ask if it was okay if they upgraded us to a more current product. curbside delivery. they lowered to street level. driver
and i put them on my furniture dolly and wheeled them into my garage. i installed. they are beautiful.

I like my washer and dryer; the company should elevate the washer drum a couple inches so those of us shorter than 5'4" are able to extract the clothes with ease and not have to get on our tiptoes :)

Amazing customer service from Elite Liquidators. The delivery company they use is also wonderful. I love this set and I would definitely buy from this company first.

We were surprised how easy it was to order these. We did our research at the big box stores, we knew what we wanted. The price on Amazon beat it by $300. The only set back was waiting a week for it. That was worth it. The set works great.

I bought this in Feb 2016 and it's been a good washer so far,only thing is hot water not coming out,called LG coming out today. I bought this at Best Buy. Mine gets clothes clean. I don't understand all of the bad reviews.

Wife loves the washer. She would give that 5 stars. The dryer she gives it a 4. This is because according to her the towels cycle is *too* efficient and doesn't completely dry the towels and she has to rerun the cycle. If there was aa 4.5 stars reading that's what we would have given for the pair

This Washer and dryer is large no doubt but my old washer with an agitator washes my clothes much cleaner, however this product is very energy efficient and has a lot of features and for the price I would expect LG to deliver something more effective not only energy efficient and smart.

Like all modern washers these are painfully slow (those of us that are old enough know that it used to only take 20 min to wash a load), but in their defense with the turbo wash option this washer is at least faster than a lot of newer machines. The dryer steam option is useless. It literally just squirts water on your clothes during the last few minutes of the cycle and leaves your items wet. I called LG to see if this was just a problem with my machine. They told me the anti static option that uses "steam" is supposed to leave clothes slightly damp in order to prevent static buildup. Sometimes items come out more than "slightly" damp though. There is a version of this dryer without the steam option that is somewhat more affordable - I recommend opting for that version.The pictures here make the glass look quite transparent, but for some reason these actually have tinted glass which is bizarre and largely defeats the point of having glass - unless you are right next to the machine it is difficult to see through the glass to see if there is something in there.Load capacity is great. Dryer sensor works quite well as long as steam modes are not used.

This is the worst washer EVER! First time I used the bleach reservoir, the next load after came out with bleach spots on it. I called LG and the guy in the other end told me I have to run the 'clean' setting every time you use bleach. What a waste of water and time! Also, doesn't use enough water to clean your clothes. Litteraly some of the clothes come out with dry spots on them. Wish I would have read reviews before spending money on this washer! I bought the matching stream dryer and it is junk too, instead of steaming clothes they come out with obvious wet spots on them...waste of money and LG customer service is very bad also..good luck speaking to someone who actually speaks English....

We cannot use the high spin cycle and constantly have to redistribute clothes inside the washer because it goes out of balance very easily on the spin cycle. Also, after only one year of use, our LG top load washer started making a squealing and grinding noise during the wash cycle. The machine is out of warranty and the repair estimate is $500. Do not waste your money on an LG washer.

I decided to write this review to save people from what I had to go through. Do not buy this product. This is the worst washer I have ever used. It has rusted in less than a year and LG would not honor their warranty. They replied to it as cosmetic, but as of October 28, 2016, the washer is two years old. It has rusted to the point that the top portion of the washer bounces up and down when the washer is unlevel due to the rested out clamps that has broken a lose. Meanwhile, the reservoir for the bleach is falling down into the outer portion of the drum due to the severe rusting. In addition, the washer's built in leveler stop working after one year, and the washer is continuously unlevel. I can put a load of clothes into wash while leaving the house and when I get back the washer has bounced all over the kitchen floor. I have spoken with LG multiple times about the problems with the washer, and they refuse to fix it. Furthermore, the washing machine had a recall that was supposed to be fixed. I called LG when I got the notice, and they told me to call a number to schedule the repair. It called the number and scheduled the repair, and it never got fixed. LG is a company that only thinks about getting the customers money and not the customer. LG has over one thousand complaints, and each of the customers is having the same problems. [...]

Public service announcement: My mom's LG washer exploded two months ago (only used 2 years). Purchased from Pacific Sales and they had purchased extra extended warranty. Neither LG nor Pacific Sales will refund them.

My wife washed whites last night and dried them as normal. This afternoon I put in my clothes after work (colors). Most everything was ruined by bleach--new Dockers and a couple of nice shirts and socks. When we called the number for the LG warranty, the person explained that we needed to run the self-clean cycle twice a month, and this problem was caused by build up. I have had the washer for 3 weeks. Build up? Really? When my wife disagreed, he simply repeated the recommendation that we run the self-clean cycle twice a month. (Also, there was laughter in the background.) On a side note, the washer does not do a good job of cleaning clothes. I was thoroughly unimpressed. Also, everything came out extremely wrinkled. I am returning this piece of garbage or dumping it in a landfill, and I am never buying anything with an LG name again.

A pair of underwear was somehow sucked through a gap in the tub and wrapped around the shaft destroying seals during the spin cycle resulting in the next load flooding the house. This occurred Christmas Night. LG support has been absolutely terrible as they were unable to even schedule an authorized technician. Instead I got a list of their authorized technicians and lined up the first available appointment myself. Currently we are 2 weeks without a working washer and repair men have been to the house 3 times. They diagnosed the problem on their second trip and then were sent for a 3rd trip because LG requested photos. Today LG said this wasn't covered under warranty and we are waiting for a supervisor to review. So if you have underwear that you plan to wash sometime, you may want to reconsider purchasing an LG washer. I paid 749 dollars for a washing machine to flood my house on Christmas night (51 days after purchase) . I will be posting my review on every site that sells this washer as this is totally unacceptable and consumers should be informed.

My LG HE Top Load washing machine turned into a rust bucket after a few years of use. It is rusting around the bleach dispenser, the water dispenser, and the detergent drawer. The SS drum is fine. It is mess. Do not buy

Be warned....Total JunkHad mine installed and ran the first load… Unit works for 30 minutes ..then shut off… No power ..no display...no nothing..Tried unplugging… tried cycling the breaker..Unit turns on for 5 seconds, then turns off...Dryer plugged into same outlet works fine.. Called LG … No help .. no solution..4 days till someone will come out…Then they will likely have to order a part..So now I have a brand new washer that is 1/3 full of wash water and clothes sitting in it…DEAD....WITH A LOCKED TOP !!In summary …Total Junk…STAY AWAY

The washing machine started to rust at an inlet to the tub. Looking up the problem on the internet shows this problem happens all the time. The warranty is for one year. After that, you are on your own to find a fix.LG failed to make a washer that will last for years. Lots of consumers have this problem. It is too late for us. You can see for yourself on the internet.

We bought This set about a month ago. The washer is working great so far. The dryer is terrible! It makes a loud grinding or buzzing sound while running. This usually happens at the beginning of the dry cycle and sometimes gets better as the dryer runs ( not always). I'm guessing the dryer isn't going to last long....soooo disappointed!

A washing machine must be reliable. We bought an LG single unit washer in July, today it's dead and the service guy (to check the 'error codes') can't even tell us when he'll be here for a week. He'll call between now and next Wednesday to tell us when he can make it after that. We live in Southern California!!! is there only one guy? So our $1800 washing machine is now serving the same function as my wheel barrow. Full of old soggy stuff and can't be used for at least ten days.That's it for LG. No service, no more products from them. I am very angry that you can't even buy dependable washing machine.
