, and it looks nice now. However for $80 that is just not acceptable. My daughter was so excited for this, so I chose to repair and not send back, but buyer beware.
